Lina, the registered dental hygienist, is the reason that I dont dread coming to the dentist anymore! She is so very aware of her patients emotions and puts them at ease with her calm and serene demeanor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and breaks things down in laymens terms for her patients to understand. I will continue to recommend NRDA to my friends and colleagues.
I got a crack in my tooth in an accident, which caused me excruciating pain. I couldn’t handle it and decided to go to New Rochelle Dental Arts for a crown. I’m not going to lie, the treatment I got was great, and my crown is amazing. Dr. Lina Ramirez did the work and she is the reason I am giving 5 stars.
The dentists are good but how they run the business here is terrible.Payments is made up front, it’s fine. But then they kept changing my schedules. One times they changed my schedule 20 minutes before my appointment when I already parked my car and walked to the door. Come on, people have work and things to do, also I have young kid have to be dropped off and picked, I’m nobody but my time is as tight as others.I were there for the cleaning at first and then root canal which needed 3 times to finish, the first times was almost 3 hours, second times and third times were shorter like 1-2 hours each) then my temporary cap fell off, came back the next day to put it back and it fell again after 2 days but the dentist told me don’t have to go back for that just come on the appointment for the real cap, Ok fine. But then the office call me to rescheduled me AGAIN for the third or fourth time, she said because my dentist now only works on Monday and Friday something like that.I told her my cap is fell off what should I do, she said she will talk to my dentist and call me back which she NEVER DID. I waited for a week and called them, she said I can come on Friday, told her I have things to do on that Friday, yes I had to to drive my husband to 138 East 89th street for his eye surgery which we can’t cancel. Again, she said Ok she will call me back for another appointment just to put the cap on but she lied. And they ABANDONED me a good 2 weeks from that.I have my dental insurance Aetna and I PAID them out of pocket almost $2,000 yes 2 thousand not $2 and they just dumped me like that.If they don’t need my business just don’t take me, there are tons of other dentists in New Rochelle but I picked this one because it’s just near to my house which turn to a really bad choice I ever made. Luckily I haven’t make $3,500 payment yet for my invisible aligned which the dentist suggested me to do after done with my root canal.Just don’t waste your time here. Find other dental offices that respect your time and money.
The culture of this practice is everything, from the moment I walked in I thought the front desk girl luz knew me forever, but that’s the thing they make you feel at home, from the front to the back. Lina the hygienist is so friendly, great with treatment, I’ll definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends.
Due to some disabilities, my daughter has had incomplete teeth. My poor baby was suffering, and that’s why I took her to New Rochelle Dental Arts and got crowns to cover her teeth, which ended up fitting perfectly. Honestly, I am grateful for how professional the dentists were.
I only wish the hygienist and my doctor could have been more reassuring. I kind of left feeling like it was the end of the world but it turns out I’m going through something that is somewhat common. Other than that everyone was professional, the receptionist was a star.
My experience at New Rochelle Dental Arts has been amazing thus far. The customer service at this practice is fantastic! My hygienist, Lina did an awesome job explaining my needs while meticulously assessing my teeth. Dr. Woo was so direct in providing the solutions while being receptive. Rosa, the financial consultant gave a breakdown of the finances while making money talk so effortlessly easy. I would definitely recommend this team to my family and friends.
The dentist were fine / actually very good….BUT the administration was slacking…they failed to follow up with me on the plan that the dentist had drawn up for me, which let me know that I wasn’t that important to them…apologies ain’t enough when it comes to my health…BUT THEY MADE SURE MY INSURANCE WAS GOOD !!!…not sure if I’m going back
New Rochelle Dental Arts is a great dental practice. Always on time. Always gentle. Rosa is a wizard at billing and insurance. I have been coming here for a while and always receive awesome service at every level. I have referred many friends and family here too who have all been very happy too.
