New Age training is one of the school I ever been, very helpful in learning. They have a very strict rules which makes us being more responsible. The Professor are great, and well prepared,and they are in there for you anytime time.Off course as soon as you are done with school you find right way a job, most of the time you get hired same site where you do the externship.thank you Mister Thomas, Mister Callman as well mister Sheppard
I am currently taking class with Ms. Guyah and she’s amazing/knowledgeable! She has a lot of patience and she really understands when there’s something going on and etc. Great Professor! I hope I get her for phlebotomy class lol. Also Mrs. Carasquillo is the greatest too. Very patient and also very detailed and highly structured classroom, very easy to learn and study. Classes are challenging but it’s all about attaining knowledge in the field! Great schedule and really good to work with.
I had an amazing experience here and got employed quickly as a CMA! Mr. Thomas was my favorite instructor, he is so good at teaching
I had an amazing experience at New Age Training doing the phlebotomy course. I had the honor to have Ms.Guyah as my instructor, she made her students including me excited to go to class everyday. She made me look forward to coming into class and being excited to learn. Ms.Guyah was an excellent instructor, every single one of her lectures were informative and her demonstrations were very clear. She made me feel very comfortable in class and comfortable asking questions and being curious. If I ever come back to New Age Training, I would like to have Ms.Guyah as my instructor again.
I took phlebotomy here, Ms. Guyah is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She is committed to making sure her students are well prepared and feel comfortable in her class. She always made sure we had time to study and ask questions before taking tests and performing any activity. There’s not enough words to thank such an amazing and cool teacher.
I am still in the CMA program but the instructors I have had so far are absolutely fantastic.Ms Guyah - was my online instructor and MOC teacher. Absolutely patient, kind, and more than fair - she really helps you understand and will take the time to explain again as needed. She encourages us every day, comes in with a smiling face, and thoroughly goes over study topics! I will never forget her encouraging words - “You guys are doing awesome!”Dr Ninel - Absolutely lovely!!! Runs a tight ship BUT so is respectable! I learned SO MUCH from her. She takes the time to explain and ensures we have the proper techniques and tools to be the BEST MAs we can possibly be! No surprises with her - she tells you exactly what she expects from you. All you have to do is study and practice practice practice. & she’s there to help you every step of the way.Dr Sullie and Dr Yaser - helped us with phlebotomy and urinalysis. Ensured we had the proper techniques down and let us practice on them. It was my first stick in the dorsal metacarpal but Dr Sullie guided me through the whole thing. Excellent hands on instructors!Thank you to all of the staff at NAT for the guidance so far. I feel like I have the knowledge I need to excel in my upcoming externship and as a CMA.

