The receptionist had a very pleasant voice , I was late for my appointment, she placed my appointment for 2pm, and I really needed to see the Doctor. So I want to thank her for her excellent intuition. The care in generally was professional, I want to thank the entire staff.
A little chaotic but they were swamped with people. However it was extremely efficient, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Irsa at the front desk was so friendly and warm, and the nurse who did my test was very kind as well. A really great and convenient operation and I will go back should the need arise!
Great place! Highly recommend! I went here for my Covid tests and they were so nice and most recently they saved my friend’s life while she was having an asthma attack! They were SOO helpful! Big thank you to Dr. Michaels, Dr. Mandy, and Bill!
Came to this facility back during the omicron variant surge around New Years mainly for a PCR test which was required for my job as I reported having multiple symptoms.Though it seemed like an unusual request, I also needed an annual physical for my job which was I closing in on rapidly timeline wise and am without a primary care doctor. Marie Cahill and the other nurses there took great care of me and my needs. Was pleasantly surprised how fast and smooth the entire process went.All results were posted online within a few days and was able to pick up an official copy from them without much of a wait there the 2nd go around.I highly recommend visiting NYP Health Center for any and all urgent care needs. Especially NP Marie Cahill! Thank you so much!

Definitely visit if you have unlimited time to waste and don’t care about clear communication or instruction regarding your health. Also, if you want to get an infection from their unsanitary blood drawing techniques (the intake ‘nurse’ was about to use a open box kleenex bc she didn’t take the time to prep a packaged gauze - she found one when I said something), then this is the place for you!!
It’s the best office at Austin street . Loved this place and environment. Staff so friendly especially irsa. Also my fav doctor is dr. Rabinovich. She’s great doctor , she cares a lot about patients needs , take a lot of time with patient . Very understanding doctor . Front desi very polite .

Receptionist on May 11, 2022 around 12:00pm. She is a rude, disgusting person. Really made me feel unwelcome at this clinic. Everything about this clinic is great, she made me feel unwelcome here and refused to help me. I may not come back here anymore.
Six years back I code Dr. Faye Rabinovich as my PCP , and I thank god that I made the right choice.From day one , she went thru all my problems very dedicatedly & was always concerned about my health . Recently she told me to see my cardiologist right away where I was detected with 2 major blockages. My cardiologist told me that I came at nick of time. I guess my life was saved because of Dr. RabinovichThank you Dr Rabinovich. I guess I owe my life to you. Also I have mention staff here is extremely friendly and helpful, specially ELLA & IRSA.You call them anytime & they are there to help you .It’s really a blessing to know these kind of people
Was having an asthma attack and Bill, Mandy and Dr. Michaels immediately sent a prescription over to the nearest pharmacy. They were extremely friendly and trying their best to keep me calm while my friend went to pick up my asthma pump.

Got tested at this place and the experience was nice. From the guy outside who was very informative and helpful to the staff that was workable. Not too great with the organization skills but overall once you get in ,not a long wait at all. Kudos to the guy outside who gives the forms ,information and general information. Great job sir.

This is an amazing medical office! All the staff were very helpful, kind, considerate, friendly and quick. The COVID test was super fast and pain-free. Other locations in the area have long waits and treat patients absolutely horribly. I had no wait time at all. I will definitely be returning for any of my testing needs. Thank you!
Went for Covid tests - registration can be done on the lines through your phone. Once inside it’s speedy to check in then be seen. Irsa, the medical provider, and other front desk staff were very kind and supportive. Thanks all!UPDATE - 6 days later still haven’t received Covid test results (PCR) or email with rapid test results. If you’re in a rush or need documentation of your results don’t come here.Phone hold times are long, if you even get an answer.SECOND UPDATE - apparently they dont email copies of PCR (or rapid) results - only pick up or fax. they never contacted me to notify my results were ready

