Dr. Vahid Ipektchi is a great dentist who really knows what he is doing. It was so important to find the best dentist for me especially after years of other dentists just patching me up, I was embarrassed to start with a new dentist because my teeth needed alot of work, Dr. Ipektchi was so kind and understanding on my first visit I had no doubts about going to him and he has continued to be the same for every visit. The best decision I made was making that first appointment !! Dr. Ipektchi and his whole team are the best and you wont find anyone better!! Sincerely, Pat Matovick
I can honestly say I have never met any doctor’s office staff as kind and caring as the ladies here! From the moment I walked into the office I felt very at ease and cared for. I ended up needing a root canal & as someone who has bad anxiety and a fear of dentists, I was extremely scared and anxious prior to the procedure. But the second I came into the office Paula and Angela made me feel so much more comfortable! They talked me down from my anxiety and explained the process entirely and ensured me that at any time that I felt uneasy or in pain that all I would have to do is let the dentist know. They started up different conversations with me to get my mind to calm down and I truly can’t say how much that meant to me. Not only that but they took the time to come and check on me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and to see if I needed anything! Renee was also incredible!! She was there throughout the entire procedure not only doing her job wonderfully but also calming me down and ensuring me that I had nothing to worry about. She answered all my questions entirely and explained everything to me, she even joked around and it helped me so much!And lastly, Dr. Ipektchi is a phenomenal dentist. He completed the procedure extremely quickly and flawlessly! He constantly asked me how I was doing and even made me laugh during the procedure. And most importantly he made sure I felt absolutely no pain during any part of the procedure. He has completely changed my perception of dentists and I am longer afraid to go to the dentist.I have also not had any issues whatsoever with payment or insurance with this office. They explained all the payments and what insurance covered and didn’t.I am now one week post procedure and feel only very minimal irritation in the area which is completely understandable seeing as a root canal is quite invasive. I only felt an aching pain for a couple days after the procedure.Overall, I would highly, highly, highly recommend this office for any kind of procedure and especially for a root canal!
I’m surprised to see bad reviews because my experience was great. I had a dental emergency and i found this place. They were able to take me the same day ! The office is super clean. Every employee from the time i walked in was absolutely amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The dentist and his assistant were amazing ! I was In extreme pain and they really took there time with me and explained everything to me ! There was also no wait time. Between filling out the new patient paperwork and the visit itself it went super quick. I never Had such a great experience at a doctors office before. I’Ll definitely be going back
I went to numerous dental offices to try to find a solution for a very painful tooth. I was sent to different specialists whom most were trying to extract the tooth and sell me on getting an implant. The Doctors at National Dental East Meadow gave me options. I knew right away they were experienced and told me they could save my tooth. Long story short, they did. Saved me thousands of dollars. There were no signs of greed in my experience. The office manager Claudia is very professional. She worked with me and my insurance company to lessen the financial burden. Im so pleased with the overall results that Im telling everyone I know to go there.
This place is terrific! From the front desk young ladies to the doctors, technicians, all of it. Dr. Ipektchi is delightful to work with (even better to look at😉), so caring, calming thorough, and professional. He makes sure you understand all. Rajhel the hygienist assistant was lovely, Sweet, and helpful. Eric did my cleaning today, typically I need about six or seven shots of Novacaine just to get through it. With Eric I didn’t need any need any shots at all. It’s a miracle! The business is clean and neat, there’s even a refreshment station, which may or may not be affected by Covid, I didn’t look today. Highly recommend!
I came to National Dental seeking to have my denture fixed. It was a walk in appointment. The staff was very welcoming and we are very satisfied with the quality of work. The work was done very quickly and we highly recommend this practice.
I made an appointment and met Dr. Goldenberg and was beyond happy with his expertise and service. I had been having problems and he took every measure necessary to figure out what was going on. The office was clean and inviting, it definitely did not feel like I was going to the much dreaded dentist, before or after! Jonathan and all of the staff was amazing - I highly recommend National Dental in East Meadow and Dr. Goldenberg!
This is the best dental office that I and my children have gone too. The staff is very friendly and made my children feel very comfortable. My daughter suffers from anxiety and the doctor along with his assistant calmed her down and eleviated her fears. They were patient and took their time with her and also educated her and now she looks foward to going to the dentist and is taking better care of her teeth.
I just had my first appointment at National Dental and everyone that works there are so very nice. From those at the front desk, to the hygienist and to the dentist , Dr. Funk . I have such a phobia fear of dentists, just hearing the drill makes me nervous but they were all so understanding and I felt at ease as they worked on me .
My experience with National Dental was superb. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Dr.Patel was excellent and explained the procedure to me. I had a filling done and it was painless. I didn’t know that was possible! He was efficient, knowledgeable and I left feeling confident I made the right decision.