New Age training is a great school to learn and to become a better student and person. The curriculum here is very precise and challenging. The teachers are very reasonable and fair. The staff is excellent and the rules help keep the school safe and in order. There is an equal balance of learning and reviewing information so that everyone gets what is to be done and there’s tutoring if we need it by M.S Margaret Guyah one of the instructors in the school. She is amazing!! The teachers are very qualified and I know they want us to succeed. Also Mr Thomas is Absolutely brilliant when getting the medical aspects into you. The staff in career development is literally on point with very current jobs. Ms Robles is a gem, so careful and precise with placement. Just take a look and call you won’t be dissatisfied. I want to thank my time at New Age Training that help me so much and to accomplish my dreams. When I first started New Age Training I was so amazed by the professors. The professors at New Age Training are the best because they teach us and want us to expect what is it like to go out in the real work. The couple months I took my classes, yes they were intensive but the professors break it down and make it better for us to understand. The professors are always there to help and achieve the best of everything. I am so glad of New Age Training. I accomplished and graduated this March. I am very proud and I am going to keep going on for the future. My experience at the internship was extremely amazing. I got placed at a cardiologist center and always did what they ask me to do. But I always find myself busy and always finding something to do. But mostly of all I got hired at my site. I am so thankful and grateful for this opportunity of my dreams.
I just recently graduated from this school, my experience there was very good. The teachers and staff work with all the students to ensure that they get the best of every learning experiences thatbis being offered. Im please to say that the career counselors are great. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Sabrina Lewis as my career counselor and helped me land not one but two job offers with really great companies. I had an idea of whats it going to be like at New Age Training CMA program, turns out way better than I anticipated. Perhaps its the learning experience - whether practical skills or theoretical material - but there is a big chance I loved the place because of Dr. Ninel. Im grateful that I had her, and you should if you can. She wont let you down in any detail. Other staff are helpful as well. Im writing this review 2 hours before my interview in Externship site.
Very Rude! I called on Wednesday to inquire about the Medical Assistant Program. I was told that she would call me back in 10 minutes because she was on the phone with another call. I havent heard back yet. I called another school and I am enrolled. This school has higher rating and is less expensive. Shop around for schools. Do not go to New Age Training. I have had doctors to tell me that most of the students that come out of this school dont have any skills or lack of knowledge. I work at a hospital in NYC. I was told that I made the correct decision on the school that I am in now. The hospitalt that I am working in now referred me to this school. Thanks!! NEW AGE IS NO GOOD.
I’ve been a student here since April for PCS, since the first time I got a call from Gigi I knew this was the perfect school for me. Ofc every place isn’t perfect and every experience would be different but I love everything I’ve learned so far. If you have questions ASK THEM! They don’t lie or trick people into their program for money, they will answer you with the truth. Professor Lyndon Thomas has changed my life and it is because of him that I am still going in this program. Due to personal reasons I’ve been faced with leaving the program many times and because of his inspirational and motivational words I’m still standing strong! It is hard I’m not gonna lie but it is soooooo worth it. When I went in person for a school tour EVERYONE was amazing, so nice, respectful, Mr. callman A GENTLEMAN and was so nice to my daughter. Ms. Carasquillo is amazing too! I love her teaching methods and her lectures; The same with Everyone in the building. Financial aid was easy and very communicative, he told me the amount I would pay out of pocket and that is exactly how much is reflecting on my school loans. I’ve never had an issue with any of them.
I want to share with everyone out there that New Age Training is the best school for everyone that want to pursue any career in the health field. Based on my experience, instructors in this school do not only teach facts or knowledge with a high professionalisms but also provide this knowledge with great dedication, devotion and inspiration. I would like to mention here Ms Halina Zanko or as we all know her, Ms Z. Ms Z is such an amazing instructor with great teaching skill that makes you love the class and profession everyday. She makes you work hard and practice practice practice because she knows how important is to obtain those skills forever while we proceed with our career. Ms Z is not only a great teacher but also a great person. She always creates a positive environment by inspiring, encouraging her students and most important caring for them.In addition to instructors, New Age training also has a great staff who give you a huge help during job search. After I passed my CNA state test, Mr. Jackson, the career service advisor helped me right way to find a job. Because of his help I was able to find a very good within two days after passing my state exam. He is such a great person who with high professionalism tries to find best job opportunities for you. I will always thank Mr. Jackson for presenting me to great job opportunities!Finally, I personally think that New Age training has exceeded my expectations!Thank you New Age training!
My first class at New Age Training I had Miss Guyah she’s a very helpful and caring instructor. You could ask her anything she won’t resist to answer, She always motivate student to work hard even when we seemed depress she always told us we got this. Going to New Age training I had zero skills I thought I was in the wrong field and now completing all my classes I feel like I can achieve anything I want. I would recommend New Age Training to anyone who wants to be in the Medical field and don’t know where to start. They have a great staff that are always willing to answer and help you with any question you have.
This is the best school for CNA. Instructor Ms Z (RN) is the best of the best. She will drill you until you know what youre doing, shes also very kind and approachable. After class is done Mr Jackson, careers advisor does mock interviews and assists with work placement. This process is truly useful. Mr Jackson is very responsive and always available if you need support or advice. Kerry at admissions is awesome and will go out of his way to get you started on a program on your desired schedule. I recommend going to see Kerry to get started on a program. Ive seen other instructors in action at this school and heard from other students that theyre also very good - phlebotomy, MA and PCT instructors all seem very professional and knowledgeable. Director Mr Sheppard is very friendly and approachable. Evening front desk - Michelle is also always friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this school. I work for a very well known hospital in Manhattan and I believe the work placement New Age training offers, to have been instrumental in securing me this job. It is also helpful that the school is a testing center for the state board exam - so you walk into state exams familiar with the set-up which helps.
This was a great experience I honestly was in the CNA CLASS and graduated. I had the best instructor her name was Ms.Zanko she makes sure your doing well and she’s always honest. I’m beyond happy I made that decision to go there and I’m actually going back as well !
New age training has been the greatest choice I ever made this school is definitely second to none it is hands down the best and friendliest I’ve known the staff alone starting with Mr Thomas who is in my opinion the best teacher I have ever had because he never gave up on me even when I was ready to give up on my self he kept me going. Next is Ms.Ellis another great teacher she made sure we were ready to go out and get the job we wanted she showed us how to convince the employers that we are worth hiring and she is a great motivational hard working woman that I will always respect. Another great woman and Better friend is Jacqueline Robles she is the externship coordinator at school she is kind and very understanding she goes 100 percent out of her way to make sure we are getting the right training she is there for you when you need her to be great person to talk to she in my eyes is the best coordinator new age training has Also there is who i call her partner Sabrina Lewis now she is definitely a great if not the best career advisor new age has she will definitely help you find a job that you are qualified to do she also goes out of her way to help you Ms.Robles and Ms.lewis are the two most important people and new age training is lucky to have them. Mr Coleman is a great and inspirational teacher as well he is firm but shows he cares at the same time he does his best to make sure his students graduate with honor. This great team led by Mr. Shepard who also is a great person to talk to his door is always open if we as students need to talk he is there. New age training is the best school I know and I would definitely recommend to anyone that is serious about learning new skills
New Age Training is a great school. I’m currently taking classes to become a certified MA. & I’ve had the pleasure of being a student in Dr. Ninels class and just let me say, she’s dedicated to the excellence of all her students. I highly recommend taking one of the many classes she teaches at new age training. Her teaching style, her patience, and her persistence to always keep us motivated & succeeding is beyond admirable. This school is great. The instructors are caring and the job placement assistance is awesome. It’s worth every dime. I cannot say enough about the Clinical Medical Assistant course. It was very in-depth and the hands-on training was the best. I was afforded the opportunity to work in a prestegious doctor’s office during my externship and I was totally comfortable because of the training I received.Dr. Nigel reminded her students daily to never give up and work hard. Mr. Jackson, Ms. Lewis & Ms. Martin worked hard for me to ensure I was placed in the right place and made sure my resume was perfect.I am currently working with Winston Staffing Agency and I love it! I can pick my hours AND my schedule and still have time to pursue other dreams.I have no regrets attending New Age Training.
I attended New Age Training because I wanted to better myself and further my career. I went for Advanced Nursing Assistant. The teachers and all the staff were all so nice and helpful. Their job placement was outstanding. They set me up with a great job with great benefits. I always tell people about new age and how it has helped me so much in my life to better myself and further my career. Attending New Age has been amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend them.
I love this place!!! New Age Training is different from the other schools. I did not feel like a number or a statistic. Everyone knew me. Career Services is great!!! Mr. Sheppard and Andre constantly motivated me until they placed me at FCNY where I am now a Certified Medical Assistant. I developed great relationships here and the teachers allowed me to assist in various clinical classes due to my experience and diligence. I am still in touch with my Admissions Counselor who follows up with me to ensure that I am happy and doing well. I recommend this school to anyone who is interested in a medical career.
I attended this school as a full time student and graduated in August of 2019. Today I currently have two great jobs, one in a hospital and the other in a dialysis center. Thanks to Mr. Jackson who was consistent in helping me find the right job for me. Also I’d like to thank the professors there, they’re really there to help you out and want to really see you succeed. This school put me in the right path to finishing my nursing degree and now, I can confidently say this is the field I’m suppose to be in. Couldn’t have made a better school decision.
New age training is one of the best school to complete a nursing course. the staff and the teachers are so nice, respectful, professional, funny and welcoming. I did my medical assistant certification here almost 2 years ago and if i had to do it all over again i would. that was the best choice ever. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone. if i could add more stars i would. 10/10.

I started the PCS program at New Age Training not knowing what the near future had coming my way. Although I passed the “MTA Track worker” exam top 500 score, I decided to explore the Healthcare field with New Age Training and I don’t have any regrets. For every justified reason I had not to Finnish the PCS program, i had double the support from my professors in class, from being hospitalized for days sometimes weeks to Legal issues that could ruin someone’s life, I kept pushing. And mainly I would like to thank professor “Lyndon Thomas” (who deserves a Raise ore bonus $$$) for the countless times he supported me and had my back through it all with wisdom and motivational advice. And also “Dr. Ninel“, who’s always giving me great advice and push me to trust myself more.I’ve always wanted a career in healthcare, New Age Training provided me with all the tools and specialized skills I would need to make it in the Medical Field. They have a great team in the Career department that helps students obtain work in their field of study. Even the “Chief in command” Mr. Sheppard has given me great tips and enlightenment in my Career Development and even detail instructions and key points in my Resume. I honestly didn’t have no intention going back to school to further my studies but when I started my Cna class with Ms Z everything change everyday i would feel excited to go to school because I know o would learn something new from Ms Z.. the entire staff is phenomenal the best decision I ever made to to choose new age training.. New age is a great learning environment, I really appreciated the smaller classrooms. I just graduated and never expected land a job so quickly, Ms. Lewis is a gem and so wonderful she advised me, kept in touch and was very involved in the job placement process it made me feel really secure and gave me confidence. Covid has been hard on everyone, and in these times I did not feel lost with all her help. Very grateful!

