Mr. Mohr was always late for phone appts. Told the judge he hadn’t spoken to me in over 4 months, when I spoke to him a month prior to him telling the judge that. Didn’t help at all.

I called their office, and after explaining my situation briefly, I was redirected to Mr. Mohr for a quick introduction to what my legal consultation was about.Mr. Mohr asked me to fill out an online questionnaire where I was able to share much more details about my consultation, which was excellent because it gave me the opportunity to determine whether an in-person meeting was necessary or not. You can also schedule a telephone consultation at a time that is convenient for you.It worked perfectly for me since I work full time and I have very little time in between to commute and for personal meetings.He responded all my questions, and I believe he was objective on his recommendations.

My husband and I consulted Mr. Mohr for a child support-related issue that arose when my husband got a new job and was being required to place his child on his health insurance even though he himself wasnt taking the medical coverage for the job and his child already was covered by her mothers health plan. My husband was already covered under my insurance, which provided much better coverage. Mr. Mohr was very responsive and met with us within a week of us first reaching out. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Mohr gave us the opportunity to do much of the prep paperwork ourselves in order to reduce the cost to us. His rates are incredibly reasonable. Best of all, when it came to the court date, Mr. Mohr represented my husbands interest well and got us the outcome we were seeking. We cannot recommend Mr. Mohr highly enough.

Had my Child Support hearing today to vacate my ex wife support order. Atty Martin Mohr was on point and on time. He was at the court house before me and I was an hour early. We never met in person. Just talked over the phone and by mail. He’s great. Very professional and the social media aspect of his firm kept me updated on all facets of my case. Mr. Mohr was extremely helpful in helping me gather all needed documentation for what was an intimidating process with the court system. He clarified all needed documentation, and was available via email which is extremely helpful. As Martin J.Mohr client I can say his service is okay. I just feel it can be a little more personal and needs more 1 on 1 with clients . He so swamped and has so many cases he works threw them as case numbers. It just my personal opinion and grow that he may have done the job so long he is forgetting know his clients on any personal leval. It may leave clients feeling that they arent being heard or worked for as hard. Again this is my personal opinion. He does know his law and facts this I must admit.Maybe some thank you baskets and card may be in order to help know his work is appreciated and fully noted.

2022-04-19I have won full custody of my daughter after 3 years of fighting. It was a tough battle dealing with all the frustrations and stress that came with this case thankfully, I had my lawyer Martin Mohr that helped with this battle he was very patient and listened to all my frustrations and was there by my side from the beginning. 2022-06-15I went through an uncontested divorce with my now ex-wife and two children. I was told by a co-worker to go see Mr. Martin Mohr. After meeting with him, I realized I should have done that in the first place. Martin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive with everything in my divorce case. After trying on my own to get my divorce finalized for over 9 months Martin had it finalized in less than 5 weeks. I would recommend Martin Mohr to anyone going through a divorce.
