Great Staff. High quality food at reasonable cost. I got some garlic knots with sauce. I like both the knots and the sauce. I also got an Italian mix submarine. Nice roll and the quality of meat and cheese was noticably good.
I ordered a large pizza, hot boneless wings, and hot bone in wings. The pizza was good! My only issue is it needed a bit more sauce, may be just a busy Friday night. The wings bone in and boneless were excellent, very flavorful and spicy! I would order from them again but if you order on a Friday be prepared to wait over an hour
Wooowheee, good wings! Lots of meat, good fry and solid BBQ sauce! Delcious. Pizza was awesome as well, reminds me of home on Long Island. Good prices, nice people, bomb.com wings!
This was my first time going to this Pizzeria. Visually its not very impressive. But what it lacks in appearance it more than makes up for in quality. I got calzone and wings. One of the people never had a calzone before and now loves them. I have eaten calzones my whole life and was very satisfied. Not only was it delicious it was also very large.The wings also did not disappoint.I will definitely eat here again and Im looking forward to trying the pizza (which I will say did look good)Last point. The staff was very polite and very helpful.
Pizza and wings were excellent however the experience not so much. Order via phone and was told 25 minutes. Took me 35 minutes to get there, but when I got there they hadnt even started my order.
Its really, really hard to find good pizza in the Capital Region. For some reason, after trying almost all the other places around me (Cohoes N.Y.) I could never find a pizza place that really satisfied my craving for good, New York style Pizza. I should have bought from this place the day I moved up here 8 years ago.Im on my way to pick up my 4th order from them in like 5 weeks because it is absolutely perfect. The pizza has an amazing taste, and the wings I get (Honey BBQ) are so tasty. They run a great pizza place I definitely recommend them if your looking for great pizza and wings!
Ordered on Mother’s Day 2020. Order over phone was efficient enough. Pickup went smooth and followed directions gave them.I only received 9 wings when coupon I used stated 10 wings. The wings and pizza was OK, nothing special. It ran thru me quickly and had to use restroom soon after (Unsure if because I’m such a healthy eater of the food quality is not high).
Had the eggplant parm pizza today, not something I usually get, but it was very good. Great crust, sauce that is slightly sweet (which I love), good cheese ratio and alot of toppings. I had a coupon for $4 off, which made it $18 and some change with tax. Without the coupon would have been a bit expensive, but the taste was well worth it.
Wonderful place! First time there, visited with a coworker today. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful pointing out which slices were which. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch, and the buffalo slice! Will definitly come back in the future.
First time getting pizza here. Was delivered on time, Guy was super nice. I got a regular cheese pizza and a white pizza...The pizza was absolutely amazing. So much flavor to it. I actually had to call and say thank you, and make sure they knew how great it was. 12 out of 10!

