This is the best place for therapy. Ive tried the rest, now I can truly say that I found the best.When I came to nymdc in 2017 I could barely walk. I had a terrible fall on my job and I thought I was going to have to retire and go out on permanent disability. But God had a different plan he put me with the best group of Drs and physical therapy team. I will tell you Dr. Sadiqu his wife Dr Gilman and the entire staff entreats everyone with the utmost respect and love.When you come to NYMDC you dont feel like a patient you feel like a family member being taken care of. These people really care. At one time I could barely walk now I can run THANK GOD!!! 😊This is miraculous for me. So remember you tried the rest now its time to come to the best 👌Avis Phillips
These doctors, physical therapists and secretaries are so pleasant to work with. Theyve helped me tremendously with my physical problems and they look into nook and cranny to find the issue.
The problem with this place is the lack of transparency. I ask for a specific chiropractor--Im told that specific chiropractor will be there--only to be assigned to a different person next time. Moreover, the receptions tell me about appointments within a week when the doctor tells me I dont need an immediate followup. And yeah, im using an alias to make the comment.
I wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation for the Men and women at this practice. All of the young ladies on the second floor are heaven sent. They exude compassion and are always willing to go the extra mile! The doctors are truly concerned about making you feel and get back to your self again. They really do make you feel right at home. If you were contemplating on coming in, you should you won’t be disappointed!
The staff at N.y. Medical and Diagnostic are the best. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Lillian, an assistant to Dr. Louis is my go to person. She is the most experienced, knowledgeable and professional person that I have encountered anywhere that I receive Medical services. Thank you Lillian for all that you do!
The staff here is wonderful and very accommodating, especially Lillian. While I was waiting for my friend to finish her treatment Lillian was the one who explained all of the services offered here. She was the one who introduced me to this new road of healing!!!

From my personal experience had an accident on may 2016 injected my leg could not walk and a lot of pain thanks to New York diagnostic Center queens treated me very well threpests,doctors,and the staff they were excellent and did their job professionally would like to recommend it to anybody with injury and pain.I feel physically mentally fine thank you

This place has been very great in keeping me in good health after my work injury. The staff are all great and at tentative to the patient’s needs and concerns. One individual in particular who goes above and beyond to help patients is Lillian. She has selflessly and kindly helped me on numerous occasions. She has always been very kind, organized, caring, and professional in her job. This has translated to the outcome of better patient care, communication, and outcomes. Give her a raise :) !
I commute all the way from Manhattan to come here because they are literally the best. It’s like a one stop shop building with all your medical needs and they are always accommodating there’s no long wait for an appointment and they are flexible. Jerome is the Best physical therapist I’ve ever had & dr.Klien is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a few different people before. It is worth the commute and I’d rather come to Queens to know I’ll be taken care of then to go somewhere in 20 minutes within Manhattan and have a mediocre job done. I’m still currently a patient but I’ve had so much improvement lately. I look forward to coming here and I wish I could come more often .
Have been here previously and seen two different chiropractors who were both prompt and had an amazing bedside manor. I was scheduled for an appointment with the orthopedist at the behest of the chiropractor just to assess and make sure everything in my shoulder/back was fine. I had my appointment scheduled for 2:45pm on a Tuesday. I showed up and signed in promptly at 2:45. After waiting for 35 minutes I asked the receptionist how long it would be as I had already been waiting. She told me the Dr. had just gotten back from lunch and that there were STILL two people ahead of me and it would be ANOTHER 30 mins waiting time, “ballpark”. Unacceptable. Why was the doctor on “lunch” at the time my appointment was scheduled? This is completely unprofessional. I canceled the appointment on the spot and left as I had somewhere to be. Schedule your lunch for a time when you don’t have patients. I’m not sitting around waiting all day while you eat during my appointment. As a hair stylist myself I see clients all day and block my lunch hour out so as not to interfere with any appointments. Learn how to schedule your day better because this experience was completely ridiculous and I wasted half my afternoon getting there from Brooklyn.
So far my experience has been a positive one.. Dr. Lewis is taking care of me, and my physical therapist Samuel Boulos is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. I have no complaints!
OMG. From beginning to end it was awful. Son went in for a herniated disc. Physical therapist just stretched him and put tens machine on him which actually hurt him. No real questions, no checking range of motion, nothing really. Took about 5 to 10 minutes of chatting while doing legs stretches (The area where they do that is also soooo tiny that people in the other side would bang into us). I later went to another physical therapist and the intake was an hour with such a range of therapies. Crazy..couldn’t believe the difference. ! Orthopedist there also didn’t seem that well informed I hate to say. Also, wait time is just awful for orthopedist . I left once because of the wait time and then I waited over an hour another time. Just such a frustrating experience with no results for my son. They also kept giving him tests and X-rays without ever explaining why or the results. He’s still in such pain but I refuse to go back

