I called and asked for a quote, they informed me the consultation was free, I gave my name, number and address and set up and appointment. The day of my appointment no one arrived and I called them 3 times, all 3 times my call was forwarded to voicemail. That is bad business!!
I had a broken 80 storefront window that I needed to replace quickly. I called 5 other glass companies and got estimates from $1000 to $1750, with wait times from a week to over a month. Then someone suggested to call National Glass And Aluminum. They were on site in an hour to measure, and within in 4 hours they got the new glass, removed the broken window, and had the new window installed, for $750 dollars. I have never bothered to leave a review before but these guys deserve it. Clean, quick, no whining, and great pricing!! Will be using again.
These guys are top notch just had them replace two double pain window just perfect the install was fast with out a hitch will be doing business again

2022-03-23After a referral from our tile contractor we called James at National Glass & Aluminum. James quickly responded and came over to provide the estimate for a new shower door and he let us know how long it would be before it could be installed. The price quoted was very fair.A little less than 3 weeks later James and his partner installed the door. They were both very respectful and professional. The new door looks fantastic!! We will be calling James for a future project in another bathroom.We would definitely recommend James and his crew if you are looking for a new shower door.

2021-08-11I stopped by this shop with a small project not knowing what to expect. What I got was quick and excellent service and a chance to talk with the owner about his business, which is relatively new. As is the case with many glass businesses these days, National Glass and Aluminum is focused on larger projects for home and business. That they took to time to help me is a testament to their commitment to customer service. From my experience, National Glass will be the company we hire for any larger projects around our house. Recommended without reservation.

2021-01-11National Glass & Aluminum installed a new shower door in our bathroom. They were timely, professional and very respectful of our home. And the door looks beautiful in our new tiled shower! We are so pleased with the quality and service provided by James and company - and at a reasonable price. We highly recommend them.

2019-12-27The day after Christmas I never expected to have a broken window on my antique dutch door. Scott arrived exactly at the time he said and quickly replaced the broken glass. The price was great and the work looked like it would be hard to tell it was broken and repaired. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for great service National Glass and Aluminum.

2020-03-17These guys are awesome. I had a large mirror where the edges were oxidized. I brought it to them, an hour after calling, and they cut it while I waited. I was told that they would have come to my home to do it, which is what I’ll do next time I need glass work. Terrific customer service.