Otherwise I’ve to quote 7 Stars.With extreme pain in wisdom tooth # 32 went to a dentist on 12th Feb ’19, who spoiled my time, money & injured my gum, but failed to extract my tooth. Then advised me to go to an oral surgeon.Finally, on 13th I’m lucky to find this office, very neat & clean, equipped with modern equipment. Here everyone is extremely friendly, helpful & caring. Front desk girl & manager Claudia are very gentle & well behaved. I am so lucky to find such a delightful Doctor like Goldenberg who understood my concern & assured me for pain-free procedure. He explained me everything before he started. Then extracted my #32 smoothly & professionally. I’m very much impressed. His assistant was also nice & smart. Definitely I will highly recommend this best dental place to all my friends, relatives & coworkers.Quamrul, FDNY

They always accepted my insurance and I walk in to get my teeth cleaned. As I’m Leaving they tell me that I owe $150.00. All of a sudden my insurance isn’t accepted at this dentist no more and I didn’t know. Now I had to leave paying $150.00 when the Dentist office could of told me how much i owe before I got my teeth cleaned. I could of gone elsewhere where my insurance does get accepted. Smh
Never in my life have I experienced such professionalism, Dr Goldenberg was great , Claudia explain my treatment and assisted me with my Financial arrangements. Anastasia was very helpful in scheduling my appointments to accommodate my schedule. The atmosphere is very inviting, highly recommend
I will be forever grateful for the way God directed me to this wonderful dental facility! The one day service that I received in the preparation of my partial plate as I was able to embark on my trip to California on a speaking engagement to promote my book, The Illusion Is Not The Conclusion!. The doctor & technicians & all of the understanding staff were extremely compassionate of my dilemma & worked miraculously to give me back my smile! The office is pretty clean. The dentists are all friendly and I love the free beverages. My three year old started crying at first for her fill in the doctor did an amazing job speaking to her and painless fill in.
I wish i could give 0 stars . I went there for regular cleaning and Doctor (VAHID IPEKTCHI) came and by looking at the teeth for 1 min and said i need laser cleaning and also need root canal for my cavity (2000 out of pocket after my insurance coverage of 90%) , without even properly examining. This place is a total rip-off , up-selling and total SCAM. I asked the dental hygenist to do just regular cleaning and she refused to do it. Wasted my 2 hrs . Same experience happened for my wife too. I took another appointment at the Smilist Dental - Wantagh, the doctor there was very polite and professional. She did the regular cleaning and i am going back next week for cavity filling.
Before thanksgiving, I had an extraction done and I must say Dr. Goldenberg made me feel at ease because I am one scared patient but he even made me laugh before the procedure! I was with slight discomfort for a couple days but he did explain to me that’ll happen but I would be feeling like nothing ever happened by Thanksgiving and he was right. This office just gives you a relaxing feeling even if it is a dentist office. I enjoy this place. Won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon! Thank you NationalDental!
I was very fearful of going to the dentist from past dental Experiences, but after going to national dental and having Dr. Patel explain every step he was going to do and being very patient with me even helping me to calm down from anxiety. I now have no fear of going to the dentist and recommend everyone to go to national dental because their front desk and dental assistances are very helpful, kind and Supportive.
Great staff from reception to Dental Tec to Dentist.Clean and covid compliant.Had an extraction. Done in a professional and quick manner with NO PAIN.Highly recommend.
It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had!!! When I called, Tyra, who answered my call was very sweet and knowledgeable. She was able to squeeze me in immediately. The place is very clean and they had the top of the line equipments and chairs. Everything was done in one room (i.e x-rays), and they have a big screen that shows you everything! I truly enjoyed the massage chair. Dr. Hertzog and Ms. Ashley, the physcian’s assistant, made up the awesome team who worked on me. Dr. H was very comforting and explained everything thoroughly. He mentioned how he has been doing this a long time and that Im in good hands! Special thanks to Ms. Ashley, who helped me with all my concerns and I made the right choice! Going forward, will be making appoinmnets for my husband and kids here too! Overall, it was an awesome experience! I highly recommend National Dental in East Meadow! Great job guys!
I had a very similar experience to Maria Alverez. After all the pressure to give them a review, here it is. Claudia is just interested in taking as much money from you as she can and quite frankly doesnt know what she is talking about. Some of these other reviews are obviously employees and friends since they are obviously on a push to get more reviews. (How sad). It should be on your merit. I also experienced employees bad mouthing other patients and even one doctor. Very unprofessional. I my family and friends will not be back.
The entire staff here in the East Meadow office is friendly and they are willing to work with each case individually. Claudia and Dr. Patel were very helpful and treated me with a kind hand. The assistant Michelle was so sweet and gentle and has a great friendly smile which goes a very long way for me.