They are knowledgeable and patient when assessing. Dr. Louis was able to explain his observations in detail. The physical therapy is awesome, and I’ve worked with Jimena. Dr. Gilman had no problem adjusting me, I’m 6’0 250lbs. The front desks are awesome

First time here it was a long wait but as soon as I saw the doctor and they set me up for treatment. The long wait didn’t matter, the staff there are VERY friendly, kind, polite and ready to help me on the road to recovery. It SUPER RELAXING there . I am truly grateful to have found this center. The chiropractic and physical therapy professionals truly exhibit the meaning of the word professional. The center has revolutionized my state of health and overall well-being. I always leave feeling better and stronger than when I entered.
I have to say I have been in many places. & I tend give people a shot. But since I got to this place the front end staff was phenomenal from the sweet lady that takes our Temps. To the young lady that takes us to the rooms. Theyre so attentive I have left offices because the front end staff are simply ridiculous. They make their drs look so bad. But these guys just make it sweeter. But my dr Gillman! His bedside manner is one of the most impressive impeccable Ive come across. ! Hes one for the books. Im glad I found I go to him 3 times a week and I drive 1 hour each day. Hes worth it.
I was in terrible pain when I first went there, I had sciatica and scoliosis. After the very first session there was some relief. The exercises and the massage have helped me a lot. The 2nd session brought even more relief. I I ended up doing the PRP treatment and shockwave therapy... my pain is gone and my body is in great shape...my body seems to have regenerated itself... The staff are so accommodating... they reminded me about my sessions through text and phone calls. The therapist and everyone is so caring, always enquiring how i feel and it is just so nice to be taken care of so well
The doctors are very knowledgeable and the staff is courteous. The office runs efficiently and I feel that quality of care is excellent. The PTs make you feel like your the only patient receiving care. Scheduling appointments and follow-up consults is a priority. I would recommend NYMDC to a friend or stranger.
My overall experience here has been excellent. Aji, my PT, has done a great jobtreating my dislocated shoulder to the point it has recovered significantly after approximately 8 weeks. Jimene and the other Physio-team are alway very pleasant and attentive to patients. The front desk staff - Indira and Maria- are always polite, professional and accommodating especially with my constant requests to reschedule appointments. This small, cozy clinic is fortunate to have a team that is always helpful and makes the patients very comfortable.
It is a big office and sometimes because the traffic of people here, there is a wait. The doctor, Front Desk Member Lillian is wonderful and actually cares about their patients. I recommended a few people here and now they come here whether they need a form for work or a regular check up. This is a gem in the community and I will continue to tell people.

I have been attending this medical center for several weeks and all the staff are amazing and helpful. They really work with your schedule for an appointment and they care about how you are feeling and the pain you are dealing with.
I have been coming to this clinic over a year now and everyone is really professional and they care for there patients. I come from the Bronx just to get this service here in Queens. I have been seeing Dr. Louis and he is a wonderful doctor with lots of experience and really cares for his patients. Lillian is the receptionist in this clinic and she has been the best person to get your appointments scheduled and speak to if you need to get a message across to the doctors. I will continue to come here and recommend you check them out.

Im very happy with the service at NewYork Medical and Diagnostics. The medical staff are very attentive and informative. I go for physical Therapy 3x a week and is helping me a great deal. Receptionist staff are very courteous and helpful. They are all great. They get a five star from me.
I’ve been going to this facility for about 1 year, I’ve seen great improvement in my lower back. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this facility for a chiropractor or physical therapy.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They are disrespectful, divulge incorrect information via horrible communication, and the waiting time is about 3 hours or more. The most unprofessional service I have ever seen at a medical practice before; they will endlessly try to contact you after your visit to push for a treatment (that you never agreed to) and it just keeps on going downhill after that.Honestly, seeking and receiving healthcare should never be as uncomfortable and frustrating as this visit was, especially during a pandemic!Please take a look at the Yelp reviews as they paint a better image as to what medical care you will really receive if you step foot into this place.
Most toxic environment I have ever worked in; no matter how hard you work none of it will go noticed; you will be criticized and watched 24/7. The boss is emotionally abusive constantly suspending his staff for nothing degrading them in the most manipulative way. Even previous doctors know how bad it is there that’s why they quit. do not work here even if it’s your last option, no sick pay, no holiday pay. The rest of the staff is nice but it’s not worth it. Overall it’s a great place to get all the treatment all in one place as they have doctors ,therapists and machine equipped to do all kind of testing.Dr Sadigh is a great person who look after everything but their front desk service is horrible specially that lady called ** Lillian **she is not only obnoxious and rude to everyone as it seems like she don’t want to be there or just don’t care about patient or maybe she don’t like her job.She is working there long time and probably taking it for granted.She always loud -I hope dr sadigh or his sons or management look into this or give her some training as how to talk patient.Thanks!

