Every time Ive come to this store we have to search for someone to help us only to be met with attitude. Both times recently weve shopped the item we were looking for was not in stock which is not their fault. But the employees have placed the order for us and then the items have been delayed. The sales associates do not respond to messages or calls when were looking for updates up until its time for pick up. They do not reach back out to us after we ask multiple times, they do not check on orders etc. Most recently I was helped by Emily Chung , once the item was ordered and her sale was made it was very hard to get her to respond back to me After the sale was made she never check to see if the other store shipped my item. I texted her 3 days in a row and it wasnt until I had to come into the store to complain that she finally responded. Then after then she continued to ignore my messages after I text her multiple times. She didnt respond until she was finally ready at almost 11 pm and then again until my item had arrived. When I came into the store she was very short and nasty with me. She brought my item out and then left. She didnt get my a garment bag shopping bag nothing. She just brought my item out and then left. She has very poor customer service and this will be the last time I shop at this location its ridiculous that after I had to reach out to her multiple times after I complained to her about that I continued to go through that issue. She requested my item at another store and never even checked on it or reached out to the other store until I had to come into the store and complain. I completely noticed her attitude change once she started interacting with some of the other older white customers but then when it was me I was met with an attitude and little service. Disgusting.
I have a friend that bought a Burberry bucket hat, they sent her a $20 faux fur hat and told her she needs to send it back to them to get her refund and she can drop it off at a Walgreens, when she went to drop it off at the Walgreens they told her she has to drop it off at a post office they dont know why she was told that. Their customer service reps dont seem to know what theyre doing, upon further research this seems to happen to a lot of other people. Dont purchase from them, its just a hassle, better to just get what you need from that actual retailer or Nordstrom. Not worth the headache.
Omg so I had so many skin concerns regarding my skin condition is horrible but thanks to ray who works there really help me out and find clean skins products that have really helped my skin out my skin has never looked better or felt better thanks to ray who was so nice and helpful i really recommend him to anyone who’s has problem with there skin or wants to find clean skin care products go to ray he is amazing!!
I wanted to share our wonderful experience with Dana Figliolia at Neiman Marcus.My wife and I were looking for a warm and stylish winter coat for an upcoming trip. We looked at a couple different coats at different stores and ended up visiting NM. Immediately upon meeting Dana we knew she was the right Client Advisor for us. Dana asked in detail what we were looking for in a coat. Her great ideas kept coming and we settled on a beautiful coat.Dana was incredibly knowledgeable, so nice and polished and absolutely offered the best customer service we have ever encountered. There is so much more to this story; we ended up ordered 2 more coats and then returned them to the store 2x. We saw Dana every time and she was so nice and accommodating every time.I’m thinking my wife needs a beautiful sweater now, and the only place I’ll go is Neumann Marcus to see Dana. Who ever Dana’s boss is should give her a raise in Salary and commissions.Larry Walsh
Horrible experience,Manager Denice and coworker Mike where very rude I wanted to return my Fendi shoes that I wore only once and the shoes were already beginning to unglue , I spend over $800 for them and Lisa was advising I should bring my shoes by the shoe repair , I shouldn’t take long walks with the shoes raising her voice at me and Mike was advising that that shoe is not a snicker . I was humiliated by both of them not surprised by all comments above !!!
I was not happy with the customer service I received at the YSL section. The lady there just wanted to make a sale and tried to convince me to get a purse I did not want. She made it seem like the one I wanted I would never get anytime soon since it was sold out. I went across to Bloomingdale’s and got the exact bag I wanted. For someone that is making an expensive purchase the attitude shouldn’t be oh well get whatever is here. It’s not like I’m buying 20 dollar jeans. Very disappointing.
