Love love love it here. Having Native American blood run through my veins and seeing part of the culture here had me at peace. I wanted to buy everything in here and I probably would of if I could. I love places like this they’re so unique. Don’t get me wrong it’s for everyone but native or not I guarantee you’ll love and appreciate this plaza. I will definitely be back and since I live about only two hours away, probably more often then most. It smelled amazing. As soon as you walked in, you were hit with scents I couldn’t describe but it was absolutely amazing I don’t know how else to describe it. Also fellow truckers it’s a really good parking place. Lots of room to move, pretty big lot. Just respect the area and don’t litter! I will be retiring like I mentioned it was a nice morning experience.
The place to be whether your trucking or a 4 wheeler in the area. Open 24/7, Amazing atmosphere, they have a full truck accessory section, as well as oils and coolant needed for cars and trucks alike. Peaceful cigar lounge (even tho i just go to relax lol) and all the gas station amenities you would ever need. And lets not forget the best parts NO TAX on anything ive seen including gas and diesel and a restaurant with food thats definitely good for me (only sad part they are not open too late). But if your in Western New York definitely stop by you wont be let down!!!
Foods pretty good 👍. Double pride burger 🍔 is very fulfilling. Im definitely going to eat there again and again
Great place, been coming here and the Seneca hawk since 1984. I love these places good food great sweet tea cheap fuel. The owner has spent a lot of money remodeling the inside of this restaurant and hiring some great help. The manager and the waitresses are just awesome.They have all your needs in the store from CBD to cigars. I really have to warn you about the tea here and its been like this since Ive been coming in here since 1984 to the reservation, I have to really be careful when drinking the tea cuz I almost drowned in my TP, 😂.
The walk in humidor got my attention here. They have a very nice selection and have some fresh made in store I bought. The store looked clean along with bathrooms. Gentlemen behind the counter was super nice and polite.Lot is dirt lot which isn’t the most desirable but I found parking here late on a Sunday night so I am sold. Definitely a future stop again sometime. No complaints at all about this place for me
Excellent food, great service, dirt lot parking but well maintained. Would definatel y recommend to other drivers, returning next time I get the opportunity.

I am a big fan of this place, very nice breakfast, friendly guys work here. Free shower for truckers. Diesel was quite cheap but rising up now. Today its $3.10, but its worth to exit from I90. Always some spots. Hope they will pave the yard soon
Native Pride Travel Plaza has everything truckers and travelers will need. They have very reasonable diesel & gas prices, a wonderful diner with home made meals, laundry facilities, shower facilities, ATM ... smoke, CBD gift and snack shop, as well as a Huge fully stocked humidor. Would highly recommend stopping by on your travels through Irving, NY
Whenever Im trucking near Exit 58 going through NY I gave to stop spend night, gave the BEST breakfasts!!In winter,its an oasis,...in summer--- rekindles memories of being raised in upstate!Love the wandering around ability, love the workers, love talking humor and native NY style b.s. of the week....lolYou gotta trust all the comments above,all truth.Jesus bless this place always...
Cheap smokes and a really cool counter in the back with handmade native American jewelry. First time I had noticed a counter with paraphernalia. Clean bathrooms and never too long of a wait even when Hella busy.

Parking lot for trucks is a mudhole, staff is unfriendly to put it mildly. Cheaper fuel prices 1/4 of a mile away. Never been impressed with the food. Stopped here my last time.

Offering 3 stars because Ive been here for breakfast and it was great! HOWEVER, I ordered a fish fry from here today and it was the absolute WORST fish fry Ive ever had! The fish was completely tasteless, besides the grease it was soaked in. French Fries were not even cooked. I bit one and it was literally cold inside like they just came out of the fridge! Not to mention ,the fries were sitting underneath the greasy fish which just made them uncooked, cold, soggy fries. Coleslaw was like soup! The slaw was so watery it ran all over the fish, fries and macaroni salad. This was a to go order. Had I received my food like this in the restaurant I would have definitely sent it back and ordered something else. Not happy that I wasted not only my money, but the meal as well. I ended up giving it to the dog. The only decent part of the meal was the Mac salad. Not sure if it was the cook they had today or if this is how their fish fry usually is, but I would never order a fish fry again. Ill stick to the breakfast. Which again, they do serve a yummy breakfast!
Large parking lot. There is a smaller truck stop on the roundabout. If you trying to find parking dont think that little truck stop is all their is. This truck stop is just a little north of the roundabout on Us 20. There is a large parking lot. There is cheap fuel, a small store, clean showers, an open TV lounge, an a cafe. Store is open 24 hrs and has great customer service.
The best gas prices in the nation. Great customer service. I always stop here on my way to Canada. Once you stop here you will be a life long customer too.
Free coffee refills, the cheapest gas in the entire nation and great customer service. I bet you didn’t know they have a Pappy Van Winkle Cigar inside. I really like this place, especially because it’s owned by native Americans. Now that’s making America great again.
Native Pride and the Tall Chief Diner is the place to be when you need to stop over. Cheap gas, great customer service and great diner.
The Best! Eating “off the truck” can be very disappointing however my dinner was a treat. The “ Truckers Special”, homemade meatloaf, was so delicious and served piping hot. The menu is reasonably priced. Truck parking and showers to boot! Will definitely return. Thank you Haley and Chelsea😊
No complaints on place itself. However, I have scaled here twice in the past 4 months. Expect to wait 10+ mins ON the scales before actually getting scaled then wait in line for another good while to pick up the ticket.
The restaurant here is great. Waitress was awesome. Very nice stop with lots of amenities!! Good for truck with lots of parking. They take care of the lot by filling the holes. Its a dirt lot, but its parking when you need it. Has a shop on site, which I did not need. Free wifi with a password, dog run (not fenced) and Cat scales. Ill be returning when Im back in the area.
If youre buying tax exempt stuff, great. If you dont want puritanical internet censorship, or a restaurant that closes after lunch, great.Otherwise, dont waste your time coming here, it sucks.