Wait time is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . My appointment to see an orthopedist was at 10 am i got here at 9:30 am. Its 10:50 . No one came to me to apologize for the wait or let me know anything so i asked the front desk how much longer and they claim one persob is in front of me and i have to wait 20 more minutes.Why make an appointment if it wont start on time.Doctors need to stop doing this! People have schedules to adhere to.I have had x rays not take long but this is unacceptable.

Im pretty shocked by all of the positive reviews of this place. I believe this office is creating a ton of fake reviews. Look at the reviews on YELP. The waiting time is horrible. There is a huge lack of communication between departments. Scheduling is a nightmare. Ive cancelled appointments and administrators would still call me to confirm my upcoming (cancelled) appointments. They tack on exams and diagnostic tests randomly at appointments without any warning or scheduling. Out of nowhere you will hear you are scheduled for an ultrasound today, you are scheduled for a nerve test today, and they dont tell you ahead of time why you need those tests, and they assume that you can be in the facility for half of the day to fulfill all the exams they claim that you need. Each department takes different copays, so if youre there for chiropractic, you have to pay them, as well as the physical therapists, as well as the examinations department So, THREE copays in one visit. It is a money-making scheme. On my first visit, before I was seen by any doctor, the receptionist asked me what days I could come in for physical therapy each week. I asked why? She said because the doctor will want me to do physical therapy. How could anyone be sure a patient needs physical therapy without even seeing them first? They want to milk your insurance coverage for money. Thats literally it. Do not go here. Ive started going to a different physical therapy office and it is COMPLETELY different. This place is scamming people. They overbook patients just to get people (MONEY) in the door, and they hardly spend any time with them. Its inhumane how people are treated here. I honestly believe this entire facility should be investigated. Look at the YELP reviews. I pray everyone who is reading this review finds better care. You deserve it.
I come here for my therapy treatments as well as my orthopedic treatment with Dr Louis. Dr Louis is the best . I enjoy coming to see him and my therapy. The staff are always friendly and has a warm atmosphere. I always feel welcomed when I come here. Lower level supervisor Lillian always remembers patients name as well as mine. which makes it more a better place cuz you know you are not forgotten once you leave here. I recommend this facility*********

Honestly as good as the doctors are. its just as bad for the communication with the patients. Ive gone there 4 times now and every time im told i need a different test by whoever it is that is manning the reception desk/phone. Every time I ask the Dr for a follow up about it they never seem to know why is there such lack of communication. Its pathetic! nobody can keep their story straight about the treatment needed. my last visit I was waiting for 2 hours just for a shot and I had an appointment. This other time I went in for a sonogram at 5.30 only to be told that someone had said to them i wasnt going and the doctor lady who operates the machine was gone already. Today I was the. during my lunch hour to get that sonogram. only for them to call me later about another test i need for tomorrow that nobody informed about. now i need to pay another co-payment yet again for something that could have been done today during my lunch hour too
Great all in one Medical facility, Excellent and friendly staff, however the physical therapy department has little to no Air conditioning in these summer months which makes it very difficult to complete your daily therapy. Today I was there for my therapy, I spent about an hour and the heat was unbearable, I feel really bad for the staff who has to work everyday in those type on conditions. Other than the A/C, great facility.
All the staff was excellent the doctors nice and friendly I just didn’t understand how they wanted to finance stem cells I have Medicaid but other than that it was a great experience the staff is marvelous! They care as well the patients where nice ! Good place just no parking
Physical therapists are really great but administration is the worst, they lack organization… everytime I go to get a test done they tell me I need another one when I asked at the beggining to tell me everything I needed to get done. Today I was just there and they’re calling me to tell me they forgot to get an x-ray… please change the people on the basement floor, they’re awful and not nice.
Great provision of patient care, swift registration process, and very good understanding of what a patient wants. The doctors are very professional. Lillian was very greeting towards me and the rest of the patients that we’re in the waiting room. Making us feel comfortable about the service we are about to get. Very short wait time as well.
The medical center is an extremely professional place for the patient to go for service, even with the craziest of patients. The office managers are kind patient people that try their best to help with whatever problems. I would recommend cause I am stem cell therapy patient at this facility.

I have been receiving chiropractic services here for about two weeks now. Dr. Gillman is very knowledgeable and patient, making sure you understand everything that he says. The reception staff is also very kind and helpful, especially Jennifer Lopez - She is always making people laugh and makes the process for a new client an enjoyable one. I definitely recommend this place!
Doctors, therapeutics and the the whole team in that facility are excellent filled with confidence and enthusiasm. They focus on your wellbeing and making sure your back on your feet or Arm. They give you a brief description to educate you within everything that is done to you. I love that because knowledge is power I enjoy learning new things especially when is learning about your own body. They take their time and very patient.

