Based on a friends recommendation, I started seeing Dr. Joseph when traditional doctors said there was nothing they could do to help with a skin condition. After making some adjustments to my diet and going on supplements, I started seeing real results. Aside from taking care of the physical side, Dr. Joseph has been very supportive when I was experiencing mental health issues.Samantha has also been supportive and accommodating when it comes to scheduling!If youre searching for a path towards healing, I highly recommend coming here!

I’ve been receiving acupuncture from Joseph for over half a decade. While the physical issues I originally came to him for have been thoroughly addressed (through a combination of biweekly acupuncture and stress management/lifestyle intervention), I still continue to receive treatments for the noticeable physical, mental, and emotional benefits acupuncture provides.I can’t recommend Neighborhood Natural Medicine highly enough, and I absolutely adore Joseph—and Sam, the wonderful patient services coordinator here. She goes above and beyond to fit patients onto the (packed) schedule at the practice. Truly, they’re both angels. Five stars, all the way.

I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for almost 2 years now. He was recommended to me when I was having major problems with my stomach during the pandemic. Over the years I had been to many traditional doctors for my stomach and have had tons of test and told I had IBS. Nothing really seemed to help so I thought I would give it a shot and I’m so glad that I did because it has literally changed my life. I continue to go to him each month as maintenance so if I go off track I can easily get back to a good place. I have since recommended him to other people and they have also found great relief. It is a super chill environment and there is no pressure to come every week for the rest of your life. I highly recommend!!

Dr Joseph comes highly recommended! I miss him so much after moving out of Brooklyn. He always made me feel and sleep better. His remedies are incredible and I still order them even though I live out of town.Samantha is so thoughtful, caring, and responsive. She has helped me out with accommodating appointments multiple times and always goes out of her way to assist. I love Neighborhood Natural Medicine! Such an awesome space for wellness.

Dear Dr JosephI’d like to express my sincere appreciation for your care, skills and knowledge. I suffered with sciatica for about one year during the pandemic. I tried everything. Improvements were hardly noticeable. You saw me on a particularly painfully day. I could hardly walk. You went to work and I was miraculously so much better. I had quick proof. When I got outside I felt so much better, I walked all the way to Whole Foods(about a mile) and back.As some say, that was awesome!Thanks so much!!!Larry (age 76) from Staten Island