I visited this store last Tuesday night after calling three times during the day to verify they repair mens Moncler jackets. We drove an hour and a half to get there from Brooklyn. I purchased a Mens Moncler jacket from Nieman Marcus on Dec 17, 2021. My husband wore it once, and it got a hole in the arm. This jacket cost almost $2,000 so I was disappointed that a high end product like this would break after one use. After I called the store the first time, they took my info and someone was supposed to get back to me. The second time they told me they do repairs on mens Moncler and that we can come in with no appointment to the alterations department. The third time I called was to the alterations department for hours and explained the situation again. We arrived before the 6 pm cut off as they told me over the phone. The Moncler specialist, Ms. Ruby, tells us they don’t repair Mens Moncler jackets when we get there. After I explained to her that I called and was told differently, she called the alterations department to come to look at the jacket. Mauricio from the alterations department said he could stitch it but it will be visible on the jacket and maybe he can do a patch better. Ms. Ruby then suggested we take the jacket to Bloomingdales being they had a Moncler store, and ask what they thought, and if anything, bring the jacket right back and they will fix it there. We did that in less than 15 minutes. When we got back to Nieman Marcus, Mauricio said it was too late and we would have to leave the jacket. I explained to them we had a three-hour trip coming to this store and going back home, and they already told me they would do it on the spot. One of the other sales associates that was present asked him if he could just ship it back to us since we came so far, and they said no. As we were leaving the store, I was astonished I couldn’t help but wonder if this would have happened to a white couple. I asked to speak to a manager at the lower level by jewelry. Ms. Michele helped me out even though she was busy and in the middle of something, unlike the five sales associates talking about their personal lives behind a counter. She took the jacket, gave us a repair receipt, and said we can have the jacket shipped back to us. She had Dori, the alterations manager, look at it when he went to work the following day. She was very understanding and handled the situation like a true professional. She has been keeping me posted and updating me about the jackets repair. This is true and excellent customer service. This was not my first purchase from Nieman Marcus, but after this service might be my last. Ms. Michelle went above and beyond to make her customer happy and attend to their needs. As for the people upstairs, I went home and could’t help to think that they were playing chicken with me. They sent me to another store and upon return, dismissed my husband and I. Ms. Michelle is amazing. If not for her my husband jacket would not have been fixed. As for the rest of the staff upstairs, perhaps they can benefit from a professional development in anti bias approach to customer service and in customer service in general. I dont foresee us spending our money here again.
10/11/2021 My husband and I went to Sanit Laurent to buy a bag that I want to buy. When the sales saw us, she was using a mobile phone and asked casually any needs help? When I asked her to pick up some bag styles for me, her attitude was very impatient and she kept throwing things while taking things, and her expression was very unfriendly. I have always trusted Neiman Marcus when shopping for luxury goods. At that time, I wanted to buy a bag after a dinner date with my husband, but after receiving such treatment, I never wanted to go shopping in such a store again. I would also tell my friends or family not to go through Bad shopping experience!
People please stay away from perfume store they are selling 100000% fake perfume I bought baccarat rauge 540 200 ml after we opened we are finding out perfume is fake then we are tired to return it they didnt want to take it. That is how they are selling perfumes once you open the box they dont take it back even if you have recipe and original box they dont care specially manager of the store she was unprofessional. Didn’t like my experience shopping on the second level. The ladies up there are extremely rude, 0 verbal interaction with me just eye contact but we’re willing to help everyone who walked in behind me and I came in looking to spend a couple thousand dollars on jackets. Chose to take my money elsewhere. I never have problems on the first level with the guys I appreciate them.
This is the worst location ever and the customer service is the worst, I expected a little more from the people in there , I bought 2 pair of Alexander McQueen shoes for my wife and I , I was dressed up when I bought it had no problem I was attended right away when I walked in , one of the shoes was too big so I bought it back the next day, I ran away from work so I was in working clothes, well I guess that wasn’t a good idea because everyone was looking at me like I can’t buy anything in the store one lady actually ask me did you buy this I said I bought 2 finally someone came to me and told me they can’t exchange the item it was used, I was are you serious all I did was try the shoes on they said one side was good and the other looks used I was yea cause I try one side on and realize it was too big I call for the manager and they exchange it for a smaller size after a hour and a half in the store, it just goes to show that you are judge by what you ware and mine you I wasn’t dressed bad , I just didn’t have on my Gucci and my Rolex that day , I will never go back in this store again and spend a dollar there because of there service and my wife will not be spending no money there and we spend so much money there
My experience at the Christian Louboutin was great because of Ray. There was another sales associate there that needs a class in customer service. Ray was great though! He cared about what I needed and really went above and beyond to help me with what I wanted! They don’t have a huge shoe selection but they help where they can!