Considering I went through a rigorous process regarding my health. Ive been comforted the entire duration. One of the staff employees, Jennifer Lopez within the Chiropractic/Physical therapy department has constantly been checking up with me. Very active, energetic and interactive with all of her patients concurrently. Making sure what I had to get done did follow through as quickly as possible. I look forward to recovering with this practice.

Front desk is stellar and supporting staff (Kumar, Samantha and Liz) and entire physical therapy department are superlative! New York Medical and Diagnostic is a family oriented and patient friendly center. Since my accident on July 22, 2019, it has been very hard physically and also mentally. Dr Saadigh was very consoling during my consultation and also ensured that he and his staff will try very hard to relieve my pain. Dr Gillman is a very compassionate person and also is very caring throughout my sessions. The Therapist’s and Doctors are very intelligent and also provide excellent service. The receptionist’s are also very nice and professional, they work with your schedule and also keep in touch in between sessions. My first time coming here, saw the orthopedic for my foot fracture, I couldnt walk, Dr Louis was a nice doctor. He answered my questions and even gave me some advise. I know I have to meet up with him again but overall the service and front desk staff made me kind of laugh and forget about my pain. It is a nice place...
I come here fr my lower back and therapy. its a great place and I am getting the best care i can imagine. DR. Louis is the best and his asst. Lillian is great and is always there to help me. its honestly great team work they do.
My mom comes here to see the orthopedic doctor Louis. He is so warm and a caring doctor. He tries to make my mom feel comfortable and the fact that he speaks Spanish is a plus. I also love the asst. Lillian. She cares so much for the patients and my mom. When I couldnt be there for my mom to take her home she went out of her way to call a cab, told my mom to wait with her until the cab was there. She made sure that was the cab she called put my mom in the cab and put her seatbelt on her. Asked my mom to call her when she got home.There is not a lot of people like her.... My family are grateful to her and Dr Louis.
THE WAIT TIME IS VERY LONG!!! But the support staff made it very comfortable. Lillian helped calm me down, she helped me with information, since i don’t understand the insurance stuff. I recommend this place for varies of doctors but be prepared to wait in the lower level. But faster wait times on the second floor.

I attend NY Medical and Diagnostic Center for chronic back pain. Due to the diligent nature of the staff coupled with their professionalism, I ve experienced considerable improvement in my back area. The receptionists, Jennifer, Lillian and Kelly always make me feel welcomed whenever I arrive. The physical therapists are extremely pleasant and very thorough in the performance of their duties. They wait is long which is expected because alot of clients come here. Hands off the customer service is great. Very friendly and helpful on explaining any type of documents or paperwork you need to understand. Jennifer Lopez is very hard working and helpful when it comes to breaking down anything i need to know according to my situation. Highly recommend everyone to come here.

Wow! I must say I am very impressed with New York Medical & Diag. I Like that the doctors really try their best to help you, and I like that all their staff are people friendly, especially Jennifer Lopez who always welcome me upon entering the facility. And I cant forget Desiree who goes out here way to get things done for you. I like that ALL Staff is well mannered and very respectful to the clients.
I am a new patient and I have been going there for physical therapy for the past couple of weeks. I have so much fun with the staff they really care about you and try to make you feel better. Lillian, Jennifer, and Jada always make me smile. The Physical Therapist are kind and insightful and will try their very best help you with your problem.

Today was my first visit at this office. I saw a medical doctor in order to get a referral for physical therapy. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Yes, I was scheduled at 10am and i wasnt seen until a little past 10am, but it was fine with me. I understand its a medical office not a car dealership. I was very happy with the visit. Dr.Small is very compassionate. The front desk was extremely nice and apologized for the wait which I appreciated. The girls even took the time to call my insurance to make sure I am eligible for PT. Im not sure who wrote the previous review but its ridiculous that you took the time to write such things. This is a medical office treating people!! I myself work in a dental field and i know how it is. Also, getting to the office was very easy, but they do have limited space for car. I will take the E train next time. I was referred to NYMDC by a few friends, because I was looking for a primary care doctor. Thank you to one of the ladies by the name of Anita Ragbeer that works there for helping me with all my needs. she took me to the ladies at the front desk for assistance, i was lead to the best Primary Doctor ever. Doctor Beckos what i liked is that all the attention was on me not incoming phone calls. I wish they were more people like Ms. Anita Ragbeer to make new patients like me feel as family. I was not the only one coming out with a smile it seams that all the doctors there are the same. so i will definately do some recomendation to friends and family after my family reception. THANK YOU.
I have been a patient at NYMDC since 2008 and particularly at their physical therapy/chiropractic department since 2013. I rate their staff, particularly their physical therapists and chiropractors, very highly. I’ve had injuries to my shoulders and my lower back, and they quickly got both back to health and showed attentiveness, kindness and devotion uncommon to the profession. This includes a time when I threw my back out while trying to pick up a shoe and was barely able to stand. I was able to get physical therapy and be treated immediately by Dr. Samuel and, almost miraculously, he got me up and walking straight again within 20 minutes. I consider myself lucky to have them as my treatment providers and highly recommend them to anyone with medical needs, especially their physical therapy/chiropractic department.

