Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean facility. would recommend. Like most humans I was afraid of the dentist and refused to go for years and suffered - and it’s a shame I did. Ross Morgan did great! I had minimal pain for all my procedures!
I found New Baltimore Family Dentistry to be exceptional, efficient, and the staff refreshingly welcoming. Very clean and professional. The Doctor was on point with what was going on and gave options without pressure. I am sold that this family will be our family destination dentist!
Ive been for several cleanings, cavity fillings, and replacement of a rotten tooth with a bridge, and have found the practice to be excellent in all respects: clean waiting room, careful Covid practices, smooth service, helpful attitudes, efficient insurance handling, and more than competent dentistry.
Best dental facility I have ever been to. Everyone is professional and friendly. I went today for fillings. I had no fear or worries. I highly recommend it for adults, children and anyone who may have a fear of going to a dentist.
I had a dental emergency over the weekend. I called the on-call and explained. The dentist told me exactly what to do until Monday. Luckily all went well over the weekend and there was an opening on Monday when I called. Im one very happy patient!
Im completely and other devastating about my experience here to the point even though I needed to go back I wouldnt because I didnt want them to ruin my teeth even more than they already were. All of the fillings I got here are horrible and broke either days or weeks later. They didnt fit right and when I said that they blamed it on me still being numb. I got half a root canal done without them actually talking to me about the cost or anything they just started a filling and went no you need a root canal put the jankiest temporary filling on it that ended up BREAKING 2 weeks later. This was all with the oldest doctor. I tried to switch to the younger who did a emergency filling on me and its the ONLY filling that didnt break days or weeks later. Still hasnt broken. And when I tried to switch explaining my reasoning they said no to me that Im stuck with the doctor I have so I stopped going. Am at another dentist who agreed with me that what was done was not okay or even slightly good i never make reviews ever but this time i felt i needed to.
I would recommend this Dentists to anyone. They are accommodating,and caring. I have just been through a very tough and personalsituation. And they have been very compassionate.
Just got a crown with Dr. Petersen. Horrible i give 2 stars because the staff is ok. Dr. Petersen was very dismissive made you feel very uncomfortable to the fact you could not even ask a question. If you do its like why are you bothering me. He did not even explain the procedure or process. I had to go back into the chair twice before i left , no explanation of anything. The assistant had to explain and apologize for him a few times. If you go to this location beware of dr. Petersen ask for a different Dr. I normally dont post reviews but this one was necessary.

Had routine cleaning and the hygienist was the most thorough and nice hygienist I’ve ever had at the dentist. She was gentle and the cleaning was as pleasant as it could be.
They don’t care about their patients. Didn’t give options or a solution for tooth pain or spend longer than 2 minutes examining. Took an x-ray and stated the tooth might be infected, might be cracked but they don’t know and didn’t care to actually examine anything.
Appointment got rescheduled and I just couldn’t make the next couple. It was unfortunate but I’ve never had a bad experience dealing with anyone there. Not a bad place.
Been here three times so far, always had great experience, same day crown was definitely a plus, checkup and cleaning was professional.

I’ve had a lot of work done on my teeth, I’ve been to a few dentist offices in my life and none of them are as friendly to me, as helpful, and as gentle as the people who work here.Very clean, very organized, and they do very good work on your teeth. I’ve never been one to recommend dentists or doctors because we all have our preferences and I’ve never been one to like going to the dentist but I will make an exception for this place. Great work environment, great attitudes, and I highly recommend. 👍🏼

I have been with Dr. Peterson as my family dentist for 15 years. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle has by our hygienist for 15 years too. She is the best! Great at what she does, friendly, and fantastic with kids. I used to dread going to the dentist before going to New Baltimore Dentistry. I dont anymore.
Excellent staff and Dentists. They listened to my concerns and didn’t try to upsell me on care products. I felt comfortable. The hygienist was thorough and took great care of my teeth. I will return and I’m having my family members switch to this practice. Thank you for the care.

New Baltimore Family Dentistry is great! My previous dentist wouldn’t even let me call for a cleaning. NBFD got me in after 2 weeks. My next cleaning was easy to schedule and they have convenient after 5pm hours some nights.Samantha is a great hygienist! She is professional, thorough, gentle and friendly. She asked me if I was having any issues and really followed up afterward. Didn’t just give it lip service.I have only seen the dentist once, but I had no issues. The dentist examined me, was professional and thorough.No complaints. 😬

Wanna start off by saying the dentists and hygienests themselves are very good here with that said there is 1 VERY bad apple at the front desk who apparently thinks its ok to patronize patients had told me to simmer down when I hadnt even raised my voice and I really dont have patience for people with power trips like that so I responded with an equal amount of disrespect and it was completely warranted. Anyways patients BEWARE.

I am not a huge fan of dentists because I have had several bad experiences in the past. I called New Baltimore Dentistry to see if they were taking new patients and they got me an appointment within a couple of days. I filled out out forms when I got there and when I was done, I got called in almost immediately. My dental hygienist was super friendly. I told her about my nervousness and she made sure I was doing okay several times during my cleaning. The dentist listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He recommended the least intrusive option. I had a good experience here and will go back in 6 months for my next cleaning.

