Buyer BewarePurchased a box of wound packing strips from them at an exorbitant price because there was no one else able to deliver to me immediately. They claimed they had stock. They actually ended up shipping to me 2 pieces (which they obtained from another drugstore in town) and ordering from Amazon the box I had requested. Which arrived 3 days later. And which I would have ordered myself from Amazon had they not claimed to have stock on hand.However they ALSO shipped another box which I had not ordered. And charged me for this too without my consent. When I requested to return it they said someone will be calling me from the returns department. No one has called and now their number is disconnected.Obviously a fraudulent operation making tons of money by supplying products they are simply having ordered and delivered to people who need them urgently and are in no position to argue about cost.

I placed an order for a portable oxygen unit on a Friday evening when everything else was closed and needed one for my trip. They overnighted one to me by Saturday 8am and I was able to travel back home with their help! It saved my life and was able to meet my family over the weekend.

I rented a portable oxygen compressor InogenOne G3 for my father to make a trip from New York to Massachusetts. It arrived within 24 hours of ordering, but without a manual or the cannula (plastic tube that feeds oxygen into the nostrils). The RN we were traveling with took a cannula from another machine and then tested it. No oxygen was coming out. We tried another cannula— also no oxygen.There was no number or help line to call. When I call the original number of New York Medical Supply to complain, the woman who answered the phone said I could FedEx it back and they would test it. Her manager was not available. It was infuriating and, of course, not of any use for our trip.

Beware of this scammed place! Don’t ever buy through the phone, make sure even if online that it’s something you want. Once the products are at your location and something happens to it or whatsoever, there are 2 (or more, didn’t bother to find out) things they can do when you call them for return/exchange: 1) say that they can help to return, but then will question you until you don’t qualify for return and hang up on you, or 2) straight out say they don’t allow returns/exchanges no matter the reason. This place should go out of business with such lousy customer service (for real)

This store is a scammer - why? They used “New York Medical Supply” as the store name, but actual name is “1800 Medical Supply.” Their location on the map is within NY Presbyterian but it really isn’t. I asked for face/procedure masks, they ordered surgical masks (with tie knots) for me. Everything about them is a joke (I really don’t know what about them is real)

TOTALLY HORRIBLE AND UNBELIEVABLE - once you open the outer box (mask boxes untouched), kept explaining that they couldn’t accept return and while I was explaining, hung up. People who work there are not courteous and don’t respect customers.

This is fake store location. The scam is when you put the store location near me, it will come up at location near you, when go there you can’t find. Watch out you can not trust this store on line with a fake land location

They delivered a wheelchair to me within a couple hours after I was discharged from the hospital on a Sunday. Thank you for going above and beyond!
