The absolute worst customer service. Dont let any ounce of helpfulness fool you... they absolutely dont care about you. They will make you feel like they are listening to your needs but then forget all about you. I am reading through the other reviews and I see the name of my contact there and that person doesnt follow up with you and doesnt return phone calls.I was given the extension of the GM there (by the GM) and I was told to call him to talk about my issues and of course he doesnt pick up his phone or return my phones calls.Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone if you call the general line.You walk into the place and they have these mantras which make you feel like you are the right place for your needs. Dont expect any of it.HEART (Honor, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork, Service)They lack honor or excellence. They make me feel like I am burdening them with my requests or needs. They dont have any accountability and clearly no respect for the needs of the disabled people who come to them to help their lives be more productive and livable. Teamwork and service... joking right?Close the location down and start over.Ineptitude as its finest.-Wilson Calle

The worst branch of National seating &Mobility . Many months waiting for nothing in this placeEmployees do not answer phone calls. They are unprofessional, unreliable company.I was waiting for Victoria to return my phone calls or email for months. She didn’t do it.Go to another branch of National Seating &Mobility Keep away from this place in the Bronx.

This company has been servicing my wheelchair since i got it 16 years ago. Ive had about 3 different specialized power chairs and have had nothing less than an amazing experience. Angel is by far an angel and is compassionate, intelligent and extremely accommodating. He has always been an expert on all of my chairs and whenever theres an issue he handles it quickly and with expertise. I drive from long island just to go there. Great!!!

I usually have pretty good service here, but today was different....it was exceptional!!!! I was fortunate to be assisted by Angel and Kelvin, and they provided the ABSOLUTE BEST service and customer service Ive ever received with this company when bringing my power-chair in for same-day repairs. They were super-accommodating when there were issues with me transferring from my chair (which means a great deal when in a vulnerable situation in an uncompassionate world).Thank you for getting me in and out, and back to my life comfortably!!!

I would love to give half a star but don’t have the option, I hope they close down this place, very unprofessional they close place for lunch and staff brings back lunch and it’s another hour wait for them to eat. They don’t have a sign in sheet and staff ignore you, there is a receptionist sign and no one is ever there also a sign on door says knock for assistance and staff ignore and working with there headphones on. No one seems to know what to do you make an appointment and they are asking you why are you here. This is the Bronx location. If my daughters paper work wasn’t already in we would try Long Island location. We actually would have preferred Long Island but was not aware there was a location there. Let’s see what happens with the actual chair repair.Jw. Very unhappy waiting customer

This company does not care for patients. Absolutely no compassion what so ever. Dealt with them for 2 yrs. Never again. Takes months (six in my case) to fully service wheelchair. Even then wheelchair was still faulty. Your likely to get real service from a Bicycle SHOP. If your on MEDICAID they will treat you like garbage, maybe they are different if your on MEDICARE very rude people. Specially this lady named LIZ. in charge of sales dept.Im a c-5 - c-7 Quadriplegic. Six months without my wheelchair was agonizing to say the least. Fair Warning and Good Luck!!!

Company sucks. Got stuck with wheelchair that has VERY SMALL front wheels on it and CANNOT BE CHANGED for bigger wheels. Its extremely difficult to push over cracks on sidewalks (which we have everywhere being we live in the bronx). Medicaid wont pay for anything else for 5yrs! Representatives should be more aware of the needs. Now I have to pay for something else to transport my daughter in out of pocket! I been saving for a year now...thanks rehabco. My advice, find another vendor.
