After having Brand X for 6 years, and then reviewing all the East Bay options for a new security provider, Im really happy I selected New York Security Solutions. Not only was John Manuel the tech who came out to install the system very professional, but made sure I understood the options and explained how everything worked. Also, I really like the fact that they offer patrol services that look professional, as opposed to some of the other services around. I also appreciate dealing with a local company, with local people to talk to.