Even tho they were sold out of the ysl bag i wanted the sales associate was so nice and did his best to see what other store had the bag. The bag couldnt be located in any other store. The sales associate gave me his card and let me know that if im interested in anything else i can call him before coming to the store to make sure the items i am looking for is at his store.i had a excellent experience.
This store is a great shop and probably the best in Roosevelt Field! Met with Roland Emmanuel in the Mens department and it was a throwback to earlier times when shopping was an experience. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. My family and I come here for stuff multiple times a year and we definitely feel safe during the pandemic. Thank you and we will be back!
As someone with a background in luxury retail and a DEGREE in it. I do not appreciate the customer experience of this place, it’s sad and would rather spend money elsewhere. The Americana isn’t that far away and you won’t feel like you’re looked at like you’re less.These people think they’re better than everyone else and do not go the extra mile you would expect in this environment.
They will be too busy gossiping about their lives while waiting for a sale to assist you. They will bother you for a sale so persistantly yet hesistant to help you. Good luck speaking to the manager as she is on a coffee break as they said or the department manager isnt in today. Oh and by the way good luck returning or exchanging anything because even if you open small little plastic wrap you cant even get store credit on your $380 eau de parfume. Not that the associate made it clear or anything their return policy. Called THIS store before I arrived and explained my situation and make it clear it was a 50 minute drive there. They said I will get a refund. I ended up waiting 40 mins while I was THERE for a manager. The manager kept bringing up their policy on the receipt (yeah that was after I paid for it).
I was surprised to see negative reviews of this store and the reviews were proven wrong. I visited Neiman Marcus on a busy Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. While some items are pricey, some items are affordable. More importantly, the customer service was exceptional. We worked with 3-4 different salespeople in different sections of the store and every person was cheerful, helpful and considerate. I look forward to my next visit.
It’s such a pleasure to shop at this store! The lady at the perfume area is not as engaging as she should be. The sales associate that helped us with Valentino purse was very knowledgeable, engaging, and funny! The restaurant has excellent food and customer service. The ambience is worth the visit too.
This place sells designers but company management doesnt seem to be working professionally. They always have gift card deal when you made qualified purchase but you have to make sure, you get the gift card in right time and right amount. I had to call a couple of times to get it. It also took me about one month to get full refund from online purchase refund with using the gift card.
My husband and I walked in no one said hello or even acknowledged us. We haven’t been back since. A simple hello would have been nice. The ladies who work at the perfume area should be ashamed of themselves because that’s the first area you pass when entering the store.

UPDATE: Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone when calling. Impossible to reach anyone at any department. Once someone IS finally reached, they are rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. I was on hold for 1 hr to reach someone in the dress department. When the woman finally picked up she was despicably rude. I told her Ill take my business elsewhere. OLD REVIEW: While I found here what I needed, I thought that the lady that works in the perfume department was very obnoxious. I bought an expensive Guerlain perfume set and she was annoyed with my questions and couldnt wait to finish with me. When shopping at Neiman Marcus, I expect excellent customer service. I wish I didnt give her my business but I really wanted that set.
High end merchandise galore!Store is clean and organized. Many associates to help with finding the right size. Cafe within the store is a must to stop by. Their famous pop over with strawberry butter as well as broth is something you will not find around. Pomegranate lemonade is my cold beverage to go. Enjoyed by all ages.
Neiman marcus fraudulently charged me double, two separate transactions, for a ysl bag which was purchased with credit card for over $2100. I have been on the phone with them and disputing online all day, provided receipt proof and bank statements etc. but I am yet to have an answer or receive my money back. This is absolutely outrageous and disgusting that something like this could even happen. Complete fraud!
