I had been on the fence about Indian food before trying this restaurant. This restaurant has finally convinced me that I love Indian food. So far I have had their goat biryani, chettinad entree, malai kebab for kids, chicken tikka and papadam masala. The star for me was the chettinad entree and malai kebab. Fresh ingredients as well. Keep up the good work!

I had never tried Indian food till today and I loved it. Nehas has very friendly service. I had the shrimp in a red yogurt sauce it was delicious. I will certainly be back and will recommend it to all. Free parking in front is a plus.
My brothers and sister just hosted our parents 50th Anniversary at Neha Palaces banquet hall. The layout of the banquet hall was ideal for the event. A special shout out to Diya and the staff who provided excellent service.
Had my husbands 60th bday here today. If u want to have a party here look no more!!! They have the best food to the best service here. Owner is very kind, caring and very understanding to your needs. She goes above and beyond. Everyone i invited were beyond happy with the food and service. Thanku Diya for the outstanding service u gave for us to make this a memorable 60th for my husband. Even in this pandemic, with all precautions taken, we had a great time💯💯❤❤
Best fries in a while. So good. Naan, was OK ( had the garlic) wasnt blown away. Food was generally good and filling. Good portions. Service is great.

Neha Palace is a wonderful place to go if you enjoy Indian Food. Mostly it is a catering hall, where weddings and parties are held (the decor is amazing for these events), however, they do offer a lunch buffet which was delicious. Fortunately, my friend is very familiar with Indian food and was able to tell me what was spicy and what wasnt. I can take some heat but not a lot. My favorite is the Saag, although I was delighted with all of the offerings. One thing to keep in mind, the buffet changes, so you wont see the same items every day, or even every couple of hours. I cant wait to go back!
I took my family here after seeing the wonderful dishes the night before when I stopped by. It was the first time having Indian food for everyone else and we were all blown away by the quality and freshness of the food. As with most things, eating the food fresh from the kitchen is the best way. The mango lhassi, chicken tikka and lamb biryani were all excellent. Tender and flavorful cuts of meat seasoned to perfection. We cant wait to go back!Oh, and we got an inside tip that they will be starting a lunch buffet at the beginning of February which will give a wider variety of food to try and pick from, including appetizers. We will be there!
Today I called my favorite Indian restaurant, Dia took my call. I came down with Covid and 5 days in. I asked if she can do a kitchari for me, it was asking much, it isn’t on the menu. Dia did the next best thing for me, yellow dhal & rice. She threw in a spinach dish, bread and get this, a pack of yogi tea with instructions on how to make it. What’s more, she had it delivered & didn’t charge me for the food. She said, we are family & you aren’t doing well.What are good friends for. Thanks Dia, one of a kind classy hostess.

I like the food in the restaurant and the service of the staff is excellent. However, I am highly disappointed in the service I received on my wedding day. I have visited the facility in the past and requested that the facility be cleaned if there was an event the night prior. They did not clean up the event in the banquet hall from the night prior. Due to this fact there were flies as my wedding ceremony was going on. Also, they did not wash the chair covers from the night prior. My mother had to ask the hall would you keep dirty chairs like that for your daughters wedding, only then did they budge to move the the dirty chair covers to be braced against the wall. I selected the hall because it was convenient to our location, had ample parking, and the food is usually tasty as I order takeout from there all the time. I also couldnt believe after finalizing our wedding menu, the caterer started to list foods that I should bring like roti... They really should stick to the restaurant business until theyre ready to handle catering.

Just had my wedding here-Diya made this too easy for me and my wife. From the beginning, communicating with her was a walk in the park. Food- 10/10, bar service 10/10- and everything else was top of the line. Great service for what you will pay and you won’t be disappointed. I would definitely hold other events here without hesitation!!! And as a plus, her daughter is adorbs!