Honestly, being at New Age Training was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. The instructors were very helpful and consistent. Especially Ms. Guyah and Mr. Thomas. As instructors and mentors in the program they were amazing. I truly appreciated the way they took their time teaching us. I have learned information with the two of them that will ALWAYS stick with me. When I first enrolled I was very nervous about being in the school and not learning anything or feeling like I wasnt going to make it in the field. This program supports and pushes you until you finish and even after that. I really must say I enjoyed my time here and I know if I ever need anything I could call up the school to get advice, recommendations and even job placement. A few other staff members that are more than reliable, very helpful and genuinely care about others are Nathalie T., Mr. Kerry and Mr. Shepherd. Any problems or conecerns you may have Nathalie T. Is definitely the person to talk to. She will guide you to the right person and even in the right direction. If youre looking for a school that is going to expand your education and experience and help you get to a better career this is Definitely the place to be!
I attended New Age Training from Summer 2013 to Spring of 2014 when I graduated as a Medical Assistant.One of the reasons I chose New Age over other schools, was the fact that the courses were not long and even better the tuition was very afforable, but still very high quality education.I was hired by Mount Sinai Beth Israel not long after graduating. The career staff was amazing at obtaining and preparing me for the interview.When I went on my interview, I felt extremely confident, because I knew I had been properly trained.The teachers at New Age are very friendly and professional. I have found that I do my job well because I was taught well. I feel confident in my skills because I was trained by very skilled professionals.I would recommend anyone looking to get a career as a Health Care Provider to attend New Age Training. It will be the best career move. I know it was for me.
Going to school at New Age training was one the best decisions I have ever made, I got exactly what I was looking for in a short period of time. My first teacher MS.Z was very persistent and helpful and didnt stop until we learned everything we needed to and more. The curriculum and steps was planned out perfectly for us to learn in a timely manner and excel. After I was Successful and graduated, Mr Jackson who has been a god sent did not hesitate to make sure I was placed in a job immediately and is still helping me in my path to bigger and better success.
New Age Training is the best school in NYC job placement is available after you graduate thanks for Mr. Jackson the school coordinator for making it happen and all the wonderful teachers. My favorite teacher was Mr. Thomas he will give you quzzies everyday but it’s worth it I use all my terminology at my job almost on a daily basis. New age training is the best nursing school ever, literally, they have the best teachers ( Miss Z ) the best staffs( Mr. Jackson ) They dont only help you to pass the exam and get your license but they build you so you can build your future . First off, i want to say Im grateful for the opportunity i have here at New Age Training. I know i will be a successful Medical Assistant by the end of this. Here, they give you the support you need. My previous instructor Ms. Guyah was amazing. Ive had her for 3 classes back to back and i wish i had more classes with her. She pushes you to be the best and truly makes you feel confident. I can honestly say, she delivers. Everything you need to know you will retain with her. She explains you through all the content and is hands on. I always look forward to being in her class. No matter how busy it got she still manages to fit in time to check in on you. Shes fun in all her lectures. I would highly reccomend her.
Attended this school in March of 2017 with a bit of confusion due to the passing of my father in 2016 not knowing what I wanted to do. Me. The teachers are great but there is one outstanding teacher, Ms. Guyah, has always gone beyond expectations to make sure that her students understand all the work that is being presented. Alway on point coming to class and makes everything clear, precise and to the point. Even take time on her off hours to help us if need. If I had a choice I would take all my courses with her.

I graduated from New Age in May of 2018 from the PCS (Patient Care Specialist) course. I was a little apprehensive with the course because I had never heard of it however it’s a great course if youre interested in becoming an RN or LPN in the future. My experience at New Age Training was and is still great, although I graduated almost a year ago I still communicate with staff as well as visit often. Every single staff member is dedicated and driven to help every student achieve their goals and become successful. Mr.Thomas, Ms.Z as well as Dr. Ninel are all GREAT at what they do and you can tell it comes from the heart and that they really care and not just coming to work for a paycheck. Mr. Callman has also been very helpful to me in giving me all the necessary information needed for all NHA Exams. Lastly but not least my career advisor Mr. Jackson has been very helpful to me from the moment I graduated with resume help and assisting me with getting a Companion/Patient Observer position which is pretty similar to a CNA position at Mount Sinai West Hospital. After 6 months I have just recently landed a position as a PCA at Mt Sinai St. Luke’s in the Cardiac Stepdown Unit. New Age Training is a great school and it is because of all of the staff members they all play a special and unique role and I am happy to have had my experience there.

As a graduate of New Age Training, I can say there isnt one staff member in that school who isnt dedicated to the successful completion and graduation of their students. The instructors, the education department, career services, theyre all so wonderful. They dont only provide an education and career placement assistance, but limitless support and encouragement to finish what weve started. There were many times life threw curve balls my way and I thought I woul never make it through. Not only did they understand, theyve also worked tirelessly with me to make sure I was able to take care of my personal issues while completing the program. I loved going here. I was skeptical at first but those feelings quickly went away after my first day. Dr.Ninel my primary instructor was amazing and never expected any less than the best from me and my classmates. Ms.Lewis one of the advisors there is exceptional, she’s always available when I call if I need any information or have any questions. Mr. Jackson also took great care of me and answered questions and resolved issues I had as well. ALL STAFF IS WONDERFUL . This place is excellent! I just graduated from New Age Training and they immediately set me up with a job at Mount Sinai Hospital. Then Andre sent my resume to 1199seiu which has father opportunities for benefits in other hospitals. 1199 then called me with a transporter job for New York Presbyterian Hospital with a starting pay after training of 25 dollars an hour. My teacher for my CNA class was Ms. Zanko. She was amazing and would always go to the extra place of sticking her necks out for us. There is also a policy that if the class has 100% attendance then we get free pizza which is always good.
My time at New age training was awesome. Everyone from the faculty to the students made the experience memorable. The instructors make sure you understand the material so you can pass your state boards exams and they also help assist you with the process of looking for employment. This is a great school.
I would always choose New Age Training because the Instructors and staff are the best. They are great at what they do. I have been working for the last 6 months and the Career Services Department continues to follow up with me to provide further assistance. Andre Jackson, Ms. Seales and Mr. Sheppard are great at what they do. The school is in a great location and is also easy to find. The campus is also very clean and they provide a student lounger with space to eat and warm up your food.