Ordered a meatlovers pizza(12 cut $20.99) and small boneless honey BBQ wings ($10.99) should have been $34.54 with tax I was charged $37.00 over the phone. Then when the food arrived there was a surcharge of $1.30 so it was was changed to $38.30. Check the food and they gave regular boneless BBQ not honey BBQ, so I call them up and they say they used sweet baby rays for their BBQ and I said sweet baby rays has honey BBQ and its on your menu as flavor they put manager on and he says the same thing and adds that he just bought this place 2 days ago and that they have been selling honey BBQ wings as regular BBQ for 10 years and no one has caught on and that it was an old menu but I used the one from online on their website... Never offered a refund or to correct the mistake. Terrible customer service dont waste your money.
Excellent pizza and the customer service is truly top notch. Called in for 3 large pies and they got delivered in less then 45 min. On top of that they called me to make sure everything was perfect. Glad to see local businesses Doing it right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Delicious pizza at a reasonable price. Ive gone here twice for lunch and the variety is amazing. $6 for any two slices and a drink or $5 for two cheese slices and a drink. Unbeatable! Staff is friendly as well and always thank you for your business.
1 bite everybody knows the rules 4.9 very commercial tasting. Very doughy sauce was ok. Barely enough cheese to cover the pie. Will not be returning. Jimmys was on vacation figured Id try something new
Im in the area for work and with the on going pandemic delivery is the only means of food without cooking. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and 6 piece garlic knots. To their credit he pizza is cooked perfectly, but the cheese tastes like cardboard and the buffalo chicken is more like bland chicken tenders. My garlic knots turned out to be half a french bread drenched in barely garlic flavored butter. The delivery was made way ahead of schedule but I requested a call on arrival and the driver seemed confused when I asked for a receipt. I dont plan on eating here again or recommending it to anyone. Even in the wake of the on going pandemic issues theres no excuse for this kind of quality of food or blantenly false advertising of certain dishes.
I ordered $86 worth of food. When ir got to me there was grease pouring from the bag, and plastic from the top in the baked Ziti. The chicken wings were fried in burnt grease it had a scorched taste. Wasnt the first time i ordered but will be the last. I had company over and was quite embarrassed.
Will never order from anywhere else. Food is great and owner is phenomenal. Definitely a customer for life
Clean, timely, and delicious! I don’t know what Freddie did, but if you like sweet and spicy you have to try the new “chilli pepper wings!” I’m not even a wing eating person, but those are the bomb!!! The pizza is great too! Get the Freddie Special and use the $5 coupon and you’ve just robbed them for great food!
Pizza tastes like it’s made with American cheese, disgusting!! The crust wasn’t really cooked. It was obvious they wanted to be done for the night. I got a call after I called in my order and was asked to give a tip ahead of time so the delivery guy got it that night. The delivery guy was the person initially taking my order and then calling me for his tip ahead of time to receive before they closed for the night. It’s the worst pizza I’ve ever had, I would rather eat dominos or Pizza Hut before calling them.
I called right before the closing hours, they took my order and we’re willing to deliver to me, that is true customer service. I called other places within a half hour or 45 minutes before their posted closing time they rejected me, so that being said this place is true to their word and true to their hours they have my business going forward.
Took 2 hours to deliver me my food. After it got here the calzone was made to where the cheese and pepperoni was all to one side and the other side just bread with grease pouring out of it....and the chicken wings had so much sauce it was like soup in the container making them soggy with no carrots or celery included. Will NEVER order from this place again. Waste of money
Every time Ive ever gone there it has been delicious the pizza is the best in the area and the wings are great also never had any of the dinners. The owners are very nice and polite and you can tell they appreciate your business unlike some other small-town businesses I would give my money to them all over again.
I wouldnt rate any stars if it were possible. It took almost 2 hours to deliver to my house. I kindly called asking how much longer an hour after ordering and was told we are on the way very soon but another 45 minutes passed so I called back to cancel the order and was told we promise we are right around the corner, so I decided to just not leave a tip. (The delivery guy didnt have a pen anyways) The tuna sub was deplorable. It was sloppily made with old, dried out cucumbers, lettuce and cheese. The tuna definitely was just dumped right out of a can because no mayonnaise was mixed in it and the one and only bite I took it was rotten (Im sure my cat who loves tuna would not attempt eating it). I would have loved to thrown the food at the so called cook.
I really like the pizza here. Weve been going for years now. Staff has always been decent and respectful. I give four stars for two reasons. One is that their mushrooms used to be good but then something changed and they started tasting really vinegar like. So I dont order mushroom pizza any more. No big deal. But tonight, we ordered half pepperoni and half chicken. There was no pepperoni. I called and the guy on phones said we asked for cheese. We did not. I was sitting right next to my husband. The way the manager spoke to me about it made me feel like a friggen criminal. He said hed send out four slices of pepperoni. We were kind of uncomfortable with the situation, a little worried about how they deal with complaints, so I called and asked him not to send it. His response was If you really said pepperoni, its not a problem. So naturally, I felt like if I turned it down, hed think I was just a scammer. Ive worked fast food for years and never in my life would I handle a complaint like that, especially from loyal customers that had been ordering from the business for years and never once complained. Now Im not so sure if I want to keep going. Unfortunately, the rest of the pizza in the area sucks.
I ordered catered dishes for my daughters graduation party. The service that Freddy delivered was like few in this area. He made food recommendations that ended up being loved by all, and he actually offered to make more food and bring it over if we fell short. Since the party, we have given our take-out business to NY Style Pizza and weve never had a bad pizza or meal.
Holy cow!! I’m not from the area and I’ve eaten here twice so far, first off, the pizza is great!! I ordered delivery and the driver was quick and polite, even called to confirm my location on arrival. Second, I ordered the chicken alfredo most recently and was pleasently surprised how outstanding the whole meal was! When I picked it up I was greated immediately and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Anazung food and customer service, what more could you ask for? Keep up the good work!!
Disgusting and Dirty! Waited 25 mins for extra crispy garlic parm wings just for them to then add so much of this disgusting fake garlic parm sauce it was sooo much poured over the chicken, it was like soup!! Which defeated the purpose of extra crispy! Will Never go back! And the pizza for it to be thin crust was way to dry, no sauce at all!
Everyone is super friendly. They have great gluten free options. The prices are decent. Will definitely keep them in mind if Im back in the area.
Amazing Pizza!!!!! I cant rave more about how wonderful the pizza, garlic knots & fried Oreos were! We were staying at the Microtel Inn and wanted New York style pizza. Im from Wyoming so I didnt understand the sizes of the pizzas and the poor young man on the phone nicely explained that a 12 cut was a large- lol. So I ordered 2 for my family of four -thinking it probably wouldnt be that big. They were HUGE!!!! And the BEST pizza we have ever ate! Prices were very reasonable and delivery guy was the nicest and sweetest ever. Thank you New York style pizza we hope to stay in the area again on our way back home to Wyoming from our vacation in Maine - just to order from you again!!!
Wonderful place, wonderful staff. We came in right as they opened since we were early for a nearby appointment. They were very polite, made sure our order was boxed neatly in case we had to leave and the pizza was great!
I cannot say enough about this place after moving here last month this is the one place that we always go to whenever we want pizza lasagna spaghetti especially they had the best garlic knots and they had the best people that work there they were so kind you should really give this place a try