We just moved permanently to the area so Im real glad our dog groomer, Jean Marie of Pampered Paws referred me to this dental office as finding a good dentist is not easy these days. This dental office if very efficient with hardly any wait at all. The office is clean with state of the art equipment. Taylor, my dental hygienist was friendly and very good at her job. My husband and I will be seeing them again for our next check-up and will be happy to refer them to our friends.
This is the best dental office I have been to. My grandson and I went yesterday to see Dr. Peterson. He fixed our problems right away. I have been going there for many years.

Had a great experience at New Baltimore Family Dentistry. I chipped my tooth and needed to fix it quickly. They worked with me to schedule an appointment in a couple of days. When I went in, the facility was well run and the check in was seamless and safe. The dentist saw me promptly and explained my options and was able to fix my chipped tooth that day.Such a great experience that I switched from my dentist in NYC and booked my next cleaning with them- I will be going here from now on.
Very responsive as to the issues that I had. Took X-rays of tooth that I thought I had cracked and it wasn’t. Filling had to be replaced. Was complete in about 20 minutes start to finish. No pain. Everything seems better than before. Will return for the implant tooth after I have finished with the oral surgeon who performed the implant.Whole office staff was so friendly and helpful.Glad my daughter and wife were persistent in suggesting them.

Dr pulled my teeth after he said he couldnt save them due to bone loss .no cavities or damage was on the teeth .when extracting had to saw them out because roots were so attached. Bone loss my butt then left shards in my gums for weeks .when finally after a month of healing still shards and they drop me as a patient due to missing an appointment that the secretary put in comp wrong my card and their comp didnt match .but I get blamed .leaving me with no teeth then proceeded to try to deny releasing charges for dentures I never got fitted for or received. Very upset 😡
I was brought in for an urgent visit and was in within 24 hours. Dr. Ross and his assistant provided treatment options in a very efficient manner. I left with multiple options and a great feeling about the care that went into my visit.
This is by far the worst dentist I’ve ever been too, even Philmont is better than this dentist. First of all I came in with a temporary crown on my root canal, they then put a “permanent” crown on and it’s been not even 2 months yet since my “permanent” crown was put on, and it fell out with me eating a sandwich. I’ve had previous root canals from Philmont dentist for 4 years now and their still in my mouth so!!! Also all the fillings he’s done in my mouth are super sensitive so I can’t eat on my right side! Definitely a 0/5 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
A nice new office with pleasant staff. Chantel was my dental hygienist and she very clearly explained everything she was doing and was very methodical and thorough but gentle. Overall great visit!
The dentist takes his time to make sure I have absolutely zero pain in his assistant was wonderful helps you get through the stress. They are a great team of professionals. They work together and put out a great product. The product is my new tooth!. Oh no I don’t mind going to the dentist but everyone there smiled and helped me.

I have never been to a more friendly and caring dentist office. The hygienist who did my cleaning gave me the option to take breaks if necessary and made sure to check in that I was doing ok. No one ever tried to push services I didn’t need and I never felt judged. A great experience all around, I’m actually excited to take care of my teeth again!
I had a root canal this morning (not my first) & it was beyond quick and painless. Dr Spencer is great! He saw me about 2 weeks ago for my toothache, told me what I needed but without dental insurance he gave me my options, prescribed me antibiotic, & gave me my payment options. He is great & always communicates well what is needed & what he is doing! Highly recommend them!
If a trip to the dentist can be called pleasant, I have had several pleasant experiences at New Baltimore Family Dentistry. I first came to them as a patient about two years ago when a tooth with a filling cracked while on vacation. They got me in quickly for routine care and Dr. Kasper did a crown at the next visit. Recently I had an abscess, after treatment with antibiotics I needed cleaning below the gum. Dr. Kasper once again took care of it. On both occasions he was meticulous with the local anesthesia and I had no discomfort.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! They were SO accommodating. I had to bring my toddler with me and they were great with her. I also hadnt been to the dentist in 14 years and they didnt make me feel bad about that once. Super professional with an amazing bedside manner. I never felt rushed and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions in full. I honestly cannot wait to go back to the dentist! I highly recommend them! Every one of the staff was so sweet!
Very modern practice with professional employees across the board. I love their embrace of social media and their use of texting appointment reminders. I also love that the room where I sat getting my teeth cleaned had a window. After my appointment I made an appointment for my daughter and will send my husband and son.
This is a very good place to try. My annual cleanings have been easy to do with a wonderfully nice staff. It is hard to find a good dentist, at least this place seems to care and their whole process is stress free. Ive been having great appointments resulting from honest workers. I thank them for all that they do.
Dr. Ross was amazing and so very helpful. He took the time to make sure the work was done right, and I really appreciate it! The girls in the office (hygienists and the dental assistants) are always so cheerful and great as well. The office is very bright and clean. The new downstairs office is beautiful as well. Thanks!
Very reasonable wait time and pricing. The only negatives I have are that I couldnt get my fillings done the same day and that the insurance wasnt accepted. But I know some of that isnt up to them to decide. Edit: After one week I had the same pain in my jaw that I was told had nothing wrong. Havent gone back because it isnt worth almost $2k.
They took me in while being fully booked as an emergency. half my faces was swollen up and getting worse. there for a half hour and took care of the problem. great dentist that comes up with a plan and executed it quick and painless.
Really rude billing staff. Treated as if we didnt have insurance, even though they had processed claims through our insurance prior. No apologies for staff, just a huge attitude. They also removed half of my husbands wisdom tooth (yes, they left half of it in and he had to go back to get the rest removed!) and recommend soooo much unnecessary work. Dont be fooled by the fancy office - theres not much underneath. Thats okay - Ill take my family of 5 elsewhere!