Hidden Animal Cruelty. Rushed Closing Sales. Fake Return Policy.Ask you to buy things and wear them out without telling you what they’re made of and that you won’t be able to return them.Bought a coat and realized it has fox fur on it a few hours later after an online search. Came in less than 24 hours later and asked for store credit for another non-cruel coat and was denied. I didn’t even ask for money back - and wanted to buy something else.Now instead of buying something else, I will never be shopping here again. I used to be a regular.
I love this store and all the brands they offer, but I am very disappointed with the customer service at Moncler by one lady specifically whose name I failed to ask for. I was looking for one jacket in particular. I couldnt remember the name of it but I guess she felt a certain way when we were looking for it and it was right in front of her face. Regardless, she was very nasty. I hate to sound superficial but if Im spending $1k+ on a jacket, or better yet, giving you my business at all, I expect a certain level of customer service and did not appreciate dealing with this ladys nasty attitude. I even asked her if they had the coat in another color it came in and she gave me the nastiest attitude even about that saying that the color was last season...but they still sell that color online for a fact so Im not sure what that remark was about... I had told her I wanted to try a size 3 and she very condescending told me Im definitely a 4. I dont mind putting things bluntly but it was her rude, harsh attitude that turned me off from buying a Moncler at this store. I am an intelligent and kind person I would not be saying this just to say it, I believe some customer service training is needed.
To hold a comerial space in such a prestigous mall and to have the fabulous fashion iconic symbol & name such as neiman marcus you would think that this paticular one is outstanding. i was so excited to go in but so disappointed once inside. They have small selections AND do not carry the full line o fashion labels and varieties as the online store. Now understand there is a difference. its ok when you dont have errthing instore that you do online. Its a total other thing when you carry certain labels online and not instore. Do you see what i mean now? What they had instore in my personal opinion was ok but it appeared to be more like a elite second hand shop. Most items looked as if they were returned. Not my cup o tea @ all while the prices remain high. i was offered to order online instore for my item o choice but decided i can just do that in the comfort o my own home. nah i dnt care for this neiman marcus.
I took my daughter in hopes of finding something different for her upcoming prom. When we walked through the door I was greeted by a very nice gentleman I asked about.gowns and he informed where they were..not five steps in I got hit at makeup counter..would you like to try some eye cream..I politely said no thank you. As she looked me up and down she then said its free..yup..I was done five steps in. We had no help upstairs at the gowns and my daughter and myself felt very judged..FYI...never judge a book by its cover..and you work at a department store. My money is the same color as everyone elses. It truly is a shame. Ill just go into the city and shop at Bergdorfs.
Neiman Marcus supposed to be an exclusive store...its exclusive...but for being the only store (that I know) with a bunch of airheads, partisan but dress to impress customer service walking around the store like mummies in a cemetery....cemetery? yes, because this place at Roosevelt Field Mall is always empty...no wonder why. But these characteristics go from the bottom to the highest positions. This is my story........Less than 60 days ago I bought a hair product that the sales lady recommended as a great one...not true: it damaged my hair. I went to return it but they wouldnt let me cause I used 2 drops of the product (directions)....I had to use it ( I didnt bought it to exhibit in my living room)..... NM have a stupid return policy (theyre doing so bad..they have to make $$$somehow): 1.- 60 days return (that wasnt my case) 2.- item shouldnt be use; however the policy doesnt say no return for used products regardless the results. Any other store would have returned it. Legally I would have had the money back. Trying to avoid further steps, I called the store manager, but instead I was transfer to his/her assistant...this woman is worst than all customer service and similar together ...She denied my return, she didnt even say I am sorry...however she voluntarily offered to send me (fedex) some samples to fix my hair....I didnt ask for: she made the offer, BUT she didnt send them, ever - I never received the samples - . Weeks later I called her, not for the samples (I am not rich but I can buy my own things). I called her because this was a matter of principles. This was a matter of self-respect (something that obviously she doesnt know about it). A compromise is only for people with integrity and honor. she made a compromise (offer) with me but she didnt keep it because she is not a person with these characters. Guess what? she insisted that she send me the products; that she has the receipt from fedex. I am not responsible for what she says...she can say whatever she wants; that doesnt mean its true. I am responsible for what I say...I never received the samples.My credit card contacted her -waste of time-. My credit card gave me the full credit on their own (no fighting for charges: not even they want to do anything with her). I got my money which is good. I appreciate what my credit card did for me. Regardless the humiliation, the mocking, the harassment (part of this story)... I consider depending whom is coming from (not worthy but just this review )This store is not a good one...Store is what their workers are. BE AWARE!!