It was awful. Ordered extra cheese and got less cheese than a normal pizza would have. My girlfriend ordered a sub with extra dressing on the side. The extra dressing had no lid on it and was spilled all over the pizza. We called to get another dressing (that we paid for) and they sent us another horrible pizza that we didnt want but didnt send any dressing. The guy who answered when we called was very rude and just put us on the line with another person who was equally rude and could barely speak or understand English. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
I am a person who has eaten a lot of mozzerella sticks, and let me tell you, this place has the MOST AWESOME mozz sticks Ive ever tried. The sticks were thick and cheesy, and then the marinara sauce...WOW! They told me they make the sauce fresh at their shop --I wish I could have brought a gallon home! Great restaurant!

Gluten free ravioli is good. 8 cheese ravioli swimming in red sauce and cheese. Comes with a small salad. It didnt say on the menu that it does (but it says all pasta dinners come with bread and side salad). So no bread but you grt the salad. I didnt know and they didnt ask what dressing so I cant trust if the dressing they gave me is gluten free.Pepperoni pizza is good
I’m kinda disappointed because I ordered a salad at work today on my break through Grubhub, and as I was eating I realized I was chewing on what I can only assume is the bottom of a piping bag . A big triangle of plastic basically . The wings I got also tasted like hot sauce diluted with water to make it less spicy.
Order twenty extra crispy chicken wings and three garlic nots to be delivered to microtel inn . Told it would be a hour well they showed in close to two hours and the wing were barely cooked far from crispy so .I called them right told them I was sending the wings back I was told he could have them cook right and back to me 15 minutes. 45 min later the show up I sign the cc recipe with a tip . Open the wings and find them to be burned an nasty tasting . Opened the garlic not witch were also burned . Never in my have I such a bad experience. I would love to stop payment on my card but I wouldnt lower myself to that.
I was on a mission when my energy level crashed. Quickly scanning the surroundings, I saw many places turning on their CLOSED FOR BUSINESS signs.It was 3pm on a Sunday - damn!Then I saw it.The New York STYLE Pizza sign.Walking in, it was clear that this place was built for speed, and In 2 and 1/3 minutes, I was enjoying a pair of hot cheese pizza slices and a fountain root beerN.Y.S.P. offers lots more on their menu and they deliver too.Hunger defeated, I continued on to fight the good fight.
I live in Clifton Park and the delivery was fast and the food was still hot! I’ve ordered here many times but never delivery so i’m very happy with the experience. 10/10 would recommend their food is fresh and very tasty.
If you take online orders, then you should train your staff to check online for orders. I placed an order online and it gave an estimated delivery of 40min. After 1hr20min of no delivery I finally called the shop which was less than 1/4 of a mile away from the address. They gave me every excuse of why it was late, but that it was on its way out the door right then. Well, it took about another 15min which means that it wasnt on its way out the door and they grabbed the next pizza out of the oven and sent us that one. When the delivery guy arrived I grilled him about why the delivery was late and he told me he wasnt a delivery driver and that he was sent from the kitchen to deliver our order because no one checks the online orders and didnt know about our order until we called.Thanks for lying to us, and not trying to do anything about your mistake. Real stand up service. We will NOT be ordering from here ever again.
Pizza was very good. It felt like a ny pizzeria. I will go back and try a few more slices. The only negative thing I have about this place is there bathroom is disgusting and looks like a place you would use drugs. Thats the only thing that would keep me from going back to eat there.
We recently ordered pizza, wings and salads for a large luncheon at work. Everything was delivered on time , food was delicious and fresh...everyone one was very happy! Two thumbs up!