Had to have a filling replaced today. Old silver filling was replaced with white filling Procedure was quick and painless in and out in less then a half hr or so. Very professional and very nice
My hygienist Megan G. was extremely professional. She is knowledgeable, with a great understanding of my dental needs. Her compassion and sweet voice really put me at ease. The office is fresh and clean with up to date equipment. I am very happy with the care I received. I will definitely look forward to having Megan G. as my hygienist against.
I recently discovered this dental practice after being with my current dentist for @25 years, he retired. Everyone was friendly, professional and reassuring. The hygienist was nice, the dentist and his assistant were efficient and helpful. I was given options and they listened to my concerns.
I had Allison as my dental hygienist today. I have to say that she has the most gentle hands that I’ve ever experienced in a dentist office.I will definitely ask for her the next time I go, and if for some reason she’s not available it’s going to be hard to have someone else do my regular cleanings. She is amazing. If you are a person that hates getting your teeth cleaned ask for Allison… You won’t dislike it anymore!The office staff is… Fair. They could be more attentive and friendly, but it doesn’t stop me from using this office. Because All of the dentists and Allison has a hygienist is wonderful.
I had to make an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. On the day of, I was offered an appointment 3 hours earlier. I jumped at that to get this tooth fixed. The staff was so efficient, I was in and out of there in less than an hour. And I can’t say enough good things about Dr Peterson. He’s wonderful and I can feel confident when he’s doing the dentistry.

The office is very friendly overall. I had to reschedule a bunch of times and the receptionist was friendly and rescheduled me with ease. The nurse was great. I have seen two of the dentists and both of them were very brief. They looked at my mouth for 20 seconds max, told me what the nurse told me, and walked out. They didnt ask if I had any questions or concerns. It felt very impersonal and made it uncomfortable for me to ask questions about my teeth. They still did their job and I have not had serious issues.
Really found this dental office to be well put together and professional as well as friendly. A very nice first time visit and cleaning with my hygienist and she was the nicest most thorough exam I have had Ever!a lot of room in the waiting room to have people comfortably space themselves out, even with a toddler roaming about. Overall seems like a very nicely run practice and already referred them to my husband who was very excited his dentist skis.Considering doing future work but definitely booked for a 6 month cleaning and look forward to being back.
First walking in as a new patient ladies at front desk we’re friendly and very knowledgeable, my hygienist was outstanding, the dentist was personable and didn’t try to do things I didn’t need. Would recommend this office to anyone, even told me if they did a mistake my doing X-rays that’s I was not covered for yet, they would not charge me as it was on them for not ensuring coverage.
I am usually very self conscious about my smile and my teeth in general. New Baltimore has always been understanding and kind to me and my situation. They are informative and patient and don’t make me feel silly when I am anxious. I recommend them to everyone.
This isnt just a local state of the art Dental Office, This is Family! From the office staff, To the Dental assistants, They are ALL truly amazing! I had some issues with an elderly parent and a broken tooth and they were more then accommodating and part magician, My Dr. Ross happens to be unequivocally the best Dentist I have ever seen in my 44 years and extensive need of dental work due to a genetic flaw.My Father just recently had a heart attack and my Mom is on hospice care for Alzheimers, and I had to cancel my appointment a day before and they were understanding to my family situation. Great experience so far. Excellent up to date facility. I had a lot of pain. BOTH the cleaner and dentist immediately identified the source as an irretrieveably rotten tooth. After a thorough discussion of my options I decided on an extraction and bridge. They are doing all the work to get preclearance from my insurer and meanehile did and amazingly quick and pain-free extraction with no complications or difficulty. Their Covid system and practices are quite good, and they have totally modern equipment which means xrays, crowns etc. are quick, painless and priced fairly. After 2 appointments, Im pretty happy. I would give a 5 except they are not (yet) perfect on checking whether (for those of us who have to prep with antibiotics), we have taken out pills. What would be great is if the could find the time to send a text reminder the day of a procedure. So, all in, they get a 4.75 so far, and are definitely worth trying.! (My doc was Mark Peterson, and he extracted my tooth painlessly in about 3 minutes!!!)
Michelle and Tyler are awesome. Dr.peterson not so much.very negative experience. Gave a 5 🌟 is because all office personnel,and staff we have received care from are very good. The two above mentioned are 5 star within themselves.
Great experience! Love the office. Won’t ever go to another dentist office ever again. My appointment was at 9:30am, I was in the chair by 9:29am and out of the chair by 10:00am with 3 fillings done. Dentist was great, friendly, kind, and informative. The dentist asked me if I was okay a few times (which is big for me because I’m not a huge fan of dental work and get pretty nervous!). All staff is friendly from the front desk to the assistants etc. I have been ranting and raving to friends and family about my appointment today. I was pleased when I got the email asking for a review! 5+++ stars from me. I am actually now looking forward to returning to the dentist office for cleanings etc. Thank you New Baltimore Family Dental crew!

