Very happy with the windows and the installation. Jason, Merritt and Ben did a great job! My house and yard were left clean. The sales consultant did a great job too. Gave me a lot of options. I was not pleased with the scheduling. They kept me updated with the build of my windows. However I had to call them to see if they had arrived at the warehouse. My windows were at the warehouse and they scheduled the install the following week. Overall I was very pleased.
Chris and his team were excellent. They took time to make sure I knew what they were doing, how the project was progressing, and ensure that I was happy with the project as it was happening. Chris, specifically is an excellent leader. Multiple times during the project I overheard him coaching and encouraging his team members when they had questions about certain tasks. Our new windows changed the entire look of our home, I dont think I could be happier. After the installation, they spent the time necessary to clean up and make it look like they were never here.
Salesmen was great, gave good tips and advise. Office staff worked with us and always replied in a timely manner.Patrick and Tanner did all the work replacing our shower area and were pleasant while they worked. They put down rug covers and cleaned and vacuumed as needed plus at the end of the day. GREAT workers!!
Third time we have used NY Sash .. windows, door, sliding patio door. Always on time, well trained on installation, friendly & always willing to answer questions, area always clean when they leave. NY Sash replaced our old, odd shaped, tiled shower with a beautiful modern shower. The installers, Sean Grant and Nate Hatch did a beautiful job. Our installation was not straight forward due to the old shower being a strange custom shape. They met every challenge, and we are thrilled with the result. I highly recommend NY Sash and these installers.
We just had a walk in shower installed. Glen and Nate did an amazing job, very professional, courteous, and thorough. This is our second use of NY Sash services, we had our other bath re-done with a tub/shower remodel two years ago! Very happy with both projects.
Staff appeared very knowledgeable and were able to answer all questions asked. Nate was very polite and courteous and receptive to our needs and desires as to what we were looking for upon completion of the final product. Installation took a bit longer than expected but Nate was committed to completing the installation properly and fully. End product was well worth the wait. Plan to use their services for future projects.

We had a shower installed by Patrick and Nate this week. I would highly recommend this team. They were on time, professional, neat and very efficient. Because our house is very old there were several problems which they easily were able to rectify and the installation looks wonderful.
Chris and his crew were exceptional. It was bitter cold and we live in an area that is noted for very high winds. No complaints, they just kept on working. Everything from arrival, on time! to cleaning the windows at the end was done just as promised. Every employer should be fortunate enough to have people with this kind of work ethic. And now the difference in our home is so noticeable. From no more drafty windows to the pleasant quiet they have created. We had our window trim wrapped, fascia boards capped and new gutters installed by New York Sash and they did a fantastic, high-quality job. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly with excellent communication from everybody we interacted with. Chris and his team took the time to address each window installation one at a time. They had several surprises as they proceed and Chris had to put his carpentry skills to the test to install and trim the windows in a quality way that also looks great. Im very pleased with the workmanship and this project has been a great investment for our home!
New York Sash did a fantastic job remodeling my bathroom. I had one of the ugliest bathrooms ever, inherited from the prior owner. But for years I worried about how to go about making it look better, and, at the same time, doing all I could to protect it against moisture. Then I remembered the great job New York Sash did installing new windows in all the bedrooms, sealing them off from the winter winds that used to blow in through the cracks, and making it easy to open up them up in the summer. So, rather than trying to just repaint or repaper the bathroom on my own, I decided to give NY Sash a call and see what they could do.It turned out to be well worth it. I had some anxiety about whether I had picked items that would work well in the small space occupied by the master bathroom. I was so thankful to have a work crew, headed by Sean, that was patient, responsive to my questions, and painstaking in their work. There was no huge rush to get it done, but rather great care to do things just right. The end result was far better than I ever imagined. I now have a bathroom that not only looks terrific, it is well protected from water and moisture. I would definitely recommend NY Sash.

We had our bathroom tub converted to a fullwidth shower because being elderly, it had become difficult to step into it. Our experience with NYSash has been great from the first appointment when we were quoted to the installation just completed. We had a complete bathroom remodel done. It was all original - very old and rundown - fixtures - Vanity, mirror/medicine cabinet, shower and floor. The floor literally had a hole forming in it! NYS came - Sean was our reno pro - and did a wonderful, professional job. The quality of the materials was excellent, as was the quality of the workmanship. Any time any issue arose during the install, Sean would let me know, but not just by presenting a problem, but the solution, keeping me informed every step along the process.He showed up every day on time, and worked straight through until the end of the day (not sure how he did that without eating or using the bathroom, lol!). Could I have gone another route and gotten the job done for less? Maybe. However - I have a top notch renovation, fully warranted for the lifetime of the house! If and when we sell, it is even transferable. This job? Worth every penny and I would use NY Sash again and def recommend!

