Poor service. I asked where something was and the owner told the employee to give me their most expensive brand in Spanish. My girlfriend who speaks Spanish was there and told me what they were saying.

2020-03-05Unfortunately my experience with this establishment was not great. The products I bought were old and expired (KILZ and Metallic Spray Paint) and when I attempted to return the spray paint for a fresh can, I was accosted and treated horribly for trying to return the item. I explained thoroughly the issue and was told because I attempted to use the spray paint they couldn’t return it. Please, logical reader, explain to me how I am to know a can of spray paint is bad without spraying it? Local residents trying to support local Business should not be treated in this manner. I am a kind, respectful individual and would NEVER return something unless it was subpar. The treatment I received was uncalled for and customers should be aware to check all products before leaving the establishment.

2018-10-31Im just an apartment renter who does minor repairs as needed and stop by this shop for quick questions and they are very helpful and recommends the right item for me without trying to overcharge me. I have visited this shop over a dozen times in last couple of years and I am always very satisfied.

2017-11-18The variety of products in the store and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly ... I go to them for all my hardware needs ... The lock smith that they affiliate themselves with is not the best but he is an independent contractor and this has nothing to do with the products in the store and the staff...