Love Love Love this school , I’m currently doing my Externship at a GYN site and it’s amazing . My phlebotomy techniques are so good they even put as the lab technician, I wanna thank Mrs Perkins for that she was so invested in our class 1 on 1 or even as a whole to get it right, and really took time to teach me how to do things correctly. she’s so understanding and also puts her all in her students. I recommend this school I had a great experience attending.
Ill Start by saying this school is phenomenal, very accommodating and my teacher for majority of my duration Ms.Guyah really goes to the extreme to make sure that all her students understand and retain all information being taught. She is truly inspiring for me cause she believed in me and I honestly can say that she truly taught me a lot and prepared me sufficiently for the field. Im ready to go on my externship with high hopes of job placement because I have been prepped and molded to become a qualified Medical Assistant. Im extremely excited to continue this journey. After researching about New Age Training Medical Assistant Program, I was determined to go back to school but wasnt sure about the process. Two weeks later on social media a New Age Training graduate posted about her journey. Her and I spoke for days and I finally decided to come check the school out. I walked in a week before the class I planned on taken started. Wendy was very helpful when enrolling me. I did have a problem with FASFA because the IRS. However, the finical aids staff was supportive. I started on October 23,2018, and it was the best decision I made. Dr.Ninel was my teacher for all of admin and clinical classes. Over the time Dr.Ninel and I grew a strong bond. She cares for all her students and never gave up on us even on our rough days. It would be certain material that was hard and made me not want to continue with the class. Dr.Ninel would sit with and break it down until I understood it with flying colors. Even if that meant she had to draw diagrams on a index or sticky note for me. Moving on to computer classes and Career Development Service I had Mr. Thomas as my instructors. Mr. Thomas was very dedicated to making sure the class understood the material and the importance of the medical field. He always reminded the class to aim high and never settle for less. Even after graduating Mr. Thomas still wants the best for his students. I needed help with my resume and cover letter and Mr.Thomas helped me with hesitations. After my class hours was done and I needed time to study Ms.E and Guyah was nice and would help me with certain things. Thanks to the all the staff at New Age Training my experience was wonderful and I formed many great relationships I wish to continue. During my externship hours Ms.Robles was like always by my side and communicated with my very well. Even during the ruff days she let me know that it will pay off at the end.
Im a student at New Age Training, throughout my experience here, Ive felt that Ive made the right choice in coming here. Ms. Guyah has been my teacher throughout my courses here and Im highly grateful to have her as my teacher. My experience at new age training was wonderful and fun i enjoyed making new friends and learning material about the human body i never new i enjoy doing hands on activity which helped me in the long run at my internship. The school really cares about helping their students and making sure that they get the full material we need to learn for the real world even if we dont even use everything we have learned it is always good to know. I graduated from New Age Training with a MA certificate. Im receiving help from the Career department at New Age working with Andre Jackson and Sabrina Lewis for a position at Mount Sinai hospital. To prepare for the interview Ms. Lewis at my request referred me to Bottomless closet. The Bottomless closet was great. I received two professional outfits, accessories and a purse. I would had gotten a pair of shoes but unfortunately they didnt have size 11 shoes. The clothes are all new and fitted great. Im very bless to have found and choosen New Age Training and look forward to a bright future.
I discovered New Age Training by accident while researching a different school and Im so glad that I did! Their comprehensive Certified Medical Assistant course was hands on exactly what someone new to the field (like me) needs to succeed. My professors were extremely knowledgable and eager to help whenever asked. After graduating from NYU as a psychology major, I knew I wanted to transition into the nursing field. I enrolled in the New Age training program for CNA’s, and I could have not been more sure this was the right path for me. Through the supportive staff, and academically challenging environment, my expectations were beyond exceeded. My CNA instructor, Ms. Z, was truly the most dedicated teacher I have ever worked with. She would put in extra time to ensure her students a passing grade on the state board exams. Her dedication as a nurse and teacher truly inspired all of us to work hard. She listened to everyone’s conflicts, and did her best to make sure we all succeeded. What I respected most about Ms. Z was how realistic she was with her expectations with each student. She never generalized, and always pushed each of her students in a way that can challenge them as an individual, while also being realistic with the goals. Another staff member I have truly admired (and has helped me get a job at Mt. Sinai St. Luke’s) is Mr. Jackson in the career services department. It has been 6 months since I graduated New Age, and Mr. Jackson and I have still remained in contact. Any time there is a job availability that he knows I would be interested in, he would immediately call me. To this day, Mr. Jackson has worked extremely hard to make sure the CNA students with a license have a job. Any time I would call or email him, I would get an immediate response - something I did not expect after graduating, but I cannot be more thankful for all the help and time he has put in for me.
My experience at New Age Training has been and continues to be a rewarding one. I have completed the CNA program with Ms. Halena Zanko aka Ms. Z. She can be described as a professional, well knowledgeable instructor who motivates students to thrive for excellence. She brings out the best in her students.On completion of my CNA training, I was able to to secure three jobs. One at Mt. Sinai Hospital and two at nursing homes. These accomplishment was due to the diligent work of Mr. Andre Jackson, Sr. Career Advisor. Mr. Jackson always goes above and beyond to ensure students secure their dream jobs after training at the institution.I am presently pursing the PCT program with Mr. Lydon Thomas and like I said to him lately I have never met a teacher like you before, Mr. Thomas.He is unique. A top class instructor with a different teaching style and a good sense of humor. Mr. Thomas is unpredictable about his class session. You never know the order in which the class will run before attending. One thing is guaranteed: You must be prepared to take one of two quizzes per session. Your brain has to keep working !Ultimately, I am learning a lot from Mr. Thomas s style of teaching.Finally, I would like to encourage prospective CNA, PCT, MA students and others entering the medical field to chose New Age Training as your learning institution. Not only are the instructors well educated, but they have the experience working in the medical field and have a great knowledge on the subject. The staff is pleasant and caring Ms. Guyah is one of the best instructors as she is willing to help out her students when needed. They have the best job placement staff after graduation .It was a pleasure working with Ms. Seales and Mr. Sheppard and with their help getting my first job working Bewell Medical at Nostrand Ave. was a dream job and a great learning experience. A lot of people have this misconception that you are going to make $20 hr from the start, but in my case I took the first job that came and once I had that 1st year of experience I was able to branch out with the help of the Career Services team to secure a job at Mount Sinai Roosevelt Hospital. Im giving New Age Training 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. The service the school provided me surpassed my expectations. I stumbled upon New Age Training online and due to its high ratings I decided to attend. Dr. Ninel was my instructor through out the entire season and I praise her teaching methods and her engagement in helping each and every single one of her students. Ms. Gs humor and incredible references always made the most difficult subjects easy as apple pie. This school is amazing, I took the Medical Assistant course and learned so much. Dr. Ninel is amazing wish I had her for all of my classes. For me the training was easy because the instructors explain everything very well. I was prepared so well that I immediately knew what to do at my externship site, where they also offered me a position. A few days before I completed my externship hours, my manager propose me to stay in this facility. I had Mr. Tariel for Infection Control and he taught me how to use the Autoclave which is what I use currently at my new job. If it were not for my perfect attendance and training at New Age I would not have had such an offer. I had a great relationship with my instructors such as Ms. Guyah and Ms. Mina and they were also very patient and helpful throughout my coursework. The Financial Aid department was also very cooperative and helped explain everything that was needed for me to enroll. I would recommend New Age to anyone interested in becoming a Medical Assistant.
New Age training is a wonderful school! I completed the Medical Assistant program. The teachers and staff are truly devoted to helping there students. When i started in December 2013 I was scared but I quickly snapped out of it. Ms Guyah was my teacher for most of my classes, she helped me out tremendously. Everyone in NewAge welcomed me. Each instructor is dedicated to ensuring each students success. When I first started at New age my first instructor was Mr. Thomas. Mr. Thomas has a way of teaching that you will learn to love. There is no way you will leave his classroom and say you didnt learn a thing unless you didnt care. Everyday I looked forward to what he would throw at us next. He always encouraged each student to keep focused and reminded each of us that when things became difficult it was because we were headed in the right direction. After leaving Mr. Thomas I became Dr. Ninels student. I remember not caring to be in her class because I was already comfortable with Mr. Thomas. However as time went on Dr. Ninel grew on me. She is an amazing instructor and by the end of the class I was sad to go. I then came in contact with Ms. Guyah who I had for one class but was unhappy, however when I came in contact with her for my exit class she was so awesome. I also took a Computer class with Ms.Mina who is another awesome instructor.Point behind my long review every single instructor & every staff member at New Age are awesome. Hi my name is Alan Contreras and I just recently graduated from New age training for Patient Care Technician this past summer. I also took the CNA nurses aide program the year before. This school is amazing, the whole staff on board work hard each and every single day to strive to provide the best possible learning experience and prepares the students for when they are working in that field. My teachers Mrs. Z for CNA was very good and she had a very good teaching method. She went over the material with you thoroughly. My other teacher Ms. Guyah was amazing, she taught me how to draw blood from people when I thought I would never be able to stick a needle in a persons arm, she related to the students and taught us until we got it and we were well prepared for the board exams , another team is the career development, wanted to mention Mr. Sheppard and his team for they work so hard to try to find employment after you finish your courses. He prepares you for interviews and gives you insightful relevant information about how you should dress talk and even speak at an interview so you can nail the job. I chose to attend New Age Training after extensive research of schools within the five boroughs; New Age was the only Clinical Medical Assistant program that had a sufficient amount of time spent on quality training both in classroom and hands on, it was also one of the only programs requiring an externship which was one of the most important to me as far as getting not only the education but the experience to do my job properly. I am very pleased to have had Ms.Guyah as my instructor for the majority of the time her experience makes her an excellent content expert and she knows what she is teaching you for real world experience. Her courteous and professional attitude was exactly what I needed to keep me focused on completing what I started.