24 cut cheese pizza I ordered this evening was the worst pizza I’ve ever had, at first we thought they accidentally put saugage on it... no it was the sauce that turned brown and nasty on the bread and popped thru the chesse.. wings were good.. but do not order the 24 cut!!! Disgusting!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered 3 dinners, baked ziti w chicken, spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Marsala. Everything was delicious except for one piece of chicken in the ziti dish that tasted COMPLETELY ransid, mushy and smelled like garbage as well as the spaghetti. Didnt try any of the meatballs. When we called to complain and get refunded the people we talked to were rude, told us that chicken cant go bad and proceeded to hang up on us! With a business like that I dont know how they are still open......
I dont sweat the small stuff. One little mistake here or there, a long wait on a busy night is just no big deal. And I must add that Im neither overly dramatic nor prone to exaggeration.Which is why when I say that the food I ordered from NY Pizza in latham was the absolute worst takeout food Ive ever had, I whole heartedly mean it. In fact, I cant recall experiencing anything more putrid and inedible from any restaurant ever.I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta and the veggie lasagne and wasted $30 on this terrible decision. The scampi pasta was floating in a heavy, greasy mess. The sauce was pure oil with a hint of garlic and no lemon. It was heavy and flavorless, but that was its best feature; as it was also topped (and for the life of me I do not know why, after all this is scampi pasta) with a heavy layer of strange and unrecognizable cheese. I cant tell whether this cheese was a cheddar, mozzarella blend or a really fake Parmesan but it was awful. I mean fowl. It smelled bad. And it was so thick and baked on that it imprisoned the spaghetti, grease and shrimp mixture beneath it.I ate two forkfulls and started to feel ill from the grease, strange smell and weird texture created by the joining of free-floating grease and cheese, so I decided to move on to the veggie lasagna that I had actually ordered for lunch the next day... bad move.The lasagne was obviously some sort of cheap, ready made, prison worthy monstrosity floating in a pink sauce which was both bitter and salty. And slimy. It was the first lasagne Ive had that was actually slimy. And somehow, also watery. It was obviously prefrozen, and tucked away into the haphazardly thrown together chunks (thats right-- not layers, CHUNKS) of overbaked, hardened pasta was the distinct flavor of playdoh. I kid you not. Chef Boyardee makes a better lasagna. It was beyond inedible, it was cruel.I have no idea why anyone would allow food this bad to be served to their paying customer.
2/27/21 tried to get delivery to clifton park Guy on the phone said yes we deliver then acted like he couldnt hear us hung up phone on us called back he answered the phone put us on hold pick up the phone then we said the same thing wanted delivery to Clifton Park and he did a second time act like he didnt hear us we tried it at third time he did the same thing again so we said forget this place we spent her $60 somewhere else theyre lost not ours
This is my favorite pizza place. The guys are all really sweet and the food is awesome too! My husband and I will always come back for some pizza when were in the area! :)

Oct 2nd around 5:30 pm, I placed an order for large baked with no cheese, first they gave me my order without salads but the manager noticed that and stopped me to give me the salads ( very nice guy ). I thanked him and walked out, but I shocked when I opened the beard at home, I swear was totally mold ( I wish if I can upload the bread picture ).
Ordered a 6 cut bbq chicken pizza, absolutely disgusting taste ended up throwing out the entire pizza after just 1 bite! Pizza Hut and dominos has better tasting pizza!!