Stay away. I will preface this by saying I have dental insurance. They do not calculate even close to accurately what you will owe for a service leading to surprise bills later. The upsell is real. All of these 5-stars review seem pretty questionable to me since Yelp tells a very different story.
My 11 year old daughter has had a phobia of dentist since she was just a toddler, even spending hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on pediatric dentists with all those themed rooms and cool dentist seats hidden by really cool space ships or safari trucks... well u get the idea! It was such a chore and heart wrenching task to bring her to ANY DENTIST! But from the moment I brought her in for her first appt, Dr. Goldenberg and his staff welcomed her in putting her to ease with laughs and explaining to her what was going on in her mouth, in little girl terms, which she understood! They were so sweet and gentle to her needs and so accommodating she was so excited to get her hygiene in check the second we left! She needs a lot of work to get her teeth where they’re supposed to be, so she doesn’t want to disappoint her new bestie Dr. Goldenberg :) now she wakes me up hours before her appointments to remind me she was going to see him... she loves going there (I swear, this is the absolute truth!) he is by far the best Dentist in the U.S. INDEFINITELY! He’s so helpful to my daughter and my wallet, helping where he can... lol I trust him so much!!! me.... who has a fear of dentist myself... I’ve even made an appointment to start work on me!! I’ve got my whole family making appointments with him... I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANY OTHER DENTIST... I’ve found my family’s for life... if you need someone u can trust with ur kids, ur family, ur loved ones... Dr. Goldenberg is 100% your guy!!! Thank you for everything Doctor for changing my daughters fear into a happy place to be! I’m forever indebted to you!

Came in for a deep cleaning with Aura she is fantastic . I was greeted by Ciara and Emendy and they were very personalable and helpful. The assistants are wonderful too. Left very happy, cannot wait to come back!
I went to have a tooth extracted by Dr. Goldenberg. Not only did he explain everything in detail about the extraction the extraction went extremely well. This office also he very up to date dental technology. Iwould totally recommend this dental office to my friends

****BERWARE****Went in for an exam as I had just gotten insurance. Was told I need a deep scaling/rooting aka Deep Cleaning. Was told my insurance covers it. Had it done, and then get a $600 bill from them. Place is a scam, look elsewhere!!!!****BEWARE****

Came in to see the doctor. Got a hygienist instead selling deep cleaning for 1500 out of pocket[ I have insurance ]. When I said No, the visit ended there. Didnt get to see the doctor. Thats it. Looking for another dentist.

