My new go-to nail salon! The staff is so sweet and the salon is super clean. They get a little busy so make an appointment if you’re trying to go on a Sunday. Highly recommended, so glad my friend found this place!
Had the worst pedicure in my life. She was obviously in training as she had to be told every step. Hardly touched my feet . Very disappointed

Gel is peeling off already and I got them done on FOUR days ago! Wasted 40$ ! The staff Id very nice though and very clean
Best nail salon hands down anywhere in the area. Always best to make an appointment because they actually lot time for their appointments and dont make you wait !
Don’t plan on going anywhere near your appointment time- This is the second time I’ve had to wait over a half hour passed my appointment time- I won’t go back there are many other places who have better service
Do not have this place do your nails. They do not last a full 2 weeks for a Gel Manicure. This is the worst place I have ever gone to.

2022-06-25I think it’s interesting how someone else just reviewed this place stating they find them incredibly rude. I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been here a bunch of times largely because Flora gives amazing massages and the facility is nice.The staff that have done my nails have been extremely rude to me and my nails don’t look great either. They can’t do basic designs, and instead of just saying so, they do horrible work and get mad at you for it. I’ve been burned with the file many times, cut in multiple places, and generally talked down to. They don’t respect appointment times and last time I went, the girl doing my nails literally would not use the powder color I chose. Other techs have rushed me out and given me depressingly bad manis, giving me attitude when I ask them to file a nail a little more or if I ask them to add a tip to a broken nail.More than anything, I’ll never go back her as the staff are rude and I never leave happy with how my nails look.

2022-03-19Professional, really clean, skilled, friendly and accommodating. My daughter got a great massage, and an SNS manicure, which looks amazing! We both got great pedicures. Jessica is very professional, trustworthy and friendly.

2022-06-25This place is rudiest place ever! I went for manicure and pedicure, and they did my pedicure and then kicked me out after becuase they didn’t “have time” for my manicure. When I waited 20 minutes for a pedicure and specifically told them I needed a manicure as well. They have no customer service and are very rude I will never use this place again! Very raciest! Horrible horrible please avoid !!!!

2021-10-28Absolutely terrible! I had never been here before, but was shopping in that area and it was convenient, looked nice and I did read Yelp which should have been my red flag. I saw a more recent review stating new ownership and quality was better vs the many awful reviews. Aesthetically its very nice inside, the man at the desk was nice, I picked my color and was put with I think she said Nancy.. I pointed out that my cuticles really needed to be cut down, then when she started w gel I immediately noticed my sides were not done and pointed that out and asked if she could polish the entire nail, she rushed, almost all my nails are not filed & smoothed down, she didnt clean under the nails, the sides were still not polished and cuticles are a mess. Pictures dont do this mess justice and Ive never had such a sticky gel manicure done. One of the worst manicures Ive ever had along with such a rude and rushed nail tech. Do yourself a favor and dont go here!

2019-09-08Location is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very professional and friendly. I had a great pedicure. The lady who does the post manicure/pedicure massage really knows what she is doing. Best massage I have had in a long time. Please give them a try.

2021-09-09Had my eyebrows waxed. Fast service only lady put the hotest wax on my brows that for days I had rash type marks. Not happy only she was VERY apologetic. Whatever thats worth :(

2020-01-25Honestly the service is good and the staff is great... but I just didnt love my nails. I wanted almond shaped nails and left with oval shaped nails. I tried to explain what I wanted again and I was told that with my nail bed it was hard to do but Ive gotten it other places so that is not true. But I have gone back to them again because the pedicures are great and again the people are great.

2020-01-17The staff is lovely, very nice, clean space. However, I just had sns gel done on Saturday (1/11) and by Monday (1/13) my thumb had chipped in half. Went back and had it fixed, no problem. But now, Thursday (1/16) everything began popping right off. Every single nail came off in one piece. I’ve never had such a flimsy sns manicure before. Very disappointing.
