Very bad experience in Monroe site. Went for a fitting for compression stockings. Had couple of telephone calls regarding stockings. Had to resend forms from doc. Waited 3 wks for fitting only to be told paperwork from doc has to be redone. But the attitude and condescending response from this unprofessional was not acceptable. I left without a word, but could still hear her loudly complaining to the receptionists. I live in this community, try to buy from my community. I would never lower myself to respond to behavior like that. Just spend my money elsewhere!They’ll probably remove this one also. But screen shotTo every media source I know

Great experience with Ms. Kimberlin and Staff @ New England Orthotics and Prosthetics. We are using both offices, the Nanuet, and the Monroe office, they are both Great, Pleasant personnel and very knowledgeable. Ms. Kimberlin listens to the patient, Respects the Cultural needs of the patient and is very knowledgeable. She makes every accommodation possible to satisfy the customers and save them $$. - She provides both excellent customer service with a uniquely custom solutions - a rare combination these days.

Nasty customer service.They treat you like they are doing you the biggest favor that they are serving you.What a primadonna princess style service that the customer has to adjust exactly to what they want.They rudely interrupt you when you try to talk to them and when you ask twice they hang up the phone on you.

Very pleased with the Monroe office. My son was fitted for orthotics and we found the staff to be professional, efficient and courteous.

Owner VERY combative. For a custom shoe maker they know NOTHING about customer service. Stay far away!