Absolutely wonderful establishment and staff.Everyone that I came into contact with was very well mannered and equally professional.Every patient was as well, treated with the same.Clean environment, and nice atmosphere.Also very expedient, and timely and seemed to be mostly organized and on top of things.ALSO* was not badgered nor criticized about the condition of my teeth, as Ive noticed some offices feel that its okay to stick the brass chin out and make patients feel poorly about the ill state of ones oral hygiene.(Felt totally comfortable). Today was my first visit and the wonderful hygienist made, what is normally a nerve wracking thing, a pleasurable experience. My teeth feel amazing and I honestly cant wait to go back and meet the rest of the staff.
12/29/20 - Chipped a part of my tooth off grinding my teeth. Called and got an appointment the same day. The worst novocaine needle of my life, definitely hit the nerve directly. Thank God I only needed one needle. Then I had the easiest drilling and filling I ever got before. Take the good with the bad, I guess.Update: went back for a cleaning today, a week later than the review in the paragraph above. Excellent experience with Michelle as the hygienist. Only twice (in my lifetime of getting my teeth cleaned, over 30 years) have I had someone who understands the issues with my TMJ. I was so thankful to have her today, since after being under a lot of stress lately, my jaw has been extra horrible. She was patient and kind with me and even gave me a referral for a TMJ specialist she once saw. This is the fifth or sixth time I’ve had a cleaning at this practice, and each time is better than the last. Highly recommend this practice. Feel like they are honest and want to give you the best possible care that they can.

Today my kids had appointments here and I must say that they have changed their waiting area and are limited to six people. I was very happy to see that they are adhering to Covid regulations. My kids said that Michelle (their hygienist) was friendly and gentle. They said Dr. Peterson’s exam was quick and painless.PRIOR REVIEW: I have been a patient of this practice for several years and I really like both the hygienist (Michelle) and the dentist (Dr. Peterson). I have always been happy with this practice up until my most recent visit. I was disappointed that considering what I know many other medical practices are doing that Covid-19 policies were not followed in the waiting area. There was a family of five sitting right next to my chair and there wasn’t another social distanced seat in the waiting room. Only one person had an appointment and until he was called (25 minutes later) the family was allowed to stay in the waiting area with him. Every other medical practice that I know of only allows the patient (unless it is a child accompanied by a parent) in the waiting room. I was happy to see they took temperatures, but felt very uncomfortable in regards to waiting in their patient area when a group was sitting so close to me.
My daughter is four and I was incredibly nervous taking her to the dentist - they were so patient and understanding with her and she genuinely loved the experience. I cannot say enough good things about the dental hygienist that worked with her. I would absolutely recommend anyone with kids to this practice!
Great experience! Not only did this office squeeze me in their busy scheduled day but staff, as usual, were cheerful and helpful. Dr. Ross Morgan and his staff did an excellent job with my emergency dental issue quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!
I am literally terrified of going to the dentist. As a result, I have a LOT of work that needs to be done. I searched my new insurance and googled the reviews on all the offices that were covered and when I came to this office I saw they have great reviews so I made an appointment. I’m so glad I did. They made me feel comfortable right away. They were friendly and kind and really took into consideration how nervous I was. I had my initial exam and a cleaning. I’m actually looking forward to going back for all my work. I already know I’m in good hands!
It is always a pleasant experience at New Baltimore Family Dentistry. The hygienist is the best, very thorough and the dentist as well.
Service has always been great. On time for appointments. Sam is a great tech. Dentists are all very professional and helpful. Gentle dentistry from everyone. And best of all, these folks do not try to sell you all new teeth every time you walk in. You get a thorough exam and then a discussion on what could be done and what is good. We drive an hour to still go there even after moving.

Ive been going to this office for several years. Always spotless, always professional, Ive only 1x had a long wait ( but have been at least 6x). The staff are always clean kind friendly and professional. My teeth are always well taken care of and my comfort always thought of. I plan on being here for years to come!

They are one of the most efficient, clean, informative and caring dental practices i’ve been to. Their reliable text and email confirmations and reminders on the day before are very helpful. Their work is gentle and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.I went to have a rough chipped tooth edge smoothed down. I was seen by Samantha for a check-up and cleaning. I was seen by Noreen for a deep scaling. I am very happy with the results and how respectful they all are and would definitely return to them for more work.The reception staff was great too.
Our whole family goes here and never have had a bad experience. Never have had to wait long for our appointments. Staff is very helpful and friendly and Kaspar, the dental specialist, is very kind and patient. We all have dental insurance except for my husband. We have to pay out of pocket but they have been very accommodating. Thank you.
This has been a pretty abysmal experience. The first time I visited I waited over an hour. Finally, they did x-rays and cleaned my teeth, and I loved the hygienist, so I decided to do my follow-up there. Since then they have cancelled my appointment twice and my dentist apparently just stopped coming to work. I asked where he went so I could visit his new office and they said its none of our business where he went. I hope it improves. If it does, Ill certainly update my review. For now, I cannot recommend this practice.I am updating this review to a single star: I was fired by New Baltimore for not having trust in my provider. I accept that. Theyre absolutely right, we were just not a good match. My simple filling went awry and couldnt get a cleaning appointment for many months out. I received their letter, shortly after the last round of difficulty communicating with their office staff, (they are good at appointment setting, but seem to have little knowledge of dentistry, so things go round and round a lot). I was on hold while I was in my car and I went through a dead zone and got disconnected. I suppose they figured I just hung up out of frustration. It probably happens a lot.The good part? I went to my new dentist yesterday, and I was reminded what a great dental experience is supposed to feel like. And I will say, New Baltimore has been very pleasant about providing information to my new office. So, credit where credit is due. They seem to be very busy, so for the sake of all those folks, I will assume my experience was an anomaly.
All of the staff are so helpful and friendly! I have always had a great experience and so has the rest of my family. A year ago, my future husband was not much for going to any doctor and had developed an large infection due to his neglected tooth and was hospitalized. Dr. Ross called personally after hours to check in on how he was doing and then did an amazing job healing the infected tooth and fixing up his smile after he was released. They care about their patients in a personal way. This year Dr. Ross gave me a beautiful smile for my wedding! I feel great about my smile and am thankful to have such a great dentist to go to!
Im not a fan of the dentist office, but when I got my tooth pulled, the staff and the doctor really made me feel like I was in good hands. They made sure to explain everything they were doing step by step, as well as being as gentle as possible, the doctor even went as far as trying to hide the tools as much as he could so I wouldnt panic. Definitely glad my wife chose them to be our dentist.

