If I could give this Messenger Service 0 stars I would!I have had an account set up with this service for many years. This is BY FAR the WORST messenger service, completely UNRELIABLE! Time sensitive packages are always late, delayed, or not picked up. No curtsy phone calls are ever made to advise on late delivery or pick up. I am done with stressing over this messenger service, the whole point of it is to make your life easier not more frustrating. The owner or manager by the name of Barry always has a BS answer and an excuse. DO NOT use this service if you want a reliable and prompt delivery and or pick up. Not worth the stress!Ive given this service enough feedback over the last few years with false promises that things will improve. Dont waste your time or money!
Terrible! Customer Service is horrible! I have called to check the statuses on my pickups and many times I get hung up on. Once on a Friday, I heard in the background: Its Friday, whoop! and I got hung up on. The drivers are very unreliable, they take hours to deliver your packages with no regards that this impacts business. It seems like they have no urgency whatsoever! In one occasion I was expecting three boxes but when the shipment arrived I received just one. The excuse? The client handed them one box instead of three. I was beside myself??!! What ever happened to calling the customer to verify what is being picked up before leaving? This company used to be Manhattan Express Courier, they used to be very reliable and professional back then.. I really dont know what happened to them after the change. I will NOT be using their services anymore.. I will look for another more professional courier company to handle my shipments.
Ordered a Vizio TV and I was so lucky to get these guys to deliver it; sarcasm!!! First thing they called me on a Tuesday to schedule a delivery the next day. So Wednesday at 5 oclock and still no TV so I called them to see whats going on. They explained that the TV never showed up to their facility so it would have to be rescheduled, so the obviously question is why would they schedule a delivery when did they even have the TV in their possession? Fast forward to the the following Monday when I was told it would be here between 12 pm and 5 pm (with an 1 hour call ahead before they were here). 4:30 pm rolls around and no TV, so I called to check the status; new update was between 6 and 6:30. 7:05 and still no TV; I called and got a new status of 35 minutes away. 8:35 pm and still no TV; called and got a new update of 20 minutes away. The TV finally shows up at 9 p.m. I get it.... sometimes things arent on time, but dont keep telling me lies to keep me at bay. I also shouldnt be the one calling to find out the status every time; call your customers and be honest with them. I wouldnt use these guy to deliver my garbage can to the curb.
Awful customer service. Their operators are all non-responsive. After hours it only gets worse. Forget about getting status either. There messengers have been known to be late. Their charges make absolutely no sense. They record inaccurate weight and accompany them with ridiculous charges. A round trip for a set of my packages started at weight 450lbs, but came back at 210lbs. The charge was the same for each direction for some reason and the actual weight was really 185lbs. Also, they charged me for parking, which I found hilarious because the nearest deck is 4 blocks away and I saw them park the truck on the street. Go one with someone else.
I have a Manhattan-based payroll company. When selecting a delivery company for payroll it was important that I had an attentive, on-time and reliable delivery service since I was entrusting them with sensitive financial material and often unsigned payroll checks. Need It Now proved to be all of the above. On top of that, I found their rates the cheapest of the half a dozen or so messenger services I priced out before selecting a messenger. You definitely cant go wrong choosing Need It Now!
Maria T. really went above and beyond to help me with a really critical delivery. Extremely satisfied with the customer service she provided! Ill definitely be a repeat customer.
Sams club order was shipped on Nov 8th Need it now Baltimore set up delivery for 29th. Called in the afternoon to set up another delivery. Was not loaded did not ship. Told i would wait 2 more weeks.If you order from Sams and Need It now is the delivery, RUN LIKE HELL. you may be dead of old age, before it arrives.Still waiting for my order, no idea condition or when I will see it.
Have known this company for years. Very honest and reliable Barry works hard to keep the company organized and prompt. No job is too small or to late when it comes to delivery. Highly recommend.
The young lady in accounts receivables is very rude and unprofessional. Wow I am appalled.
Horrible, Ill never use them again. I had a delivery scheduled three separate times, and they failed to deliver all three times. The first two times I wasnt given any reasons, the third time they told me that it wasnt put on the truck. After that I gave up and cancelled my order.
THE BEST COURIER COMPANY IN THE NEW YORK CITY, METROPOLITAN AREA HANDS DOWN. A TOP SHELF SERVICE, CATERING TO THE PROMINENT BOSSES IN THE CORPORATE WORLD. IVE WORKED FOR LOW BUDGET COMPANIES IN THE PAST, THAT WERE NOT THE REAL DEAL. I FINALLY FOUND A HOME BASE AWAY FROM HOME.
They only give 24 hours notice for a delivery to take place on a SATURDAY. Also, they were blowing up my calling every 15 minutes and leaving voicemails. Communicated to the person on the phone, Tarah, that this is unacceptable.
Same day delivery took 3 extra days, no communication from the courier or company, I was home the whole time. My delivery finally arrived 4 days late.
Fast, reliable, dependable - I have done business with Need It Now courier since 2008 and my experience has been nothing but satisfying. I look forward to doing business with Need It Now in the future. Highly recommended.
The owner of the company is extremely rude. Let me tell you something. When you speak to people on the phone in regards to business you dont just hang up the phone. You dont get rude or disrespecful and thats what they all are. Thats the only experience I recieced from these people and Im a former worker