Only reason i gave this 2 stars is because they have cheap diesel for trucks. Took a shower and it was tiny and even after watching them clean it didnt look clean. Cashiers rude beyond belief and refused to let me purchase things because i wont wear a mask. Besides the fact they do absolutely nothing to prevent any virus which is backed by science i have trouble breathing in them for more than a couple minutes.The only reason i will stop here adhesion is because they have cheap diesel on a non toll route through NY if I dont feel like paying tolls.
Every single time when I pass by exit 58, I stop to fuel here. Cheap diesel prices and there is no waiting line at the pump. This time I decided to take my 10 hour break here and after fueling I used one of the 3 showers they have available. The shower was not cleaned properly, but that didnt bother me too much because I did not have high expectations from the beginning. The one thing that really upset me was the water, which was barely warm. Nearly 45F outside and I was hoping to take a hot clean shower, maybe next time tho.
Worst fast food truck stop food around. Go to Toms. Youll avoid lot lizards and a crummy crumbling kitchen staff that has barely held itself together for years. Food constantly sub par. Longtime customer.

We went in and there was a young worker.in back told my wife she has to leave because my daughter wasnt wearing a mask. Now normally I would not have made such a deal and just brought her outside (she has a medical condition and cannot wear a mask) bit the guy had to be so rude about it. I asked for the manager. I spoke to a female, she told me she was the assistant manager. I explained to her about the worker and the fact 3 of the employees were not wearing masks. The assistant told me they dont have to when not with a customer. I explained to her that I observed one not wearing one while with a customer. Then the manager came over and I tried to explain to him and he just yelled and told me if you dont have a mask to get out, as he turned his back on me and walked awayJust drive down the same road and you will get excellent service! At the next smoke shop.
Great place for an overnight RV stop with a big parking lot. NO HOOKUPS, just a place to boondock for the night. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the coffee is pretty good for a travel stop. The gas attendant was friendly and helpful. He insisted (politely) on doing everything. Well be back!
I would give it higher star cause the food was good. The service was really bad. Place should have been a buffet
For truckers:This place is a life saver for me. The fuel is always cheap giving relief in an otherwise extortionately priced state. They will actually pump it too. Always friendly folk here. The food is not bad and the showers also are OK. Tip:- take your own towels.Parking is the usual moonscape but this place is an oasis in NY. 2 more TSs further west along 20 slightly cheaper but I always use this one.
Impeccable customer service, clean showers, excellent selection of products, and amazing food. You just cant beat them. Sure you can save 2-3 cents a gallon a few doors down, but you wont have the convenience of an all in one commissary! For that, Im more than happy to pay the extra and get a good conversation from the friendliest staff Ive ever met.
Clean beautiful place. Carry tubs of Stokers dip, cheaper than Virginia. And you cant beat the fuel prices. Have a great restaurant next door. $8.95 breakfast buffet. Deliciosos.
I give this the max stars for-Excellent service, the waitress was wonderfulMy grilled fish dinner with garlic butter was to die for. They even used red shredded cabbage for the coleslaw. My baked potato had salt on the outside of the skin and it was cooked to perfection. My macaroni salad was seasoned well and my fish was flaky.When we walked in it smelled clean.
Great place to stop for fuel and tobacco. They have a great diner with friendly service. They have a big walk in humidor where I get my cigars for a decent price, seeing as there is no tax here.
Professional n friendly staff. Lots of goodies in the store. Big rig parking. This is a great place to stop. Parking lot is a bit lumpy with giant pot holes, but thats the only bad thing bout this place. Nice restaurant also.
I have been coming here since day 1... As of the last few yrs it sure isnt for the food. It has gotten horrible. Food is never prepared the same way twice. I can only eat a few things there that is hard to screw up.. Something like a pancake it came back burnt both sides I sent it back and next order looked good but 1 bite into it and it was raw can u believe it.. I think what is needed is cooks that know how to cook... The servers are surely a 5 star and thats what really makes me come back. They are all super nice..
If you smoke cigars, you will not find better prices anywhere. Full boxes are cheaper than JR Cigars online store, sometimes by 20%. I was like a kid in a candy store. The guy who runs the humidor was very accommodating as well. I would say they could keep more full boxes in stock, but if you know youll be there, call ahead a few weeks and theyll order in what you want.
Love this place. Very friendly staff and excellent food. Always come here when I pick up my load down the street. Scales, food and good coffee. What more do you need. And for the smoker, large selection of Native American made smokes.