Chris and Jeremy were here to install a picture window in our sun porch. They also fixed some previous installation issues (not done by them). Chris was thorough and very attentive to our wishes. He was careful to be sure we were happy with all they did, and was happy to answer all of our questions and concerns. 2022-03-15We had New York Sash install a new shower in our home. The project entailed redoing the floor and walls where the old cast iron bathtub was and replacing it with an acrylic base , shower walls and new fixtures. Sean and Nate were the crew that came to do the job and it is hard to put into words how satisfied we are with the job they did. They were very professional ,polite and neat. It only took them a day and a half to complete the project. If you need a bathroom redone I would recommend them and New York Sash. We got a quality job done at a reasonable price.

2022-04-13Chris and Jeremy arrived on time and went right to work after a short conversation explaining what and how they were going to install the windows. Chris and his crew were very courteous and professional. Chris offered many suggestions on cleaning our new windows and staining the window trim. He also explained how to open and tilt the windows. These windows are of exceptional quality. Jeremy did an awesome job on the outside work with the siding and shutters. We want to thank Chris for the excellent work he did and he also liked Tyler, our Golden Retriever. We highly recommend NY Sash!

2022-02-11Because of Covid-19 and the delay of shipping items it took awhile to get our window but New York Sash kept me informed of the progress both by telephone calls and by e-mails. The day it arrived on the truck they called me and asked if I would like to have it installed that day. I agreed and Chris and Jeremy arrived, introduced themselves, and got to work. I had an awning that needed to be removed and they took care of that easily and quickly. They took their time and ensured a quality installation of our window (boy, was it nice to see the new window go in!). Where the awning was attached to our home there was no siding. They apologized that they didnt have siding to replace it (we were told before by another contractor that he couldnt get that siding to repair a couple of spots) and they improvised. They cut a board to match the exact angle of the siding and put a piece of the vinyl window wrap and it looks wonderful ... like it was always there. Jeremy told me beforehand that he could make it look nice and he certainly did. Chris asked me several times if it was acceptable and I assured him it was. The entire removal of the old window and the installation of the new took some time but it was absolutely beautiful when they finished. They put insulation around the window where they could, they taped it, caulked it, taped it again, and finished the installation. I am very pleased that I chose New York Sash to replace my extra-large window and I am grateful to Chris and Jeremy for installing the window so professionally and for cleaning up so well (they even took the old awning). I highly recommend.

2022-06-04Melissa F was amazing, she kept us updated with a timeline and scheduling especially considering the challenges every business is facing with the supply chain. She was able to help us get a leaking shower fixed before our wedding which relieved a tremendous amount of stress on myself and my fiance. Sean G did the remodel and was fast, clean, and concise. He always made sure our house was picked up after each day of work, kept us updated on the progress, and made sure he went over everything such as cleaning instructions after the install was complete. 2022-04-17We went with New York Sash for our bathroom remodel based on their advertising and reputation. And although they were not the least expensive, the results couldnt have been better! Glenn and Nate were our installers and they were professional, yet very friendly and pleasant, with a work ethic of doing the installation the RIGHT WAY, even if that meant some modifications needed to be done that were more work. Project was completed on time, we were thrilled with the results. Was pleasantly surprised to have our expectations met and cannot say enough good stuff about Glenn and Nate!

2022-04-27We hired NY Sash to remodel a 3/4 bath. Almost complete gut job. Sean Grant was the lead and was assisted by Tamer M. And Nate H. When I say that Sean was meticulous m, he truly was. He and his team were detailed to the point that I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. This was our first remodel of anything ever. There were no surprises. They asked me to make decisions as needed but explained the options completely first. My family and I could not be happier with their work ethic, professionalism, and knowledge. We now have a beautiful bathroom that we are in love with. I would recommend NY Sash for any bath remodel and suggest you ask for Sean Grant by name. KUDOS GUYS!!!