A hidden Gem in Yonkers. This place is beautiful right behind the cross county mall, if you want to the throw any event this is the place . The food was amazing, fresh hot and delicious. I had a blast thank you to the owner Diya and the staff especially Mr.Patrick. The place had everything ready for my special day , loved it from start to end.The atmosphere to decor to the food and music was on point. Their priority is to make you happy as person and a customer to keep you smiling . I would tell a friend or family member come throw another special event at this place. Lots of respect for this place and memories I won’t ever forget thank you.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Yonkers. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The food is always succulent.
Ordered takeout including chicken Tikka masala, curry chicken and goat curry. All were almost tasteless - very light on the spices, and I specifically requested medium spice when ordering on their website and they ignored it. They also ignored my request to add egg to my dish, which again, was an option on their own website. When I called afterwards to provide my feedback, the manager said he would call me back but did not. Ive been here multiple times before.
I’ll get straight to it, if you’re having an event, Neha Palace is the place to do it! My family has done multiple events at Neha and they have all been amazing. Just recently we did our wedding reception there and up to this day I cannot stop hearing people talk about how awesome it was and how delicious the food was. Starting with Diya, she is truly a wonderful person who makes it a mission to make sure your event is done well and caters to what you want. Her dedication and passion for her business reflects nothing but quality. Her staff, especially Patrick, are all amazing, one of a kind and genuinely friendly. Now for my favorite part. The food is exquisite! We have been eating there for years and have introduced many people to their cuisine. I have never heard a bad critique of their food. Everything in their menu is delicious and a must have. If you order a drink just know that you are definitely getting a good one. All in all Neha Palace is amazing and worth it!

I think this is probably the best Indian restaurant in Westchester county. The food is priced as any other Indian restaurant. Some of the dishes are really good. The lamb could use a little upgrade. The lamb in the biriyani that I got was dry and tasted stale so I ended up eating just the rice.
This is hands down the best Indian food in Westchester. There are probably 5 or so closer Indian restruants to my home but this is always worth the trip. Friendly staff and great service. Food quality is top notch, enough said.
We have been coming to this restaurant for years, pre-pandemic and post. The food is pretty good but the service has always been inconsistent; but today our waiter was completely dismissive after we waited for at least 5-10 minutes for the waitress to come out of the kitchen. We came into the restaurant, followed by a man who was going to order carry-out, and a couple of men followed. The third party just sat down, we were standing and waiting for someone to at least acknowledge that we were there, then we sat too. After I told the waitress the order of people that came in, she proceeded to wait on the second couple before us, and so did the waiter. That’s not how it’s supposed to be done; we told the waiter as much, then be proceeded to give his full attention to the people WHO CAME AFTER US. We told him we didn’t appreciate his rudeness, then we left. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, AND WE’LL ADVISE OUR FRIENDS NOT TO GO THERE.
What can I say?! This place is very accommodating! Paterick has been amazing everything I go there. I have have dates with my best friends and catering for my wedding done and everything up to the roti was amazing! FRESH! When I mean it was made fresh it was fresh. Just the right amount of spice and right amount of spicyness! Everyone enjoyed every bit of the food! Will be catering for many many more occasions.
We had our wedding reception at Neha Palace and the organizer Diya was very professional and accommodating. She made sure our vision came true and was very hospitable on our big day. She made sure we ate and bought us food and water. The food was amazing and all our guests were satisfied. I highly recommend having an event at Neha Palace.

I had my wedding and reception there. The manager Diya was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything I needed was made possible and the space looked beautiful. Patrick was very nice and helpful during this process. Anything that we didn’t like the day of was corrected immediately. I would strongly recommend this venue.
Great place for Indian Food and hospitality.I have been living in this area for almost 7 years now. I have been to many Indian restaurants in Yonkers. But, Neha palace is one of a kind; especially when it comes to quality of the food and cleanliness.Chicken tikka is our family’s favorite. We love to eat it all the time.If you are in Yonkers area. Try this place without missing.
Great food but so far every delivery order has been wrong, with items missing or less expensive proteins like chicken sent instead of the more premium priced protein ordered. They have accommodated missing items if you call them, but the repeated errors are annoying. Your best bet is dining in to make sure you get what you pay for.

A friend and I checked out this place for lunch and wow, what a pleasant and welcoming surprise this place is! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like a good friend or family. Theres plenty of seating (spaced out at as well which was very assuring) and the ambiance and décor is warm and inviting. Now the kicker, the food: OMG good! My friend is very knowledgeable on Indian Food (as this is what we ALWAYS eat together) so when she was just as impressed, without a doubt, the food here is the real deal...and very delicious. A must try, period.

Amazing food and great service.The presentation of the Chicken Biryani was very different for me. The Biryani came in a bowl with a naan dome over it to keep the heat and flavor in. Fantastic presentation, fantastic flavor and big portion size.The chicken vindaloo was spicy and very flavorful... Also very generous portion size... Left lovers for all of us. The cloud naan with paneer was also a wonderful treat, the side sauce was to die for.Last but not least, the service was great, very friendly and courteous staff, great conversation.Covid practices in full effect!!
Incredible food, tandoori chicken is moist, samosas are fresh, saag is flavorful without being too rich, and naan is flavorful and perfectly cooked.
My first time eating at Nehas and I was very satisfied. The manager Dia was very attentive and helped me and my boyfriend make our selections. All of the food was amazing. We ordered veg samosas, fish amritsari, karahi curry goat and chicken tiki masala. So delicious. Definitely recommend the mango yogurt drink as well. Very pleased with service. Left so full and ordered extra Nann to go home. All the sauces were so flavorful as well. Will be returning.

