So rude. The owner as he claimed walked right into my boyfriends house without us allowing him to do so. Food was literally delivered 2 hours later. I called to cancel and he came and demanded me to pay him for the food. He said he would call the police on us but we had called to cancel the order before he even got there. We called 45 mins before he arrived!!!😡 NEVER again ordered from there. He’s nasty and so rude. None of his employees are nice! WORST CHINESE PLACE EVER!!! Golden City Chinese is better, quick and very nice!
Horrible! Horrible! First off, they are very rude. They will not greet you. They will stand there and stare at you until you tell them what you want. They gave me a fried wanton with a bite already taken out of it. Their food is tasteless. They are expensive. The only reason they are still in business is because of their location. Dont waste your time.
Rude, overpriced, no taste. Tons of other chinese food places down the block that are alot better. Called an order in a half hour before they close and they told me to come in right away. They start calling me non-stop 15 minutes before they close while im driving there. I walk in while they are still calling me 10 minutes before they close and they start talking about me in chinese. I give them my debit and they ask if i have cash, i open my wallet, the lady sticks her hand out and takes a 20 out and gives me back my debit. Literally stuck her hand in my wallet, so rude, i could have needed that cash. Food was nothing special, pork fried rice was terrible.
I found a roach in my food. I cannot believe it. I would rather see 10 hairs in my food then a frickin roach. No way. They offered to make me another one but I was not about to have another plate from a place that has roaches nahhh. Lets see if they give me my money back
Hello. Im a truck driver. I was making a delivery in Huntington, ny , I was stuck at my customer for few hours and I got hungry. I called new China restaurant. Lady on the phone she was very nice and professional. Delivery driver was very nice. Food was omg, very delicious and hot. 5 stars. Thank You.
I used to live in Huntington Station and ate there a lot. I dont know what happened but had the opportunity to eat there this weekend. Very disappointed.
The quality of food started going south since the new management took over a few years back. Greasy eggrolls, salty rice, slow delivery time and cold food. Dont go there unless your looking for a dissapointment.

2022-06-26The quality of food has diminished greatly since the owners retired. My family and I ate here every week when I was a teen. I ordered the chicken wings with pork fried rice, steamed dumplings and 2 pork egg rolls. Flavor was bland and barely seasoned. The eggrolls were the only items that were ok. There was a time when I ate there and felt satisfied and full. Food tasted fresh and made with love......now not so much. Oh well it is what it is.

2017-08-27Fast delivery, but my special $17 Sesame Shrimp was mostly fried breaded batter. For the special menu, the quality of the shrimp shouldve been jumbo, and not medium. I especially wasnt happy with the long string of hair, 😱fried in the battered shrimp.🚮 The delivery guy was not🙅 polite, my 11 yr. old mentioned. My sons feelings were hurt,😑 because he gave the delivery guy a tip, and a thank you, but no response followed. 😕👎

2021-04-20One of the best Chinese restaurants in Huntington...love this place. Food is always delicious (no MSG headaches!), they never make a mistake, and generous portions (unlike other Chinese restaurants). Big thumbs up!

2021-09-06Ordered pickup from this place and I’ve been throwing up and in the bathroom for 2 days. I call them and they basically told me to go to hell. I can’t explain how bad I feel. This place needs to be avoided.I never ever write reviews.

2019-01-26Havent been there in a while. Was in the are yesterday ordered some food to go. The wonton soup was disgusting threw it out. You get more rice than anything with a combination platter. Ordered shrimp Mei fun ( angel hair pasta) and half the dish is rice. Never heard of rice when you get pasta.. will not go back

2015-08-18Our family orders every week .But today I was shocked nothing tasted good .Everything tasted differently. No sauce,rice had no flvor and dry just really bad.Wondering if they have new cooks.Normally its the best food ever ! Not sure if we can go back.

2018-05-15My preferred restaurant, Sunshine Chinese, abruptly closed so i decided to try New China. The food was not bad but definitely not spectacular. I was very unimpressed with the service. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant the woman behind the register was very rushed to take my order. I ordered to-go and was disappointed when i left with a takeout bag that contained no napkins, utensils, condiments, or fortune cookie (all things i would have received at Sunshine or many other restaurants). I could understand if the women were busy but in the time i waited for my food there were no new orders being taken. It seems to me this place doesnt care about customer satisfaction so much as they care about money.