I keep setting myself up for failure with this particular location. All I needed was a small padlock for my LV bag. Didnt realize it was going to be such a project: especially since I called the day prior a d was told they had them in stock! I didnt take the persons name who gave me the false information, but she sounded friendly & knowledgeable over the phone. She even put me on hold to verify the availability. However when I arrived, Suba told me it wasnt in stock, wanted to know who I spoke to (even though I showed her the call on my phone log). Didnt help si ce she didnt even know the stores phone number!!! Duh!!! So after calling Saks in Huntington, I drove over the following day and placed the order! It didnt feel like you were trying to order the Hope Diamond. Thanks Courtney!
Terrible customer service! Ordered my husband a louis vouitton tie for Fathers Day and it had a stain on the tie. The stain on the tie couldnt have gone unnoticed from whomever wrapped and shipped. The stain wasnt the issue because I thought no big deal we will exchange it for another one. I called louis vouitton and they said to exchange at the store which was Neiman Marcus. I drove an hour and a half to find out king of Prussia doesnt carry this brand. I walked outside and called louis vouitton and they said go to the actual store. I waked back into the mall and dealt with Kelsey. She was great and was able to have neiman Marcus email me an overnight label to return tie and have another one sent to me over night! I thought great!I am still waiting for the label and returned phone calls. About 15 calls were made and every time I had to explain the situation. Finally I just used the grounds shipping label to exchange the tie. I finally spoke to Linda the louis vouitton manager at neiman Marcus who wasnt helpful. I asked why the would refund me the money and not exchange the tie she said we dont have that tie anywhere! Okay no biggie Ill pick another one but why wasnt I refunded my 25.00 shipping that I paid for a tie with a stain. She replied. I didnt do the refund. Ill look into it and cal you back.Seriously louis vouitton I am pretty sure you can afford 25.00 refundYes my tie was only 215.00 but seriously I have never experienced such crappy customer service! I will never purchase any louis vouitton or anything from your store! Let the wait begin for a returned cal from Rosa the general manager!
Stay away from Denise the manager of the shoe department. She is very unprofessional and nasty. Dressed like she’s going to the beach or going to work in target in all the years I shopped in Neiman Marcus I have never experienced a router unprofessional nasty individual
I purchased a $1000 pair of shoes from the salesperson Sherri. I absolutely loved the shoes in the store. They didnt have my size so Sherri was so helpful and had the next size up sent to me the very next day. She was very accomodating and I was thrilled, as the shoes were for a wedding that I would be in the very next week.The shoes arrived, I tried them on, they felt ok, but being consumed by my role as Matron of Honor, I barely had time to really wear he shoes around my house to make sure they would stand up for the night.The day of the wedding arrived, I put my shoes on walked to the limousine, and went the the church. I noticed that the shoes were a bit uncomfortable but still bearable. I walked from the limo to the church, maybe 100 steps. I then stood and awaited, the wedding procession to begin.After walking down the aisle, I noted that the shoes began to throb. I stood during the wedding, (35 minutes) then retreated quickly to the limousine. By this time I was miserable, so much so, that I had to go home and get another pair of shoes. interfering with my role, I could no longer bear being in these uncomfortable shoes.The very next day I called Sherri and explained that I wore the shoes during the wedding, but they were extremely tight. Sherri explained that once you wear the shoes there is nothing that could be done, and that I should take them to a shoe store and have them stretched.After paying $1000, I felt that was not a sufficient answer. So I took the shoes back to Neiman Marcus the following week. I then explained to Tara the store manager, that I the shoes were miserable. So Tara agreed that I should leave the shoes and she would have them stretched, but there was nothing that she could do. The shoes will not be returned for 6 weeks.I will no longer purchase shoes from Nieman. Having been a loyal customer, and having purchased several high end shoes, I am dissapointed in the cutomer service policies implemented in this store. Since this was my very first time returning shoes, I had no idea that a luxury store would not be a bit more considerate and employ a better customer service policy.Excellent customer service is defined as service that treats customers with a friendly attitude and tries to resolve their problem or question as efficiently as possible. There was no resolution, nor did they even want to hear my explaination for the return. I was told there was nothing that could be done, well try to stretch them, if not, guess you have to take the loss.Buyer Beware.