Wow let me just start by saying I love this place. I literally had to cancel my wedding reception at another place two weeks ahead of my wedding and I called so many places just to try you know I didn’t want to loose hope on making this beautiful day come true and then all of a sudden the lady that is in charge of the Neha Palace called me back and let me know that my day had just recently became available 🤩. I cried inside with excitement. The lady her name is Dia, was extremely helpful and made sure that my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams. She answered all of our questions and didn’t miss a detail and her staff the day of were excellent. My husband and I tried to give them all a tip but may have missed a few but they all deserved it they were excellent in service. Finally the Neha palace is just stunning and really helps set the tone. If you book this place I’m telling you your going to have a beautiful wedding or even sweet sixteen what ever they are fancy y’all. They had mango drinks and pina coladas. My guests were so happy and you would be too. No lie this Palace was the awesome chandeliers on the ceilings, a dance floor in the middle of the room, a stage and a clean carpet and don’t forget the mirrored walls on the side. Absolutely STUNNING 😍 THE BEST! I would book them again if we do our vow renewal 🤩👌🏼 No lie it s the best. I’m going to try to update this review when my photographer sends me my photos.
I had my wedding here and from beginning to end Diya Was such a HUGE help. I knew from the beginning I would be able to trust her with my important day. Her and her staff were very friendly and professional. Everything she promised, was delivered. I could not make it through that day without her event expertise. Plus she helped me save ALOT of money with her great ideas. I will definitely be coming back for more events in the future.

I frequently order deliveries at home, bring friends to dine here, and also cater from them for our parties at home and at the workplace. The food is consistently delicious and praised by all our guests. As a regular customer, they have catered to our needs and look out for us. The extra care and love with which they provide their service is icing on the cake. Neha Palace is truly the best Indian restaurant in our neighborhood!
Everytime we go the service has always been great and the food is amazing. Its a very cozy spot and I highly recommend checking it out. Even if you are not sure what to try our waiter always asks us what we are into as we are vegan and has recommended great options for us but they have great non vegan options as well. Try it once and I bet you will go back plus there is always free parking which is a must for me.

Went there for the 1st time to celebrate my uncles 60th Birthday. Not only was the place CLEAN...the staff gave an EXCELLENT service. We got anything we asked for...they even played the music we wanted to hear. They made us feel like we were family and we had known them for years. The owner herself was super accomidating, her and her staff made sure we were all comfortable. The food is DELICIOUS. Definitely recommend them for events...or even just for a quiet night out. Dont forget to try their LAMB biriyani and tandoori chicken. They are to die for. So impressed with everything!
I will not exaggerate when I say that this is the best Indian food Ive had in new York so far, and I am Indian lol. It was delicious and served beautifully. The host Patrick was friendly and warm. He gave us complimentary samosas and was just beyond lovely. We ordered the coconut goat curry, lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka, lamb biryani and bindi(okra). I am still dreaming of the food. It is well worth the drive to Yonkers from nyack. We are planning another trip to pick up food. Btw, the mango lassi and sweets were so good.
Shocked by how bad this was, ordered several dishes and all were bland, tasteless, no spices or flavor at all. Goat seemed undercooked and we were afraid to eat all of it. Never again :(
Quality and taste subpar. Bar b q undercooked and felt like leather. Appetizer can feed only a child. Way over priced. too little in quanity. Trust me, if you want good and affordable indian food, go anywhere except this place.
OMG!!! This is my first time at Neha Palace Indian Resturant and it was an amazing first experience. Dia welcomed us very warmly and made some amazing suggestions that have all exceeded my expectations. We had the vegetable Somosas, fish amritsari, for starters. Mango lassi to accompany the main course: tikka masala chicken, karahi lamb, garlic and chili garlic nann. It was just an amazing experience from the service to the food. I will definitely be back to try everything on the menu.
The saffron curry and the grill platter is really good. The fries and bel chaat wasnt good. Makhni curry is okay but it isnt worth getting. The reason for 3 stars is because the owner or employee at the front area for picking up your order was very rude and annoying.