The staff are very friendly excellent at helping you they treat you like family and I hope that Im spelling his name right lol my heart doctor is the greatest Dr Chardi and Im so blessed that my orthopedic Dr Louis finally gave me the relief that Id been waiting for so long for my knee. I been coming to this office for 3 years now they have everything in one where i dont need to go to multiple places to get different service. They take good care of me and i feel much better than i did 3 years prior. They have great staff who makes you feel welcome and care for along with the doctors. I travel from all the way from Brooklyn and it is well worth it and they always remind you of your appointment and how important it is to keep it which it is a great help to me. The front desk staff kumar and samanta are great they explain everything to me and always keep a smile on my face. I also recommended my wife here and shes been coming here for a long time and is well satisfied with her treatment and result.
Im a new patient , from the moment I walked in the office staff was exceptionally nice to me. They were courteous & efficient, the offered me food & drink. They deserve everything thats good, not to mention the doctor I saw was great.. Dr Chaddy . I highly recommend this place to everyone naiyara was also very nice and efficient!
It’s an amazing facility of professionals. The most help for me with spinal stenosis is physical therapy. Aji is an incredible therapist who helps me a lot but one must help themselves subsequent i.e. gym diet etc.Aji has a great amount of professional physical therapy experience and the best Ive had in the past 6 years with this conditions.Today i worked with a young physical therapist Jerome Rivera who was also a caring very bright knowledgeable physical therapist. I’m totally conformable here and with all the other md chiropractor’s and all the other professionals who address all the many issues one many have.I highly recommend this Facility. 25 STARS!!RICHARD J RUSSELL
I got to know about this place by my friend. The office is very clean and the doctors over there is very knowledgable and professional. The front desk receptionist Lillian was very nice, and made me feel comfortable, and well aware of my appointments and the information i was given. I strongly recommend to have a visit if you ever need.
Be prepared to wait at least 1 1/2 hours regardless of your appointment time. This place is a hot mess! The staff has no idea what is going on.UPDATE: I went again after having to leave a previous appointment after waiting 1 1/2 hours. The reason was to review an EKG I had done 1 week prior. After seeing the cardiologist and while in his office, I was told that the EKG they took 1 week prior could not be found.When I say HOT MESS I MEAN HOT MESS. Another wasted time for me. They have no respect for your time, only theirs.
This place is totally amazing. they have physical therapy, neurologist , chiropractors , podiapodiatry they do do nerve test and they have a gym all in one place. Staff is extremely nice and respectful.Would totally recommend when I first started coming I was unable to move after 3 weeks I see significant changes
I really have to commend this facility. I first was referred. By my doctor for pain, however i recently. Had an accident at work. I called the office to find out if i can come here instead of the ER. Upon arrival kumar & Samantha. Assiste me beyond their job description. From day one those two individuals have gone above and beyond for me. It is so appreciated in these times of worry. The Doctors has also shown great awesome. Bedside. Care. Especially. Dr. Gressel. Attending physical. Therapy is awesome. I feel so much better . The staff especially. Zain and indera are extremely helpful. I love the care. I would definitely recommend. Others..... this is the current update I stopped going there in 2018 the service has totally fell off. Every one that I mentioned in my first review no longer works there so use your discretion
Ive been coming here for over 6 months now for Physical Therapy, the building is always clean and easy to arrive to. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Indera on the second floor, Salima and Samantha at the front desk on the lower level and Miss Yvette Casanova have always been nothing but attentive and professional.

