Steve the Detail Manager was very friendly and inviting upon arrival which was nice. I was given a gift card for the $149.99 interior exterior detail and dropped my car off at 9am. 3:30 PM I was called to come get the car as it was done. To me this is reasonable time as you want it done right. Exterior of the car was immaculate. The handful of detailers were very friendly and waved and said hello. From the roof to the wheels the car was shining and sparkling. I went inside to pay using the gift card and had to pay $13 for tax. This was gifted to me for a fathers day present via local flavor website. If they are going to charge you tax they should charge at the time of the purchase. The last thing I would want is to gift someone this and have them have to pay out of pocket for anything. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed in all areas including the trunk. Hard to reach areas mainly between the seats were touched by missed a lot of small crumbs etc.. They use an interior dressing or an amoral of some time to wipe down the dash, seats and interior components. They used way to much and in spots its puddling. Everything I touch is very oily and greasy. The seats will absorb it in a week or so but the plastic interior parts will not. I will definitely come back for exterior detail but the interior I would have to seriously consider it. Maybe Steve or another manager can walk the customer inside and out of the car prior to handing the customer their keys.
Would be zero stars if I could. Paid almost $40 for a so called showroom finish. Water spots on my windshield and sunroof, dried polish on my driverside door, dust still on dash, dirt still on my glovebox door, dust still in all of the cup holders, as well as the door panels. Very very very dissatisfied with the quality. Will never go back to this place.
Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation & balance and then interior detail. After the first two services are complete (an hour and a half later) detail rep claims that she needs to close up because business is slow. So now we turn down business because there isn’t enough business. .
I work at a repair shop down the street, and frequently bring cars here after we are finished with them. People expect way too much for a 20$ wash. Cars always come out clean with interior vacuumed and windows clean. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome spend the time and do it yourself. Worth the money.
Great place to get an oil change, especially if you have a Mini Cooper. About $50 less than Valvoline would have charged me and you can save even more with VIP Club discounts. They did a full brake job for me and I saved a lot by becoming a member. They even got the BRAKES light thats been on since Mavis did my brakes to turn off.I highly recommend this place. Ill keep going back there because of the excellent service and not because they tried to upsell me for something i didnt need, the way many other service centers do.
I was really impressed with how well my truck got washed here! I’ve been to dozens of similar car washes, and I can’t remember one that did a better job. I was also pleased that they did not charge a premium for my large vehicle. If I lived in this area, I’d definitely be back and would probably buy an unlimited wash package.
I brought my car in for an oil change and interior detailing on Wednesday January 20th. The pricing on the app says $49.99 for express interior detailing, and $74.99 for Mobil One Synthetic oil change. At the shop they have these services listed as 59.99 and 84.99. I questioned the advertised pricing on the app. The cashier brought it to the owners attention who came over and WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICING ON THE APP!!! Completely misleading!Not even an apology for the mistake, just an it is what it is answer... the app wasnt updated in two years. I told him they should either take down the app, or update the pricing, that its misleading customers. This is clearly Bait and Switch. He brushed me off and walked away, told cashier to give me a 15% discount. I still paid about $20 more than I expected $157 total. I have used their services in the past and like the work they do, however I will bring my car to the dealership for future oil changes and detailing. Or I may go to their local competitor, theyll respect a loyal customers business. Here we are, in a down economy, and we want to support local businesses. This interaction made me feel worse than actually paying more for service. I would pay $157 for a high level oil and great detail service. But never again from Newburgh Auto Spa on Rte 17K.Its a shame as its not a big business, its a small business, but they clearly dont care about misleading customers with pricing.Their app is not correct, but their website is... so I’m not sure why their IT person can’t update the app’s pricing... it’s 2021, I have a website that filters out to my social media when I update it... It’s not that difficult, and wouldn’t be misleading, then on top of it all to be treated like a second rate customer! Peace kiddos, I’ll get it all done at Nissan and pay extra for their accurate, and clear upfront pricing
Much better than foam & wash. Friendly staff and they got almost all of the bugs from driving on highways off my car. Not perfect but definitely better than all other local car washes Ive been to. I will return in the future and have even been considering a subscription for unlimited washes.
