I called Michael to fix my LCD screen as it broke on my laptop. Michael was polite, fast and installed an additional program as it was running slow. He offered to come to my home if I was unable to go to him. His pricing was reasonable and I would recommend him to others.
Michael Catroppo of new York computer care. Is the best computer repair service I have ever usea. We started using Michael about two years ago for all of our computer repair needs. Not only is he the only person besides my son that I would let work on my stuff he has become like family to us. He recently built a computer robot for my autistic son and mafe several trips to my house to find out all the detail je could about my sons likes while he was building it. He is so generous and such a resonable priced rapair company I recommend him to everyone I know.btw since we got the robot (star wars storm trooper robot) my son hasnt stepped away from it.thank you Michael you are a blessing to this family
I’ve repaired so many computers in my lifetime that I can’t remember being stymied by one until recently. Then I discovered Computer Repair World and Michael Catroppo. At Computer Repair World jobs are completed promptly, the work is expertly done, and prices are refreshingly reasonable and fair. My advice? Take your computer problem to Michael and don’t look back. He’ll be the best decision you’ve made in a long time.
We had two services performed by New York Computer Care. First we had our tablet screen replaced. It was cracked down the center. When we received the tablet back it looked like it was brand new. Are laptop had began running slowly over the last few weeks and getting on the Internet seemed impossible with all the pop - up advertisements. We received our laptop back running faster then it ever has before and we got anti - virus software installed with the service. This companies studio is truly impressive it is a must see, for anyone into technology it is awesome.

Went to BestBuy Geek Squad and got the normal incompetent answer of there is nothing I can do for your laptop, get a new one. Luckily found this place and the owner was so helpful, and performed troubleshooting and provided a solution. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5/5

2021-10-21Michael is THE MAN! If you need a computer repaired, CALL THIS HERO! If you are considering replacing a computer, CALL MICHAEL first! He GUARANTEES his work, and his prices are actually reasonable and affordable! The other day, my toddler spilled cranberry juice all across my laptop keyboard. I had to grasp my filter with all of my might not to let out every curse word in the book in front of my toddler. I do not have an income, as I am a Stay-At-Home-Parent currently. I could not swallow the bitter pill of having to spend thousands on a new computer when this one is still good. Michael made me feel like it was not the end of the world when he told me he guarantees his work. He fixed my computer and repaired the speakers that were already blown from before too. I am beyond thrilled with his communication throughout the process, his willingness to accommodate my timeline, and his promise that this fix either works or it is NOT money down the drain. 2020-07-31Michael is an amazing guy, he hooked me up with a new copy of Windows and a new Boot for my computer. Needless to say, Michael is the most honest and trustworthy Technician I have met to this day. His prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of effort he puts into projects.

2017-11-19Michael is a professional and a very good guy! I walked in with a dead pc that is used daily by my grandchild and very important to her. Michael gave it his full attention and even though it needed several parts replaced he had it fixed in well under an hour(its a home-built gamer). I though it would cost a fortune but not with Michael. Absolutely great guy! I went to that location years ago and I can tell you that previous owner ... well lets just say I did not look forward to going. But now Michael has all my computer business! 5 stars is an understatement!

2017-04-01Im usually very picky with even leaving a review but Michael definitely deserves 5 stars. Weve used him for several issues in the past, and every time he was able to bring our familys computers back to life at a reasonable expense and acceptable time frame.If the jobs had required more work than initially expected, Michael at no point attempted to leverage that to his financial gain. Its generally rare to come across an individual or organization that performs a service honorably and is very open about the process as well.We will continue to use his services and would highly recommend to anyone who is having trouble with their computer. I havent even contemplated using anyone else.

2017-11-30If you want first rate customer service and attention to detail plus very reasonable prices look no further than here. Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly and I found my experience with having him build me a beautiful kick arse gaming pc to be very enjoyable and informative. He built my new rig exactly to my specifications and didnt even bat an eye when I told him that I wanted a purple theme! What I got is a very very powerful yet clean ,simple and elegant machine that I am sure I will get many many years of enjoyment from. Her name is Lemuria and she puuuurrrrs! Thank you Michael for bringing her to life and making my gaming experience and the whole experience of building her and designing her so interesting and well worth it!

2017-01-21Even if you think your computers dead, we can most likely bring it back to life. Thats exactly what happened. Michael diagnosed our dying hard disk within minutes, rescued all our important files, transferred them into our new system and, most important, tested all our programs to make sure the transferred data and the software were working properly. 2016-01-22Michael is the best!!!!! He came to fix our computers at the Middletown Humane Society. He was here for more than 3 and a half hours and managed to fix our extremely old computers. He is the absolute best and we would highly recommend his service to anyone... Thank you so much Michael!!!!
