Found Nassau County Pool Services online. You simply wont find a more trust worthy pool building and renovation company. Also, their pool maintenance jobs are amazing. The employees are so nice. Very happy they build our pool.

I hired Nassau county pool services to do pool installation in Nassau county in my backyard located in the five towns, Hewlett. I was told by every company that I called that I would have to wait at least a year to get my pool installed. Nassau county pool services came in and got the job done start to finish in less then 3 months time my family and I will now be enjoying our beautiful pool this upcoming summer. I highly recommend this company

Just moved to the area and contacted these guys about coming over to take a look and make sure everything was running properly/show me the basics of pool care. The gentleman over the phone was very friendly and said that he would have somebody come by that Saturday. Saturday morning came and I tried calling to get a time-frame. Nobody answered, after trying multiple times all day and leaving a message nobody ever showed up and nobody ever called back. Will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend anyone else use these guys who clearly cant handle very basic customer service.

First time reviewing, probably because so frustrated. I found this number online. They are located in the same town as me so I figured Id keep it local. I couldnt even get past the initial phone call so one star is probably a high rating. Deborah insists EVERYONE has a picture of their pool when its open. When I responded that I dont have one and the reason for calling is that I need it opened, she again insisted that I do..... I dont. Apparently this company cant problem solve around this. No alternative solution was proposed. No attempt to keep the business. Had I known taking pictures of my pool was so valuable, I would have prepared and hired a photographer the season before. Customer service and condescending banter do not mix. Especially on an initial phone call. Be prepared to have all your glamour shots of your pool before you call or Deborah wont be help you.

I found Nassau County Pool service online. I had them install a pool for me and marble dust it. Their prices are very affordable. Im glad i used them. They built me a beautiful pool.