Drivers! Be awaire! Your big fuel receipt will have time on it!Everywhere in a world waitress and food servants gets picked by the better look and sound, this place picks best looking for fuel cashier and fuel pumping and leaves you with elderly grand ma with missing tooths and stuffed nose and no voice! (Not that I have no respect for the elderly) but my new york steak would surely tasted much better if there be a legit meal order writer, and dont have to parcitipate with stuffy-runny nose up my head... Good fuel price!
Not a fan of new restaurant like other one better. Food was better more choices waitresses some seem less focused on customers not checking on them enough. I noticed it had a different name on it. Put it back.

Everyone is very friendly, hard to find out here. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Truck parking, lot is a little rough, but doable. Not up this way much, but will definitely be back if I am back up here.
I’ve been going their for almost 7 years and this summer has been terrible. I won’t say any names but some waitress need to be replaced. I’ve had to swallow my food with my spit. She comes to give me a refill when I’m done with my food. Very disappointed. I miss Samantha and Amanda they came to check on u during ur meal and not leave u choking on ur food.
Its clean for its age. if you are a smoker its probably a paradise for you if you are not a smoker its not really worth stopping unless you just need a place to park. the parking lot is dirt. for non smokers there is really nothing for a store couple snacks limited drinks and if you are a diabetic theres diet Coke diet Pepsi is your choice. its more a smoke shop then a travel plaza. they have a restaurant but I did not try it I bring my own food in my truck.
Food is very good here. Family comes here very often, this place is great for group gatherings. The bathrooms are a little dirty at times but they have gotten better. A very cosy place to have your drink of choice and relax. Just wish they had free internet without having to ask someone what the password is for it.

This place does drive through and I pulled up to it at like nine at night and the two people that were working that night were on there phones the whole time we were sitting there and did not pay any attention to us sitting in their drive thru and the other customers that were inside of the building where notifying them that we were there and they still were too busy laughing and being on the phones to pay attention. I was sitting there about a good ten mins without them coming over to the window, so we pulled away and they looked out the window and had the look of “ what did I do”. And all I could think was you just lost your one of the most favored customer.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS!!! I pulled into this fuel stop because it was the cheapest on the road that was open. I am a transporter, (I deliver school buses), so I have to keep log of certain things and plan my route accordingly. Needless to say i was at a pump for a while. When I finished, I proceeded to exit the bus to pump some fuel. I am mid way through my fueling and I hear some yelling and its getting closer. A guy comes around my bus super aggressive and yells at me saying that I cant pump any gas!! I become immediately defensive and I ask him why and that I am already pumping. He tells me its shift change and he is trying to go home! All the while still yelling. So he hangs up my pump and tells me to get my receipt. Ar this point its a full out argument. I told him you know I would not have had a issue but you came at me beyond rude. So that goes on for a short while. I ask for the manager and he tells me she is inside and she wont come out to handle the issue and that his name is Mike. To complete this review she pretty much had his back. So that tells me that in this particular establishment, the employee is always right. All the Manager could say to get me out her face was that she was sorry and that now I could pump gas. BEWARE OF MIKEY. HE HAS ANGER ISSUES. LISTEN FOR HIS WHISTLE WHEN THE PUMPS SHUT DOWN AND KNOW THAT HE IS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD WHO HAS WORKED A 17HR SHIFT AND WANTS TO GO HOME. POOR MIKEY.
Food is ok $7.99 breakfast buffet but service leaves much to be desired. almost had to ask for a refill even though the waitress was walking by the table and then I sat there for ten minutes with the money on the table for my check because she never told me I had to pay upfront, again with her walking by the table every minute or two.
Cashiers paid by the hour !! You have to come inside twice to get your fuel pump turned on. Dirty toilets and the dishwasher people are cleaning toilets ???? Really ??Noon time takes about an hour to get your meal...Enjoy