Amazing staff! Very kind, generous, and sensitive people. They make sure that you feel comfortable and are well served. This food is the most accurate type of Indian food you will come across in the New York State. Tastes just like it does back home in India. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. They really outdo themselves!
Neha Palace is on of my favorite restaurants. Their food is delicious and flavorful. Patrick is always my waiter and hes the best! Always professional, friendly and remembers my favorites. The margaritas are amazing! Definitely stop by, you wont be disappointed.

Very nice buffet for lunch. Tandoori chicken was especially delicious. Lots of great options, suitable for vegetarians too. Includes desserts and some sides. We ordered samosas as well and they were really very good. Would go again.
We ordered 3 chicken biryanis and mixed grill platter. The biryani was distasteful and slimy, as if it was days old. The grill platter lacked seasoning and was not fresh. Very disappointed, will def not be going back.
Food is fine but They charge very high price for less quantity. I think this needs to be changed.
Food was delicious and tasted very fresh. We had the mango martini and vegetable samosa for appetizers. For our main course I had the lamb in spinach and hubby had the curry goat. We also shared a bread basket and some tasty rice. The waiters were very attentive to us and were genuine. Overall the experience was lovely cant wait to go back.

Neha palace has some of the most delicious Indian food we have ever tasted. The only thing better than the food, is the exemplary service. Before you even realize your water needs to be filled, it is. When you eat at their AMAZING and low cost buffet, the food and choices are extraordinary and your plates are cleared quickly so you can enjoy the experience. I have loved this place for over 15 years, and it has only gotten more amazing over time!
Sunday 3/10/2019. Neha Palace in Yonkers, N.Y. A great Indian Cuisine Restaurant. Attentive staff. Spacious. Atmosphere pleasant with a nice selection of soft background music. Had everything set up in advance for our party of 12. Food for Sunday buffet lunch and dessert delicious. Offered a selection of hot food for both vegetarian/non-vegetarian eaters. Also was able to select from regular menu if wanted. Food not too spicey and could be adjusted to meet your individual taste. Highly recommended. Definitely would eat here again and recommend to others who wish to enjoy the same. Will give it 5.0 stars as an overall great experience.
I would like to give a big shout out to Diya from Neha Palace!! She is amazing and so professional. We recently did my brothers Wedding Reception there and everything was perfect. The food, service and decor was excellent. I highly recommend this venue.

Its always a pleasure & a great experience to have a party here. Diya, the owner of the banquet is a very kind lady. She will listen to you & customize a just right menu for you. This was our third time having a party here and we were extremely satisfied with the staff, food and the atmosphere. The place also has a parking lot which is a bonus. The food is great as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my son’s 1st birthday party.
We sat down for about 20 minutes before we were given menus, then when our drinks arrived but they were flat and tasteless. Then we noticed the pieces of dirt floating in the drinks. We complained to the waiter as he was giving us plates for our appetizers. Upon closer inspection our plates had crumbs and what looked to be sitting on a shelf where oiled had spilled and what looked like pooled on the plates. We dont go out for Indian often, but when we do next time we will not come back here. Attempt to eat here at your own risk
They really catered to our needs. The food in the banquet hall was great and easily accessible. The staff was visible and helpful. They did a great job of serving the large group that we had with the volume of small children that we had. I am no great Indian food connoisseur but I enjoyed what I had.
Went to this place just 15 minutes before closing. The waiter received with no hesitation and made to eat the food. The food was not up to the mark. The chicken biryani in the buffet was pretty dry. The butter chicken was sweet. The ambience was fair. the prices were expensive with 16.95 on a weekday, which was very high with minimal options availability.

Neha palace I can’t even begin to describe the service they gave me it was beyond expectations I booked the hall for my sons birthday party two days before the actual party she decorated the tables provided all utensils when I tell you the staff was sooo kind the whole time it was just perfect I wanna thank them soooo much for there service I will definitely be holding more events here
We did our Gaye Holud Ceremony at Neha Palace and we highly recommend it. The management and the staff are highly professional and sincere. Their catering services were excellent and their willingness to help was ubiquitous. Everyone loved the food and they had plenty of it. I’ve also been a guest on other events at Neha Palace and I’ve always been pleased. So yea, great experience dealing with Neha Palace both as a guest and a host.

I held a small wedding at neha palace. I couldnt have asked for a better experience especially during the pandemic. Diya went above and beyond for us on our wedding day as well as all the workers there who made sure everything was taken care of. We rented the banquet hall earlier this year for an event for my father. It is an absolutely beautiful hall, even though it looks great in the pictures, it looks even better in person! Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful and Diya the owner is super helpful and understanding. The place has a nice sized parking lot which was very helpful, a nice hotel almost next door for out of town guests.And they had the most competitive prices around. 5 stars from me it was absolutely perfect!

