2021-10-17If you want an easy experience this place is for you, but you’ll have to hound them just to get the things you need. I came from Workforce and had to call so many times just to get the letter and answers that it was annoying. All this was done with Elon mind you, call to ask questions some of which he doesn’t know the answer to, or gives a wushu washy answer like he can’t find the answer by asking someone else. then when I ask for help with a company he says “you know I’m not supposed to be doing this much work” LIKE WHAT !!! THEN QUIT only reason it got a star from me is because when I went to pick up the certificates and money orders there was a guy there that was way more helpful and understanding than Elon’s been in the two weeks working with him.There’s no test, it’s really just watching videos in a zoom call and you can be doing something else while doing this. If you need a quick certificate go here but if you have another option choose somewhere else cause it’s really not worth the stress.

2020-12-13The director Élon Joseph is very friendly and helpful. He made the class easy and uncomplicated. I would recommend NYCTA to anyone looking to renew their license. I will definitely be coming back to them for my next annual.

2020-11-21Due to the pandemic, I was trying to find a school that would allow me to obtain my NYS Guard license online. From the moment I contacted Mr. Èlon Joseph , he was more than willing to help me choose the best options that would meet my needs. I was able to start the courses within a week. Mr. Vern was very knowledgeable throughout the 8 & 16 hr courses. I’ve learned so much information that would be very useful for my career path. I would recommend this school to anyone. Your money will not go to waste. Thank you guys again for helping me throughout the entire process.

2021-06-25Its a big building. They have security on site. If you need to find a job is best to come here. I went today and I left with a job. This building is wheelchair accessible. Its very useful and they are nice. The staff are very welcoming and nice. It was easy and they explain everything very well. They have elevators.
