After my my wife was attacked by aggressive wasps in our side yard, we did considerable research and made many phone calls to exterminators. We called National Pest Experts (based on great Internet reviews) and set up an in person appointment with Paul. He was very informative and friendly and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Paul was also personable and good humored. So far, so good. Look forward to having Logan come and complete the job. Will follow up with review once work is done.

Wow! This company is simply amazing. I called because my wife and I noticed several yellow jackets in the house. Since we have a 5 month old baby, this was very concerning. After speaking with the owner Paul on the phone, he accommodated his schedule to visit our home on the same day. Paul arrived on time with one of his technicians Jimmy and they quickly diagnosed the source of the nest (which was a wall cavity in front of our house). Both Paul and Jimmy were very informative - they gave us great reassurance that our family was safe! Ill be using National Pest Experts in the future and highly recommend. Thank you Paul and Jimmy!
I’d highly recommended Paul, Logan, Liz and the entire National Pest team. When in search for a local and affordable exterminator on Long Island, National Pest was responsive to my initial calls and quickly addressed our issues (they first solved our bee problem and also sprayed for things like spiders, crickets and centipedes in the basement). We have an annual contract with them and they always follow through on reoccurring treatments/sprays. Best of all, they return calls and are quick to visit if necessary. They’re super knowledgeable, reliable and a great value for peace of mind.
Nick came out to service our house. We had carpenter bees trying to build a nest on the side of our house. He was professional, he was very nice, efficient and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend using this company for your pest control needs.

Called National Pest Experts on Monday, Paul the owner came the very next day for an estimate. During the estimate he explained in detail about the pest problems I was having (carpenter ants / termites) and what to expect during the appointment. By Friday, Paul, Logan and Tommy came promptly and the entire process was very seamless & professional. They were very respectful of my house and answered any questions during the treatment as well.I highly recommend them, they are knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with!

This company is amazing..I called because I had bees swarming around the bushes right by my front door. They came over and explained that these were called ground bees that live and produce in the ground..not like regular bees.They go back to the ground at night. He sprayed very carefully ..and most importantly, I can now open the door without worrying the bees would come inside the house! Great job..very professional and informative.
Bagel Biz bagels are always fresh a delicious. I like my sesame bagel scooped out and toasted three times with a bit of veggie cream cheese-not too much so it wont ooze out while Im driving. They do it perfectly every time. Everyone is friendly and accommodating and they have a frequent visitor reward where you can earn points towards rewards. Its a win-win.
In the beginning of the spring I had an issue with carpenter ants in my home. Paul came to assess my problem. He was on time, very professional, wore a mask and gloves. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on. Logan came a few days later to do the work. Again on time, very professional wearing a mask and gloves. I have not had a problem since. They do quality work!

Called them on the phone, the receptionist was very nice and transferred me to Paul. Paul explained what I should do and then came right on time the next morning. Looked around and told me some things try and give it a while and if needed call him back. He did not charge me for coming and said thank you for calling. Loving this company. Ive literally given my entire pest control responsibilities to this family owned company. Mosquitoes, ticks, termites, crickets, critters - you name it. This family has a solution. Logan and Joe were over the house on Friday to install termite bait stations. The guys took their time to explain everything to me. Knowledgeable professionals that can get the job done. I hope I DONt have to see them often - but in the event I need them, I know Ill be in great hands.
Paul is very knowledgeable and informitive. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He did a termite inspection earlier in the month and was back the following week to put in the termite baits.Kristy who works in the office is very friendly and responsive.

I found National Pest Experts while googling I chose them #1 because of the excellent reviews, and #2 because they had experience with spider CRICKETS. I called them up and was given a quick appointment. Paul the owner came out for a consultation and was extremely professional and friendly. Recently my daughter saw a large insect in my kitchen which turned out to be an American cockroach. We were worried about an infestation; although we only saw this one. My daughter found National pest experts Betgpage which had great reviews. 5 stars! I was very impressed. Paul came to assess the situation. He was very friendly and reassuring. Called them initially about a bee infestation but always wanted a yearly routine to deal with bug control. Glad I did, Logan came out to handle the bees and to spray around the house & basement. I called National Pest Experts about what appeared to me to be a bees nest in my mothers old bbq grill located in her backyard. I called NPS on a Thursday afternoon, Paul, who I believe is the owner, answered the phone and we scheduled an appointment for him to survey the situation that Saturday morning. Paul arrived on time. He presented himself as both friendly and professional. After assessing the situation, he determined that there bust be a very large yellow jacket bees nest that required a two-person team to remove. He immediately got on the phone and rearranged Mondays scheduling in order to fit us in that afternoon.Paul sent his sent the dynamic duo team of Logan and Mike (I call them Starsky & Hutch) to handle the job. Logan and Mike showed up on time and after introducing themselves got right to work. They were able to tactically use their weapons to slowly and safety maneuver close enough to the grill to get to the point where they could lift open the cover to it. When they did, they found a nest about the size of a bowling ball. While I hid in the kitchen of the house (peaking from behind the blinds), Logan and Mike were able to disable the bees and safely secure and dispose of the nest. They also looked for and sprayed any openings near where the backyard meets the wall of the house for bees looking to escape there.The team at National Pest Experts did everything we needed in a prompt and professional manner, at a high quality, and for a very reasonable price. Were so thrilled that they were able to safely remove this dangerous hazard from our backyard in such short order.When you call them, just ask for the team of Starsky and Hutch.

Working with Paul was a pleasure. He came over and we discussed my carpenter ant problem. He is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to pest control and outlined he strategy to deal with the problem and get rid of the ant issue. We set up an appointment for a few days later when two of his workers came to deal with the inside and outside of the house. A few weeks after the initial spraying inside and out I noticed some ants again around the pool area and back patio and they came back promptly to spray again. Would highly recommend National Pest Experts.