2022-07-22They have the MOST RELIABLE ORAL SURGEON. 1st appointment 3 months in advance, canceled by them a week before, pushed 2 weeks. Rescheduled appointment canceled again 3 days before and now i have to wait a month for my next appointment. Might have been other times, i dont remember but Im at the endgame and i just want to get this done.Remaining staff is pretty great.

2022-04-03The worst experience I have ever had. Took me in 1/2 hour late, they took X-rays and left me in a room for another 1/2 hour. Reception is very rude and not attentive to what you are saying and have attitudes. Tried to reschedule and same receptionist I am complaining about was also having issues with a lady ahead of me. After listening to them for an additional 15 minutes I left without rescheduling. Very poorly managed location and all they care about is making money of you, not interested in what you need at all. Very SAD

2022-06-23I cannot begin to express how professional, and wonderful my experience has been at this office. I was able to be seen within short notice due to losing my filling and in desperate need of a root canal. With all the stories Ive heard about root canals, I was skeptical, but I would never go to anyone else after seeing Dr. Ipektchi!! Dr. Ipektchi was extremely efficient and I felt nothing, not even the needle for numbing. He was done in no time, in which I was able to return to work that afternoon. One day later, no pain, no discomfort, and looking forward to continue my dental work with no hesitation. Thank you Dr. Ipektchi and staff for your amazing service and work!

2022-05-06This is the worst dental place I have been to. They do not relay messages to Dr I and in turn he never calls you back. My mouth has been in worse shape since there oral surgeon placed implants in. Dr chow has no bedside manner and does not know how to talk to patients. I literally had to call the dental society on them so I could get my denture to take to the new dentist. Do not use this place because all they do is lie to the patients

2022-04-02Wow wow wow !!!! So I had no desire to ever go in a dentist off . I have been terrified for the past 15 years. Now I have unbearable pain and I have to go the dentist , boy am I upset 😢 lol . I had the pleasure of meeting two special people Dr. Vanid Ipecteni and his Assistant Kejhel . This doctor took care of my problem effortlessly. I didn’t feel a thing . I turned and look at the Dr no way that’s it he said all done . I been to cry because he did an amazing job and I wanted yo hug him , This team just changed my life 💕💕💕

2022-05-18There marketing department does not explain what is really going to happen. It was a waste of my time. They were talking about a deposit when I didnt even see the doctor or have x-rays. Awful experience. Price quoted was not what it was going to be and they were talking I might need more work when they didnt even look in my mouth yet. Felt like I was scammed

2022-01-13I came in to get my retainer repaired, after waiting 40 minutes to see the dentist before the technician, I was called to the back to only see the technician. I was advised the repair would take an hour so I left it there to pick up later after work. When I picked up my retainer, the dentist still did not come to see me. My retainer is now causing my mouth to hurt and my bite does not match my original bite. I will definitely need additional care. Sad day for my mouth 😓

2021-12-03Fantastic staff and amazing dental care. National Dental of East Meadow is by far the best dental office that I have been to. The staff always ensures patient comfort and satisfaction. Dr. Ipektchi is a phenomenal dentist that truly takes care of his patients. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking dental care.

2021-08-26I have been going to National Dentist for over 2 years now. My experience has been nothing short of AMAZING. I came into this office needing a lot of Dental work. I was afraid, nervous, anxious and every other emotion you could imagine; but the staff eased all of my worries. They are SIMPLY INCREDIBLE! Angela, Claudia, Gi-Gi and Jefferson has made coming to the dentist feel like a place of family. To the most wonderful DENTIST ON EARTH.... DR. IPEKTCHI...YOU ARE THE BEST!! He is one of the GREATEST !! My mouth is beautiful because of his heart for people and wanting to see them healthy again. He is SO VERY KIND and gentle as he works on you, and His WORK IS OUTSTANDING!! This place is second to none. If youre in need of a dentist, look NO further!! Thank you National Dental!! ❤❤
