Their 1808 whiskey is a must try!
Had a very nice tour and enjoyed the tasting. You wont find a better small batch distillery in New York state.

2018-07-06This was a great surprise drive-by discovery which turned into a fantastic tasting experience. Such a great range for such a short time in operation and really interested to see how it evolves with a few more years. The corn whiskey bourbon and cinnamon liquors are outstanding - even after such a short time.

2021-04-18Wow, what a hidden gem this place is! I was skeptical when we pulled in (very small and nondescript building) but never judge a book by its cover. Our group decided this was our favorite stop on our wine tasting tour. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed getting to know him and his operation. We definitely did a little damage here (all of his spirits are *fantastic *). We loved the honey liqueur and orange version of limoncello. Do not miss stopping here!! Youll be so happy you did.

2020-09-20Amazing. Hands down one of the best distilleries Ive visited. Everything was very smooth and had some fantastic and unique flavors - rare to find both at one place. I plan to stop here again just for one of their mixed drinks. Owner was very personable - enjoyed every minute of it.

2017-10-04A good friend brought a bottle of their bourbon whiskey this last weekend and I have to say it was an excellent and smooth drink experience. The taste is very flavorful and the texture was smooth as silk. An excellent bourbon whiskey. I will be buying more and I am anxious to try their corn whiskey too.

2019-03-20I had their corn whiskey 88 proof. Very good very smooth, a bit pricey but i guess you get what you pay for, a quality whiskey. I haven’t had any of their other drinks but I am curious to see how good they are, probably just as good.

2021-03-05I havent visited yet but I bought a bottle of 1808 Gold Bourbon in Niagara Falls and it is excellent! Cant wait to see the place that made it!

2016-01-02Full disclosure. I am one of the owners. Please comment if you have been to the distillery. We have had a lot of great comments about our authentic corn whiskey and our gin. We would love to hear from you if you received a bottle as a gift, lots of people gave them as gifts this year or at least said they were giving the bottle to friends and family!

2017-08-20The Sinferno Gin is FABULOUS! Smooth, cinnamony flavor with a pinch of sugar...if you like Fireball...you will LOVE this! Owners are terrific, too 😊
