2022-02-28My phone was totally broken screen cracked when I tell you prince fixed my phone I’m really happy because I couldn’t get anything from my phone screen . Highly recommended go get ur devices fixed look for prince.

2017-04-16As soon as I walked into New Shack Electronics. I was greeted very well. The place was clean, good prices on most electronic devices & equipment, friendly advice & service, up-front pricing on my two Cellphones that needed repair, and finally very happy with the final out come of the work that was done. And most of all, within walking distance of where I live. I will definitely be going back there very soon. To buy a few items, that NSE has on display for sale. Thank You, New Shack Electronics. 😀

2017-02-02I wish I could give 0. I gave iPhone 6 today at 3:30 for screen repair . The man (Prince) told me to come back in an hour . I came back around 4:15 and the doors were locked! No one answered the two phone numbers given . I left because it is cold out. Came back at 5 , no one . 5:30 , no one. I have work at 6:30. Got ready for work, came back at 6:15, no one ! I am late to work although I notified my job. I am highly upset about their lack of professionalism! Regardless of whatever situation there was a contact number left, I should have been informed of whatever! I just want my phone. This is ridiculous! Do NOT do business with them. It is now 6:50 and I have been constantly calling, no response !

2016-03-16Fix my tv there 3yrs ago and its still work.Very friendly and there warranty beats other big name store that you have to pay extra 💰 for..They fix most electronics..