Ms. Mitchell, very through, I had never had a hygienist like her,,ever!! Got me in and out fast, and made me a happy camper.
Hands down, never been treated better anywhere. From the receptionists to the dentist, youll find only understanding smiles and warm welcomes. Theyre also very sweet and helpful with distracting me during procedures because of my general anxiety. The only dentist I will ever go to! If only I could find a family practitioner I love as much!

Great service from start to finish. I had 9:45am appointment, after a few COVID safety questions got in for my cleaning on time. Dental hygienist (Michelle) recommended using water pick & since I have been consistently using it daily my teeth & gums are much better. The office staff very professional & helpful. Also computerized text msg’s very helpful reminders for appointments.
I have had a lot of work done in my life. I came into a very nice and clean environment and was immediately put at ease. If you are looking for a great dental practice with a fabulous staff this is the place to go. I recommend you see Dr. Carolyn Morgan, she is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Although I tend to get the dental hygienists who are masochistic and really, really enjoy their job I always have a good experience when I go to this dentist. They dont take too long in the wait room even if they are overbooked sometimes, and they always give my teeth the attention they deserve. Ive never had any more experience with them other than routine work though, when it came to wisdom teeth extraction I was referred to an outstanding place in Albany that specializes in cosmetic dentistry.
Great Dentist office. I have been to many different dentist offices over my 35 years and I have found this office to be the absolute best especially the younger dentist Dr. Spencer Morgan he has a gentle approach with anesthesia (you don’t even feel it) and his work is excellent! I have my entire top of my mouth replaced with implants/crowns and you would have no idea I did. I now bring my entire family of 5 here including my 4 year old and he loves going to this dentist. I have also recommended most of my family and friends of which 3 of them now also see Dr Morgan. Thank you for making me Proud of my Smile once again!!!
Nice and clean dentist. Myself and my husband go there. Generally its a short wait or no wait at all when you go in for a cleaning. If you are going at a for a more complicated procedure I am not sure about the wait.Most of the staff are friendly. One drawback is they dont have the equipment to see or handle small children. Also, I had to reschedule 3 of my visits, over an 8 month period. 1 was due to having strep, another was because I didnt feel comfortable having anesthesia and driving my kids after since my husband had work. When I called to reschedule I was told that she was unsure if I would be able to continue being a patient at the office due to my history of rescheduling appointments at the last minute... I was told she would call me back by close of business and let me know. That was quite some time ago and I have received no such communications. However, at this point I am assuming I am still a patient because I continue to receive emails and automayed text messages telling me I am past due for my cleaning. What would be nice is if they followed a less rigorous process for dismissing clients and a more case by case basis. Also it would be nice if they actually called you back. I suppose at some point I will call them to try and attempt to make an appointment if not I will look for another dentist in the area.

Dr. Spenser Morgan is fantastic!!! Ive never had such a relaxed and stressed free time at a dentist office before as I did this past 2 weeks. Spenser was very friendly, accommodating, and showed that he really cares about his patients. I had a filling from when I was a little boy that came out about 4 months ago, and me being me, just ignored it. Figured Id rather live with it than have to deal with a dentist. (I can probably count on my fingers the amount of times Ive been to the dentist in my lifetime. In my 18 years of marriage to my wife, Ive only gone twice.) Too much hassle I reasoned to myself. Well, last week it started hurting and it was pretty unbearable. So my wife made an emergency appointment in which they accommodated for me. After taking a bunch of x-rays which was surprisingly and pleasantly comfortable, (only reason I say that is because the last time I took x-rays of my mouth they used to stick these big ole cardboard stuff in your mouth which really hurt) I go in and see Dr. Spencer. He was really cool... he told me in advance what theyre gonna do, the reason Im getting these pains in my tooth, and options. He definitely made me feel comfortable and had me trusting in whatever he wants to do. He was very considerate in even numbing my gums with a numbing liquid before shooting me with needles to numb my gums!!! (What Im used to is the dentist just starts poking you with needles which is very painful before it gets numb) He ended up drilling a bunch, and gave me a temporary filling. He said theres a possibility they might have to yank the tooth, which I just accepted and was ok with. (Of course my wife wasnt cool with me missing a tooth, but whatever). So I go back a week later, expecting him to have to yank this thing, instead he was apt to save the tooth, do some work on it and fill it up. So far so good Doc!!! I appreciate the professionalism displayed by Dr. Morgan. I will bring my whole family to this office, and recommend it to all my friends and all of you who are reading this post. The best dentist office Ive ever been to. I will definitely start making a dentist appointment regularly from now on. Thanks Dr. Morgan.
After my previous dentist of 21 years retired, I decided to try New Baltimore Family Dentistry based on family recommendations and good reviews. I was extremely pleased with them. The front desk was so courteous and helpful and Dr. Ross was extremely patient and gentle. They all made my transition to a new practice a very easy one. I am happy to say I have found a great place.
Dr. Ross Morgan has gone above and beyond for me for approximately 4 years now. Can’t say enough positive things about him. Each room in the building is spotless clean.

