Exactly what you need it to be when you need it. I always call and always opt for pickup, so cant comment on the quality of Grubhub or delivery ordering, but every time Ive ordered the food is hot, decent, and impressively, always ready within 10 minutes.Folks are right about the breaded and fried dishes being all breading. But their cheesy wontons are great.
They were very nice, but the food is just not very good: vegetable fried rice is mostly rice with a few veggies tossed in, and the hot and sour soup is neither hot nor sour. The egg roll tasted like it had salad dressing in it.
Worst customer service EVER. I ordered Garlic Chicken a week ago, and it was delicious, I ordered it again this week, and it was not the same dish I ordered. The manager told me they make the sauce the same every time. If that is the case, they are very inconsistent with their cooking. I brought the dish back, and she refused to give me my money back. I spoke with Grubhub and they were nice enough to give me my money back. When I went into the store, the manager was yelling at her staff and swearing. She told me that she didnt need my business. Long story short, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Save your money!
Got a decent lunch for under ten bucks! Generous portions, great prices, friendly service. Great deal for a meal and for students on a budget. The food is nothing to write home about, a bit heavy on the pepper.Overall, not a place I would eat in at, but a great value and perfect for a quick lunch.
The food is great, and the prices are very good when you pick it up yourself.Theres just one big critique, and Ive seen it on other reviews as well: They barely speak English. Now its alright to not master English, but they cant even remotely communicate about orders.
This was horrible. We were hungry and ordered online. We have ordered here before with mixed experiences. But today was bad. It took way too long and the General Tsos Chicken was NO meat. It was all breading. My wife threw hers away and I ate some and seriously nothing to satisfy our hunger, we just went to bed MAD. Seriously I understand cutting corners to save money but the food still has to be what you say it is.
No stars. This place wasted my time. Time that I cant get back. They lied to me and had me waiting an hour and 15 minutes for my order. They tried to pacify me by saying the driver was on his way but he was no where near coming to my place. Every time I called there was a different explanation. Dont order from these people. They lied AND wasted my time. Terrible service. I will post on here every day because Im just that ticked off.

I ordered food at 8:42. I waited forty-five minutes. 8:30 I called and they said they were on the way. 9:42. No one. I called to cancel the order, and they said 5 minutes. Its a new guy. 5 minutes.9:47. No one.Horrible service.

Unlike any other Chinese food place in Syracuse. They serve traditional Chinese food plus all the Americanized favorites. Only place I have had better was back home in NYC.

2022-05-02Gave this a go as l moved down the road recently. Fairly priced and quite nice! The appetisers Ive had so far (spring roll and fried wonton) havent been that good but Ill keep buying the main meals. Generous portions with loads of meat and loads more flavour than other Chinese places Ive tried in Syracuse.

2022-04-06This use to be the best spot, maybe a fluke or something but the dumplings were 30x doughy then dumplings usually are, and the hunan was crazy salty, but ok, the hot and sour soup was good though. Dumplings never again, I hope the Szechuan is still good, best I ever had.

2022-02-19I recently moved to the area for a new job and have been on a hunt for good Chinese. But time and time again I was disappointed. BUT FINALLY! I have found a place that was quick and delicious! The food is so worth the low price! And finally I found I place that does cream cheese wontons justice! Great job! Definitely will be ordering again!

2019-06-10They wouldnt change my rice to noodles and I just had mouth surgery. So I had to buy the rice. Not friendly and dirty.

2021-10-02This restaurant is the first place to actually have truly spicy Chinese food. My reason for 4 stars is that they had too much sauce with the food. It leaked out of the container and all over the place, but the food was excellent.

2020-08-06I will admit, the staff here can be a bit rude at times. But otherwise, no complaints. The food is usually done quickly, and the food is always amazing (and they usually give me plenty of Duck Sauce) ,and they load up your plate,too. This is the ONLY Chinese takeout place I will go to in this city. I have been a satisfied customer since 2011.

2021-04-28It’s what you expect, decent value for price. The food is greasy and heavy on the carbs light on the meat.Both Halal Gyro and Dorians are better, (and on the same street) but about a dollar more expensive.

2019-11-02Okay, this place right here hands down has the best Fried Chicken Wings. I told the lady she may not understand what I am about to say to her, but has she been hanging with some sisters from the South who can fry up some mean Chicken Wings, she just smiled. Fried Rice is awesome, but once again Great Customer Service.

2019-05-25Best take out chinese weve had in a long time. Between, DeWitt, Nottingham, Westcott and Marshall too many choices. All too often disappointing.Our $2! Delivery was oh so quick. Food that arrived was fresh, not greasy, delicious and terrific portions.