I was unhappy with my detail. The customer service was poor and they didnt even open up the trunk to clean it. I have never been here and I doubt Ill ever be back to use the rest of my gift card. The trunk was exactly how I left it when I turned it over for the detail. They also had a coupon for $59.99 interior/exterior super clean and apparently since my car was dirty I couldnt use the coupon? My car was pretty dirty, but I had thrown out any trash in my car before. I even took out everything so it would be easier. And they didnt even do a job that was worth $80 at all. The center console part where you can store stuff and close? Didnt touch that either. Highly dissatisfied. I hope other people have better experiences, because mine was terrible.
Unfortunately, some of the employees dont give correct information, seem confused about pricing and are misleading. Too bad because this type of service is a nice idea and can be a thoughtful gift....the staff wasnt able to accurately provide pricing for what I wanted. I bought a gift card (I learned my lesson, no more gift cards for me!) Now Im stuck with a card. Lesson learned!
I only get my car washed here. They do a fantastic job every time. I won’t go anywhere else. They give specials depending on the day. You also begin to accumulate points and can redeem them for rewards. Because of this, I also do my oil changes here and I get a free car wash. Love it!
Not happy at all. I paid $30 for “showroom finish.” The mats are supposed to be washed and they were hardly vacuumed. Door jam was left filthy. Cup holders and other side pockets in the car were left filthy. If I’m paying $30 for a car wash that’s supposed to be show room finish and the interior looks like it wasn’t even done, that’s a problem. I even told them they didn’t need to do the trunk because it was full of clothes to be donated. Thought they wouldn’t taken extra time on the interior. It was left filthy. I wish i could share pictures. I would have been better just getting an exterior wash for what i paid for.
I am giving one star to this merchant due to the manager not honoring a certificate for a complete auto detail that I purchased through LocalFlavor.com. I initially presented the certificate for this service and was told by the cashier that I would have to pay the sales tax upon the completion of the service. There was no mention that I would have to pay any additional money. However, when I picked up my car, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $20 for the service. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me that the cost of the complete auto detail went up from the certificate price of $169.99 to $189.99 and that I would have to pay the $20.00 price difference. When I told him that I expected him to honor the certificate, his words were It is what it is and you have to pay it. How very unprofessional to say this and not honor the certificate for the service. If I wanted my car back, I had no choice but to pay the additional money. I will not use this business again nor would I recommend it.The response from the owner indicated that he does not understand or does not want to acknowledge the poor business practice of not honoring the LocalFlavor.com certificate for the service negotiated by LocalFlavor.com. This issue is not about paying the sales tax. I reported this issue to customer service at LocalFlavor.com. They understood the issue and provided a refund for me. Thank you LocalFlavor.com.
Had the Ultimate car wash. Front hub caps filthy & back clean. Windows streaky. The back interior windshield was not cleaned. They did not clean interior compartment well. Smudges everywhere and cup holders were still dirty. I had to wipe down the entire car inside and out after the car was supposedly cleaned. Poor job!
Purchased an Ultimate full service car wash ($30 after taxes) And had to discover myself that the attendant had left my window cracked soaking the entire driver seat. not like the person who drove it out would have been able to tell me that he was wet and when I complained I got hung up on, now thats service.
This is the second time I had brought my car to Newburgh auto spa and the same as last time I got great customer satisfaction. They where able to work around my schedule and get my car cleaned like it was brand new, When I pick up my car. Oscar greatest me right away and asked me took take a look. I was so impressed how well that he did. I really appreciate all the hard work that Oscar has done to clean my car with my busy schedule and mother. Thank you . If you are looking for respectful and flexible auto detail shop. AUTO SPA in Newburgh is the place to be .
Initially I had thought this place was the bees knees, but after going back a couple times Ive change my mind a bit. The prices are pretty high, and the service is quite convenient. But if you want a real good vacuum job done in your car just go down the road where they have free vacuums you can use yourself with your carwash.
Terrible, unprofessional staff who are only out to milk every dollar they can out of you, even if all you really need is an oil change. Dont come here unless you want to be lied to, and persuaded into buying things you dont need. This was only one occasion, which will be my last. On another occasion here, on a simple oil change the staff did not tighten the oil cap enough and led to leaks, and damage to the vehicle. But, they are not responsible.Careless, unprofessional, greedy business.
