The absolute worst medical office Ive ever been to. The wait, even with the appointment, was absurd both times Ive gone here. HORRIBLE!The receptionists at the front desk are rude. The doctors are inexperienced, one of which was very judgmental and made me quite uncomfortable.There was even an old miserable manager who kicked out a PATIENT who had a service dog with them! This place just screams HELL ON EARTH!!!!
The medical staff is excellent and always helpful with a wide variety to different medical needs. What I will say sometimes I think they are ok very booked you can expect to spend some time here.
Every experience here has been pleasent.
First time going and it was terrible! Wait time was unacceptable, waited almost 2hrs to be seen. First and Last time, No thanks.

Should not appear when urgent care is typed into Google. Provides urgent care only to hospital outpatients.
No more Good Doctors...waiting time is too long...

2022-07-06It has been three years since I have seen my own doctor from this office. Why?Simply because they make it extremely impossible for you to see a doctor, especially a day that would best serve youMind you, this place has a lot of doctorsAnd now you are telling me the latest appointment is 1pm?That is extremely ridiculous. CHANGE PROVIDOR. I know I did and I have been happy sinceYou’re getting money out of my insurance just to come and have one of your doctors check me out?Then I will take my business else where since this establishment does not care for its patients and has a mentality that the patients do not work a 9-5 hour shift from Monday to FridayThey should realize we live in NY

2022-06-11I have been calling since May 12th 2022 to schedule an appointment to return to Ahmed Gemei MD, the people either refuse to schedule my appointment and hung up on me or they simply don’t answer the phone and when they do they hang up on me once I start giving my information again. I have UC that needs constant attention after being diagnosed in their emergency room. An emergency room that I had to go twice too bc the first time they said nothing was wrong even though I was in pain. Very negligent at all offices. To get things done you have to fight and argue back with doctors to do more tests. They also refused to send patient advocate which is so disgusting of them. I need to get my UC checked and this doctor is the only one who has handled me very well compared to others and now I can’t even schedule an appointment due to this offices other staff. And he said on April they will contact me and never did and now I’m struggling to contact them. This is ridiculous, I’m all out of my medicine and need a damn appointment! I have Ulcerative Colitis and now I’m getting flare ups again.

2022-01-11The emergency room that truly does not care and uses the pandemic as an excuse (excluding pediatrics) I went in at 4am cried 3 times and left at 8:30 not seen or called on the waiting area only had two others when I got there. They called one almost every two hours. Its like they want you to leave the seating are uncomfortable and hard and the wait is outrageous. I have had two other experiences as well before the pandemic where I left as well from being in pain from the long wait. Youd think Id learned my lesson but being that it was 4am I gave it a chance and had high hopes when the waiting room was almost empty. This time though one of the 5 receptionist that changed shift during the time I was there said good luck at another hospital during the pandemic when I let them know I couldnt take it anymore and Id have to leave to Mount Sinai because they always see me there quickly. You can see them all walking back and forth socializing while youre there as well... And not looking concerned at all about pateints.

2020-08-31Every experience here has been pleasent. The women who does check-in at the door and draws blood is very nice and knows what she is doing. I am happy with Dr. Renuka Shetty Das she is thorough and suffient and has went over any health concerns in a timely matter. Continue to be professional and thorough!!!! Thank you

2021-11-05They DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE! IVE BEEN CALLING ABOUT A MISTAKE THEY MADE ON MY REFERRA FOR WEEKS NOW. After spam calling for about an hour some guy picks up and says “yeah phone is very busy next time press 5”

2016-09-09The wait time is minimal you have quick access to seeing a physician the downside is that you do have training doctors. So sometimes you wont see the same doctor after a few months. The staff is courteous and they do answer the phones and just dont let it ring. And I prefer New York Hospital training over any other Hospital in New York. My preference of choice is New York Hospital in Manhattan who which I have been involved with over 55 years but in the convenience of time and location the clinic isnt a bad alternative choice.

2016-08-23DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible place to receive care! I have an issue just about every time I visit. First the place is overcrowded and extremely understaffed. Receptionists arent very professional or friendly. When I first started coming here, they had doctors working that had very little experience. My PCP had to recheck my vitals because the inexperienced doctor they assigned me to did it wrong! He didnt even ask my family history! I stopped going to this place for years and when I decided to come back (Thinking it would be better being that it had the New York Presbyterian name) it had actually gotten worse. The doctor they assigned me to had written a prescription for me, but forgot to include the dosage so I wasted my time and couldnt get it filled. I had to go back the next day to get it corrected and when I went back I had also asked for some supplies to be included in the prescription. When I went to pick up the prescription and the supplies, I was told that the doctor had forgotten to put in the prescription for the supplies! It is safe to say that I am done with this place for good. If a doctor cannot perform a task as important as writing a correct prescription, then you shouldnt put your life in their hands!

2018-03-17This is why I LEFT THAT CLINIC. A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO. Shame. It USED TO BE a VERY GOOD QUALITY clinic when I went there well over fifteen years ago. Dr Daas is wonderful. However, there were changes in management and it went to pot. While change can be positive, these werent positive. They were quite the opposite. Im a mature woman with many chronic conditions then and now. I require quality care. From front desk (a very important first step, by the way), to seeing the physician. It all got ruined here years ago and as I see from the current reviews, things have NOT changed. I HAD found another clinic, even closer to where I had lived. A wonderful primary physician, who I had LOVED. She was such a wonderful physician. So, I guess, it was a good thing, overall, losing this mess of a clinic. Fast forward several years...retirement...I have moved with my hubby. Best to all☺
