Water after allThe attractions are expensive on par with very poorly organized. We arrived on a Friday at noon and we could not do anything because the closing time of all these was very soon, who would have thought that everything would be closed at 6 oclock. Otherwise it is a beautiful landscape.

2022-06-08BUILDING CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION-As of 6-8-2022 this building and the Niagra Adventure Theater are closed for construction. The pictures of the new area and building they are creating look nice on the construction info boards posted outside the construction site. I gave it 5 stars as I couldnt technically and fairly rate it.

2019-03-19The view is monumental, the scenery is breath taking. It is a must see place. I visited twice this year, on January and March. It was snowy and very cold in January. The weather was acceptable in March and the view was gorgeous. A lot of squirrels, some black ones. Parking was almost empty in January and March. Only the restrooms are open, neither stores nor restaurants in January and March. Town looks deserted during off-season.

2019-07-13Amazing place for a vacation. Our whole family enjoyed the vacation here. The park grounds were very clean and the amenities clean. Commendable job from the administrator and the commercial vendors in maintaining the place despite the huge number of visitors. Parking and bus rides are very convenient. Needless to say that Niagara is breathtaking.

2021-08-11This visitor center has a lot of information about the Niagara Falls but also of the surrounding areas. The bathrooms are a little dirty but I would consider them pretty clean considering how many people must use them. I do wish the gift shop had either more choices or different choices, I wasnt really a fan of the things they sold, but they do have touristy things for those interested.

2020-09-05No admission into park, vehicle parking can be costly 20 to 30 dollars per day. Beautiful paved trail on the American side with many spots for up close photos of the falls. I have rode the maid of the mist and it is worth it!

2017-12-13The Admin dept. is very good at keeping the grounds very neat and clean. They are an expert when it comes to preservation and maintenance. Plus, they have done an excellent job in designing the traffic patterns that allows easy access to sights and events.