As a long-time client, I have been pleased with the improvements implemented over the years with this dentistry practice. Currently, I enjoy going to my hygienist regularly, the reception staff have been great with check-ins and check-outs, and Dr. Petersen provides excellent check-ups and good information and motivation for continued good dental self-care.

Had my first visit today at New Baltimore Family Dentistry. My appt. was for next week, but they kept me on a cancellation list for a sooner appt. and today they called. My experience was very good. I got complete X-rays and a thorough cleaning and a positive outcome. The hygienist and the dentist were professional and gentle. After 40 yrs. of going to the same dental practice, it was difficult to consider going somewhere else, but were forced to when they stopped taking our dental insurance. This practice takes our insurance and we do not have to pay any additional fees as we did at our old dental practice.The facility is clean, modern and well staffed. Thank you for a positive dental experience.
I have a long-standing and abiding fear of the dentist, and so, it was with great trepidation I made my first appointment with NBFD. But my visit yesterday was wonderful! My hygienist Mary was super nice, explained everything, listened to my fears, was extra careful and gentle... All in all, it was an awesome experience for a dentist wimp like me. I highly recommend!
I havent been to a dentist in 16 years or more, and I would go back and have. This was the test visit with 3 teeth pulled and 1 filling. I was as comfortable as possible, my jaw is a little sore but they gave me advice to manage that. I have another visit in July that I wont miss or skip. Hope this helps with your decision of top quality dentist.

What a wonderful experience! I had an emergency and needed a dentist for my daughter I called in the morning and they were able to get me in. Everyone from reception, to the woman on the phone, to the hygienist, to the dentist was kind, caring and respectful. They told me “as it is” and didn’t try to sugar coat my daughters situation but also didn’t try to sell me in something. I had confidence in the team!

When we moved back to NYS in 2013, NB Family Dentistry became our new dental practice. What wonderful, welcoming and professional staff. Everything my husband and I have had done has been painless and impeccable. We thoroughly trust and recommend the Doctors and Hygienists at this practice. Even though we have since moved an hour away from New Baltimore, we still use them as our dental needs. They are well worth the drive.

My first experience at this dentist office made me feel like I could automatically trust this man to take care of my teeth. I had a bad infection and he did what he had to and it was a great relief and because of that I have been going back and getting the rest of my teeth done this dentist is not only very good at what he does but he is a very quick and very thorough I recommend everybody to go to this office.
I have only had two appointments so far. With that being said I do really like this dentist office so far. They are completely up front with everything. So no surprises, you know what is going to happen and how much. Everyone who I have come in contact with has been very nice.

Dr. Woo is a remarkable dentist. Patient, kind and persistant, he went to great lengths to save my tooth for me! Being a white-knuckle type of patient, I really appreciated his sincere attitude and felt more comfortable and trusting with him than I have with any other dentist. He worked within the boundaries of my insurance even when it might have been an easier process for him to recommend a more costly solution. I have never had a dentist work so hard to accomplish what was best for me and my situation. I highly recommend him.
I went there without having been to a dentist in quite some time and on the recommendation of a friend, as I am new to the area. I arrived to welcoming smiles and friendly office personnel. They have a computer available so instead of filling out pages of forms, you just type and click. I found it efficient. During my short wait to be seen, I enjoyed the large television in the waiting area and wifi. When getting my intake questions and x-rays done, I was met by the same warm and friendly attitude as the office staff. Dr. Ross listened to my problem and concerns. He was very gentle, often asking if I was ok or in discomfort and his assistant was attentive as well. Afterwards, he laid out future treatment plan options and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. I have no more pain in my tooth and keep looking at how much better my smile looks thanks to them. Overall, I would recommend this office to anyone but particularly those who are scared or nervous about dental work.
Every team member is professional. From intake/reception/checkout to the dental hygienists, to the doctors Everybody is kind, and courteous. Sadly they the practice no longer take my insurance plan and I will need to go elsewhere.

After living in Los Angeles for the past few years, I moved close to my sister who encouraged me to call her dental office with Dr. Marvin Gertzberg after I advised her I needed a dental cleaning and a tooth capped. My sister said New Baltimore Family Dentistry had an outstanding reputation in the community and were the best Dentists in the area.I had the pleasure of receiving wonderful care first with Dr. Bert Goldfinger for the tooth that needed to be crowned. Dr. Goldfinger and his assistant were great and they made a perfect crown, fit for a Queen!Several months later, I had the immense pleasure of meeting Dr. Caroline Morgan, who was super nice and so very helpful in providing a treatment plan for my dental issues, with Dr. Ross Morgan, who has been handling my care for the last few visits. Over the past couple years, I have had trouble finding a dentist that I am comfortable with and that does good work. My trouble ended when I found New Baltimore Family Dentistry! The staff is very helpful and accommodating to my dental needs, especially emergencies. I have yet to have a problem with anything that theyve done. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and Im so happy I found them!
This office always seems to get me right in if I have any problems; if Im overdue for a cleaning they put me on their cancelation list and get me in sooner than expected; they send appointment reminders via text and/or email. Ive yet to meet any staff (dentists, hygienists, office staff) who are anything less than professional, pleasant and accomodating. Over the years I have moved several times. At one point, I traveled an hour and a half to come to this office because Im not comfortable going anywhere else. I have severe anxiety in regards to the dentist and everyone at this office goes out of their way to calm me down and make my experience a pleasant one. Not only would I recommend them to everyone I know, but Id be willing to stay with them if I ever moved out of state. Its taken me several years to find a dentist Im completely comfortable with and I dont think 5 little stars is sufficient enough in expressing how great I feel they all are.
I always have a great experience with the dentist and hygienist however, on when I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Petersen, a woman by the name of Michele was very rude, unprofessional and is in dire need of customer service training. She was actually yelling at me when I called to schedule an appointment. Please either train this woman or but her very far in the file room, not working with people.

