2021-08-25I cant believe that I paid a lot of money.I just called Nasssu County Treasury Office one person told to sell my house and come back to buy a house when Ill be a senior citizen and the rest treated like trash.Later on I called many times and the calls got disconnected. I dont think thats the way to treat a nassau County resident.The staff is disrespectful,arrogant,zero in customer service...

2020-11-23It is virtually impossible to contact Nassau County website from abroad. Tried this for hours, ran compute diagnostic but the response was that, computer configuration is correct but server is not responding. Contacted the office on telephone but no help. One can contact all other websites like NY Gov or NYC but not Nassau County. A poor show indeed