My experience here at New York Medical & Diagnostic Center was very helpful for my medical condition. I have seen great improvement. Staff members were very professional & courteous at all times of my Dr. Appointments. I really appreciate the treatment I received from Dr. Gillman in the Chiropractic Department & Dr. Joupa in the Physical Therapy Department. Also the wonderful treatment from Joana, & side staff Sabeeta. And last but not least the very professional front desk personnal Indera & Stephany. I would definitely recommend friends & family to this Medical facility. Great job guys.
The doctors im sure are great. But time management needs a lot work. The first i went to see a cardiologist. I waited 3hrs. And that was just to see the doctor no EKG no echocardiogram 3 hours spent just waiting to see the doctor. Today i got to my appointment 5:45 some time has gone by it was 7:15 and i have yet to see anybody 2 patients came and went ahead of me. I asked the front desk lady amy how much longer do i have to wait she said theres a couple of patients before you. I told her it was getting late i need to change my appointment i told her i would call unfortunately i may have to find another doctor because the time management is not helping the patient cause he is not available weekends
This therapy clinic is one of the best ive been in . All doctors and staff are very helpful with answering questions and giving directions. But i would like to specially talk about Medical Assistant Jennifer Lopez. When i first walked into the office I was nervous and intimidated , but once i checked in with her she made me feel welcome and she also gave me information regarding my insurance. She is very helpful and knowledgeable.I would also like to mention Sabeeta. She is such a sweetheart ! One time i had to bring my children to my PT and she made sure they were comfortable while waiting in the waiting area . Mind you , it is hard to keep an 5 and 8 year old occupied! LOL . I am a Medical Assistant myself and I would love to work with a people like them. I would defenitely reccomend this clinic !
Staff always helpful and accomodating. Sometimes the wait is long but that is because they spend time with you and not count the minutes like in some places where you are just another number and not a human being.
I have searched far and wide to find a clinic that offered all the services I needed to stay healthy. Finally, I found that clinic. New York Medical and Diagnostic is what I found. I now have a primary care physician who is exceptional. Dr. Allen Smalls is a dying breed. He is so thorough when he is examining you and also very kind, considerate and thoughtful. He makes you feel very comfortable and will listen to all and any of your concerns. This center also has medical assistants who will go out of their way to assist you to make sure you are well taken care of especially, Liz; who takes everyones vitals. She is good at what she does and always does it with a smile regardless of how busy she may get. I must also mention Kumar, another medical assistant who is all over the place helping everyone, including his colleagues. Last but, not least; are two people who really go above and beyond their duties to help everyone who comes to this center for medical attention,and that is Dr.Sidigh and Lilian. Dr. Sidigh, I want to personally thank you for all you have done for me in the two years Ive been coming to New York Medical. Also I must thank Lilian for her support, concern and her professionalism when assisting me with whatever task, problem or concern I may have. Finally, There is this very sweet and kind woman who is the receptionist who calls all patients to remind them of their appointments, she also is exceptional in performing her duties with a cheerful and pleasant disposition every time she calls you. New York Medical and Diagnostic Center is a family of Doctors, medical assistants and patients...........Mr. H. I have just visited physical therapy at New York Medical and Diagnostics Center in Kew Gardens 80-46, after almost a three month lay off. This was only because of the great therapy I received that alleviated much of the pain I was having. I still havent found any other physical therapy clinic that attends to my needs the way they do. There are four staff members there that I believe are the awesome foursome. These four women, Indera, Kazia, Joanna and Sherry are exceptional at what they do, while doing it with a genuine smile. Indera and Kazia are two of the best intake receptionist that I seen since coming to New York Medical, and as for Joanna and Sherry the physical therapist well, their talent, professionalism and bedside manner speak for themselves. They all make you feel cared for, special and important. Others can say what they want but, I give New York Medical and Diagnostics center at 80-46 Kew Gardens a thumbs up and five stars in my books. Keep up the great work and services.

Went to see Chiropractic Dr. Sadigh based on reviews and close proximity to home. It was the best choice I made. Starting with the staff at the desk Jennifer Lopez is amazing , extremely friendly and very accommodating with your schedule.Dr Sadigh is great, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt I was in great hands NYMDC, its like one stop shopping. I had xrays done, saw chiropractic and neurologists for a back issue all in the day without waiting for an appointment. Amazing place highly recommend.
This medical center is great. They have almost any medical speciality you may think of. The doctors are great and nice. They are also very compassionate. The receptionists are awesome. I recommend this center to any patient in need of help to come to this center.

Very long wait. Staff are very disorganised and evasive. This was my medical center for years, because of the convenient location only. Doctors are mostly OK but most of them leave after a few months. I had to leave because they are very disorganised, pushy and aggressive about making you take unnecessary tests and referrals to specialists. Major profit mill. Admin assistants refuse to let you speak to Dr over the phone for simple questions, insisting that you make appointments, then cancel your appointments. They have called me many times to reschedule appointments that I had already been to. They messed up my insurance causing me stress.I have been going to a different, much better practice and in comparison I see how bad this place is.

I first started here a few years back with a worker comp case. I got injured and was in severe pain. this place help me a lot. Also they provided parking which was a great help to me. i dislike going to the doctor office in general. I had missed a few appointments and the staff called me and ask me why i wasnt coming to my appointment and if everything was ok. I found that very caring that they were concern about my health. I feel much better than i did before my injury thanks to the great doctors, physical therapist and chiropractor they have there and also the staff makes you feel very welcomed.They will help you in every way needed especially a a staff name kumar he will go out his way to help you and make you laugh which always make you forget about your pain. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to feel better.

This facility is by far the best I have ever attended. All the doctors and management are hands on and are willing to solve any issues. The front desk/staff (Jennifer L., Desireé, Leslie, DAndrea aka Deedee, Ashley, Lillian, Indera, Jed, Amy, Sabeeta, Rosa, Arati, Arya) are the most amazing individuals I have ever met, they care and respect all the clients equally.

