Their service is garbage. They dont care about their customers lateness to work only about their money. They should lose business amen!!! Telling them to be on time is like talking to the four walls they dont care if you are waiting for hours they only care about fhe.selves and money
Please never use this car svervice. They dont rispect their customers. I had a 1pm appointment with my cancer doctor. They were supposed to pick me. up at 12pm, the driver after numerous calls to the base came to my house at 1:45.Which caused me to call my doctor and reschedule my appointment. No rispect at all for a sick person!!!!.
The drivers here is very reckless my 74 yrs old mother took a cab from this service through Medicaid the driver was on his phone the whole ride with his wife /girlfriend he was so focus with the phone slammed on the breaks and my mom fling foward hitting her face on the back of the front passenger seat breaking her glasses, her whole face was black and blue from the hit he was so heartless just drop her off to her destination and didnt even offer her a ride to the hospital ... she went to the hospital on her own, call the cab service and report the matter until this day no one from the cab service never call to see if she was okay, my attorney going to have a field day with them...do not take any cab from this service
Horrible Horrible horrible Service. I called to drop my daughter off to Day Care and back home total trip was $15. I called to pick her back up afternoon hours and the dispatcher tell me $30 round trip. I’m a native New Yorker born and raised here. This was a 10 minute drive All for $30? I informed him this couldn’t be accurate as the driver earlier charged me $15 round trip so how can it double ? Not even rush hour hours ? He hung up in my face smh so rude. Never again.
I read the reviews on here and it wasn’t so good, but I decided to take a chance anyways.To my surprise my driver pulled up in a new, clean car on time. He was polite, didn’t take any fishy shortcuts, didn’t over charge me and I reached my destination earlier than expected.
This car service is the best in the neighborhood. Nice new cars, polite drivers and excellent customer care. I have been traveling to Manhattan and to the many Airports with them for over 5 years now and so far they have been doing a pretty good job. Sometimes they do come late but I understand that this is New York City and they are plenty of cars and things happening on the way.
Worst Taxi Service ever. I only gave one star because I had to write a review. They deserve No Stars. I just took their taxi service yesterday. The driver was rude. The guy who was picking up the phone the whole night kept hanging up on me. The price they give you on the phone isnt the same one as when you get into the car. They were late and the second car never came. DO NOT TAKE THIS CAR SERVICE unless you want to deal with their bad attitudes and bad workers.
They Always tell customers who request rides 6 minutes and come in 15 if they ever come at all. Today i was told 6 minutes, called back ten minutes later was told 3 minutes, called in five minutes and they wouldnt even take my call. i was outside with my child for 30 minutes - unacceptable
I called to order a cab and the man who picked up was not nice. He was nasty he asked what street I was on and I told him the Avenue and street and he could not understand what I was telling him. I spelled it out for him and asked me you could not pronounce that so I just called an uber so much better and good service.
My experience was terrible. I normally do not write reviews but I felt it was my duty to warn unsuspecting people. When I called 3 different people picked up the phone and then put me on hold. Finally the 4th person took my address and said someone would be there in 7 minutes. 20 minutes later no car. I called back and was on hold for another 5 minutes when the owner told me I gave him the wrong address. I repeated it 3 times and told him the address has remained the same. It was clear that he had no idea where I was located. He said they would be there in 2 minutes. Another 10 minutes goes by and Im standing outside freezing. Finally I see the driver drive by my place of work and I hail him down. He slows down and pulls up. Super sketchy car, nothing identifying him as a driver and dirty on the inside. I will never use this car service again. Extremely disappointed.
Firstly, the driver was late and when he did show up, he didnt come to near my door/apartment he was parked all the way down the street and when I was waving at him to come to me, he didnt. He then didnt help with my bags at all.Then, he blasted horrible music the entire car ride - it was FIVE AM and he didnt buckle his seat belt so every 2 minutes, the car was doing its annoying beeping sound to tell him that its 2014 and he should be wearing a seatbelt.Then, when I tried to pay with a credit card (which I have in writing via email that the company said I could do) he REFUSED to let me out of the car and said I had to pay cash. I called the services phone number to read them my credit card info to have them charge it over the phone and then had to wait another 10 minutes being held hostage in the car with the doors all locked before he let me out.I was knocking and banging on the windows until a police officer, at the airport, where I was going, came over to the car, and even though the person on the phone who I gave my credit card information to told the driver to let me out, he still kept me in the car for another few minutes, even with the police officer standing there yelling at him with me to let me out. Finally I was let out and I told the person on the phone that I wasnt tipping him anything and the person on the phone said he agreed and that he should be fired. THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD A $1 tip.It was a VERY scary situation and horrible experience. I would not recommend New York Limo & Car Service to anyone.
Worst experience ever!Driver drove off and left us because we had a 3 month old puppy! But nowhere does it state ( on the website or recording) anything about pets. The puppy would have been on the owners lap so I dont see the problem or could of been in a handbag. Then he didnt even try to find another solution for us, just left us at 12:30 in the morning.So, I called to speak to the manager and the CSR said no manager this a car service soooo no one runs the place ??? And I proceed to ask about the pet policy all he says is no pets as I go to say maybe you should mention that he hangs up on me. Terrible service and communication. I didnt know a puppy could affect you making $16 bucks to take 2 people on a 6 minute ride!
I dont usually write reviewBut I have to write thisone.When I called, they always said 5 or 7 minutes. But the driver come late or dont come at all.When I called back, they said that the driver was pull over by the police.Abd no other car is available. So many times this happened.So many I was late to where I was going.
I have no idea what is wrong with the dude working at this time who answers the phone. I use this car service during the day and a ladie who picks up does a wounderful job and never an issue. But this dude right now telling me this is not a car service place wrong number.
I have to agree with other reviewers. The driver lied about the fare. He probably assumed i didnt know better, thinking that i was a visitor from a foreign country. My parents were, but i live in US. When i told him how ridiculous the fare was, he tried to tell me it was the standard rate in the area. When i told him to forget about it, he lowered the fare by $15 (obviously, the fare was not the standard rate).
Truly awful service to LaGuardia. Did not send a car on time, sent one 10 minutes later and, for some reason, 40 minutes later. Did not send the requested credit card reader, and lectured me for their inability to follow through on the reservation I booked in advance.
I always call this cab service but I just finished getting off one and I was charged 20 dollars from bushwick to the north side which usually cost about 15 and I would know cause I always take a cab and my father is in the cab business. Dont let them rip you off if you feel like your paying too much call the base. Thatll be the last time I call this car service.
I CALLED TODAY AND THE DISPATCHED WAS VERY NICE, I ORDER A CAB TO TAKE ME TO WORK I WAITED MORE THEN 7MIN. I CALLED BACK JUST TO SEE IF THE CAB WAS STILL COME AND THE DISPATCH COULDNT TELL ME ANYTHING BUT I GUESS HE CANCELLED AND IF YOU WANT ANOTHER CAB I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 10MIN. MY THING IS IF YOU WERENT GONE PICK UP YOUR FARE THEN WHY ANSWER YOU COULD HAVE LET SOMEONE ELS TAKE THE FARE.

