I used this repair shop for a car accident I had back in the summer. This shop is listed under one of Geicos recommended repair center. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally and they gave me a sense of reassurance that the car is in good hands. It has been 6 months since the car was repaired to new and everything has been running perfectly. Crossing fingers that I wouldnt have to look for a repair shop again, but New Win would be first on the list.
First time ever being in a repair shop. We had no clue what we where getting ourselves into. My insurance recommended this place so we went. Customer service was one of the best I have ever had in anyplace I’ve been too. Polite, friendly, explained everything in full detail. I even had my rental car there waiting for me. I literally just walked in and was out in 20min with my rental. I had full knowledge of what was going to happen. I was dumbfounded of their work and I am definitely going back for further repairs.Thank you New Win Auto Repair, I will definitely be recommending you!!!!
This is the best auto repair shop in NYC. I had an issue with my AC and called several different repair shops for quotes. When I spoke with David, the manager from New Win Auto Repair, he gave me a fair price that was half of the quoted prices of some other places. When I took my car in, the mechanics inspected the car and gave me several options for repairing the issue. They even suggested a cheaper fix that could potentially solve the problem, but I opted to get the entire system repaired just to make sure. The mechanic explained how my AC system worked and where the potential problems could have arisen from. The other auto shops were blindly going to replace only one part of the system for the same price New Win Auto Repair offered. Im so glad I went to New Win Auto Repair instead of settling for another place where I would have paid more for one part and been left without a resolution of the issue. Ive been using my AC for a year now and its still running well. If you have hesitations about fixing your car, trust this place to give you a thorough explanation and several options at a fair price.
My car insurance Geico recommended to go to New Win (their authorized shop) after my less than 1 year old XC90 was rear ended with minor damage on bumper. New Win worked closely with Geico and Enterprise Rent a Car, everything went so smoothly and explained in detail. I couldnt be happier with New Win did a fantastic job on my car, they also cleaned my car inside out. Thank you so much New Win, your team rocks!!

Was sent here from Geico to get my mirror replaced after an accident that happened in Baltimore when I was staying in New York a couple months. Great customer service, great work. They even wash & vacuum your car when it’s ready! I’m back in Baltimore now. This will be my go to spot whenever I’m in New York!

Preliminary report. Not decided if leaving car here or not but regardless that this is a auto repair shop the reception waiting area is fabulous and spacious. Amy the attendant receptionist is very knowledgeable and courteous. We were here for a Geico vehicle inspection. We arrived on time for the appointment and the geico inspector was on time too!!!It seems that New Win Auto has its own designated geico inspector!!! The inspector Antoinette was just as knowledgeable and courteous. Plus to her great communication skills. It made me feel reassured to have visited New Win Auto for the first time. Sorry, no review on repairs... :(

At first it seemed like a good place, but beware my car was sent here by my geico insurance after my car accident. My car was hit on the side front driver side it was repaired, when I picked up I didn’t notice it right away but while I was driving my car it was making a whistling sound I took it back and ther told me it was my front driver side wheel bearing they supposedly fixed it but the sound never went away so I took it back than they tell me it was my rear brake pad this right here was a red flag since I recently replace my brake pads I than realized they damaged my break pad so that they could make extra money, beware of this place they are scammers now I have toSpend money again on my brake pads when I spend money on it 5 months ago and new brake pads last more than 1 year at least 3 years this place is no good.

Everyone of the staff are on-point, personable, resourceful, respectful, properly mannered, and then theyre also timely, knowledgeable and efficient... across the board.What? An auto-body & mechanical shop in New York City for people not driving around in handmade luxury cars? Or making you feel like world automobiles and naviguer are a foreign language that youre unfamiliar with, even if you arent,making you know how shady a place turns out to be?Not here. These guys are amazing. And they work in unison with Geico Insurance (with a Geico employed adjuster on-premises, not a New Win employee) and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, too, right next door. Youre in and out, treated right, no hassles, no haggling, no sense of being taken for a ride, and you walk away knowing your vehicle is in solid hands... left only wondering why so many other shops make you feel otherwise, or why not operate like these guys.Its amazing simply to have amassed as many personable & well-mannered AND knowledgeable people in one group outside of an expensive hotel not on some remote vacation island.I literally addressed the issue with my children during our first visit, to what I imagined til then was a seemingly age-gone-by promise of human beings and business practices of interacting with one another. Can not be repaired according to the promised date, very unprofessional, poor technical level, at the end of the repair will let you go to the 4S shop to continue the repair.
A simple brake failure that only required more than 100 yuan to change the brake disc, caused this repair shop to replace the front triangle arm by mistake, and received 540 yuan. Then the attitude was unfriendly, and the technology and service were not trustworthy.
A friend introduced this car repair, but they were all friends and cheated! Chinese people are not recommended to come here!
I went to change the engine oil, not punctual, started to call me half an hour later, then waited another hour, and then asked me to wait another half an hour, wasting my time in the morning, if you can’t tell you at the beginning, strong Not recommended to go...

2022-04-07Exceptional service! All staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Very transparent. The auto shop provides a detailed description of all repairs before obtaining verbal approval to begin the job. Very reasonable service charges. Staff consistently will provide updates.The staff goes up and beyond to provide service. I came in with a problem with my brakes squeaking. The mechanics discovered the problem that even the Honda dealership could not diagnose. I also had a problem with my door lock. The mechanic went up and beyond to fix the door lock. They spent about an hour fixing the door lock to help me avoid purchasing a new one. New Win Auto shop is the best auto shop I have received service for my car!

2021-08-04New Win Auto Repair staff are amazing, their work is impeccable, and excellent customers service.I came to the shop with cracked rear bumper, and broken light. Geico recommended them as the first closest option, and Im very satisfied with the end product. These guys fixed/repaired and left my car like nothing happened. The paint job on the bumper was clean and neat, I was concerned about matching the original color, and they did a awesome job. Also, they left the car very clean inside and outside. This shows they care about their customers satisfaction.During the repair process I called to get updates and David and Michael were very attentive, and detailed. Im very satisfied with my repair.

2022-06-17Went to New Win Auto Repair as a Geico-affiliated shop to repair my rear bumper. The process and repairs were seamless, fast, and efficient. The employees made sure to explain everything in detail and were very clear about each item. I picked my car up a week later and was incredibly satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!

2022-05-21I took my car here because it was recommended by Geico. They did a beautiful job plus my car was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bonus that I didn’t know about is that if you rent a car from enterprise, you can return it here and pick up your repaired car when it’s done. Great experience. 5 stars definitely deserved!

2022-07-04Dont be fooled by the fake reviews. Took my 06 Porsche Cayenne for a diagnostic and they claimed to have fixed the problem without telling me what was wrong. Paid them several hundred dollars only for my car to have the same issue a day later. These arent real mechanics, they have no actual knowledge on car engines and electrical wiring because when I took it to actual Porsche dealer, it was a wiring issue. Save your money and go somewhere with actual trained mechanics even if its more expensive.
