I had my tub re-glazed by New Superior Tub and they did a terrific job. The customer service is excellent. There was a small (quarter-sized) area on the outside lower portion of the tub that was missed in the glazing process. When I noticed it, I called and they sent a repair person the following week to touch-up the area. They are very responsive, they have e-mail and they have a human answering the phone so you always get a response. I highly recommend this company. The cost was very reasonable.
I had my bath tub refinished on January 17th 2020. It started to chip on the back end of the tub. I provided pictures to him. I called the owner and was told that I am not under warranty because the last time he was at my location was back in 2017. I presented pictures of the bath tub and a copy of the receipt that shows the date of service and the amount I paid.. He then told me he would refinish my bathtub again for $225. I would think twice about using this company, it might look pretty the first week, but don`t expect a warranty that he will honor.How many people don`t right reviews: Seems like this is not the first time, read through the reviews:Dimitris Robokos:the guy who came did a good job. A couple weeks later I noticed that he missed a couple of tiny spots. When I called them to address the issue they asked for more money! Very dissatisfied with the way they support their service. Their warranty is only good for a day or two. After that you need to spend more money to get them to your house. BUUUUT....my initial appointment had to be rescheduled as the technician was sick. They rescheduled me for later the same week. I found out the day of the rescheduled appointment that they cancelled the appointment b/c I didnt confirm the day before!!! I was LIVID since it was a confirmed reschedule from the same week. It has been a great inconvenience since I had already emptied out my bathroom and arranged petsitting. I decided not to do business with them.For people who are going to use this service. Please read their response and notice they are going to find any excuse not to honor their warranty. Just like the other customer, they are requesting more money to fix their mistakes. I would highly recommend you go and use another service.
Again, this company is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. There are numerous customer complaints which valadates the level of incompetency I received from this company. Their painter is required to turn off the shower/tub water valve whether or not he has a background in plumbing. Its simple, he mistakenly turned off the toilet valve instead of the shower valve which resulted in damage to the freshly glazed tub. Upon noticing the damage, I immediately contacted the secretary via telephone. She disclosed that the repair would be covered under warranty...she also sent an email reiterating our phone conversation. A week later while attempting to schedule an appointment to repair the damages, she told me it was no longer covered under warranty, and in order for them to proceed I had to pay them over $800. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE HASSEL OR THE MONEY. There are so many small businesses across the tri-state, do yourself a favor and choose wisely. Feel free to read through all of the google reviews from previous customers to confirm the accuracy of my google review.

Extremely professional outfit. They did a great job on my tub! And when they made a mistake (unplugging my small freezer and spoiling the food), they reimbursed me quickly for the loss. For both reasons, I give New Superior Tub Refinish Corporation a 100 percent endorsement!!!!

Inquiring only about my tub, I had sent them a photo of my bathroom and they had informed me that the tile walls could also be reglazed. I took their word for it and now 4 years later I can still see the shine on my new walls. Ps, they can fix the drains if oxidated. 👌🏼

2021-10-18Poor experience and would recommend you go with a more professional company. A few minor issues that leads to a bad experience.1) Cash/check only company. Not a huge deal, but definitely a negative.2) They left everything covered when complete and dont return the next day to clean up/remove the garbage. (See pictures)3) They removed the shower doors and dont put them back on. (See pictures). They refuse to send anyone back to put the doors back on because they arent trained to do that. If thats the case then why did they remove the doors in the 1st place? Communicate with your customer before you do something like that, not after?In my opinion, the job was only half done. Sub-par business with sub-par management.

2022-06-02I had my bathtub re-glazed 6 months ago. It still looks amazing! The mechanic did a wonderful and thorough job. The person that scheduled the job was also very thorough and friendly. I would definitely use their services again.

2022-06-02I didnt to even use them because the horrible customer service prevented me from getting that far!!!Initially their coordinator Esteban was very responsive and helpful and was even able to squeeze in my tub repair lat minute because I wanted it done before a home inspection. But after that it all fell apart. On the day of the appointment the receptionist first called and said they were running two hours behind, then two hours later the receptionist called again and said they would have to cancel because they couldnt find parking in my area. I would have to pay an additional $90 to have them park their commercial van nearby. I was frustrated by this and asked to speak to the technician, and I asked him how this could be a thing with them if they offer to service lower Manhattan and how am I to plan for the service if every time is a gamble based off parking. He then literally said it was MY FAULT for their having to cancel because I should know how difficult it is for them to park in my neighborhood, so I should have thought about this and asked for a morning appointment (!). WHAT?! Ive never even used you before, how do I know what you drive? And how is it that Ive had multiple service visits to my apartment by other trades and never had this problem?! It was a heated exchange but I was going by my supers recommendation so we ultimately calmed down and determined to reschedule the appointment for today at 9:15 am. Jump to today, at 11 am I called to ask where the technician was as it was almost two hours after our agreed-upon appointment and the receptionist said the technician was sick with COVID so they couldnt do repairs this week... I said why didnt they call me? I would have liked to have been notified. She was half-heartedly apologetic. I said ok well when can I set up a new appointment and she said she didnt know because they didnt know when they would be better so that they would call me when they could(?!) Baffled, I asked if this had anything to do with the call I had had with the tech last week and she said no and then basically told me good day and goodbye.So basically at this point I dont care how good they are - if I cant even reply on an appointment being kept and am blamed for their inability to find parking then how can they expect me to be confident in their work???

2021-11-24My tub was in terrible condition, my walls were cracked and chipped. I called them and they reglazed my whole bathrom two years ago and still spotless and sparkling.The quality and the service was very impressive and reliable. VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB. I Highly recommed New Superior Tub.I put a non skid on the bottom of my bathtub and Now i can take a bubbly bath without concerns!!!

2021-07-19I was recommended by a family member and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was great, the guy that came in was friendly and respectful. I am really satisfied with how my bathtub turned out it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend them.