First, when calling to order a delivery, the woman taking my order hung up on me. Then, the delivery driver couldnt find my house. The Lasagna was the worst Ive ever eaten! Pizza was nothing I havent had before!

My food took an hour and 23 minutes to get here. Then when I got it, it was ice cold. The salad was bad and the pizza was definitely not as good as most places around here. Ill never order there again.
I gave it 5 stars cause the pizza is on point! Its like Sicilian pizza. The owner Freddy is sincere and really cares about his customers.
The food is phenomenal, but I’d recommend forgoing delivery and going in directly to ensure you’re being charged correctly. I say this because the online menu apparently doesn’t reflect the actual price being charged.

Delivered to a hotel outside there delivery zone at close. Pie was hot and tasted amazing. Even brought two extra slices with some crazy toppings. Those were great aswell. Above and beyond my expectations. Surrounding companys have some competition. Thanks again guys!!!

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. THE SALAD CAME WITHOUT ANY FORK OR OTHER MEANS OF EATING IT. THERE WERE NO NAPKINS, NO SALT, NO PEPPER AND i COULD POUR THE GREASE OFF THE PIZZA. NEVER AGAIN.

2022-03-18New York Style? No. I ordered a large mushroom, and it was marginal at best. They charge $2.50 for toppings but barely gave me any mushrooms. Two of the slices had maybe three small pieces between them (see images). I could have bought a $0.65 can of stems and pieces from the grocery store and been able to properly cover the entire pie. I tried this local business because it was on my way home but next time I will just drive out of my way and get a decent meal.

2022-05-07So Im from New York and Im always looking for the real deal pizza. Ive lived in the Albany area for the last 6 years and when I went into New York style pizza and had a slice of pizza, I can tell you from a guy who loves pizza and who looks to find different pizzerias all the time. that this is the real deal New York pizza. its delicious! the crust is perfect, the combination of the sauce and the cheese is the way supposed to be. if anybodys looking for a real new York pizza this is the place to go. You wont be let down.

2019-05-07Let me start off by saying the pizza here is some of the best Ive ever had, I ordered pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. I only had a few problems with the pizza, those few problems were how greasy it was but to fix that I just soaked some of it up with napkins and it was fixed. Plus it was pepperoni so it was expected. My main problem is the lack of tomato sauce simply put there barely is any if any. The three things that make pizza to me is the dough, cheese and sauce. This was lacking a crucial part of what makes pizza well pizza, but they have a great dough cooked perfectly into a great crust, with a great cheese on top and a great variety of toppings to choose from they just need to give it the tomato sauce it deserves and theyd have the perfect pizza. The service was also excellent and very friendly, made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

2021-03-19This is my favorite local pizza spot. They don’t have the most pristine location, or the most savvy website. But what they do have is AMAZING pizza and that’s what matters! It’s the best I’ve been able to find in the area. It’s firm, not greasy, crispy, and flavorful. I got the BBQ chicken pizza and I love the BBQ sauce they use. At other places near here they use some gross pink BBQ sauce that doesn’t taste like BBQ. All in all, I would highly recommend this joint for some quality pizza!

2021-08-25This pizza HIT THE SPOT! It was super fast and their blue cheese was great (if you care, you really care). Buffalo chicken slice was the perfect medium spice and they have canned Pepsi! 10/10 A++ no muss no fuss just good eatin’!

2021-05-03I had ordered shrimp scampi, 10 wings, garlic knots and chicken Parmigian. I normally order from mucks. Whom food is also great. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I must say everything and I mean everything was fresh and extremely good. Food was hot and on time. Great customer service driver very respectful. Definitely recommend ordering from this restaurant. 👌👌👌👌👌
