I do Hope Blakeman kicks them out of nassau county. Its a monopoly if their service is so bad and we dont have another option. I waited 20 days for them to connect open an account after I moved into a place. 20 days. And it took the guy 5 minutes to do the job. Come one!

Although its annoying that their number is for upstate, the guys responding have been professional and courteous. Jason came out and really did a thorough job looking for potential gas leaks (non found) when my wife thought she smelled something.

There customer service is the all time absolute worst. Call them on the phone, and I can hardly understand what this guy is saying! Mumbling and calling me by the wrong name, talking over me while Im trying to explain the reason for my call.... What a total joke. This is supposed to be this guys job! And no one can understand what in the world hes saying. Poor and overpriced gas service and now poor and unintelligible phone service..

The 800 number is answered upstate , not at the Bellmore Office. I waited twenty minutes and then transferred and disconnected. One phone number for all of New York State! Are you kidding????