I get the ultimate wash and the service is very disappointing. I end up going across the street and drying off the car with my own towels. For the price you pay, you should NOT have to do that. You should get a car that is completely dried off! They have 4 or 5 people drying your car with towels and you have to stop and then do more? That is just not right.
I bought the showroom finish on Thursday 08 March 2018 for my 06 Honda Civic EX and I was told that I can come in the next 3 days to have the exact same car wash for $5.00. I went today,Saturday 10 March 2018 and I showed my receipt and the car wash employee. They ran it through the tunnel and the under carriage water spray wash and the Hot liquid wax didnt work. I spoke to the cashier and she had them run it again. At this time I spoke to the car wash employee and told him what happened as well. He informed me that he knows. 5 or 6 cars later he finally had my car run through the tunnel and again the under carriage water spray wash did not come on but the Hot liquid wax did. Note, I observed 2 cars ahead of my car in the tunnel that under carriage water spray worked. I spoke to the cashier and explained the situation again and she spoke to the manager and he asked me if he wanted me to run it a 3rd time but seemed to be upset about the situation and looked at me like I was crazy. I said no I paid my $5.00 and told them I will never come back.In my opinion they lied about what they advertise. I will get in touch with the better business bureau and make a formal complaint as well.
Horrible! Staff is rude and every time I go there the service gets worse! They couldnt locate our keys, refused Military Discount because they didnt ring it up correctly despite us not having yet paid, werent able to tell us if they had done what we had been charged for, did a terrible job with the car wash, talked about us in front of us in Spanish, blamed other staff, then told me that the $25 ultimate car wash doesnt cover wiping the console. Definitely lost us as customers.
First time going to this car wash. Staff was friendly but the wash itself wasnt that satisfying there was still dirty spots in my car . They didnt really dry my car that well either . Was thinking of a membership but now i have to double think it plus the memberships dont fully explain what it covers like the ultimate idk if they do inside as well ?
I took my vehicle for a full detail... for $200 it was not worth it at all! They left wax residue all over! There’s scratches on the vehicle that weren’t there before! The rims are a shiny black but now are spotty and look dull. Never again will I go here. Even when I went to pick up my vehicle they had the matts still on the wall half cleaned.
Not entirely impressed with the quality of the detail, I opted for the Express Combo with the seat shampoo and interior detail. The seats came out great but the interior detail left a lot to be desired. The worst part was that whatever they used to clean my windshield made it impossible to see once the sun went down and headlights hit. Theres a thick film thats really streaky. And even though I read the reviews of people that had similar issues I still decided to give it a chance but I dont think I will be going back. Its a shame because everyone there was nice but the quality of work shows that they rushed through it.
Was quoted 49.99 for express detailing. Got there and it suddenly became 54.99 - then was told they would vacuum and shine entire interior just not wash seats or wax outside of car, got car back, seats were not vacuumed, parts of interior were left untouched and dirty. Pretty unhappy. Save your money.
Worst car wash ever. I paid for a detail, left my car there and came back to get it before going on a trip. While driving to Buffalo I made my first pit stop because whateverthey wipe my windows down with was like an oil, its seemed like they put Armoral on all the windows. My wife then noticed that they were bread crumbs on the backseats, crumbs that werent there when we brought it in. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a better car wash place!
