This company sold me an unauthorized book that used an international company’s name implying endorsement. I called the real company and they said they NEVER heard of National Learning Corporation. I was treated HORRIBLY and the man I spoke with over talked me saying it is a free country and that they can print anything they want. He hung up on me.

Very rude customer service Mr. Peters was the worst customer service rep. I have ever spoken with. Would not let me explain my situation, just kept talking over me. Told me I should be lucky to have this company, even though the topic was not covered in the book as listed in the description.The book was a waste of money.

My significant other is preparing for the PCO and ordered one of their Passbooks to prepare. This cheap binder of loose pages contains nothing but information copied from the department of civil service website, and a bunch of practice tests that are riddled with typos, grammatical errors, and contradictory instructions. Its virtually useless and a criminal waste of money. The company does not offer refunds so she is now out $50 for this poorly written, never proofread, substandard piece of trash.I realize this may not be the most appropriate place to review this book, but if even one person trying to get hired by the state reads this and reconsiders wasting money on this company, the review will have been worth the effort.

GeRiddled with errors! I now fear my $55 (including shipping) was absolutely wasted! Wish I would have read the reviews before my purchase and now I just hope I can pass the test. Don’t waste your money!