Wonderful staff!! Best experience ever at a dental office. Ive been there 3 times already and have had a great experience with everyone who Ive come into contact with. Mr. Bonilla did a great job cleaning my teeth during my last visit. He was also super friendly and helpful. Dr. A & Clara took care of me today- loved your playlist, Dr. A!! Miguel was sweet enough to come open the door for me. Front desk ladies have been very welcoming and helpful every time Ive been in there.See you all in 6 months! :)
I am a social media influencer and I specialize in everything that is cosmetic. It after many questions from my fans that I decided to test New Rochelle Dental Arts and give my opinion on what they have to offer. After trying their whitening program I was impressed and I decided to go for a Hollywood smile as well. Tbh, I couldn’t be more satisfied.
New Rochelle Dental Arts has been fantastic to me and my family. I am always anxious going to the dentist, but everyone I have met at New Rochelle Dental Arts has gone out of their way to put me at ease. Dr. Andras has been professional and very accommodating, fitting me in last minute and taking the time to really sit with me and answer my questions. They have also been wonderful with my 2 year old. I recently brought her in for her first dental cleaning and everyone, from the front desk staff to the pediatric dentist, went out of their way to make it a positive experience for her.
Just found my go-to place! I’ve been trying to find a good dentistry for a while, and am beyond grateful that I finally came across Dental Arts. With just my first visit I felt so happy with the care and treatment I have received. Lina, the dental hygienist is probably the best I have ever had (and I’ve been through many). Not only did she make my teeth cleaning experience super comfortable, she was also very gentle, took her time, and was very informative. Besides the service I received, everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and helpful. -When I tried making my appointment they were super accommodating and flexible with my needs and availability. If your looking for a great teeth cleaning experience I would recommend you see Lina. SHE’S THE BEST! I will most definitely return for all future cleanings and will be seeing one of the Doctors soon for some necessities.Hope you have a great experience here, as I did!
New Rochelle Dental Arts is the ideal dentist office with quality service and staff. Easy to make an appointment and extremely accommodating with any schedule. Dental Hygienist, William is my go-to because he is always friendly but also quick and efficient, a win/win!
I had the best dental experience at New Rochelle Dental Arts.Dr. Andres Ibanez-Lombo D.D.S and his dental hygienists Clara were skilled an professional. I was terrified but they reassured me and made me feelSo comfortable. I look and feel like a million bucks . They did an amazing job with my teeth. I highly recommend their dental services to everyone. I’m thrilled with their work.
From the moment you walk into the reception area to sitting in the dental chair, you are greeted with stellar professionalism and a genuine welcome. The customer service that Ive received from the receptionists is outstanding, and the hygienists never fail to provide a teaching moment before and after your treatment. I usually have Olga as my hygienist who makes me feel like I have a new set of teeth (lol) after my cleanings, but today I had Lina who was gentle and patient, and did just as great of a job. Dr. Andres who is my dentist has done an excellent job on my root canal, and managed to make me feel at ease, as I am one of those patients who has a very low threshold for discomfort. Ive been coming to this dental office for over a year, and have had several appointments. I can honestly say that the atmosphere is one of professionalism, competence, prompt service, friendliness, humor, and above all cleanliness. I have been beyond satisfied as a patient here, and would recommend this dental office to anyone who is in search of a new dentist.
This is a review on my first visit. I was pleasantly greeted upon entrance and had some documents to fill out before being seen. My wait time was not long at all. I met with the dental hygienist Lina who was extremely pleasant, understanding and very informative. She answered all my questions and concerns. They put together a treatment plan and even confirmed with my insurance carrier what was covered and what wasn’t covered, So I wasn’t blindsided by any charges. I was very happy with all this dental office and would definitely recommend.
State of the art dentistry. Clean environment and an awesome staff. I’ve been a patient for years and am very satisfied with all aspects of care. Dr. Andres Ibanez-Lombo has helped me transform my oral health from what was once a very bad state to now being in very good condition. I am very grateful for the excellent level of care I always receive here at New Rochelle Dental Arts!
I had a root canal and a crown done and it was painless. The Endodontist that did the root canal, Dr. Mahua Bose-Pillia, was super nice. You can tell that this office really cares about giving you great service. The front desk staff helped me figure out my insurance and I plan to return soon for a cleaning.