PROS:First time coming in from a flyer I received in the mail. I’ve been to a couple of oil change places and car washes in the area, thus far it has been the best as far as customer service. Got a full synthetic oil change with Edgar and Brandon- and when Edgar pull me in (I worked at a car wash before so I know suggestive selling and how it works), I was expecting the Upselling run around. But he showed me the inspection diagnostics and explained what the test results all mean. In my whole adult life this has been the first place where they show me the diagnostic! He suggested I will need to service my brake and steering fluid soon. No pressure felt there at all. Best believe I will be taking my car here for those maintenance services.There’s free coffee while you wait, in a clean waiting area full of informative stuff. Kudos on your marketing team. Good job.CONSWhy only 4 Stars? Because it’s EXPENSIVE. I never ever paid over $65.00 for my oil change and my bill was $94.50. WTH. I even had 20% off and I was still at $78.The full synthetic starts at $67.95. So there’s the Misc charge of: SERVOF for $7.95 and I know my car needs an extra quart (which is usually $5, and was told it would be $5 extra) but ends up another $9.95 in charges. I understand the extra quart but since my car takes 6.10, I get charged another $5 of the 0.10. Seriously -___- and who knows what SERVOF means for an additional $7.95.All smile from the cleaning lady, and everyone I’ve encountered or had eye contact with was pleasant with either smiles or a greeting. One of the guys even held the door for me as I fumble around with all the stuff in my hand. And the “free” car wash was good. They gave another little discount hanger (again, kudos to marketing) on my rear view mirror.So great job hiring the employees working on Monday night of 1-07-2019Just minus one Star for the high prices and no transparency when it comes to pricing.Did I mention I worked in a car wash in my past life? So I knew what to expect but the crew was phenomenal. If you like a stress free oil change with a car wash and can afford it, then come here. Ive been coming here for a few years but the more I go the more half ass work I see. I paid $27.99 + tax for the show room finish; cup holders werent cleaned at all, water marks left on the interior of the wind shield and interior of my windows and a good portion of the trim was even touched.I think Ill take my business elsewhere;somewhere where I dont get haphazard service.Update 6/29/17:I redeemed the credit the owner gave me and this wash was definitely a lot better than my previous one. Clear windows, vacuumed great, dash and door jams spotless. Much better experience than previous; only room for opportunity is they need people who can drive a clutch well. Heard some grinding and stalled when trying to come out, other than that I was happy.Thank you Chad for rectifying the experience!
Last week the carwash broke, and my car was stuck right beyond entrance. I gave them my deadline, which they ignored. The cashier could not authorize a refund, so the sent me to manager in the carwash bay. They pulled cars up to entrance, so then could not back me out. I was late for work. I get things break, but its how you handle the service from there.When they got the confusing menu sign, went downhill.
I live in The Bronx and purchased a pawn shop in Newburgh. Not being from around here, I was unfamiliar with the area and had been bouncing around trying to find a good car wash for my Cadillac with no luck. These other places are overpriced garbage. Seriously. Luckily I tried Newburgh Auto Spa. I am very, very particular about my cars and usually have them hand washed but I was in a hurry and needed my DTS washed asap so I took their best package with the hot wax added and the car came out amazing for an automated wash! The staff was courteous, helpful and quite frankly, the guys cleaning the car worked like a well oiled nascar pit crew, lol. These guys (and girls) are the nicest, hardest working crew I have ever seen and they make my car look so good that I actually wound up purchasing the top monthly package, which is a steal of a deal, even for a Pawn shop guy like me, lol. Unfortunately they are also taken for granted by many customers. Do yourself and your car a favor and go to this place. You will not be disappointed and if you are as OCD about your cars as I am, get the monthly package, its worth its weight in gold! Dont forget to be nice and tip these workers good they, deserve it. BOYCOTT THIS CARWASH!!!I have been here in the past. If you want a half washed and dried car with poor customer service... this is the place for you.Today I decided to give it another chance and once again I was disappointed. I paid for a deluxe wash that with a tip it came out to $25. In my opinion is too expensive for a Non hand car was. The delux includes a vacuuming service which was not honored. I left garbage on the passenger side floor the be thrown out. When the car was ready I found the garbage on my seat.I called for the manager and expressed my frustration to him and demanded something be done. He asked me to leave the premise and not come back. I was very upset to have spent my money and receive that kind of treatment.MY KIND IS NOT WELCOMED AT THIS CARWASH!!!
Super clean affordable car wash. Many different options. Super friendly staff that HUSTLES. These people WORK!! So be sure and leave a nice tip for them in the tip box outside. Dont be a cheapskate. This is not one of those sit in your car and go through the car wash kind of washes. You get out go inside and watch as your car goes through the wash to get clean. It comes out they hand dry the car and clean the inside for you. 3 or 4 people at a time. We get the more exspensive package with full custom detail and man. Our car is super clean. I mean every inch of it. They wash your mats spray every dust particle out of the car clean the leather and the dash and vaccum. The car is Shiny smells great just like new. Definetly our go to car wash. There is a place you can sit inside while your car is being detailed. They have clean bathrooms and some vending options if you have the munchies. We were in there for 25 minutes tops and the place was pumpin. Must try...dont be a cheapskate tip those guys because they work their asses off. Happy customers here!! 😁
William really helped us on our way home from vacation. Our friends tire EXPLODED and We are from Maryland and needed to be home Sunday night and it was 3 minutes to 4pm on a Sunday and they closed at 4.We felt really stressed and really doomed. But William not only saved us time but also money so we didn’t have to get a hotel.He worked late to make it happen and really saved the day. They really came to the rescue and went above and beyond to help us get where we needed to be. And the thing is, he didn’t have to do that. This man has great Character!Call and ask for William!