What a beautiful place to have your events. The owners are so wonderful and they make you feel at home. Nothing is short of service. The exterior and interior was lovely and shouted extravagant. The team was accomadating and fast. They made sure the guests were taken care of and fast clean up crew. Nothing but perfection. I would recommend this hall to anyone for any occasion.

Great for catering! Recently placed a catering order for my sons baptism and it was the best choice I could have made. My guest, who were not Indian, they were spanish, fell in love with the tasty flavors of their chicken tikka and vegetable noodles. It was just the right amount of spices & the tray size could feed a crowd.
This spot is my favored. I eat in many restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very chummy and the cuisine they offer is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a nice meal in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

The food in this place is incredible. After eating at many Indian places in the westchester area as well as nyc, Neha palace is my favorite. The service is not always the best but the food completely negates that. They are always kind and accommodating but can at times be a little slow. I wouldnt recommend delivery so pick up or sitting down is recommended. This would not stop us from coming back time and time again.
I had the privilege of hosting my wedding at Neha and it was a wonderful experience. The prices, service, food, decor, and hospitality were excellent. The owner is nice, flexible and willing to assist in any way possible. Do not hesitate to visit Neha Palace!

I am jamaican and I gave this place a 5 star because the food was delicious. I brought curry goat with white rice and nan with some roasted red chicken that I dont remember the name of it .. I have had 2 problems in a row with this place. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I will never order from them again. The first problem was they refused to honor a coupon that they gave me. The second was I was delivered the wrong order and another customer was left without food. When trying to correct this I was yelled at and told I was wrong.

That said, it isnt impossible and there are so many more good things about this place.Every year I indulge my staff in the exploration of culture through cuisine for our end of the year banquet (student affairs). This year we settled on Indian. Indian food is already my absolute favorite cuisine (literally eating it right now) so, no surprise I was very excited to be coming here.Lets start with the staff. Simply wonderful. Kind, respectful, attentive, great sense of humor, and willing to be so helpful. They accommodated a party of 22, had everything set up perfectly when we arrived, and even helped me set up my own foldable table with a tablecloth that i used to hold gifts and certificates. One gentleman even helped me carry my stuff to my car. I mean you do not get that kind of service anywhere thee days. They kept the lassi and water flowing, too!The establishment itself is HUGE. Split between restaurant and banquet hall, you walk into a nice big gathering area decorated with beautiful swings, and plants, truly welcoming. The restaurant area was clean, colorful, perfect temperature, and live with tv streaming cricket, and music in the background. Not too cramped, either. The spacing for the seating was well proportioned given the square footage. The TV can be used to stream other things, like our end of the year montage. I had no reason to explore the banquet halls side, but from a glance it is a great entertaining space.Okay. The Food. Probably the most important part of this review and probably all you care about! AMAZING. We were there for a lunch and took advantage of the lunch buffet. Not only are there SO MANY options, it is all you can eat! Set up neatly, labeled clearly, the whole presentation was great. Only gripe is that I felt the space where it is might be too small. The food was cooked to perfection, the hots were hot, the colds were cold, and there was an array of salads, chutneys, dressing, the whole works!10/10 would recommend and return. This is my new favorite place. They want your business and will work with your budget!
Neha Palace is perfect in almost every way! I had my engagement here a year and a half ago and we couldnt have been more pleased. We met with Diya, who worked with us based on our needs. She gave us a wide variety of options for appetisers and entrees and she even allowed us to customize the heat level on some of the dishes. What I liked about the food was the quality, taste and presentation. We had over a hundred people attend and everyone was happy with the food, which is rare to find in a party that size. It was amazing! The events room is really well done. On the day of the engagement, Diya was there to manage the whole thing and the staff were very attentive to the needs of the guests. Tables werent left alone and water and food was always available during event times. She allowed us to come in the night before to decorate and had no problem letting us use the ball room the morning of to setup. I have told many others about our experience and will continue to do so. If any of you are considering having an event at Neha, I would highly recommend going with them. The food, attention to detail, and overall experience was excellent!

