Our company has been using Need it Now for years. Every time I call, I get a great, fast and friendly customer service. Maria is fantastic! When I place an online order, they meet time frame requested. Not once have they been unable to complete one of our pick-ups or deliveries.

My order from Lowes was picked up 3 weeks ago in Texas, and was supposed to be delivered by May 14th in PA. It is May 23rd now, online tracking says scheduled for delivery (since May 13th) but when I call them they tell me they havent received it on their dock yet. Horrible customer service who does not explain anything. I called Lowes, they have no idea whats going on either. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE shipping courier. Lowes needs to stop working with them!

I had never heard of this courier until now and now i know why. This is the worst company ever and i’m honestly convinced it’s just a scam. I ordered something from target and it was said to arrive may 18, then it said it would arrive may 17 then the next day changed to the 18th again (6 days later now.) My tracking info was never updated so the whole time i never knew where my package was and i still don’t. When i went on the courier tracking page it even says my order doesn’t exist??? The target customer service wasn’t even able to figure it out, i hope they stop using these losers!

I have never heard of this delivery company before and I hope this is the first and last time I receive a delivery from this horrible company. I placed my order with Lowes on 11/27 and as of today 12/17 I still have not received my delivery, it is frustrating the incompetence and lack of respect that one pays for a delivery and with an estimated delivery day and they do not deliver it and 9 days later On the day of delivery, I have not received my package yet. If Lowes doesnt change delivery companies, I never order with them again. THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY THAT CAN EXIST.

The woman who answers the phone is rude and unwilling to care about anything that someone may be asking. I cant imagine working in customer service and treating people like them calling your business is an annoyance...I think she would be better suited for a role not involving people or possibly this is a training opportunity because if you just dont know how to do something, say that instead of passing the buck and treating others poorly... definitely not the way I would want my customers treated.

This company is absolute worthless! They don’t answer the phone, they have had my package for over a month and still not delivered. I try to call and sometimes it rings and sometimes it does but when it does it keeps transferring you to a never ending rings. I’m starting to think this company is a fraud and needs to be looked into by the state attorney generals office!!

A part of my Lowes order was delivered using this company. The scraped up 60 ft of my driveway because the person couldnt properly use a pallet jack. The gentleman neither apologized or even acknowledged it. Do not use this company if you want to keep your property undamaged.

As a former employee this company is dishonest. I left a seasonal job with UPS making great money to work here. When I applied for the job I was told its permanent full time 40+ hours a week. On my first day I notice the trucks are not by Need It Now. They’re owned by SOS Logistics in Woodside Ny. Paychecks come from a third party. So who the F do I work for?!?!?!?. On the fifth day working I was told to come in at 11am. I questioned the dispatcher if I’m getting paid from 8am and he said no. They have me working 6 days a week, random hours, random days to complete 26.5 hours. I kept asking for more hours and always got denied. They prefer hiring people off the street rather give me the extra hours. No stability and no money to make here

Placed a pickup order for 4:00pm, at 4:15pm I called to ask why I had not heard from the courier yet. Was told that Need It Now was running about 3-4 HOURS behind schedule (and had been all day) and that my pickup had not been assigned to anyone yet.I was put on hold for 20 minutes then told that the operator could not get through to any drivers and they would not be picking up my order today. She told me that I would just have to cancel my order and try again a different day.I do not understand why I was not contacted when the company knew there was a significant delay or even when the courier was 15 minutes late. I was not offered any compensation for this inconvenience.Wrote an email explaining how disappointing the experience was, also noting to cancel the rescheduled pickup as Id had to use a different company. Only reply was its cancelled.

Amazing service. Hired them for 2 last-minute pick-ups at different times on a Saturday and they were absolutely great over the phone and with their speedy delivery and service. Delivery person (didnt get his name, sorry), was very friendly! Person on the phone was also very friendly, smart, and understood all my needs. Thank you very much!