Love that you never have to wait, it’s super-efficient and everyone is very friendly, receptionists, dentists and dental hygienists. Quality of work and follow up is awesome. Dr. Andres Ibanez-Lombo has helped me with Invisalign, an implant, regular fillings and of course I have had normal cleanings from the amazing hygienists like Lina and William.
THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW: OWNER SHOULD DEFINITELY FIRE THIS NEW MANAGER!The new manager should be rated O, period! She’s not professional and lack of knowledge. We had a price quote for root canel done with previous manager and staff before making the appointment, checked a few times with them before coming in to the appointment. The new manager start working that week of appointment and said she never agree with this pricing(even with a hand written note from the previous manager)MAKING THE PATIENT FELT LIKE WE MADE IT UP! SHE said she will follow up which she never did! Never got a call back from her! How professional! She didn’t know the password to open the computer. Didn’t know how to work with computer w. 2 screen which turns out just a simple extension of the main screen as usual. We waiting for 1 hr there gets nothing done and pay $50. She even complain about the previous Manager and staff in front of a patient(how pathetic). She was unreasonable and inpatient when dealing with an issue(rolling her eyes all the time). On the other hand, the doctors and Dental assistant were amazing and caring.
I was having doubts after my last visit a couple months back. But after being seen by Lina the new dental hygienist I will definitely be back. She was polite and answered all of my questions. She was also very gentle with my teeth cleaning which was one of my concerns. The dentist that reviewed my teeth was very informant as well.
The office staff was friendly and professional. I had routine cleaning appointment on 7/21/20 and they checked my temperature and made me fill out a health screener before I was seen. The hygienist was friendly and thorough. She asked me several times of I had any concerns or questions. Im usually a patient of Dr. Siegel, this time I saw a different doctor who was also very personable, knowledgeable and thorough.
After calling many Dental offices Val was able to fit me in, I am so happy she was because Clara the dental Assistant was the best. I get anxious just hearing the word dentist but Clara and Dr. Baer are awesome. Dr. Baer made sure that I was comfortable and also made me feel comfortable before starting any procedures. Clara always made sure I was fine till the end of my extraction. Thank you to everyone at the Dental Office I will be coming back and bringing my kids as well. Definitely recommend this Dental Office to anyone that fears the dentist.
I started losing teeth at the age of 30 and in a few years, I only had a handful of teeth left. I was honestly looking like an old man and that terrified me. It was then that a student of mine suggested I consult New Rochel Dental Arts since he had implants made by them as well. Since I had nothing to lose, I gave it a try and after a number of sessions, I got a full set of implanted teeth and that gave me back my self-esteem. I could honestly never be any happier.
Me and my wife have been going here for 20 years with Dr. Siegel. Our experience with the new management was terrible. They had an inexperienced dentist work on my wife’s teeth. She had to return three times where we ultimately had to go somewhere else to fix. Everything is out of pocket because “insurance dosnt cover it”. And the office manager Rosa was no help what’s so ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Find another small honest practice like you had with Dr. Siegel.
New Rochelle Dental Arts provides a unique dental experience. They make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door. Once in the chair you become part of the team that works for your better dental health. Everything is explained BEFORE any work is done and the doctor confirms that you understand and is happy to answer any questions you may have about the visit. After having gone to several dentists that just didnt work out I was glad to find New Rochelle Dental Arts (and btw Dr. Paul Roberts ROCKS!)
The office requests payment prior to submitting claims to insurance companies. This is FRAUD! I paid the fee requested and now trying to retrieve refund with receipt. The office has lied multiple times and did not apologize. I called the insurance company & three way the dental office. Where I caught Rosa in a lie. At this point I want things to be done correctly. I currently work in the medical field and this is disgusting. I submitted a complaint with Better Business Bureau along with DFS. I asked the office to give me my refund and submit the claims properly. We can discuss balance after things were processed. The denied the refund request. I doubt the office is informing the owner of whats transpiring. The patient care is horrendous. I would not refer any of my family members or friends here. It doesnt even deserve the star I had to put in order to post this.