I have been a student of New Age Training from October 23rd 2018 until August 20th of 2019 as as an MA where I graduated.The instructors at New Age Training were wonderful. I had the opportunity to have at one time or another Mr. Callman, Mr. Thomas, Dr. Ninel and Ms Mina as instructors.I also had the privilege of working with Ms Robles and Ms Lewis of Career development. Ms Lewis is a gem, this lady actually closed her computer and sat and worked with me during a very difficult time after my externship for which I will be eternally grateful.
I first attended New Age Training in August 2018 for the CNA program. The instructor, Mrs. Halina Zanko, RN, for the CNA course is extremely thorough and will help facilitate your success as CNA. Once I successfully completed, I utilized their amazing career services, which can be used throughout your lifetime. Mr. Andre Jackson, in the career services department, helped connect me with an agency to obtain a job in Mount Sinai Hospital as a Companion. I continued my education and enrolled into the Patient Care Specialist program and learned so much! After completing that program, Mr Andre Jackson is the reason why I now am working as a Patient Care Associate in Lenox Hill Hospital.

I took classes Phlebotomy in 2019 Spring with Dr. Ninel and it was a mind blowing, smooth going and very relaxing, and skillful experience. Dr. Ninel has a amazing teaching technique which helped me to prepare my National Certification Exam. I miss that class, but I’m in touch with Dr. Ninel. All credit for my success goes to Nepal Age Training and my excellent professor Dr. Ninel.
I graduated fromNew age training in 2016 and I have been moving up in my career since. Since graduating they have always kept me employed with some of the biggest health care companies like Mt. Sinai and Presbyterian. Ive recently been hired by planned parenthood after months of temporary work as a phlebotomist, through my connections with the career advising staff. As a graduate of New Age Training, I highly recommend to anyone interested in the medical field or nursing support whether it may be CNA, PCT or Medical Assistant. My teacher, Dr. Ninel was excellent and she ensured that the entire class was in the know and encouraged us to push ourselves. Although my course was short it was also rewarding. I got my start with the help of Andre in Career Services at a hospital where I started a temporary assignment through Winston Staffing and it was more than i expected. At first I was hesitant but was then assigned to a hospital and now I am being considered for a full-time permanent position less than 3 months after i started.
First I just want to start off with that the professor are very good and understanding very awesome staff excellent experience. I recently graduated in September and I just landed a job thanks to Ms Lewis (Sabrina Lewis) I think I owe literally everything I ask and ask she listened she made it happen. Then you have Ms. Robles (Jacqueline Robles ) you guys will meet them but guys these two lady’s god bless them I am thankful for them from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏻.
I just finished my classes for medical assistant clinical and administrative im waiting to start externship my experience and journey with new age training was amazing and very rewarding I enjoyed my 9 months I spent in this school the staff are really professional and courteous and the instructors are good My favorite instructors are Dr.Ninel and Mr.Thomas they are fantastic instructors in the school and Ms.Mina is the computer instructor for the administrative classes she is good as well and such a sweetheart. This is a good trade school for allied healthcare careers I met great people and I made some good new friends along the way. I learned so much, I feel confident that I will be a successful medical assistant and I will pass my national NHA exam thanks to new age training.
My time at New Age Training was amazing!! Reaching to be a PCT the instructors were very informative and hands on. Now I am confident and fully trained as a CNA by Ms. Z (the best), a phlebotomist and EKG tech by Ms. Guyah who also became my mentor. I am extremely happy and blessed for the guidance I have received along the way. Hands down the educational experience ever :)
Dont go to this school. They charge $75 for entrance fee to MA program. They dont handle inside issues w other students I did 4 months online last yr only to come in and quit bc they wouldnt stop the harassment from other girl who was thinking she knew everything. Mr Callman is a JOKE. GO TO A COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
Best experience. I completed the PCS program and I got a job on a Dialysis Center within 1 month. Thanks to Mr. Jackson from careers services for always been so diligent. One recommendation though as soon as you finish do not waste time and get all your licenses right away!
Dont believe every review on here. The only good thing about this school is the teachers, the advisors and financial aid will lie or not tell you things that you need to know, this place cost me so much money and time. I had to learn the hard way once I got into the school and realized a lot of student werent graduating on time, many were being lied to about how long a program was, and many wanted to leave or had already left. This schools hours for many programs arent flexible which is ridiculous. I was called not too long ago from this place asking why I had left the school because other students were leaving too, if I could write what I went through I would but thats a long story. Overall Leaving this school and attending Manhattan institute was the best decision I ever made.RESPONDING TO OWNER: First of all your not suppose to be putting my business out on these comments on what I did in this school, so since i feel uncomfortable with this Ill be calling tomorrow to speak to someone about this, and if you dont like what you see give me a call instead of putting my business out here since you guy are a School and lets discuss this again since last time the blame was placed on me because the staff refused to do there job right. January 6 2020 marks a new chapter of my life. I would like to give a big thanks to Mr. Jackson for his dedication and constant guidance in helping me land a full time position at Davita Dialysis Center. Im also forever grateful of the knowledge received from a group of professors who not only have a vast experience in the medical field but also happen to be the most caring and encouranging professors Ive ever met. Dr. Ninel, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Callman, Dr. Joseph, Ms. Z , Mr. Sheppard, Ms Nataly T you are all very dear to me. You push all your students to be nothing but the VERY BEST and because of it I look foward in continuing my journey in medical field. Loved the school!!! every step of the way from classes to externship and once youre done JOB PLACEMENT. Ms. Lewis was wonderful and so helpful. Thanks to her i had an interview at Cornell within 2 weeks of completing the Medical Assistant program. Now a year and a half later Im still there and i couldve not done it without everyones help and most importantly guidance. This school teaches you and prepares you very well to work in the medical field. Last and not least, this review would not be complete without the shout outs of some important people whom Ill never forget and will hold dearly in heart always. I did the Medical Assistant program. And it was great instructions given by great health professionals. They were understanding and easy to communicate with .The best advice I can give is time is of the essence . That goes for in class instruction to job placement. I recently just completed my phlebotomy course at New Age Training. My instructor was Dr. Ninel. And I have to say I have never had a better teacher/instructor. Dr. Ninel’s method of instruction is so clear, easy to comprehend, and to the point. It would be almost impossible not to grasp her teachings. She is very warm and pleasant and makes you feel at ease. My skills are perfect, thanks to her. My new employer praises my phlebotomy skills as being some of the best they have ever seen and I owe it to Dr. Ninel!!! Again, many thanks for being so wonderful!!!
I’m a medical assistant graduate from new age training I just graduated on Jan 10th, new age training is a great school from the instructors to the staff team everyone really helps you they don’t turn nobody away they like to go to the best of their ability to give you the education and future you want. The instructors takes time to make sure that everyone understands what is being taught and they help you one on one if your still not understanding anything, they truly care about the students and makes sure that you have the knowledge and skill to know what your doing so that you can be the best allied healthcare professionals. Dr. Ninel & Mr. Thomas are one of the best instructors in the school your in good hands if you have either one of them or both of them as your instructors for some of your classes.

