When I processing online it is let me make this reservation and ready to charge money for it. But in person theyre said for me we dont have cars available. So if I processing online, theyre will charge my money,but not gonna give me a car. Why?

My adult daughters traveled to Elmira, NY for a funeral and the gal at the local rental office was awesome! She assisted in ensuring they could pick up the car without me being there and met them the evening of their arrival, after they were closed. Wonderful, over and above service.

Jesse at the ELM airport national car rental desk is always waiting for me, recognizes me by name and is pleasant. She is always ensuring that myself and the company I work for are all taken care of with great satisfaction. The service she provides is very professional and is very pleasant. I am very happy with the service that she provides and I tell all my co-workers to use this office for their rentals as well.

Experienced the worst customer service at this location. Reviews looked promising but Jerry at the front desk came across as a strong racist. Just dint care about our situation. He lied and when I asked him to give the same in writing, he just lost his cool and started yelling. Will be reporting this to HQ because this guy Jerry needs some strong coaching in customer service. While all this was happening, his colleague Bill or Will probably from Enterprise was a true gentlemen and an advocate for customer service. He met us outside the location and went above and beyond to help. Owner of the location: if you need more info and truly care about your customers reach out. Jerry at the ELM airport national car rental desk is always waiting for me, recognizes me by name and is pleasant. He always has a number of car options for me to choose from and has me on my way with a nice clean car in just a few minutes. When I return he or one of his team mates like Jesse has my bill printed quickly and off I go. I havent had a bad experience yet.

I had to express the worst experience that I had with this car rental facility.When I read the reviews on this site, it looked so promising and sounded like the person Jerry would provide best customer service, but I have to say, its just not at all true.We had rented a vehicle from NJ national car rental facility and started our road trip to upstate NY, in the middle of the journey we experienced that car had mechanical issue, death wobbling on a Jeep Cherokee.We reached out to customer service who suggested that we visit nearby location which happened to be this location.Upon arrival, Jerry the representitive just didnt care what our issue was, he was like I CANT CREATE A CAR FOR YOU. We didnt wanted to leave with the risk of going in the same car so we were trying to call customer service to see if they can help. Jerry wanted us to just leave the facility and threatened call sheriffs if we dont leave.When its easier situation anyone can deliver best customer experience, its when in such crisisc/difficult situation is when your assistance comes to real test and I must say they not just handled it badly but made it a worst experience for us, we ended up cancelling the trip and come back home next day.I am a National Executive member for more that 3 years now, and always prefer national over other vendors. Have raised an escalation with national to make sure this doesnt happen to someone else in future.

Great service at National Rental Car! People at the desk were attentive, friendly & very efficient. I ended up in a great car. After returning the car, and discovering my flight was canceled, I returned to the desk where they re-rented me the car that I had just turned in. In no time at all, I was back on the road driving to my next meeting location instead of flying. Really awesome service!

Friendly service. Phone wouldnt connect via Bluetooth. Rep came right out reprogrammed the settings and connected it right up.
