Its a ghost company. Nobody takes any calls within businesses hours, there are all away from their desks and there are seven of them per directory. They bait professionals through their organizations, then collect personal sensitive information, start process and then never follow up. Its a dishonest practice. Dont waste your time and dont risk of getting your identity at risk. Find another, honest insurer.