Only brought my car once so far . But the guys r very friendly. Did as actually what they said they were going to do within the time I was told . Inside rest room very clean the whole place was very clean . Good selection of automotive air freshener and odds in for your car or truck .
They are thieves! Ive had my GPS stolen by them. It was in my center console before I went in there, and my wife saw me put it in there. When I got home, it wasnt there. They are lazy, and my vehicle is never really clean. Windows always have soap on them, and front window is always streaked. The GPS is the issue. They are thieves. Police report will be filed.
So lets start off by saying, my car was an absolute mess. I went there only expecting an exterior wash and they vacuumed the interior. Which for most wouldnt be a big thing but my car was a complete pig sty. The was was the typical automatic car wash type but they towel dried it and cleaned the dash as well. So, needless to say, the car wash itself was great.The reason I gave them 1 star is because of this next part. I went to the cashier, who looked like she was falling asleep as shes trying to talk to me. She must have been stoned out of her mind or something. I said to her, I have never been here before. How do I know when my car is done? Does someone come in and tell me? Well sir, She snorted You just have to pay attention because they dont come in and get you. I said, Oh, alright. I guess Ill wait outside then. I then said, Do I leave a tip with the people outside or is there somewhere I can leave it? she said Yes, theres a metal box outside that you can leave your tip in. I said thanks and turned to leave, she then said, You could tip me too. Excuse me? I said, flabbergasted that shed say something like that. Yes, you can tip me as well. I get tips as well. I didnt know what to do at this point so I said. If I tip you does it go to the guys who actually cleaned my car? No, that tip goes outside. she said without hesitation. So instead of leaving 5$ to the people who actually cleaned my car, I gave 2$ to the lazy receptionist and 3$ to the guys outside. I will NEVER go back to this place, that was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The people who do the work deserve the tip, the lazy receptionist who cant even manage to get up and see if my car was finished, deserves to be let go.
Chad and his employees provided top-notch service and provided tips to help me save time and money. My car left the spa with a shine and shimmer that it hasnt displayed in years. I absolutely recommend Newburgh Auto Spa for encourage you to visit for an affordable and speedy oil change and wonderful auto bath!
I’ve been coming here for awhile now. I will not be returning cleaning the interior use to be done very well now it’s not paid $30 for half of a job didn’t even clean my cup holders nor my dashboard at all... what’s the point if I still have to go home and re-clean the inside of my car... total waster
Went there on 5/21/15 at about 3:00 p.m. for the Full Service Wash. I knew right away that they did not do a good job because when I got in my car there was dirt on the inside of the car door. Didnt have time to check the whole car as I now live in Hyde Park, NY, and I had to hurry to an appointment. I did check after that and the inside of the car didnt even look like they touched it at all. Very poor job!! I called them to complain and I was told that if I came back they would fix it. Well this is the second time this has happened to me and I will no longer be a customer or will I ever recommend them. And if they keep doing this to their customers their long line will dwindle down to nothing. It seems to me you are just a number there. Its all about the money!!!
Went here for the first time yesterday and will never go back. First, the lady at the desk couldnt figure out my total, BUT IT WAS RIGHT THERE ON THE RECEIPT. I told her to just keep whatever change she owed me because I didnt have time for her to just stare blindly at her computer. Theres more... I go outside after I pay, and i find one of the employees stalling my car repeatedly. So its clear they dont have anybody who can drive stick, but instead they have employees who just try anyway. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE A STANDARD VEHICLE!!