Quick response came within 24HRs. Tech Logan responded and got right in there no hesitation!!! Pushed the yellow jackets 🐝 nesting in our walk to the outside area and then treated the area so they could not return .

While trimming some bushes I inadvertently stepped on a bees nest that was on the ground. I was swarmed and was stung at least five times before escaping into the house. I was amazed to see that they followed me in inside but once there they broke off the attack. They then gravitated towards the skylight where I was able to take out my revenge on them. My wife called National Pests Experts the next day (Friday) and they came over the next day. Had a great conversation with the owner about bees. He was very knowledgeable. He explained to me that once inside the house the bees would try to find sunlight. That explained why they when up to the skylight. His crew took care of the bees nest and a very large hornets nest that was on the side of the house where we very rarely go. His crew was polite, professional and took care of the problems in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to any one with a pest problem.

Ive used National Pests Experts in the past for a carpenter bee problem I had and they were professional and responsive. I set up an appointment pretty quick and they came on time as promised. They took a look at my house and sprayed everywhere including areas near the roof line which were hard to reach. I havent had any carpenter bee problems all summer long since. National Pest Experts are what their name says they are, experts! They are very skilled in what they do. We are using them to extinguish a carpenter ant problem and they were able to pinpoint the problem area quickly. More than just spraying, leaving and hoping like all other places, they have a wide variety of methods they use to take care of the problem. Paul was very friendly and made everything easy to understand. Logan treated the kitchen problem area as well as the rest of the house and the outside perimeter of the property. The service and skill at National Pest is first rate, the prices are very reasonable and I can definitely recommend their service for any pest or nuisance problem you have!

I Live in Massapequa Park, and saw all of the great reviews left for National Pest Experts and figured I’d give them a shot. I dealt with Paul and told him I had a party coming up at my house that weekend and that I needed to get Rid of the cricket problem we had been having. Paul sent his crew over almost immediately and they went to work. I saw the issue almost evaporate , only a couple of days later.

Very responsive (Liz in the office is great), Very fair price, and they got rid of an ant problem that I’ve had three other exterminators unable to handle. I also had a mice issue, and I was clean as soon as they put the bait down. I live by a state park, so I thought I was stuck with critters forever. NO!!!! Thought I had termites, Paul came and told me we had beetles. He could have sold me a whole bunch of treatments but was honest and told me we didnt need to treat area. We will definitely be using him when we need pest control. Not too many honest businessmen like Paul these days.
Great experience from start to finish. We have the cicada killer bees (aka digger bees) all over our front and back lawns making the space unusable. Paul came quickly after being contacted and took time to answer all of my questions and options on remediation. He was not pushy or tried to upsell any additional services, but did make recommendations for us to consider. Given my concerns and request to be scheduled ASAP they treated my property the next day. I have used quite a number of services from pest experts as part of a business requirement. Many come and go, likely spray some chemicals (may not chemicals and just water), and dont seem to keep the pests under control.Things seemed to get out of control and I was in search of someone reliable and someone with experience.After searching for a while, I came across National Pest Experts. I spoke with Paul. I can honestly guarantee that once you have spoken with him, you will be inclined to try out the service. HE GUARANTEES HIS WORK!!! We were in a real jam - a nest of Yellowjackets took up residence in the air conditioner in my bedroom and were making their way into the house. Paul came over the next day and his team took care of the issue from the inside and outside of the unit. Now the Yellowjackets are homeless and with their guarantee, my wife and I can sleep soundly. Town of Hicksville resident, Mike & Logan were accommodating to our schedule, maintained social distancing and got rid of a persistent and large yellow jack bee infestation. We would use this company again and would recommend them.
Cant ask for better service! They tackled a monster Bee Hive for me and wiped it out on the very first try. First visit was a free estimate with complete explanation of what was going on under the ground with the beehive. The next day the owner & assistant show up with special tools to get way inside the bushed and into the ground where the bees nest was located. Then said he would be back tomorrow to make sure he got them all and refused my payment until he was satisfied the job was done correctly and he got all the bees. Only honest guys do that! Came back the 3rd day just to check the bees were gone and i was happy to pay him. Price was fantastic too and no need to hack up the bushes in front of my home... Cant ask for more...
Called 5 local exterminators and though 4 of them were nice enough to provide pricing over the phone, only National came to my house to look at the job and then provided a quote better than the rest. Theyre here tomorrow. More to follow...

2022-07-08We just moved into our home and it past the initial inspection without concern. Once the season changes, we started to notice spider crickets and carpenter ants. They came out very fast and set a reasonable time frame and expectation. We have only had 1 treatment and have seen success already. Looking forward to the results after a full round of treatments.

2022-06-10Very knowledgeable business! I would text Paul at 6 am with pictures, and he would get back to me. He was able to swing by my home when I was available. He was respectful and friendly with me every time he was in my home. The problem is fixed, and he still responses to more of my calls/texts and takes the time to answer my questions.

2021-12-02I was able to schedule an appointment with Paul right away. The receptionist Kristy was very helpful and courteous! Paul arrived within the scheduled window and immediately knew where to look at attack the issue at the home. He was very knowledgeable and informative, then offered multiple resolutions to choose from and was responsive and a pleasure to speak with every time I reached out to him. This was my first choice and happy to say it was the right choice!

2022-06-10Nothing is 100%of the time, but this was, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional experiences ever. Price increased beyond agreed amount, employee shows up late (with the audacity to have an attitude)…..and I still have bugs everywhere. Never using again, and I certainly don’t recommend to anyone. This place should be shut down.