100% highly recommended, The dental assistants there are the sweetest and nicest people and make you feel so comfortable. The dentists are straight forward and fit you in as soon as they can . If its an emergency they usually get you in that same day if ur available . I wont go any wheres else !
Had a cracked tooth and was so scared it would need extensive work to fix it. The doctor asked me my opinions, we talked about options and all it needed was a filing down. He made sure I was happy with it and how it looked before he stopped. The assistants were friendly, sweet and accommodating as well. Beautiful office. Very happy for my visit and I’ll be back! Thank you for being so accommodating when I discussed my emergency situation. Turned out I was overly concrrned...not a bad thing, but nonetheless, you had me in the office within a few hours and had put my mind to ease after checking on my condition. And...all this for a new patient. If you want to be treated like you have a dentist in the family, choose New Baltimore - they honestly do put the Family in Dentistry!
I dont like going to the dentist but then again who does. Everyone I met in New Baltimore family dentistry made me feel comfortable and prepared to go through what I had to. Honestly my husband and I are truly happy with the care here. They are quick, professional and kind! I am not a huge fan of the dentist but I am at ease whenever I am here. My mom and dad are now patients too and soon my sister will be too as she just moved back from MS.
We have been using this dentist for years and I love them. I had severe fear of the drill and Dr. Gertzberg is so calm and gentle. He recommended braces for one of my children to correct their teeth. They are very good with children too. They have the newest technology, are very quick, the receptionists are very nice. Every thing is explained and all questions or fears answered. Their dental assistants are young and bright. They have a new dentist now, Dr. Mogan and he is very good. I highly recommend them.
June 13th was my first appt as a new patient.I was very impressed on the professional clientele and staff. The place is very immaculate and has a very comforting feeling. I use to be a patient here years ago but left due to the dentist thought I would give it another shot after hearing he left. I now see Dr. Spencer. , hes absolutely wonderful. Im a diabetic, Im very Fidgetty, anxious and nervous. Dr spencer is very understanding gentle and his chair side caring is just the best. I love it here now. Staff and all is great. Thank you my fears have subsided a bit!😊
I have anxiety and a dentist office is the last place i want to be in. but once i enter your building your staff put me at ease. the staff were all very helpful and professional. dr. peterson was great took good care of my problem . if someone needed a dentist i would suggest going to , THE NEW BALTiMORE FAMILY DENTISTRY.
I am the worst dental patient ever! New Baltimore Family Dentistry is the only place that has ever taken that anxiety away, while making me feel welcome. Its so important to not feel overlooked or put aside when getting work done on your mouth. This office isnt rushed or unfriendly. The best part is that work is Top Notch, with state of the art equipment, and this areas highest educated dentists. I have never had good teeth, I have been in many dentist offices. I wont go anywhere else now. These guys are the best. I cant recommend them enough!!!!
Michelle and Dr. Petersen are wonderfully thorough, professional and friendly. I will never go anywhere else because they honestly care about me and my dental health.
You dont have to sit and wait around in the lobby which is refreshing. Your appointments are quick. Very clean and nice environment.
Michelle is the best dental hygienist I have ever had in 56 years. She is first to suggest a water pik instead of flossing. I hated to floss so I never did it. Now using the water pik is part of my daily routine with great results. I also love the early morning appointments
I can go on forever about New Baltimore Family Dentistry from the Doctors to the front desk they are top notch. Dr.Casper very kind and gentle exceptional with children the Al-Mahdi Family will be sad to see you leave ! The dentist here is absolutely amazing I get really bad anxiety coming to the dentist and they make me feel so relaxed and so comfortable always reassuring me and they are flexible with scheduling I needed my bite fixed and they got me in the very next day. Its seriously an amazing place.

Called because I had a horrible tooth ache. was able to get an appointment immediately however left with the advise to see a root canal specialist. was not given any support on how to handle the pain. next available root canal appointment is in 10 days. over the cku her medication only seem to work for about 1.5 he then pain returns. not very impressed with the dent8st. dentist had poor customer service. hygienist was great.
I have been with new Baltimore family dentist for many years now a lot of my friends and family also go here as well. I have never had a bad experience, they are kind ,courteous ,and well mannered.I highly recommend them!

Was scared to get my sons tooth removed canceled two appointments but now we’re ready. well they now won’t take my son or daughter.. new year don’t see why they can’t start over. Being a mom they should understand I was nervous for my 3 year old at the time. They just said since I canceled twice they won’t let any of us go there.
I went in for a chipped front tooth that I had. They charged me $78 just for the five minutes that I was there to smooth the tooth out. Ever since Dr. G. left service has gone downhill, And prices went up. Can’t even get a break if you don’t have dental Insurance. I have been going to this dentist ever since I was a kid. This is my last time. Really disappointing.

