Great service in store. We came by to look for wood flooring for our new apartment and found exactly what we needed thanks to the patient recommendations from the sales person. Highly recommend!
This is a amazing place, they have a lot of collections of hardwood flooring. I purchased my Armstrong 5” oceanside grey oak over here. They are Armstrong Elite Showroom,, the only one in New York City. I trust this brand. There is a professional sales, his name is Frank. I believe if you have some problems about floor, the guy can help you out. I do recommend this place for flooring, the location is under BQE highway, 26 exit.
Poor customer service- changes rates, does not listen to customers well, raises voice, hang-ups the phone
Tried to sell me the wrong floor and ripped the SKU of the box so I couldnt even verify it was different. Then charged me a 25% restocking fee when I tried to return the floor.

Ok place nothing special if you have money you want to spend and want quality stuff this place is definitely for you the prices are high but they do have everything you can possibly want and some really nice stuff the customer service is horrible they don’t even pay attention to you unless you’re a contractor but if you want good stuff then this place is for you I would recommend going to dynasty wood floors on Mcdonald ave in brooklyn ny there more competitive price wise and there customer service is a little better but Home Depot has the same stuff for a cheap price especially if you find a closeout !!

2018-12-17We bought a new house and were looking for new flooring. Some friend recommended New York Hardwood Floors & Supplies, Inc. We were amazed when we arrived at the store to see such a big showroom with so many varieties of flooring on display. The customer service was nice. He recommended Mirage flooring, the #1 quality voted by consumers. We picked up the knotty walnut charcoal herringbone. It is really gorgeous. We love our floors.

2019-06-28Love the size of their showroom and their customer service. I purchased a mirage flooring from them. The quality is as advertised, love the finished product in my house. I would certainly recommend family and friends to pay them a visit.

2020-01-08Yao was great - he was the only vendor that actually called me back with a price estimate for a very small order that would be shipped from Montreal - there was no freight charge and the delivery fee was very reasonable. Yao worked with me to ensure that the delivery made it on time for the scheduled job. Highly recommend!

2020-12-30What can I say. A great place to go when youre planning to remodel or renovate areas of your home and office spaces. You will find quality products at reasonable prices. A must stop in Brooklyn for contractors and homeowners.

2021-11-27HORRIBLE customer service. Purchased from here and regret it, because they ordered the wrong item. They charge a ridiculous amount for restocking and refund fees.Save yourself time and find another flooring place.

2019-08-14YAO AND ALEX ARE AMAZING! love this place and even with them being so busy they remember all the customers by name and always give you the best price! They have high end floors like mirage already discounted and sometimes with rebates! I don’t think I can go anywhere else even if another place is running a cheaper promo just because the honesty customer service and time they invest in they’re clients no matter how busy they get! Thanks guys for making my life easy every time I stop by!

2013-05-27Stopped by this store after visiting next doors Lumber Liquidators. Prices were a slightly higher that the previous store. I placed an order of hardwood floors for my house due to the damage of Hurricane Sandy. Luckily, Ive asked the sales associate to write me the quote on the business card. When I came back the next week, he dishonored the advertised price and added about .50 per sq/ft. Outraged, I took out the business card that he wrote himself, and reluctantly accepted the price he originally gave us. He promised us 1 week for the hardwood floors to arrive, but problems came up and decided to call me today Monday 5/27 on memorial day at 9AM. The gloss floors we wanted were no longer in stock, now changed our order to non-gloss at not even a discounted price for the trouble. On top of that, he wanted an extra fee to re-order the gloss floors we originally wanted. Overall, I am not happy with my experience here and do not recommend them.

2017-03-10The floors are fine but once the merchandise was paid for the service was rude and terrible. I was promised they would deliver to my third floor walk-up no matter what, guaranteed by the salesperson that he would personally come and bring them to the third floor himself if the driver refused. When the time came, the salesperson was nowhere to be found and the other people at the store were no help at all. They said they would send someone to help the irate driver but did nothing and were extremely rude to me on the phone. Not even an apology was uttered. Luckily, the driver was strong enough to carry these incredibly heavy boxes up two flights himself (15 boxes, one at a time!)Dont do business with these people. GO to 16th Street between 3rd and 4th Avenue if you prefer to be treated with some common courtesy and respect.
