Nick was SO incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and good at what he does! With his help, we were able to find the perfect home for our family and stayed within our budget. We were incredibly anxious that we wouldnt be able to find anything (especially in this market), but with Nicks help we had an accepted offer within only a few weeks. He was incredibly accessible and responsive -- we would send him LONG lists of houses we were interested in, and he would reply back with information on each and every one. He also helped talk us through the entire process -- as first time homebuyers, it was incredibly kind and helpful. Would absolutely, 100% recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Wow! Nick made buying a house such a breeze! My husband and I were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible realtors. However, Nick was professional and interested in finding us a house basic on our criteria. Once you say yes to the house allow Nick to get the seller to accept your offer in no time. The strategies he uses, persistence, and enthusiasm will compel any seller to accept your offer. He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way!Nick explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the lawyer, banker, and title company. We literally had his number on speed dial and he always answered. This made it really easy for us to close and move into our home in less than 3 months.Nick is one of the best realtors I have ever dealt with. He is very professional, and experienced, and will get you that house you desire. We highly recommend him.

When you’re ready to sell your property, you should absolutely call Nick Sekela. His skills and knowledge in the real estate process are exemplary. This was my first experience looking for my own place and it couldnt of went more perfect. From the geico I felt a connection with Nick -from the way he introduced himself and the way he carried himself. He was confident in the way he spoke and it made me that more comfortable.