This is for those that may be wondering about New Age Training being a good choice. 7 months after graduating i still visit the school. Within 3 and half months I acquired 4 certifications. My classes had teachers with relevant experience related to their topic of study. Ms.Knibbs and Dr.Ninel were pivotal in giving me exactly what I needed to pass the NHA and state exams. Despite being employed and graduating I am still am being helped by the career services department. In particular Mr.Dominic Sheppard has provided exceptional service and has impressed me greatly by his continued professionalism. Also Andre and Carol from career services were at 1 point were coordinating me to finding my first job after graduating. Even the reception ladies including Marcy were kind and constantly helpful. New Age Traning was a good choice for me and since I graduated has helped me find the courage to continue my studies as a college student. Thank you New Age for your continued support. 💪😎👍
One of the best schools ever. When it comes to the Medical Field, they do have the best instructors ever. Especially, Professor: Thomas, Miss. Nina, Miss Guya, Mr. Sheppard, Mr. Callman, Miss. Bonner, and everyone else.They will help you achieve your goals, and if you need help all you have to do is ask.The price is good, they also help with an externship and job placement.Most importantly, the school has a lot of beautiful ladies.
I came here not knowing what to think, and they definitely delivered what they promised. I had gone to a school before for a similar line of work, and they were horrible. New Age treated me very well from start to finish, Mr Richards is the best teacher Ive had in a long time. Dominic, Sabrina, and Andre work very hard in Job Placement to get you to work. The courses are clear and concise, you will learn everything you need and you will be ready to do things when you finish, that you might find difficult now. The staff here knows what theyre doing, listen and you will do what you set out to do.
Let me first start by saying the team at this place is PROFESSIONAL! I started class the 2nd of January of this year and i am yet to have a bad encounter. The instructors there are phenomenal, they are nothing short of patient and ensure they deliver the BEST teaching known. But 1 person really stood out to me, Ms. Sabrina Lewis, my Career Advisor. Omg! This lady went above and beyond with finding the right office for me to call ‘home’, she gave me interview tips, she called & emailed to follow up with me and not to mention her vibrant personality made me feel secure during this job hunt process. Ms. Lewis, made it known from the beginning that to find to the right fit, i had to go on multiple interviews and ‘feel’ the mood of the place, after an intensive 2 months of interviews 😩 i was offered a Full time Medical Assistant position at CityMD! Thanks Ms. Lewis for sending out my resume and getting me all those interviews (believe me I’ve been on more than 10 interviews lol) WE DID IT‼️ And I appreciate youMs Robles! This school was a wonderful experience and a great apportunity for me to be able to make something of my self while working and being a mom. The proffesors are all great. They teach with a purpose of having every student succeed! After finishing my classes Mrs. Lewis was the one to help me with getting my career started in the real world. My experiance at New Age Training was phenominal. I am an international student from South Africa and was very nervous coming to NY and starting school, but the lecturers were very helpful and warm. The techniques taught at the school are done so perfectly, and I use each and everyone every single day. I am currently on my externship and I am the most grateful for everything I have been taught at the school. A big thank you to Dr Ninel for the lomg hours and excessive work she put in for us, without her I would not be here today, although she is very tough on us, at the end its so worth it!! As for the other lecturers, Mr Thomas, Ms Mina, Mr Santiago, Ms Sivak and Ms Gayah each have played a vital role in my education and im utterly thankful! I made the decision to go to new age training early 2013 and I still consider it one of the best decisions I ever made. When I first came in to register I was greeted kindly and was immediately able to speak with someone about starting my classes. At no point during my registration period did I feel pressured or like just another student. They took the time necessary to answer every question I had until I was 100% sure that this was what I wanted to do. Fast forward a few weeks, I’m in my class learning to do things that in the past, I’ve only been able to observe such as taking blood and performing EKG’s. The teachers at new age training have years of experience in their field so they are tremendously knowledgeable and always happy to provide extra help. In some schools, the classes are so full that it’s hard to get the individual attention that you might need but here at new age training, the class sizes are small enough that you may receive some one on one training while in class. After weeks of training and studying I was confident in my ability to pass my board exams and did. My next step was to find a job. New age training provides job placement assistance which is coordinated by an amazing team of advisors who work diligently to make sure that their students leave this whole experience with a place to work. The job market right now is not at its best so I really didn’t expect them to find placement for me very fast but they did and now thanks to them I’m working as a CNA in a very good hospital making great money. I recommend new age training to anyone who wants to get a start in the healthcare field and a wonderful school experience.
I enrolled in this school for Phlebotomy and EKG to brush-up on some clinical skills I needed. I feel so fortunate that I chose this school out of so many that came up on the Google search.I can not say enough good things about Ms. Guyah. I was fortunate enough to have her for both courses (Phlebotomy and EKG). She is absolutely the best.She provided me and the entire class with the knowledge and clinical skills to be confident to apply for a job as soon as one completes the courses and get the necessary certifications.Ms. Guyah is truly one of a kind. She will work with you until you have enough practice and feel confident in your clinical skills. In addition she is an immense help with the written knowledge/exams to no end. She will work with you and review topics until you are confident that you know the material inside out.She wont settle for her students to be good enough. She insists her students be THE BEST when they go out in the work force. She makes no exceptions to this rule and helps and treats her all the students with the utmost respect. I have never seen a teacher work so hard and do so much for her students.I have no doubt that I will ace the Phlebotomy and EKG certification exams at this point and land a competitive job.She also has a contagious personality, and will keep you engaged throughout the courses.All in all, after completing the courses, I feel like a strong candidate for the medical positions I will be applying for because of what I learned with Ms. Guyah.Thank you Ms. Guyah!I also would like to mention that the school and all the departmental employees are extremely professional and courteous. Everyone is always willing to help. I have yet to meet a rude employee at New Age Training.If you are looking to be a Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT, or simply brush up on some clinical skills, you wont find a better school in NYC than New Age Training.
I love when Facebook brings you memories of years back.Today it brought me a memory from 2013 when I was going through a rough time in my life and the only thing going for me was school. It reminded me how certain people in your life help you excel. When I was going to New Age to become a medical assistant one of my teachers always challenged me more than the others. She was always very supportive and was not only my teacher but also a friend. She listened to me when I was at the lowest point of my life.I am truly grateful to still have Ms. Guyah in my life. I love how life has kept her in my life and we talk about the crazy times I had back in 2013. This morning I showed her the post that pop up in my memories. I do not think I ever told her how much I appreciate her and that she will forever be my favorite teacher. They consistently send you emails and links for potential positions until you find one thats perfect for you. One day Mr.Sheppard sent me an email about a open house at Mount Sanai Beth Isreal... I usually don’t post comments, but i would like to recommend this school to everyone this is the best school in NY.. trust me. Management is very organized Professors are awesome. I took CNA class there. Looks a little bit expensive but it worth it. Classes are small they also provide review before taking state board exam, staffs care and always support. Unfortunately new age training dont have weekends class and i took PCT in MANHATTAN INSTITUTE is absolutely horrible place, don’t believe their advertising, not organized they put 50 people in one class, Professor has very heavy accent there are no chair you sit on window, they teach you nothing they dont provide colour book give you some copies... also main thing MANHATTAN INSTITUTE dont provide national board exam they just give you certificate , but New Age training does. So I highly recommend be mindful and choose New Age Training you wont regret...