Pretty awful. Extremely long wait times when you go in for a visit (2+hrs each time). Ive also been trying to get a call back about a prior authorization for over a month, having left messages with many different members of the staff, but theyre either out of the office or on vacation or something else. Dr. Small, while very nice, tries to get you to run a lot of tests when nothing is wrong with you to rack up the bills. Will never go here again and suggest you dont either.
Everyone is so nice from owner to therapists to doctors. Ive been coming here for years for different accidents and they been treating me really well. Indera and Sabeeta and dr.j is the best chiropractor in NYC.. we also love the best PT Dr Samuel. Dr Gilman is the man. Try the place one time and youll see for your self.
I came here for a routine physical because Dr. Chadi was marked by my insurance company as being a primary care doctor and I was told by the people I spoke with over the phone that he performed physicals. When I arrived on the date of the physical I was again informed that Dr. Chadi would be performing a physical for me as I had asked. While waiting in the waiting area I was taken into a back office and give some pamphlets and a mug and informed about all the different doctors that they had on site and how they marketed themselves as a one stop building for all medical needs and asked if I required any additional services. I informed them at this time no, I was just there for a physical. This was the first odd experience I had, but not the last. When I finally received a bill from this office it had not been marked as a physical, but had instead been marked as being treated for migraines and smoking cessation, which were just part of the questions that Dr. Chadi had asked me during my routine physical, but I guess they took that as the opportunity to get more money out of me. In the 2 visits I made (initial and follow up to talk about blood work) I waited no less than 2 hours each time. I was supposed to have a 3rd visit but had to walk out because I was going to be late for work after waiting over 2 hours after being told I was guaranteed to be seen by a certain time. When I questioned what was taking so long this third time the receptionists told me that they had no knowledge of me being there despite me having signed in when I arrived. Given the abundance of doctors in NYC I cannot see why there would be a need for anyone to go here, who knows how many other people they scam out of money (most of the customers I saw in the waiting room were elderly and didn’t speak much English, so they probably see these people as easy targets).
All of the employees here are amazing. If you are going through any medical problem, do yourself a solid and come to New York Medical and Diagnostic Center. You will not be disappointed. You name it, they have the service here!Aji Thariyan from Physical Therapy saved my life--He restored my faith in life and in my body. Living in chronic pain was a nightmare. He healed me quickly and showed me exercises I can perform at home. Thank you so very much for helping me return back to normal.Liz the wonderful Medical Assistant is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. She explains everything in detail and she knows exactly what to do. She is personable, and her smile shines so bright.
This is the most unprofessional facility my wife and I have ever come across in the 26 years that we have been living. They do not care about their patients at all. They need a whole new team. They make you wait extremely long for authorizations (so if youre in pain - prepare or better yet RUN!!!!!!) There phone etiquette is unreal and horrible. If you call and ask the status of a study and the person isnt available and you happen to ask when will they be available get prepared to hear I DONT KNOW. What I DONT KNOW is how this place is still standing, but I do know that I will be reporting this office. Everyone from the Administrator to the managers are disgusting. They dont answer your calls. They dont return calls. I found myself calling every hour because I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a simple authorization which can take 5 minutes (Im in the same field - I know). I suggest going into the city and avoiding these people. They get no stars from me. They dont listen. They open their mouth before opening their ears. It is such a nightmare to deal with and I am content that I have officially scheduled an appointment with a real Physician who cares and not just pretend to care with their quotes and on-hold voice recordings that say they care. I hope this place closes down as soon as possible because theyre not ready to care for the sick or even the well who needs a PE. Best of luck to those who go here.
I have known this place and Lillian for a long time. workers come and go but Lillian is a familiar face and i am glad she is there. too many faces that arent good but i still come here for my favorite doctor. Doctor Louis!!!!
The Doctors and the Staff are courteous and very professional.But the waiting time to see the doctors and the therapist there is room for improvement in that area.The Rest Rooms need to be Renovated and Updated its has such a bad odor to it. I really like the fact that the office has multiple services providers.VM
Since I have been coming to the office, I have positive results with my back and shoulder I would reccomend this office to any one in pain! Staff is amazing, especially Angelia is very helpful and therapist Jerome is a respectful and professional therapist .
The doctors barely spoke to us, there was always a long wait with many people sitting in a waiting room unmasked and coughing, and the front desk never told us that one of the doctors we were forced to see the same day was out of network leading to a surprise $300 deductible. Horrible management
New York Medical is a full line facility, it offers a wide variety of services. Its all hands on deck approach with a teams spirit is given. They get to know you as an individual. They offer snacks, and moving your vehicle if needed in a courteous manner. they also do a great handoff to each other across the disciplines. With all their great qualities theyre not perfect, my therapist was changed often because they left. Its important not to get particularly attached to individual therapist. I would have liked the therapist to do a handoff such as Im leaving the facility , and this is X taking over his/her caseload. Also depending on the time of day, the your wait time can be extended. I highly recommend this facility for your wholistic rehab care.

