Should have more phone service reps available at all times. Dont expect miracles, but I do expect help, and the hra app dont do it. we need to speak to people from hours 9 to 5. Whats so hard in answering a dam phone😞

We would like to thank this office for all their help. From the moment my 88 year old Aunt & I entered the SNAP office, from Security to representative at check-in computer to workers through application process, all staff were professional and courteous. My Aunt retired from City Service 25 years ago. We are grateful for the kindness and respect. The effort and efficiency we experienced was beyond our expectations. Thank you again, and may God Bless your work.

Terrible service, disrespectful and rude staff and supervisor. I escorted a friend get some assistance with child care. The staff there were rude and moved at a slow pace. We were there for 6 hours because the staff were calling the clients that had already been helped and have left. Instead of moving on to the next number they called the same number over and over and sat at their desks attending to no customers. A few of them even cursed at the customers and one walked out on a client she was attending to saying its 5 oclock and she has to another (inappropriate word) job to get to. Its sad to see that people who are in need are treated as if they are less human. It saddened me to see my friend treated that way and even more that she had no choice but to accept the treatment since she needs the help. At the end my friend was told to come back a different day and the supervisor marked the computer to show that my friend didnt respond when called. The staff need proper training to on how provide excellent customer service for the people that they are hired to serve.

I went with someone to interpret for them in Spanish. They have a lot of Spanish speaking staff WILLING TO HELP,QUICK, AND TREAT PEOPLE W DIGNITY ..CONGRATS HOME BASE NY !

Very horrible long lines down stairs and this is just a waste of time being on on welfare. Plus this is a low budget staff personal work environment and tthi1a office fice needs to shut down.

It sucks they never answer the phone and when you have an appointment you never get seen when its your turn. Some of them are very rude......

Horrible place they treat people like garbage and disrespect woman like nothing they need new management people who want to help others not people that they can get away with anything just cause respect is everything give it and u get it right back its very simple

I would give it a zero if I could. It was terrible the lady rook us to the wrong floor. very rude and had a lot of attitude.😡