I want to start by saying it was a hard decision to make to go back to school after 13 years. But it was the best decision. Ive never felt more comfortable being the new kid in class. All the students are so helpful, the teachers are hands on. Ms. GUYAH is amazing, she makes it so easy to understand. There was a couple of times Ive questioned myself if I made the right choice. Excellent training and spectacular staff such as Dr. Ninel and Ms. G who are the best instructors I’ve ever had. They keep you focused, on task and motivated. In order to prepare for the CNA State Certification Exam in addition to the NHA PCT, Phlebotomy and EKG exams the classes and reviews were very in-depth and comprehensive with a hands-on, life-like experience. I enjoyed my externship where I gained additional experience. As far as job placement the Career Services team is vigilant and determined to help in securing employment.
Im currently enrolled at New age and Ive had the pleasure to be taught by Dr.Ninel who is a fantastic teacher. She has motivated all her students to do the best they can and continue after finishing here. Shes a strict teacher but its for the best. I have learned so much from her and Im so glad she has been there since day one. Dr.Ninel is wonderful in every way and she deserves all the recognition.
In my opinion this is a well run school. Teachers communicate with students tremendously which leaves students with ideas of what is going on in the day to day running of the school. There are amazing teachers who push and encourage you to perform to your best capabilities. The teachers also built great relationships with other others and the staff at the school and Im very happy that I selected this school for the MA program.

I was sitting at home and didn’t know what I wanted to do with my career, so I went online to search for medical schools and came across New Age Training and I don’t regret giving it a try. Where do I begin... I had first started on this journey over 7 years ago. The military didnt really help me transition from Combat Medic to anything comparable in real world terms. I decided to leave my passion and pursue other means of employment. By 2016, I was lost and beyond broke. I knew that life was showing me that I was on the wrong path. I called New Age Training. Mr. Kerri Ellerbe was amazing at helping me get the process started. He explained the enrollment process, the financial aide process and any other questions I had proposed to him. He was there for me when I needed someone to listen to me vent and when I needed some additional motivation. Ms. Margaret Guyah will forever be held dear to my heart. She believed in my potential and ultimately was an advocate towards my becoming an NAT Student Ambassador. Through this leadership program, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Sheppard, Ms. Lewis, Mr. Andre and Ms. Bonner. Mr. Sheppard helped me stay focused and was there to guide me throughout the whole process. He offered me opportunities that I would have never gotten anywhere else. He doesnt know how much he helped me stay humble and above all else, help me help my family. Ms. Lewis and Mr. Andre helped me fine tune my skill sets and were instrumental in helping me enhance my interviewing skills. Ms. Bonner opened the doors to my current employer and like she told me when I was hired, I just led you to the door. You were the one that opened it and walked in. Mr. Callman served as an amazing teacher, mentor, administrator and supervisor. Ms. Mina helped me type 40 wpm without looking at the keyboard! Natalie from Admissions and Natalie from Education would always remind me why I started this and why I cant give up. They all made sure I was not just interview ready but LIFE READ. Not many training facilities offer the job placement assistance and the staff to boot that NAT has on hand. From Ms. Neli and Mr. Bong to Mr. Thomas, Dr. Ninel and the fabulous receptionists that always knew when I needed a little bit of encouragement : Thank you all for your priceless moral support, dedication and faith. It is true that I put in the work but I did not do this alone. I am proud to say that I an where I am today because of NAT. Coming across this institute was the best thing that couldve happened in my life, I learned so much, things that I never thought I would learn. Worst decision of my life attending this school. First of all the professor I was assigned for most of all my classes was a racist and his hate for white students reflected on my grades. Horrible experience I would warned anyone with any political views to keep quiet because you will get bullied and racially profiled. I feel like I didn’t learn anything here at all and the staff only cares to help a select few who are Muslim or if there race or ethnicity. It’s insane how it’s possi for them to get away with this kind of behavior and still run an institution, it’s mind blowing.
I appreciate every teacher and staff there.Especially Ms.Angelia Perkins.She is so amazing.I finished my class time feeling very well confident and smooth because of her.She understands all her students and help each student to get good scores.She explains through all the content and hands on. 3 reasons why I would recommend New Age Training are: Instructors are knowledgeable on each subject and will take the time out to help you; the staff is always available to answer any question or concern you may have; they all really do want you to reach your goals and get the best experience out of the time you spend there.
I have attended this school in 2019 and ended in 2020 and my experience was amazing especially with some of the best teachers especially Mrs Guyah and Mrs Ellis amazing teachers they made me the woman I am today the best medical assistant. I attended New age training and i must say that if i can do it all over again i would. My husband actually attended the program first. It went so well with him so i decided to attend as well.I was able to learn a lot and i am grateful for all the staff who encouraged me to keep going. Career services did a great job helping find a job. i highly recommend for anyone to go and give it a try.
I LOVE IT HERE. They always have a plan B if nothing works out. I would like to give a shoutout to Mr. Jackson. He has been the most helpful person there. He works hard to make others happy. Hi guys i went to Workforce1 to get a CNA voucher but the most hardest thing was choosing the school to attend i was reading every single review online because I didn’t want to do the wrong choice but I read some good reviews about New ages training I wasn’t too sure and it was far from my house long story short i close my eyes and take New age training first I talk to mr. Kerry and he helped me to the registration process and I started the classes on April I was so impressed by the teacher Ms.Z she teached everything super simple very comprehensive she really helps me loving more my nursing career and i met the most Amizing classmates ever we was doing everything together,going lunch together 😍 it was an amazing experience after being graduated i met mr. Andre Jackson who helped me have my dream job ( working at mont Sinai hospital) I’m so grateful that I chose New age training and I’m writing this review because I was one of you who is reading this and want the best training 💪 I hope that help you to get a good choice
This is an excellent school, very good learning environment, the teachers are wonderful, Mr. Sheppard is very professional and helpful , he really helps people to get a job, and the front desk staff is very friendly. New age Training is a great choice .
There’s nothing better than having someone who believes in you when You don’t believe in yourself , I had the best advisor ever , Ms . Robles dedicates all of her time to make sure her students succeed in the end . She made sure I stayed on track and never missed a beat , I didn’t have to go through anything alone and for that I’m forever greatful there’s no one better than her she’s made my experience at new age amazing (they need more people like her there)