I had the best experience. The messenger came at exactly the time they promised, charged me a reasonable price, and delivered on time without any hassles.
Awful people. Verbose and oblivious to what is being communicated to them. Deny and deflect is obviously the modus operandi.Id rather teach a pig an aria.

2022-05-04Our company has been using Need it Now for years. Every time I call, I get a great, fast and friendly customer service. Maria is fantastic! When I place an online order, they meet time frame requested. Not once have they been unable to complete one of our pick-ups or deliveries.

2022-05-23My order from Lowes was picked up 3 weeks ago in Texas, and was supposed to be delivered by May 14th in PA. It is May 23rd now, online tracking says scheduled for delivery (since May 13th) but when I call them they tell me they havent received it on their dock yet. Horrible customer service who does not explain anything. I called Lowes, they have no idea whats going on either. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE shipping courier. Lowes needs to stop working with them!

2022-05-24I had never heard of this courier until now and now i know why. This is the worst company ever and i’m honestly convinced it’s just a scam. I ordered something from target and it was said to arrive may 18, then it said it would arrive may 17 then the next day changed to the 18th again (6 days later now.) My tracking info was never updated so the whole time i never knew where my package was and i still don’t. When i went on the courier tracking page it even says my order doesn’t exist??? The target customer service wasn’t even able to figure it out, i hope they stop using these losers!

2021-12-17I have never heard of this delivery company before and I hope this is the first and last time I receive a delivery from this horrible company. I placed my order with Lowes on 11/27 and as of today 12/17 I still have not received my delivery, it is frustrating the incompetence and lack of respect that one pays for a delivery and with an estimated delivery day and they do not deliver it and 9 days later On the day of delivery, I have not received my package yet. If Lowes doesnt change delivery companies, I never order with them again. THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY THAT CAN EXIST.

2021-11-26The woman who answers the phone is rude and unwilling to care about anything that someone may be asking. I cant imagine working in customer service and treating people like them calling your business is an annoyance...I think she would be better suited for a role not involving people or possibly this is a training opportunity because if you just dont know how to do something, say that instead of passing the buck and treating others poorly... definitely not the way I would want my customers treated.

2021-12-09This company is absolute worthless! They don’t answer the phone, they have had my package for over a month and still not delivered. I try to call and sometimes it rings and sometimes it does but when it does it keeps transferring you to a never ending rings. I’m starting to think this company is a fraud and needs to be looked into by the state attorney generals office!!

2021-11-12A part of my Lowes order was delivered using this company. The scraped up 60 ft of my driveway because the person couldnt properly use a pallet jack. The gentleman neither apologized or even acknowledged it. Do not use this company if you want to keep your property undamaged.

2021-01-16As a former employee this company is dishonest. I left a seasonal job with UPS making great money to work here. When I applied for the job I was told its permanent full time 40+ hours a week. On my first day I notice the trucks are not by Need It Now. They’re owned by SOS Logistics in Woodside Ny. Paychecks come from a third party. So who the F do I work for?!?!?!?. On the fifth day working I was told to come in at 11am. I questioned the dispatcher if I’m getting paid from 8am and he said no. They have me working 6 days a week, random hours, random days to complete 26.5 hours. I kept asking for more hours and always got denied. They prefer hiring people off the street rather give me the extra hours. No stability and no money to make here

2019-11-23Placed a pickup order for 4:00pm, at 4:15pm I called to ask why I had not heard from the courier yet. Was told that Need It Now was running about 3-4 HOURS behind schedule (and had been all day) and that my pickup had not been assigned to anyone yet.I was put on hold for 20 minutes then told that the operator could not get through to any drivers and they would not be picking up my order today. She told me that I would just have to cancel my order and try again a different day.I do not understand why I was not contacted when the company knew there was a significant delay or even when the courier was 15 minutes late. I was not offered any compensation for this inconvenience.Wrote an email explaining how disappointing the experience was, also noting to cancel the rescheduled pickup as Id had to use a different company. Only reply was its cancelled.

2020-07-27Amazing service. Hired them for 2 last-minute pick-ups at different times on a Saturday and they were absolutely great over the phone and with their speedy delivery and service. Delivery person (didnt get his name, sorry), was very friendly! Person on the phone was also very friendly, smart, and understood all my needs. Thank you very much!