Came here for a Covid test. I had to come twice and everytime they were so kind and helpful! Irsa at the front desk ans all the other girls at the front desk and entire staff are amazing. The first time I went it wasn’t very busy, the second time I went they were PACKED! Their patience they had was astounding! I would defiantly reccommend this place!
This is how they treat their TROOPS: I got a covid test done ti get results in 24hrs. I have not received anything and cannot fly out due to this. I’ve been calling them for 5 hours straight they keep putting me on hold and hanging up. When I finally got a hold of them I told them I need my results emailed ASAP. she proceed to tell me that they are swamped with customers and that I can come in and get it printed out mind you I’m in the airport. If you have to time to print it out you could easily email it to me… she did not care that I was military personnel and when I asked her to speak with a supervisor she hung up.
Olga and Irsa are sweethearts. They truly made me and my brother feeling like if we were at home. They are the best!!! The nurse Antonio is very professional and attentive. I will definitely go back wishing they are still there
The New York preventive health care center in Forest Hills at 68-60 Austin st. is outstanding and went above and beyond with the service and care they showed me and my colleagues. The service is always professional and the help from the staff especially OLGA is exceptional. They always make me feel safe and keep a very clean friendly environment. Do not recomend. This place is very un organize. The ladies at the front desk are very unprofessional. This include gave you the wrong hand written number after hours of waiting, the system can not find your information after they told you to register online, lost your ID card after scanning, people who are behind you might get seen first. People that come here are coughing and sick, there are no social distance or mask requirement.Good luck.

My boyfriend and I came to get a COVID rapid test, I’d been here before he hadn’t. Olga and Irsa (front receptionists) were friendly and quick to welcome us and sign us in. We waited no more than 5 minutes after my boyfriend gave his papers in and then I was called. The nurse practitioner Marie was AMAZING, super friendly and knowledgeable, she gave me some advice on allergies I’ve been having (which prompted me to get the test in the first place) and even prescribed medication after I explained my symptoms which I appreciated. Definitely will continue coming in for any walk-in clinic needs. Thank you to the staff!!!🙏🏽

I was nervous as I had to travel and I needed to take the PCR test. NYP Health Center staff came to the rescue and made my day with ease. All staff members were very professional especially Irsa and Yvette. They made sure that I get the results on time and viola! I got the results within 24 hours! Thank you for everything!
I have never experienced such amazing work ethics with office manager Olga Davydova .she is very conscientious about her work and very responsible for each and every thing in the clinic. She would open the clinic and though she is not working that day. I highly recommended her to be in any good position as she is more than capable of handling multitask .She is very sincere and takes care of the well ness of the patients and also the medical staff.
The office is immaculate and the staff is very friendly. Annemarie Cahill is my provider and she is wonderful. Always has your best interests at heart, listens to your concerns and always gives you great advice to ensure you are as healthy as you can be. Highly recommend this practice.

Covid testing - No long lines and dont need to wait on for 5hrs to get tested. During Christmas time it only took 1hr the longest. Now before the New Years, takes 2hrs.. better than 5!
I got COVID test at Austin street office. The front desk irsa was very helpful and nice. Antonio was so nice with me when he was performing my test.I recommend everyone to come to this office . Best office in Austin street.

50+ people online at City MD prior to it even opening. Found this gem down the block on Austin st. A bit disorganized at first, understandably so on a Sunday as Omicron has begun surging…ultimately staff was pleasant, Olga (manager) was very sweet and made sure needs were met. Covid rapid + PCR done quickly and painlessly. Results of PCR < 24 hours. Would recommend! Already told a few friends!

As a teacher, needed to get a rapid. This place was empty due to holiday. Except for two folks who tested positive. 😳 Got my negative result. Wondering if I should get retested again in three days. Suggestion: gentleman taking the test should wear mask properly over nose. Regardless glad to have gotten this over and done with. Definitely going to CityMD down the block. Cleaner, brighter, more efficient (theyll email test results).
Olga, Juliana, Ursa, Antonio and Marie are AMAZING! Ive been to this location many times for a PCR test and the staff was amazingly accommodating and it is the first place where I didnt bleed after my test. I highly recommend this place for you Covid testing and medical needs.

This office offers a wide variety of multi specialist that are highly recommended. It’s honestly a one time stop that has a endocrinologist , cardiologist, neurologist, urologist, primary care physicians, sonography, and nurse practitioners from whom you will receive amazing services . Plus when going to urgent cares to be seen it’s always an hour or longer to get covid tested, but this office you basically in and out. The staff will always accommodate the patient if they can’t pick up there covid results, it can be emailed with no hesitation. I strongly recommend this office.

Its very nice office, but I have very bad experience with some employees of this office he just ignore me and my family and he was rude if I remember right his name Dr. Sicandar. I was about to take my family and walk away and Likely we was saved and get help by the front desk reception names Rachel, we appreciate to this woman she save my day.