I’m leaving 5 stars for my teacher miss Z she is the best instructor and she explains clearly everything and prepares you for the state board With her if you pay attention in her class I guarantee you will pass.The rest of the school is ok but disorganized I went to schedule the state test they had me go to the 8th floor then second floor then back to 8 to collect a paper then back to 2nd to make a payment it’s a mess.Then cpr day they tell us room 5 we go there there is a whole class and they don’t know why we were sent there, they have us waiting while they figure out a room for cpr.

Where do I start...well Im a former (graduate) MA student of NAT I love this school I had the opportunity to have Mr Callman as my instructor for most of my classes (the other instructors are GREAT TOO)...from beginning to end they have helped me especially when I wanted to give up...I love NURSING but sometimes it can be overwhelming...front staff is super helpful and when youre almost complete with your classes they set you up with practice test so you can pass the MA Phlebotomy & Ekg exam to be nationally certified...lastly you get to meet the excellent staff in career services...I had the pleasure to have Sabrina Lewis as my career advisor (definitely compassionate) I was set up for an interview (Mount Sinai) given tips and sample questions on how to communicate, and what would be proper attire for my interview and I GOT THE JOB w/benefits!!! I told career services I would have my name on their board of achievement and my face would be on a hospital ID badge and I DID IT!!! PRAYER PATIENCE AND PERSEVERANCE anything is possible I dont mind being a spokesperson for NAT they helped me to achieve my short term goals NOW Im working on my long term goals of becoming an RN!!!
Please save your money, the place is dirty , teachers dont care,, its like your taking an online course but have to travel to school. once they get their money there done with you, I tried to reinstate myself at their invitation, they wanted me to sign exit papers instead, I wasnt going to sign the papers cause I wanted to be reinstated, they accused me of being belligerent and said I cursed out staff. It was nutz, I promise i never once disrespected anyone i left in tears not understanding why they would do that to someone. It was like they wanted act out all I did was leave. Now I owe money to financial aid and cant go back. Save it money. I found the city gives these classes free.
Prof. Thomas Sheppard and Dr.Ninel are the best. Very helpful, and you learn a lot from them and the school. Flexible schedule. Great instructors. Hands on is very helpful. Also, the ladies are pretty. 😂Ed. CMA 08/17
I have cousin who went to this school, who first inspired me to want to go here, but after graduating she has been struggling to provide for her family. They promised false hope and she believed in it. I would never want to be involved with such a institution as this. Taking peoples money and leaving them to figure out things on there own is wrong. Thats no help, thats a slap in the face.
Took a lot of work and perseverance through the year of medical assistant and then many months of sending resumes, interviews and harassing career services. But thank God, it eventually it paid off and I was just hired. Now gotta do nha and get to work. Thanks Mr Sheppard, Daniel and all the staff. Daniel, we have unfinished business :).

Just called to inquire about courses and the woman in admissions was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was shouting, speaking with an aggressive tone and seemed to be rushing me off the phone! FIRST OF ALL DO U HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPOLMA? I NEED TO SEE IT ! AND I NEED TO SEE YOUR TAX RETURNS !! She said in a loud unprofessional voice. We were only on the phone for less than 2 minutes! !! Lol Unfortunately I didnt catch her name (i know she had a Hispanic accent) . Oh well you just lost out on my VA benefits!-Disappointed Army Vet
Wendy is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They would call me at different times in the day from random numbers. Go somewhere else. There are other places more affordable and professional.

The lady that answered the for was very rude and started yelling at me when I asked questions trying to understand the transfer process. Just based off of the experience I’m sure the rest of the staffs attitudes are just as disgusting.

2022-05-07I truly recommend this school if youre looking to take your education to the next level. Classes were fun and the instructors were great to have. Mr. Lyndon Thomas was one of my favorite instructors, he didnt cut anyone any slack and I admired how he taught the class to learn the material. Everyone there was very supportive as well. The timeframe for classes were a plus too.

2022-04-13I attended both the CNA and PCT courses and had great experiences with not only the courses, but the instructors as well. Ms. Z for CNA and Mr. Thomas are hands down one of the best instructors here. Though I personally didnt find the content tough, theyll still do everything in their power to make sure you understand everything and are thorough in providing skills/instructions and relaying this information until you understand. Trust me, if theres something you dont know; you will know by the end of class. As for the administration, they were extremely helpful and diligent in arranging test dates and connecting us to job references; all the while maneuvering through the pandemic. Whether you were a graduating college student looking for healthcare experience like me, or someone looking for a career change, NAT can definitely help with that.

2022-08-16Horrible rude staff. Don’t care about your education but care if you’re wearing their uniform or not. Sabrina is very unorganized and I didn’t have any good experiences with her. Most if not all of my class mates hated their time there because staff and teachers are USELESS. I wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews on here were fake because in my whole year there i never once heard anyone say anything good about this school.

2022-07-08This is the best accredited medical school. HANDS DOWN!! At first I was a little skeptical with my choices but I thank God that I made the best decision. The lecturers are so perfect and they make you understand everything in the simplest form , not only the lecturers but career services (Ms.Sabrina Lewis) stayed with me until I got the job , she gave me the answers to ALL the interview questions and SURPRISINGLY guys Im employed with an OB gyn on the Upper East side. I promise guys, you wont regret your choice. DR.NINEL WAS MY FAVORITE INSTRUCTOR!!!!

2021-09-13I started a CMA course this June and was taking online classes the first months. My first class back to campus was MOC with Dr. Ninel and I can not stress this enough she’s simply the best instructor. Yes she’s strict yes she’s though but in this field in order to get the best skills you need tough love. She will not let you fail and she will be on top of you if you don’t get it right. I would definitely recommend taking any of her classes if you ever get a chance. Thanks so much Dr. Ninel!

2022-01-18This school is horrible. Half of the classes are online, and everything is rushed. The professor give you the answers to the quizzes before taking the quiz. The only professor I had that actually cared was Dr.Ninel. She’s a very good professor and makes sure you’re learning, unlike the others. They let you practice phlebotomy on each other, and don’t even teach you the right way. The only care about the monthly payments you have to make.
