We contacted NSM just after purchasing our home. They were very quick to respond; sent out a rep who explained the process and ramp dimensions. They offered a great payment plan; and installed the ramp within a week of the first deposit. Were super grateful for their attention, expertise, and great communication. We would recommend them to anyone!

The NSM Team and in particular Victoria Van Valkenburgh, Terry Farrigan and Joe Sinicropi were exceptionally attentive and willing to guide me through the process of relocating/repurposing a Brooks Acorn 120 Stairlift. The entire process went smoothly and the team at NSM was amazing and made the gift of mobility a reality for my parents.Victoria gave personal attention to my project from the very beginning. Over the course of several weeks, she took several phone calls, some on her personal time, and led me through the planning process and throughly presented my options. Her attention to details and follow through was comforting and made me confident that such a repurposing was feasible.The team approach at NSM was apparent throughout the project as evidenced by Terry Farrigan when she connected with me the day before the installation, a Sunday. To assure a trouble free installation, she went over the plan and discussed some handling damage that occurred when I transported the unit to its new location. She took the time to identify the repair parts that might have been needed after listening to my story and reassured me that the unit could be safely installed.Finally, Joe Sinicropi, the technician who travelled over 3 hours one way for the reinstall. Joe was punctual, professional, efficient, friendly and fully capable over the course of the setup. He listened to me the customer. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to “oversee” the work. He thoroughly tested the system and demonstrated it’s safe use. I could not have asked anything more from an installer. Joe was top notch!I highly recommend the NSM team and my parents have regained their freedom from their incredible work in mobility solutions.

Young man who came to install was very polite and efficient .installed and cleaned up .have only had stair glider short time but works well and helped my husband to be able to sleep in his own bed after two months in hospital.whole process was extremely easy and Victoria who came to measure and give me all details was knowledgeable about product.