I have gone out to 7 On Your Side to ask for their help in havingThe Newburgh Auto Spa do the right thing and repair the damage caused to my vehicle on April 13th during service at the facility. After nearly a month of talking with managers to have the problem resolved, the auto spa is unwilling to accept responsibility for this damage. The damage is to the front grill (the moulding), a portion of which was ripped from the car during service presumably by the force and impact of the brushing system. The Newburgh Auto Spa has refused to take responsibility for this loss; their position: The car was like that when it came in. But that is untrue. The current owner of the business said to me just yesterday (5/9/16) that, It doesnt matter to me a reply that added insult to injury.On April 28th (prior to new business ownership of the car spa), I received a call from the service manager (Oscar) who told me they would order the part ($160), put it on my car and we would resolve the cost through my taking additional services and splitting the labor. The following week when I called to bring the car in, I was told that the manager does not want to honor this representation. I was told by Oscar to do whatever I needed to do because the company has done this to not only my car, but to TWO OTHER car owners. This is remarkable. It is outrageous, in fact and should not be tolerated by any consumer. I have been in touch with Hudson Valley Volvo, where I recently purchased the car, to see how they can help. They are willing to supply the part at cost. However, the auto spa still refused. Good for me that I have pictures of my car’s condition when it was in for service several weeks prior to this incident. Dont take your car to The Newburgh Auto Spa unless you are prepared for an all-out war should an incident occur with your vehicle!Fact is, my car was in perfectly good condition when it went in for service but when it came out, was no longer in good condition. I am confident it was damaged by the car wash machines.
Time and time again I try this car wash under new ownerships and it’s always terrible, I brought my car in for a showroom finish full car wash $30.00 that included air dusting door jams and cup holders... my car went threw and terrible job once again under new ownership! Cup holders were still dusty and also car was not fully dried and for some reason they do not dry off tires before putting on tire shine, why waste your money getting tire shine when they don’t dry off the tires it does not stay and whatever is on there will spin off and get all over the side of your car... I will never go here again and I suggest using a different car wash, no wonder why this place changes ownership so much!!
They dont clean cars well, after my last visit I found an empty container of wipe clothes in the back seat. I called the manager and said they dont use those and he doesnt know how got there, he careless about customer service, but for sure I wont be back again either my family.
Went there for oil change a couple of times, first time was good,but the last time I went the around September for another oil change they didnt cover my brake fluid master cylinder and now I have to buy the cap because of someones carelessness,and when I call to explain that the hood has never been opened since the oil change to the date that I discovered it which is a month and a few days later,they say they are not responsible for it.
Went there a week ago, left with brake dust still on the wheels. Did not drive that car for a week, and went back today and pointed it out to the manager. He instructed staff to make sure they got it all. They DID NOT and when I pointed it out at the end they would not wipe the wheels down.Wont go back.
THEY FORGOT TO USE WATER! Im joking, of course, but they never prewashed my car at the beginning of the wash sequence and my car came out dirty. Tried to get it rewashed but the supervisor didnt agree. For a $30 car wash I guess I was expecting more. Poor wash, poor customer service - they lost my business.
Wish i could give no stars! I cancelled my monthly service in June and it is now September and they are still charging me! Chad , the owner refuses to give a refund! I have contacted the fraud department of mt CC and they are disputing it but Chad thinks its funny! AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE!

THE CAR CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL BUT DUE TO THE WAY I SEEN THIS NEW MANAGER HANDLE SITUTATION WITH HIS EMPLOYEES I WILL NO LONGER BE SHOWING NEWBURGH AUTO SPA MY MONEY. THE YOUNG CASHIER LISA WAS VERY PLEASENT , ALWAYS SEES ME COMING AND HAS MY LOTTERY TICKETS READY. RUSS IN THE LUBE GIVES THE BEST ADVICE FOR MY SUV OIL CHANGES, THEY ALWAYS MAKES SURE MY CAR IS UP TO DATE WITH FILTERS,WIPERS,AND TIRE ROTATION. everyone else is pleasant. but i will NOT be going to NEWBURGH AUTO spa because of the new manager.

2022-05-17This was my go to car wash for years but Ive noticed over past few months that you dont get what you pay for. They just get cars through the wash like they are a herd of cattle. They could care less about any attention to detail when wiping down both the interior and exterior.Unfortunately the more your spend on a wash package the less you get because they do not treat your car any differently. Hate to say it but its time move on.