Had a car accident and was looking for a good place to begin my rehab and was referred to New York Medical and Diagnostic center by a former patients. The doctors are amazing and caring especially Dr. Sadigh. He makes sure everyone is comfortable and is always saying hello to any patient he encounters. His staff is amazing as well. special thanks to Sabita and Aji , they are great during my treatment and Stephanie who greets and schedules my appts. Shes a sweet and kind girl. Overall great medical facility!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My husband and i both came to see the doctor for the first time. As soon we entered the building and went to the basement where the doctor was there was foul odor and we were not greeted and didnt feel welcomed at all.It took the front desk staff almost 30 minutes to give us paper work and take our insurance card. The front desk staff was very rude towards me her name was lilian gosine, she didnt want to acknowledge me at first nor give me her name after being rude but i got it from the other staff at the facility. She is a very mean and nasty person. Also she was flirting with my husband, i left to go use the bathroom which was very nasty and when i came back she was in a room with him taking his blood pressure and gave him her number. I dont recall that you blood pressure need to be taken to see the orthopedic doctor. When i confronted her about what she gave him her number he ignored me and laugh and told me thats not my business. I was so irritate i took my husband and left the building as i was leaving i was approached by other patients and they told me that this is a normal routine behavior from that staff flirting with all the male patient and dressing inappropriate. That is very disgusting and bad behavior. Very nasty facility with nasty staff i hope i dont see lilian again because i will tell her peace of my mind and learn to have respect for your self because you look like a mom an grandmother.

2021-09-23NY Med is so great that I travel from Suffolk County twice a week to go! They are so nice and accommodating; They remind you of your appointments via text and phone call. Physical therapy, orthopedic, chiropractic, pain management, podiatry, and more all in one facility. I even got X-ray and Ultrasound done here. It’s so convenient, it’s a no-brainer

2022-03-08Chiropractors is so-so. Honestly, theyre not my favorite. I always end up with severe pain from them the next day. They need Acupuncture here. All the Phys. Therapy is top tier 5 stars. I cant forget how Dr. Sadigh is very courteous. He seems vigorous and is definitely diligent to his patients. Doctor Naik, Merchant, and Louis are very well seasoned in their career. Dr Jimmy Li, Podiatrist, does 108% more work for you to heal. Trust me on that! They speak with you throughly and dont let you leave until all questions are asked and answered. A bit confusion at front desk sometimes because appts are all over the place. The lower level front desk always has it together and its a very cozy facility. Will be returning for further treatment in foot doc and Phys Therapy.

2022-02-28My experience at New York Medical and Diagnostic Center has been very good! The entire staff is professional and very detail-oriented. Indera is very welcoming at reception. I have to say that Sabita and Jerome are the best! They have been extremely helpful in my recovery in physical therapy. Going there was a real pleasure for all my medical needs. I was able to be evaluated, diagnosed and treated at the same facility!

2021-10-12I started treatment here and Saul results in about 2 1/2 weeks after PRP on my right knee combined with shockwave therapy and physical therapy. The staff is so amazing and really care about you. When my husband passed away the staff was very sympathetic and even sent a card to the house

My mother had an appointment at 2:15pm and had to wait 2 1/2 hours just for an MRI result it’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen and as a former Medical Receptionist it makes us look bad for a patient having to wait so long just to see the doctor for 5 minutes. To make matters worse the doctor my mom was suppose to see wasn’t even the doctor she saw from the beginning of her first appointment when she found this place through Zoc Doc so that alone was false advertising. I now understand why patients question why they need an appointment if they aren’t seen at the time of their appointment. Ridiculous !

2022-01-26The staff is absolutely wonderful and pleasant. They are patient and very kind even when youre frustrated because of the wait to see the doctor or the level of pain. Any time I have any questions about my case or treatment plan Maria and Lillian always get back to me in a timely fashion. The front desk staff is extremely kind. Indera and the 2nd floor ladies are exceptional. The chiropractor staff really takes the time to explain what they are going to do before they do it. I have been treated by Dr. Klein since the beginning...hes wonderful. The physical therapy team helps you feel better even when you dont feel ypur best.. I started treatment with Ximena her energy and kind spirit is truly missed.Sabita is a true asset. The only downfall is the parking situation.

2022-03-31The doctor was okay but when it came to the billing they were terrible. They called to tell me my husbands insurance was inactive but they way they did it, SMH. Rude and dismissive! Only to check myself and find out it is and always was Active. They cancelled all his upcoming appointments without even calling us. The same day I called Northwell and they checked the insurance with me on the phone and booked the appointment. As I said the doctor was okay but they need better people in the billing department. It was our first time there and it was a terrible first impression.

2022-06-14Hate long wait time. Not once but all the time you visit. I have never experienced such long wait in any medical office or hospitals. They give you appointment time of 10am & u reach at 9:50 your turn will come after 11:30 if you are lucky.