I have been looking for good Indian and have finally found it in lower westchester. My first experience was delicious - chili garlic naan, veg samosas and chicken tikka. Looking forward to my next order.
Take out experience was quite disappointing. Entrees were tasteless and full of color (took 2 days for the color to get off the hand after hand washing multiple times). Definitely not doing a takeout again from this place.
Review is not for the food or the ambiance, as I never received it or went there. Ive ordered from there a couple of times via grubhub, each time they’ve confirmed the delivery, not picked up the phone when I called and then cancelled delivery an hour later.
Neha Palace is decent, not great, Indian Food. Ive had better in many other places. I give 3 stars for food.I downgrade down to 2 stars because of pricing and portion sizes. Manhattan prices in a Yonkers mall location, portions are somewhere between appetizer size and normal dinner portions. Neither my wife or I are large people and we do not eat large quantities. We always have food leftover when we go out to eat. We have NEVER had leftover food at Neha Palace.So, if you want average, overpriced, small portions, then this is the place for you. If not, you may want to try somewhere else.
I had my engagement party at Neha Palace today. I thought the staff and banquet manager, Diya, were very professional and gracious. Guests said food was great. My fiance and I had the opportunity to set up the hall the night prior which was helpful. The event turned out beautifully thanks to Neha Palace. I would recommend holding events there! :)
An absolute must! Food is amazing. My wife had her 40th birthday party here and they were very accommodating. For a place with such great food and modest pricing they are truly the best, hands down, Indian restaurant in Yonkers or anywhere else! Such a nice welcoming cozy place.
Good Indian food.they have daily lunch buffet. Atmosphere is nice. Biriyani us tasty. Chai us good too. If you are afraid of spicy food its not, there food on the buffet always less spicy as I notice. If you like more spicy may request aka cart or extra chillies will be ok.
The food was amazing, I came for the first time with a friend that recommended the place and I definitely want to come back. The diversity of flavors was incredible. The shrimp and lamb curries were excellent.But, what really stood out was the chicken briyani. That was the best Ive had in NY so far.The decor was good, but nothing special. I dont think you would go here for the decor anyway. Go there for the food.

I am used to Coromandel and the food there is phenomenal. I have been many times and each time is consistent in food quality and service. I cannot comment on service here as I ordered in but the food was not good. It was a measly portion for the price, the paneer saag was too soupy and tasted more like creamed spinach and lacked flavor and depth that Indian food should have. The paneer was too chewy and not buttery as it should be. I also ordered the vegetable tikka masala which was also bland and lacked flavor. The veggies were from a bag of frozen veggies that they plopped in, not fresh and flavored in advance. They tasted more like an afterthought. The rice too was lacking flavors and aromas that I love from Coromandel. I guess my point is if you want the best Indian food go to a Coromandel and skip this place, it’s not good.
I just held my son’s 1st birthday here. It was absolutely wonderful. Diyha (might be misspelled) and her staff were so helpful during the entire process. The place was well kept, the food was great, and the space was just what we were looking for.Highly recommend!!
We ordered through Seamless at 7:25pm with an expected delivery of 8:35pm. @ 8:50pm I contacted the restaurant for an update and was greeted with the worst customer service any customer can receive. The person who answered the phone was annoyed that I called 3 times before they answered then without asking who I was, told me the order was on its way then hung up the phone. I tried calling back multiple times to no avail. After speaking with seamless directly they gave me a $5 discount on my next order and ended the online chat abruptly.... Its currently 9:10pm and I still have not received my order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant at all costs and dont expect Seamless to help you if theres a problem with the order. Good Luck!!!
2 weeks ago I celebrated my graduation event at Nehas and boy was it a great experience! From the time I decided to walk in to meet with Diya to discuss my party, it was nothing but love. Diya and her team greeted me with a nice welcome drink and some tasty indian cuisine appetizers. We discussed my event and whatever I asked for was brought to light. Diya made me feel like I was family. Her crew was outstanding with helping my guests with whatever they needed. Never did I ever felt like I was just renting this place out. I felt right at home, my guests loved the venue, the decor, and especially the strong drinks at the bar. Diya I thank you so much for the opportunity, Patrick and Pintu I thank you! This place is highly recommended!!!!
I greatly enjoy Indian cuisine. As I hopped around several places in NYC and lower Westchester County, me and my husband found ourselves in Neha Palace--the best! I no longer hop around to different Indian restaurants because I love the food, I now go to Neha in Yonkers NY because I love their food! Delicious and very pleasant staff. Highly recommend.
Very good lunch buffet. I recently moved to Riverdale from Queens and i couldnt find any good indian food there so i heard about this place and have it a try. They have a pretty good selection of dishes for lunch and everything is delicious.Service could be a bit better but overall its a great choice for indian food.

