2 and a half years I been fighting. Ima keep fighting. Im doing everything I could do to get everyone who did this wrong to me.Update.I now have PTSD and major depressive disorder because of their intentional delays. My lawyer will be reaching out in the coming weeks. Thanks

New York State insurance fund is the worse department to deal with. They do not care about people that are actually injured. I’ve had a fusion L5-S1 completely my employers fault and haven’t been paid in over 10 months. The worst Government funded place ever
