2017-05-11Held on to my deposit after telling me they could not get the lamp that was displayed on the floor, from the manufacturer. Held my deposit hostage until I would come in and look at other lamps. I would have come in had they not done that. I had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge they would not refund. Rude over the phone telling me I had an attitude and talked too much. I just wanted my refund that was sizeable.

2018-10-20I had a really rude experience. Asked about how long I could take a string of light before it stopped working, and didnt get a straight answer. How long do you need? Thats not the answer to my question. He was so confrontational.Its weird because if a customer is asking about extremely long runs of Lights, thats a customer who might be buying a whole lot of your product and youre being rude to them.Walked right out. Tons of other lighting vendors here.

2016-07-17There are a lot of lighting places on this part of the Bowery in NYC in the SOHO section (South of Houston) You cant even move in this one. Which tells me they have what your looking for.....

2018-11-21THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.....I BOT A LAMP 2 YRS AGO WHICH BROKE...WHEN I WENT BACK TO HAVE IT REPAIRED, THE MAN CLAIMED THAT HE NEVER SOLD SUCH A LAMP, WHICH WAS A LIE....NEVER GO THERE AGAIN....