I was very disappointed because they didnt have any signs of a private Affair at the doors and when we went in a party of two menu we were told that if there was a private function going on and they did not entertain the idea of providing two are going orders very indifferent I was highly disappointed
For a professional banquet hall its got some tacky decorations. The centerpieces were these dusty bedazzled plastic vases with fake flowers sticking out of them & the table numbers looked like they were done by a grade schooler. They were sloppily drawn on note cards with pipe cleaners taped to them. Why is it so hard to get something more tasteful looking. The food, was good though.
I absolutely loved Neha palace! The food was delicious and so yummy in my tummy! The Chicken Makhani with Basmati rice tasted superb. This is my favorite dish and of all the Indian restaurants I have eaten it in the tri-state area, this ranks as the #1 Indian restaurant.The tandoori chicken and the fish tikka were great as well. Not only the food was outstanding, the service, ambiance and atmosphere were magnificant. The restaurants ambiance had an Indian restaurant style and a homely style at the same time so I felt comfy like I was dining at home.This establishment also boasts a banquet space that holds 250 persons for any occasion you desire. Diya, the banquet manager is extremely helpful in working with clients and assists them in planning every little detail of the event. She will be with you every step of the way from you inquiring about a party all the way to the end of your event. I really would have not made by 2 year old daughters birthday party which I hosted 8 months ago.The staff led by Anthony, the head waiter were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the dishes offered on the menu. Furthermore, Chef Saleem brings many years of experience making the tastiest Indian Food you will ever eat. (Dont take my word for it. Just go and try for yourself).I had such a great experience that I absolutely cannot wait to come back and bring my family and friends to Neha Palace so they can also have the priviledge of eating some fine quality and authentic Indian food. What a wonderful way to end the weekend. My fiancé took me out to eat at this beautiful restaurant. This was my 1st time eating Indian food. The food was amazing the services was beyond great! I will be going back with my girlfriends so they can try the food as well. Also it a little expensive but trust me it worth it. I love it and will be going back =)
Been here twice. Food is great. Their chicken vindaloo is one of the best Ive had. The mango lassi is perfection. Service can be better. It takes forever to get a beverage and the wait staff can be pretty rude at times.

The food is good but the quantity you get for an 18 dollar order of chicken is abhorrent the tika masala comes with barely any meat! the rice portion is incredibly small like a tiny container ,a very small meal barely enough for two people and to have an amazing Indian restaurant in white plains “India cafe” that serves three times the anount Of food for the same order ( a lot of chicken and a lot of rice) for half the price and to top it an order of samosas comes with 3 over there not 2 and it’s the same price neha palace charges. The place is nice. It has a banquet hall on one end and a restaurant on the other side. The restaurant has a small bar and a small buffet. The food was very good but I will be honest, Ive had better. The mango lassi was small and pricey at $6.
Great service. The food was great. Really enjoyed my chicken tikka masala and the buttered naan was great. If your ordering takeout the portion should be enough to feed two. I just would have liked more sauce with the chicken.

Its a great place to host any kind of party you wish to have, especially my daughters high school graduation party. Diya Ramchandani, the banquet manager was very helpful every step of the way all the way which included planning the party, choosing menu items, recommeding vendors for Djing, flowers, limo etc. She and her staff was on top of everything and made sure that everything at the party ran smoothly.The food was terrific and the event was a huge success! All of my guests were very happy and enjoyed themselves. Oh BTW, the food was terrific! :-)
I am not sure why the prices are so high. Food is just ok.. I regret Everytime i pay 18$ for a biryani which is just mediocre. Most of the time they forget the sauce that goes with or it. Buffet menu during weekdays is boring but still priced high.
The food and atmosphere here are splendid. The aloo/saag paneer is to die for with a side order of naan. I enjoyed bringing my family to this restaurant for a nice Indian family dinner. If you are trying indian food for the first time, your waiter/waitress will be very helpful and patient in your decision. Dont be ashamed to ask questions to make sure you get the best experience at this restaurant.
I actually went to Nega Palace for a babyshower. I found the space for the babyshower very spacious. Everything seemed clean. I know they offer waiters for the event. The one thing I did learn is that they wont allow liquor from outside ( of course, they would want people to buy from their business since they do have restaurant across the hall. ) thats why I didnt give them a 5 star.