So the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and Margy is amazing! But as far as sending out prescriptions scripts they are extremely negligent and unprofessional! Twice I had to wait for my prescription to be done after 3 hours! We are dealing with peoples pain and they need not to be so laxed about it! Regardless if youre busy that should be taken care of before assisting another patient to avoid any mishaps.
I have been a patient of Dr. Siegel for over 5 years, when he transition to a new group I was a bit hesitant to remain with the new group. However, I decided to give them a try . The hygienist William was very knowledge and informative. He put me at ease and answered all my questions. His professionalism is shown in his work.
Honestly, im very disappointed. I paid out of pocket for every treatment i have received, I am a student in college -__- . I started my Invisalign treatment after 4 years of braces which means I started my invisalign treatment here with very little fixing needed. My treatment was supposed to be only 14 weeks to fix small spaces at the top/ shifting. They charged my 5,500 for my treatment which they gave me a discount of like 275? i paid in full the initial day of my consultation. cool. I was told it INCLUDES RETAINER. thats the only reason i paid full at my consultation. Next they tell me i need a cleaning then tell me i need my tooth removed which the cleaning was around $300 out of pocket and then the tooth another price. Fast forward to my retainer appointment in February (my treatment was supposed to be done mid October dentist said)... I still have a gap in my front teeth, and was asked for 1,000 for the retainer fee.. I am honestly just hurt that Im this young and dumb spending money here. This was the worst experience of my life, im learning young though atleast. Please tell people they have to pay for retainers then? i heard loud and clear it was included in my 5500 stop trying to be money hungry and be clear on what costs are. What if i didnt have it? huh
I have been coming here for a couple of years. Always professional and pleasant. The new reno is gorgeous! They always take great care of my teeth. Dental hygienists and dentists are A1! They have late appointments for after work which is a plus for me. They are adhering to cdc guidelines and wearing proper ppe so you can feel safe. I also got a free teeth whitening gift! 😄 Definitely recommend coming here!
I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Frederic Siegel and his assistant Clara, they are professional and courteous. I have been his patient for more than 20 years. The new staff at New Rochelle Dental Arts are also all professional and helpful . Thank you, Very Satisfied CUSTOMER! J. Becker
So did my root canal today. I went in nervous out of my mind but these ladies at NDA are awsome. They are very polite and kind. Dr.B was my dentist that did the canal and she was so informative and gentle her assistant was so caring. And Judy was very patient helped me so much with my insurance info and called me at home to follow up make sure I was doing ok. You guys rock❤
The best dentist office in New Rochelle! The staff is super friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I’ve had the fortune of coming to this office for some time now and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of service. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend!
Im extremely disappointed with my visit today because it was never logged into the system even though I received a reminder card when the appointment was made. I took off time from work for the visit and paid for parking only to find out I no longer had an appointment scheduled. The woman that helped me was very nice and apologized. However, my time cannot be replaced. If the appointment needed to be cancelled for ANY reason, I should have been notified before I wasted my time.J. T.
The place seemed like a fine enough dentistry, and I can’t complain about the cleaning I got or the professionalism of the dentist and the hygienist. BUT this place was absolutely COVID noncompliant — at a time when cases in the direct area were on the rise. Way too many people were in the office to begin with, reception staff were indirectly masked (no nose covering) and literally 3 totally unmasked individuals were setting up a meal buffet in the front of the office, right by anyone entering or leaving.
I have been going here for over a year. Since I moved from California. I had 2 extractions plus a bone graft done for a future implant. I scheduled my follow up 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I recieve a call if im willing to go in sooner I told them I cant. So they would call me back. No one called me back and today I get a txt saying I have an appointment for 2.30 which I clearly said multiple times I could not go at that time. I call in and they say the doctor has an emergency appointment. So they cancelled my appointment to fill in someone else? And now im expected to call to see if they have cancelations. And now im left with no follow up appointment.
