I would recommend anyone to not get new app they never showed up for me yesterday I had to cancel my doctors appointment and I had a very important doctors appointment this morning and when I called last night to confirm my appointment the lady told me I was not scheduled for a pick up and I told her I was and when I called at 715am this morning no one picked up so I had to get a Uber back and forth from my appointment with ment I am $150 out of pocket and when I called my insurance company this morning they said yes you were scheduled for a 730am appointment they called new app and they made up a story that they outside my house and called me four times witch is not through I have no missed callsfrom them and when I called new app they put me through to the manager and she was so nasty on the phone I will not even repeat some of the things she said to me so if you want to get to your doctors appointment I recommend mot to use new app thank you

Newapp has the nicer driver in nycThey are very reliable you call and a the driver will be at your door in a few minutes, newapps is the only company where lower price match high quality in nyc.

IVE CALLED TO ASK IF THERE WERE ANY CARS, THERE WAS A MAN THAT WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY ONE THE ONE. THEY ARENT TOO FRIENDLY TO TALK TOO