Attended a friends birthday party here and was really impressed. Quite a lot of available seating (probably 250 seats) so its a nice big place for the kids to run around in. Food was great and the room decorations were very Nice!
The owners of this restaurant/banquet hall are completely inconsiderate of the surrounding residential homes and families in the neighborhood. Loud music blasts through the building and onto the street whenever the venue hosts an event, be it a weekday evening or Sunday night. Initially, I called the restaurant directly to discuss adjusting the volume, however the pattern became having to call and speak to management every single time, sometimes twice in the same week. They do nothing to preemptively mitigate the noise pollution.

Made an order through GrubHub an hour before closing was sent a message that my food was being prepared then 30 minutes later received a message that they cancelled my order. I called GrubHub to complain and was told that the delivery driver reported that the restaurant was closed. Im totally disappointed I really wanted to try this place out. Dont waste your money at this place!!!!
I ordered for delivery and I receive my food within 20 minutes not bad but I can’t eat my food with no utensils or napkins which obviously I didn’t receive also I tried calling two different phone numbers that they have listed in their menu and no one picked up the phone nor I had any call back or reply I think they have to work on their delivery skills but their food was good it was really annoying for me because I ordered for delivery just so I didn’t have to step out of work and I did LOL just to get it A fork and some napkins

On Google closing time for this restaurant was 11, I was there at 9.30 and they say they already closed. I payed Uber for 70 bucks for 2 way trip. I was okay with that, but didnt see any kind gesture or worthy enough efforts frok staff.

Very bad restaurant. Initially he offers free stuff if you visit this place. Latter he stops those. Always check your bill, he intentionally charge more, unexpected taxes. It happened many times. If you ask about the charges, he disrespects you. Not a good place to eat at all.

Good food. Went to catered event and it was quite nice. Parking lot and ambience take away a little from the rating but all in all very nice.

2022-06-13I recently had my wedding ceremony here. Diya was a wonderful host and made sure everything came out on time and was perfect. My guests enjoyed the food and cant wait to come back to the restaurant! The space is perfect for decorating and the team here is very accommodating. Will definitely host another event here in the future!!

2022-05-19Excellent, excellent, excellent! I can not express how professional Día and the staff were. They were attentive and accommodating in assisting my family and friends at my parents 50th Anniversary party. I will definitely use Neha Palace Banquet Hall for future family gatherings.

2021-08-23Visited on Saturday 8/21/21. Food was pretty tasty. Mojito was weak and not enjoyable. Mint leaves were not muddled. Simply tasted like water and sugar, no liquor. Had to switch to beers.There was a subtle fly problem as well. Had to fan a few away from our table. Heard at least two get zapped in the fly trap they had on their counter too.

2021-07-09This was my first time visiting this place,the ambience is above average,but still they can work lil bit more on the interiors,food was delicious 🤤 specially the grill shrimps just loved it,customer service was really awesome,so happy with the attentiveness n the service of Patrick,would definitely recommend to try it onces😊

2022-06-27We reserved to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. A lot of my sibs, their partners, and grandchildren attended. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The food was amazing. The place is kid-friendly. All this for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend going.

2021-03-23This establishment took me by surprise. I am so happy to share my experience here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted respectfully, and kindly. I was placed at the most comfortable seating allowing me to study this eatery. From the traditional atmosphere, to the beautiful chandeliers, the amazing decor and colors,, to the most amazing tasting food I have enjoyed in years. Their spices perfectly blended for maximum flavorful experience. The tastes and atmosphere made me feel like I was eating in Mumbai. Traditional flavors, to excellent presentation, my experience here was breath taking. Thank you so much for an excellent meal. I will revisit this establishment on a regular basis now! 2022-04-27I absolutely love love love the food here, its truly excellent, and the staff are so accommodating. Its a fabulous place to get catering, the larger portions do not affect the quality of the food in any way, and the packaging and delivery are so convenient and well done (no slippage, everything is steaming hot, very easy set up and clean up). Diya will take such good care of you, and will work with you on quantity, selections, and timing. She is so accommodating, I had a last minute date switch for an event, and Diya was able to make it happen like it was nothing. A true life saver!!!Ive enjoyed everything Ive ever tried here, but my go to has always been the Chicken Chettinad (very very hot which I adore), with a side of achar (mango pickle). The food here is something that truly warms the soul and the heart, the only problem Ive ever had is that I simply cant stop eating it!

2022-04-03I just received my $60 order delivered that is a complete disappointment! Every chicken dish I ordered was dark meat - not even a mix of white and dark meat. I have never had to specify white meat only with ANY other Indian Restaurant I order from or dine in. When I called and explained that I cannot eat any of this, the man was rude and said next time you need to specify white meat only. There won’t be a next time!