2022-06-08They are late or dont show at all. I have missed several appointments. I will be using other neighborhood Car services from now on. Natasha and Freedom are alternatives. Next time I will use one of those car services.

2022-05-05Absolute trash. I asked for a cab, I was told 10 minutes. I am now on minute 30. I ordered food from TWO DIFFERENT PLACES, and fully paid for and received my food. And my driver didnt arrive or call. Will NEVER use this place again.

2022-06-29Unreliable and irresponsible. After confirming the pick up appointment time the night before and next morning of the pick up. They were late, said 15 more minutes called after 15minutes they cancelled the pick up being 30 minutes late already. No apologies. Don’t use this NY Apple car Service, if you don’t want the hassle and frustrating missing your appointment. Would give it 0 Stars, if possible.

2022-05-27I called in to request a taxi, gave the to/from and asked cost. I was given that and told the wait was 10mins. 15mins later I called back to check how much longer, was put on hold for 5mins. I hung up and called back and then when someone finally answered I was told that they didn’t have it in the system and “maybe I called another car service” so its now 25mins after the 1st call and then was told another 8min wait for a car. I tried to support this local business as I used to use the service a ton for over 10yrs, however the service is terrible so I guess this is when I go back to being an Uber customer and know exactly when I will get a car and how long.

2021-09-27Never order this car service if you want to make to the place you are going to on time.My mom had a medical appointment, and we schedule pick up for 9:30am, they call in the morning to verify and can never came. When I called to ask about it, I was told that the car waited and left. While we were outside waiting. I asked to speak to the person who sent the car, but she conveniently left for the day. The worth customer service! If I could, I would give a negative rating to the car service.

2021-10-20Horrible service the worst if I could give zero stars I would. I made a reservation for 12:00pm the day before and the service said no problem they would send a car. They did not arrive un til 12:45pm. They had an oh well attitude when I called about it also I asked to speak to a supervisor and kept getting the run around they would keep me on hold or hang up. I ask the dispatcher his name and he would not give me his last name then when I asked what was his supervisors name he said I dont know. The worst costumer service and service I have had to deal with

2021-12-06The lady on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. If i was wasting her time when all i did was ask how much longer the cab was taking . They had told me that 10 minutes and 20 minutes go by and still no cab still no call. I do not recommend this company specially if you have somewhere to be