NOT COVID COMPLIANT. There was a woman in the front who wore her mask below her nose the whole time, despite my terrified look when I saw her. Then another woman came out without her mask, and moved it up when she saw me. These people are in people’s mouths all day, they should know better!! I left because I felt incredibly uncomfortable. The man up front is the only reason why I’m giving two stars, he wore his mask the whole time, took my temperature, and screened me for Covid. I feel bad for the dentists, which I’m sure are great based on other reviews.
We took time off from work yesterday for our check-ups. We received texts, confirming our appointment times. We arrived early for our appointments. His was at noon and mine was at 2pm. He wasnt seen until 1245 and did finish until after 2pm. People who arrived after 2pm were taken in before I was. I inquired at 2:10pm with the front desk as to how long it would be for me to be taken in and was forgotten about. At 2:30pm I asked again and was told my appointment was for 3pm. I informed the clerk that my appointment was for 2pm despite the fact that upon our noon time arrival, I informed them that I also had a 2pm appointment. At that time I canceled my appt. I then, called again this morning to make an appt for Sat since my husband would be unable to take off from work again and was told I would not be able to be seen for another two months. I understand that your office is expanding but unfortunately, it seems to have a negative impact customer service. I dont think I will return.
This place is ok but billings dept has a problem after I paid out of pocket my insurance was then billed it was paid in full but I was still charge a huge fee before it was submitted to my insurance and everytime I go to do the same procedure on a different tooth Im told a different price although I was given an itemized bill ahead of all treatments please dont try to cheat people out of what they dont have what this place is doing is fraud billing patients out of pocket then billing the insurance not nice

2022-08-05Pleasantly surprised with the dental clinic on corner of North & Main in New Rochelle. I always went to dentists in the city so was happy to find a local clinic. It was easy to get an appointment. The office looks new inside and very clean. Everyone working there was very pleasant/nice and professional. The dental hygienist carefully cleaned my teeth and the dentist Dr Hashim gave succinct + clear diagnosis and guidance.

2022-02-11For booking an appointment, I called New Rochelle Dental Arts, the receptionist Mimi, was welcoming. I went there, and she was her same fantastic self. I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth. It makes a great impression on the entire company if you are greeted well at the reception.

2022-02-28Overall, the experience of New Rochelle has always been excellent. On my last visit, I saw a few new faces. Dr. William is one of them. He did my dental cleaning and polishing, and the results were fantastic. They use state-of-the-art technology and instruments.

2022-05-12Dr. Hashim is a great dentist. She does excellent work and makes sure her patients are pain free and prescribes what the patients need to maintain healthy gums.Dr. Hashim also called me the evening after each procedure to find out how I was feeling and if I was experiencing any pain. She has made feel at ease. She also explains everything she will be doing and the reason why. I highly recommend Dr. Hashim for any dental work you may need.

2022-02-22Dr. Jessica Saliba is a great pediatric dentist. She has a great way of dealing with kids and doing their treatments. My kids were reluctant for dental visits before we discovered New Rochelle Dental Arts, but it’s always a smooth sail with her.

2022-03-16All my life (thats a long time), Ive hated going to the dentist. As a result, I have recently needed to (alas). My wife switched us to NRDA a couple of years ago, some kind of insurance reason. Glad she did. Ive been several times since then (once before Covid and now three times since) (I have needed some dental work, sadly). I have to say, they are really great. Very friendly staff, the hygienist Ive seen (Lina) is great (painless), and Dr. Ramirez is down to earth, quick with the work, and very pleasant. I dont write a lot of online reviews, and I am rarely glowing about anyone, but I do highly recommend this place.

2022-06-14My mother loves Dr. Andres Ibanez, my familys dentist. She goes to him exclusively for any of her oral concerns. She can also obtain assistance from the clinics staff over the phone from the manager. New Rochelle Dental Arts have a fantastic group of helpful specialists.