I had a amazing experience with nyp doctors there was a women named Olga who was such a good communicator I didnt have to wait at all to be helped she knew I was unclear on certain things so she helped me check in change my primary provider and offered me some amazing refreshments which I indulged in not to mention she informed me the clinic offers parking and she did it all with a smile I could never imagine going to any other clinic after the way I was treated here what great service and Amenities I would definitely recommend this clinic

I am a 17 year year old who recently had COVID. When I started getting better I was told to get tested again to see if I have a negative result. This was the first place I saw so I decided to go here. When I got there they said that they don’t take people under 18 which made me very upset. I just wanted to make sure I was finally free of COVID so I can see my Family again after so long and because of my age they couldn’t even let me do that. They should at least put a disclaimer so people would know not to go here And avoid facing embarrassment. I bet they wouldn’t even take in a sick child who’s even younger and had no where else to go. This New York preventative health center prevents young people from knowing if they’re healthy or not, and that’s just sickening.
I attended this facility this week and my visit went very smooth. From the receptionist, Debby, to the doctor, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Great place!

Was my first time getting a Covid test at this medicalOffice.I don’t recommend coming to this medical office. I felt completely lost since none of the providers introduce them self to me or either explained to me we’re to go inside the building, I didn’t know who I was following because they barely interact with the patients.They were absolutely not friendly at all, it’s like the entire staff didn’t want to be there.Moving forward they have the old Covid test, so be prepared because they going to put that little thing all the way inside your brain.Now I am struggling trying to figure out a way to get into the app that is gonna show my results because again no one explained what were the following steps what to do in order for me to see the results once I got the email.I called to the office asking for guidance so I can login into the app because It needs the providers name and their phone number/professional ID number so the app can pull out the information. But sadly the front desk doesn’t now how to do it, so I don’t know if I have to covid it or not. I’m still at home awaitingHahahahaha is just quite fun to me.
I had a horrific experience a few weeks ago. Just got a chance to guide my memory back to the trauma after suppressing it, as a result of getting a last resort rapid covid test at this clinic. I will elaborate on the dehumanizing and disrespectful nature of the employees here (particularly the doctors) in the next review once I catch my breath again, no pun intended.

2022-04-19It is a great facility. Exam rooms are very clean. Staffs and Nurse Practitioner Marie are very patient, friendly, and helpful. I didnt wait for too long. I will continue my care with NYP.

2022-06-22My experience at this facility has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! The managers, Olga you are simply wonderful ! , Doctors and all front end staff has always been extremely helpful , caring and professional. Testing is quick and easy , with results being received with out much delay . Thank you for taking such GREAT care of your patient! And for also making it such a stress free experience for my entire family, little ones included ! I will always recommend this Drs office as they are truly THE BEST 💙

2022-01-27I went here to get my parents tested before traveling. Extremely helpful, friendly and empathetic staff.Baljinder, Irene, Jessica, Leah thanks for all your help. Amy was very kind and was gentle while doing the nasal swab procedure. I very much recommend this place. The staff here sets a great example for how health care and customer service providers should be!

2022-03-06I have visited the health-care for my Annual Medical and had a great experience with the front desk Maria handled me professionally with all the paper work for the registration.Mandi, Medical Assistant was excellent and very sincere along with Yvette and did all the test in no time.Dr. Yana -- Very much humble and caring. Thoughtful and in depth knowledge. She gave time to hear out and provided with good health tips.Overall, Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. ...This is the first time, I walked out of a Healthcare in less than an hour.

2022-03-12Would NOT recommend for a rush covid pcr test. Registration process was very quick. Scanned two QR codes. Registration was a bit complex for those who are not tech savvy. I was brought in and received my nasal swab fairly quickly. Do not expect any privacy during the test. People were in and out of the room during the testing process. I was told that I would have my results the following morning.The following morning I didnt receive any results. I called the lab that was responsible for processing the test. Lab did not receive any specimen. Then after being put on an extensive hold the lab representative told me that the specimens were just picked up from the clinic and it would take another 8 hours to get my results. I called the clinic and they proceeded to lie and tell me that they need more time to figure out whats going on, but when I confirmed with them that the lab just told me the specimen were just picked up, they pretended that they were unaware of such pick up. Take home message is if you need a reliable clinic, this Is NOT the one.

2022-01-01I went there December 31, 2021 early in the morning as a first patient. Manager and Irsa are very cooperative. They helped me a lot. By the by there is parking place next to the clinic just needs to be validated. Thanks everybody for nice cooperation. I would say in other word excellent service.

2021-11-13I’ve been going to New York Preventive Care for over a year and wouldn’t recommend any other place the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable especially Olga the office manager and Eva at the front desk who’s on her first day on the job and is doing excellent with patient needs and of course Dr Ali who takes care of her patients like family. I highly recommend this place for all of your healthcare needs