2022-06-27Check before you leave to make sure everything is done correctly! I happen to look at my backseat cup holders and they weren’t cleaned when i looked on my doors, those weren’t either. I brought it to the attention of one of the guys who was wiping down the car he quickly tried to take care of it but the line started to back up so he had to stop and attend to the other cars. I ended up driving away and looked at my front seat that had not been vacuumed nor wiped down. My other seats hadn’t been touched neither. I blame the front staff as they should slow down and do their job correctly because the guys at the end should not have to do everything. The customer should not have to supervise the entire service. Sadly Total waste of my money

2022-04-15Shady business practices!...gifted full service detail certificate via local flavor. Gift recipient called to schedule appointment and was told since you have SUV it would be additional charge of $20. Upon the arrival of the scheduled detail, gift recipient was told by a different person it would be an additional charge of $40 and that the local flavor coupon only covered a portion of the detail however the certificate reads for complete interior and exterior detail. Manager came over after waiting 15 minutes and he said it would be $60 due to the size of the vehicle which is a cross over type vehicle . He was extremely rude and was speaking in circles and claimed that nobody over the phone would give prices which obviously is not the case. He then got extremely flustered when he couldnt explain the up charges and certificate at which point he handed back the certificate and said we arent gonna do your car now and you can dispute the charge with local flavor and walked away. About an hour later a woman called and asked if the gift recipient was coming in for the scheduled detail. Obviously no communication. Save your money and head ache and go to a reputable auto detailer who appreciates their customers. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

2022-02-12Today was my first time visiting this place and the service was horrible. I paid for the showroom package. They did a rush job. They threw my car mats around., put them back in the car wet. There is water spots all over my car. Did not do a goid job vacumming at all. The guy was very rude when i expressed mt concerns. I am an active duty Soldier that just wanted goid service. It did not help that i was a female because he thought i didnt know the difference between vacuuming and wiping out a car. I will never go back there.

2022-04-15I Received a Gift certificate(local flavor certificate) for my birthday for Newburgh Auto Spa, It was for a full interior/exterior detail certificate. I made the appt on Monday, the girl said because I had a SUV it was gonna be an additional $10, I wasn’t happy,But I said ok. Went this morning guys came out and looked at my car, which wasn’t bad inside at all, normal dirt on the floor, alittle dust on the windshield, no stains on the seats! The guys said it would be An additional $30 because it’s an SUV, and the certificate is for a normal size small car…. I tried to explain my convo with the receptionist girl the other morning, they got the manager. He came out ready to fight… Tells me his girls would never give a amount over the phone, they know better. I told him that this was a gift, I do not have a large vehicle it’s not a van or anything… he said “well you have a small suv, it’s gonna be an additional $50-$60” So now I got 3 different amounts…. I said this is absolutely insane!!!!! He than said “You know what we’re not gonna be dealing with you today, contact Local Flavor and get a refund!” I said “This is a gift, I called I spoke to one of your girls the other day, how can you all have different amounts? The certificate says full interior/exterior detail!” He walked away!!!!!! I was so angry I drove right to Minute Carwash…. Who are the only people getting my business now!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM Newburgh Auto Spa!!!!!! The are crooked thieves!!!!!!! *Also with the certificate it doesn’t include the tax, so I would have to pay the tax also*

2022-04-15Thieves!! So I have been here several times with my own car . I took my daughters car to be vacuumed.I got the deluxe.I placed her apple ear pods (which were in her dash ) in the center console for safety.After returning my daughter’s car she thanked me and asked for her EarPods … I told her I placed them in center console.GONE !!I hate thieves !! I detest them !I tip on average 10$ with service it’s not much but cmon !and THIS is how I’m treated!Don’t bother taking your car to this place!Disgusting! 100$ to replace these EarPods !Makes me hate peopleHonestly

2022-06-25Was a great place at one time not no more they use to pay attention to detail. Now they just dont care now in and out still lookes like u need the interior vacuumed widows cleaned you sure dont get what pay for that for sure sad

2022-06-28If you say you are open until a certain time, people expect to be able to get service until that time. Shutting down a half hour or an hour early means that people who made plans get screwed over. Maybe if you say, open until 6, at 5:45 you should be letting people in.