You would think with seneca hawk diner being closed that native pride would step it up, but no they close the breakfast buffet down and now a few days ago they turn us away because they ran out of eggs, then they run out of potatoes. The wait staff is clueless and they wear pajamas with tie dye fuzzy slippers, guess Ill go to angola or Collins for breakfast since the rez has nowhere good to eat.
Ate here before several times and the food was great..but the servers were horrible..ate again here today..and brooke..our server was terrific!! Fish sandwich for my hubby and meatloaf sandwich for me..everything was great!!

The restaurant was going to take a half hour for a salad.. to go.. asked if the chili was going to take that long.. got.. it’s hard to say.. if someone can’t throw some chili in a cup and put it in the window to get at least one of their orders out.. they need to re-evaluate the staffing situation.. a truck stop should have food for truckers..
Fuel price 5*.... showers 1* 1st time was dirty. 2nd wasnt cleaned at all. Today got a shower and when opened the door found someone having #2 after told that fuel desk gave me a key from on other shower which was used and not ckeaned :-( ... im not picky. . But hairs everywhere used soap on walls. ..

I was sadly disappointed with this stop/shop, prices are high on everything from jerky to parts for a truck. I will be buying parts and other products from out side of the reservation from now on.
Cheap fuel compared to the main stream truckstops nice people I got no less than a hello or smile from the people working there quiet parking none of that pay to park reserve bulls#$% just a nice truckstop Ill save this as one of my favs to stop be safe out there.

It is a greasy spoon diner but sometimes that is just what you need! 9 at night and I was hankering for a 2 egg sausage and cheese sandwich. Bang, 5 minutes, hankering fixed!

Stopped here on my way home. They were very pleasant and helpful. Ended up with too much ice and they took care of the extra no problem. Would reccomend and visit again in the future!

We orderd two hamburger with fries to go. The hamburger and the meat was cold. The fries was not fresh. It was very dry and cold too. We are very disappointed.

Ordered a pizza and two shrimp dinners had it delivered and it was all cold they said they were going to to reimburse the money and they never didso if you get it delivered your food will be ice cold

It was a nice place before they started print time in big diesel recipt. This is a place for owner operators and no one will fueling until you remove the time.

Went around 10:50 and got told they were doing shift change sat there and waited. Guy sat in booth entire time doing nothing then my boyfriend got out to pump the gas and asked if he was gonna do his job or if he needed to do it for him and about 30 seconds later another man came out and threatened my boyfriend bc he was upset he wasnt doing his job.

A good place if you are a truck driver, diesel deshman, but! if you pay with a credit card, then they put the time on the check !! near closer to the circular there is another gas station, there resets by hand they write, without time

2022-07-03Nice, country-style, truck stop. Old-fashioned feel to the place (less chrome/more wood). Staff friendly. Cafe was excellent, with moderate prices. Showers were on the small size, but very clean. Plenty of parking. It’s two~three minutes further from the main highway than the other two truck stops; worth the extra drive.

2022-01-31Friendly staff. Restaurant is very good and very cheap. Everything in the store is very low price with no tax. Cigarettes are extremely cheap priced! Verizon cell service sucks here but they have free WiFi. The parking lot is gravel, a little bumpy so drive slow. Showers are $8 and very clean.

2022-04-11So far, not great. Watched one guy walk out due to no service. 7 tables. 3 wait staff. We put in drink order and were ignored or forgotten....waIt staff did see us.....chose not to respond. . Even if the food is good.....bad service will kill any business. ADDED LATER....The food was excellent. Homemade flavor. GENEROUS PORTIONS. Please work with wait staff to br more attentive ti customers and not hang out at the counter giggling.

2022-06-18Always good service here. Gas and cigarette prices are really cheap, and the staff are usually very friendly. I try to stop here anytime Im traveling between Erie and Buffalo whether its gas or smokes I need.

2020-06-17Always a great experience. Azalia’s juicery made fresh daily. Fuel prices are great food is fantastic served with love. Dont miss out on this stop. Farmers market every Tues of summer. Plenty of items and gifts to enjoy. They make you feel at home. For a trucker from Laredo, Texas, that means a whole lot.

2021-05-12It’s a great place to visit when you are around , big choice of cigars! I tried their fresh squeezed juices but I was not so impressed, they were too watery for my taste and overpriced $6 !

2022-01-25This place is awesome! The gas prices are unbeatable and the shop is fantastic. There are tons of cute decorations, good snacks and drinks and even a diner! I always stop here on road trips.