The staff was great friendly and accommodating! I was in terrific pain and in no time the tooth was out and I was out of pain!! I was able to sleep for the first time in the past week!! So happy!!

I had broken a crown and got in right away with Dr. Spencer Morgan. He was able to make a new crown in the office which was really interesting to see.the process. Now I can eat without any pain. Everyone there was super helpful! Thanks so much.
Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. Dr Ross was friendly and made me feel at ease from the second he came in the room. I ended up having a tooth extracted..And I was heading out of office in 15 minutes. No hastle . Clean office ..Friendly assistant.I go back next week with my 5 year old and 12 year old .
My teeth and oral health are SUPER important to me, and I am so grateful and happy to say that Michelle is my perfect partner to help me maintain my healthy mouth! She is extremely knowledgeable, as well as very gentle and thorough, plus, she truly cares about her patients! Michelle is a gem!
Had a dental emergency... Broken tooth after hours and office got me right in the following morning. Dr Ross examined me and secured my tooth until I could get back in ten days for a permanent fix. Could not have been more pleased from start to finish with this dentist!
Last time we came to this dentist we came 15 mins early and they made us wait 45 mins. After that the doctor told me I had to pull out that tooth and that wasnt true! Next time, I came back here, because there is no where else to go around here. They refused to see me because they said I was late which I wasnt. This place is like 42nd street, they have a million people there, plus they are very rude and nasty.
They were amazing! They were patient and friendly to my children with it being their first time going to a dentist. Im glad my children were able to have a good experience for their first time.
They were able to get me in extremely fast I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
Im not one who usually feels comfortable going to the dentist, but I must say from the time I entered from the time I left it was an awesome experience. Dr Morgan was gentle and kind, and Im grateful to him for saving my tooth!
I went in for an extraction and got a root canal which saved the truth. I didn’t realize they did root canals. Was so pleased I didn’t have to go somewhere else to get it done. Made my day!!

2022-02-02I have been coming to this dentistry since I was younger, and I havent had any issues for years. Michelle has been my hygienist for the longest and Im really satisfied with her work but also making me feel comfortable when Im in her chair. She gets my teeth extremely clean without having to dig into my gum. The doctor that I see has always provided good care as well and I appreciate any work he has done on my teeth. I 100% recommend this place because I havent had anything but great experiences.

2021-12-31I have very bad anxiety and since I was in high school the staff has taken their time with me ! Kat did so well with talking to me the whole time just to make sure I wasn’t as anxious. They are so friendly and welcoming. They made sure to contact another dentist for me to let them know how urgent it was that I seen an oral surgeon. Long story short I’m going back for my fillings and I got my referral & appointment with a surgeon for THIS MONTH! Highly recommend ❤️❤️

2022-05-25Dr. Ross Morgan did way more for me than I expected. First of all his staff cleaned my teeth ( I take good care but you can’t help some staining and tartar build up) and I hadn’t got it done for two years. She took her time and did a wonderful job even though I know she did a deeper cleaning than most people get. I promised her I would be back in four months so her job would not take so long. Second, Dr. Ross Morgan Seems like a great leader and teacher as he mentored and instructed one of his associates while he maintaining patience and ensured the work he did on me was high quality and painless. I even had a cap that fell off and I’m currently waiting for insurance coverage yet still he gave me a temporary comfortable cap so while I wait I won’t have issues with sharp edges etc. He did not have to do that but like I said he cares. I highly recommend this dentist and all of his associates.

2022-01-06Brought my four year old for her first checkup and cleaning. Every step of the cleaning was explained to her before it was done, and she got to pick a toy after. All the staff were very friendly and patient with her, and I was in the room with her the whole time (while holding her two year old sister). The staffs great and professional attitude greatly helped with her positive impression. She said she wants to go back, and little sister wants to get her teeth cleaned too. Thanks for being awesome.

2022-03-01I have only been coming here for about 2 years now but I plan on staying with this office. I find the staff to be very good. The check in/out process is always smooth and the staff helpful when I have questions. The Hygienists are all very good. They are knowledgeable and always listen to any concerns I have. I have seen several different Dentists there for several reasons and normally wouldn’t Iike that but haven’t had a problem because they were all very knowledgeable friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a Dentist.

2022-01-31The staff was very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to my family having illness. My appointment was 8 AM and they let me know right away my hygienist was running a few minutes late.. which was only about 3 minutes, and she was very apologetic and sweet. I appreciate the timeliness of my appointments and the service I get every time I go. Thanks

2021-11-25I had lost a part of my filling and called and they had an appointment for me that afternoon. Everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend them. Samantha was very informative and nice. I felt at ease for my cleaning. Today I had a tooth pulled. It wasn’t too bad. The dentist and his assistants were very friendly and concerned with my comfort. I would recommend them highly.

2021-12-09I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist, and I have to say this was BY FAR my BEST experience. I called at 10am and they were able to get me in by noon the same day! They have patients and are not rude at all. They actually took the time to talk me through every step of what they were doing, and made sure to ask if I was ok throughout.Everything was also very clean. I traveled about an hour to get there and I will be getting ALL my future dental work from them as well. HIGHLY recommended