This Neiman Marcus does not have as wide of a selection as others Ive been to in different states, but it is the 1st location built on Long Island. They do have the higher end designer shoes and purses here so you dont have to travel all the way to the city or Americana to shop for them.There is ample parking, but limited handicap spots at all entry points surrounding the building.
Went this morning to exchange a gift. Was greeted by Magda Zlotowski in womens shoes. I returned a pair of boots to her and informed her that I would be looking around to replace the gift I had just returned. I find Prada boot on the sales rack. I gave her the boot and just asked her for the other boot because that was size I needed. Magda takes the boot and informs me she is going to get the other one. I walk around the store to see what else they have. 20mins later i see Magda she doesnt have the boots. I waited another 5mins. I go into the back where they have the registers and Magda is helping another customer who has to order her shoes from the warehouse. I told her forget the boots. I feel like she was being biased because i was in a jeans and t-shirt and this women was in a fur coat. I am an easy customer and it was an easy sale. I ended up going to the Neiman Marcus in White Plains was i greeted with 5 star service and for some reason this store gets a better rating when it obviously shouldnt
Hmmm... fabulous collection/selection.... Sraff......what can I say...Not so much.. listen guys, youre employees at these places . Not majority share holders... STOP IT!! STOP LOOKING DOWN YOUR NOSE AT PEOPLE! Im the one that would walk in there in my scrubs/sweats, hair a mess, no make up and purchase a shoe for $$$ because I like it. (Shoes are my thing) I dont need to walk in there and be looked down upon until you realize I can actually afford a pair or two of the high end shoe Im admiring. And when Im ready to purchase, were suddenly besties and or coconspirators... Just STOP IT... YOURE THERE FOR A REASON.. YA GOT A BILL THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID AND YA NEED TO MAINTAIN LIFES ESSENTIALS!! Rude and unpleasant staff, will not be returning. Needed to make an exchange and literally 4 staff members were sitting on the couch talking ignoring all the customers, extremely unprofessional. After asking for help 3 times, they all redirected me to another place with an attitude. Will only be visiting the Hudson Yards location from now on.

2022-03-18I purchased these Dior sneakers 3/11/2022 at neiman Marcus in Roosevelt field mall. 3/18/2022 I came to exchange for a bigger size because when I got home and tried the shoes on I realized I could use a bigger size. The sales associate Wendy told me it wouldn’t be a problem to exchange them. She went to the back and never came out. The sales manager Vincent came out and explained that we wouldn’t be able to exchange them because it looked worn. I explained to him I’ve never worn them only in store and at home. As the attached pictures show. He insisted he couldn’t exchange them because he would have to damage them out and he didn’t want to take that store hit. He told me to sale them online on at Mercari. I asked for someone higher he said the store manger will be in next week “Doris Wilshere” Vincent and Wendy were very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I called customer service and they handled the situation for me and was able to get my a return label and process my refund. I am now ordering my shoes on the Dior website. Lesson learned just order from the actual brand. You’ll never go wrong!

However there was one employee who was very kind and not stand-offish that I sought out to buy my fragrance with. Just wanted to reach out so you can improve your customer experienceWould leave a one star for the first employee I encountered but leaving 3 for the kind one

2022-01-16Great store! Has a lot of high end selections and the discounts are great. It is usually not crowded in the store and there are bathrooms. It is also well and has a lot of staff to help you.

2022-05-14This review is for Alvin Days in Designer Handbags - Roosevelt Field. I came into the store yesterday and was so lucky to have Alvin as my sales person. What an amazing young man! I wasn’t sure what I wanted and he went and pulled about 10 bags for me. I wound up not buying anything, not because they weren’t beautiful, but I didn’t want to spend a lot for a very casual bag. Alvin not once got annoyed that I was taking up his time. I never felt rushed. He was so pleasant and truly nice and genuine when I explained I didn’t want to spend a lot. I even showed him a picture of a bag one third the price from a vendor Neiman’s doesn’t carry, and he said it was perfect for what I wanted it for. Wow! Can you believe such honesty?! I find that many sales people get an attitude when you walk away not buying anything. Not Alvin. He is an asset to ANY high end store. More sales people should be like him. And when I’m ready to buy that expensive bag, I will not hesitate to go to Alvin. Thank you Alvin for making this an enjoyable experience and not leaving me with a regret as to why I bothered coming into Neiman’s. Other sales people should take lessons from you on how to treat customers!

2022-06-28I have been shopping with Michael In the mens shoe department since the doors opened at this location. To say I’ve been a loyal customer is an understatement looking back at all my purchases dating back to close to 5 years now I’ve spent close to $20,000 on shoes at this location and I only have been working with him. I find it disheartening and I am completely disgusted by the lack of customer service across-the-board not only with him as well as management.I have reached out several times and I have yet to receive a phone call in regards to the lack of customer service as well as being taken advantage of. I am not the type to complain being in customer service myself. However I’m so disappointed that I’ve reached out to Vincent who has yet to get back to me regarding this matter.It’s amazing how I’ve let this go on for so long and was even considering purchasing more merchandise online only to find out that my insider points are non existent, when Michael has shown my entire closet to my friends while I shop dropping thousands of dollars on merchandise.I will no longer be a client at this location nor will I ever give neiman Marcus anymore business going forward. Thank you Michael Gunther and Vincent for your lack of customer service as well as your ignorance I hope to hear from you soon

2022-04-01Love love love. ❤️ and u would too. Yessss! Just be prepared to pay an arm and leg for items. Save your pennies and buy something that you deserve and makes you extremely happy. Why work so hard and not treat yourself. Come on at least twice a year especially your Birthday Day. Life is stressful but Fun as well. So enjoy the times that arent stressful and shop here. Lol. Whose going to treat you better than you?

2022-03-09I went to Neiman Marcus today. I had a horrible experience that almost brought me to tears. As soon as I entered the store I was browsing around the mens section. Two men dressed in black came around me and was following me. Then I bought a gift I was waiting for the gift to be wrapped. Four different workers came up to me asking me asking me if I needed help. I was looking at my phone in no way was I displaying any behavior of someone needing help. How did I become a suspect by just walking in the store. I did nothing to warrent to be treated like I stole something or came there to steel something. When all I was trying to do was buy my daughter (who likes mens clothing over womans clothing) her 14th bday gift. Its was a very stressful experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.

2022-01-22I actually like shopping here & the brands they carry but... some of their employees tend to treat customers in a way that makes them feel as if they dont belong in there based off how they are dressed. My wife was made to feel that way on a very cold evening that required you to dress warm not stylish. Mind you she was there to pick up a $2500 YSL handbag. Needless to say the very next day she canceled her order based solely on how she was made to feel. Again this is not all employees because Ive dealt with some great people that were willing to go above and beyond. Those others need some retraining.

2022-02-20The place looks good and smells clean, its established, and the employees are polite and will help you find what youre looking for and will help you, I bought a MCM belt last year and one of the employees showed me where the belts were because I didnt know where the belts were, and I was satisfied with my purchase, I was very happy and I still wear it to this day. It looks very fancy and luxurious inside, its the best department store Ive ever been into, and isnt far from where I live. I dont regret coming here, and I recommend this to everybody that I know. They have a lot of brands, things can be expensive but its worth the wear, and will last long.
