Be aware of this company they are scammer they take my money and didnt send my parcel yet. I contact them they always say wait for few days. its already 2 months past still I didnt get satisfied answer. whenever i contact them there answer always be wait patiently we are trying
Decently stocked. Has quite a few gems and great deals. 2 floor store and is well kept. But I can not say the same for the staff. They play around a lot and are always talking loudly. I had to sear the store for an employee just to open the fitting room because the room was empty, with nobody to take care of it.
Great big store, they have great deals. I visit a lot of shoe stores searching for good deals but I always end up buying shoes to the rest of the family on this store. The funny thing is that I was referred to this store by another Nike store employee when searching for specific shoes they didnt have on stock.
Some of the staff (athletes) are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, some barely do the minimum. Its hit or miss.Ive been disappointed lately to see a number of the staff wearing their masks below their nose or on their chin while singing and shouting across the floor. There was also no mask enforcement of multiple customers who wore chin masks while browsing through the store, passing inches away from other customers.
According to some Nike staff for good deal you need to go to a Nike Community Store. Reviews here raved about amazing deals. I have experienced this in New Orleans. Unfortunately, this location does not have an older collection and therefore there are no deals. The prices are like any Nike Outlet. It was a waste of time to come hear. Clean store, friendly staff.
Great spot for some really good deals. You can find a lot of highly sought after shoes and clothing here for much less than they would be at launch so if you don’t mind waiting a bit to see if they end up here it’s easily worth holding off for a couple months. Staff is friendly and always willing to help and everything is sectioned nicely to avoid over crowding while browsing. Changing rooms and bathrooms available and they often have extra deals on top of the prices so grab the Nike app as well to keep an eye on those.
The store definitely has a lot of sales but I wish they more of selection of newer footwear. However, you can definitely save a lot of money in this store if you take the time to look. With that said, the customer service is terrible. No one really helps you or barely says hello. Ive been to this store a few times and its a hit or miss. I go for the convenience of the location more than the experience.
Not sure if this store has changed dont know but it doesnt seem like they have much. Cant put my finger on the marketing term, Will just say the location seems lack luster.. The location in qns near the 7 line the outlet/factory store seems more lively and energetic. Granted they serve far more customers, I guess its just the energy level
Very bad service. Victoria hung up on me while I was finishing my sentence, What kind of customer service can I expect in store If I experience this over the phone. I called again and the manager was kind off mocking me when I asked what sizes of a specific shoe was a available. Mike however was very helpful gave me the style code over the phone. Overall dont recommend this store
This store has a good selection. Shoes are hit or miss but Ive found some great pairs of shoes. Im a regular customer. Mens selection for clothes is way better than women and children. Children shoe selection is very limited. Checkout is efficient. Staff can be helpful. Worth checking out if you need Nike shoes or clothes at a discounted price but its a hit or miss
Hidden gem. Ive always passed this store but never ventured in because it just doesnt appeal to me. Boy was I wrong for not going in there. It has an outlet layout and very spacious! Shoes and clothing in lots of styles, very reasonably priced and a big bonus for me CUSTOMER SERVICE worth everything! Thanks Nike!
They had some good options. I wish they had more size 10 options but hey I know its a popular size lol. I ended up buying something because I didnt want to travel that far nothing. Most shirts 16.99 They did have the 2 for 25 table tho. I saw some nice foams for 129 but I wasnt ready lol
Great Store! They have an Easy and innovative ways to purchase items where you dont have to stand on line. And believe it or not, they actually have items that are inexpensive. The employees are great. One time I went, and one of the employees offered me a family and friends discount. That made my da.
I love the decor, the warehouse loft style with exposed brick, ducts and still some beams left over from the prior building. The associated are friendly and helpful. The clothing selection is good, better in the mens department than womens. Their prices are not entirely the same as the store in Deer Park, NY. Some of their items are priced higher than the Deer Park store. Otherwise, the store was bright and clean and I enjoyed the experience. By the way, both stores are outlet factory.
Its a great place to find shoes or a new workout out fit. Everything is reasonably priced for a high quality Nike standard. The employees are super friendly and are a pleasure to talk to and are very knowledgeable of the products Nike produces; even the ones not in store. My only concern is the selection of shoes, they have specific color schemes that are a little too unique for my taste. For this reason I would have given it 4 stars but I know that with factory stores its out of their control as to what they get from the main stock houses. Overall, always a pleasure to visit.
Excellent store. Everything is so cheap and of high quality. I bought 4 pairs of shoes for under a 100 dollars. You can barely find any shoe for under a 100 dollars in Manhattan. Another superb thing about this store is the direct 1 train that comes here. Theres no need for any uber or taxi to get to this store, just use the metro. Staff were professional and helped me as much as possible. Planning to come here again.
Dont like this store at all. Had very bad experience with them. Extremely racist, and tried to rip you off by cancelling the discount right before you check out. Well nothing to do with Nike brand, its about the people who work there, actually its the manager. I think like Nike this kind of big company should really seriously consider who they should nominate as a manager. If it goes wrong, that just loses companys face. Shame on her. Never ever go there again.
An absolute waste of time, belongs in The Good Place. If you dont catch that reference just know that this store looks, smells and feels like a Nike store but instead of walking out with some fresh gear, youll walk out empty handed or not quite with what you wanted. Its a very frustrating experience and as a matter of fact I went on a day when there was an additional 30% discount on your entire purchase and I must have walked up and down the different aisles three times just coaxing myself to find something, anything and still couldnt. The selection is simply too poor and if by chance something catches your fancy, then youll need to be twice lucky and hope they have your size.Seriously just save yourself the trouble and go to a real Nike store, youll leave happier and not that much poorer.
Great customer service. I bought a sneaker for my son online and it was small so I brought it to the Brooklyn store and they returned the shoes and ordered another pair in a bigger size. The gentleman (unfortunately I cant remember his name) who helped us made the transaction so smooth and efficient. Thumbs up to that store.
I have a unique desire for all things black. My attire needs to be all black from top to bottom. I went in with a friend to purchase a pair of shoes and they initially didnt have all black. I was chagrined yet to my delight one of the workers went on a diligent journey through the labyrinth of shoe boxes and came victorious with the shoes that are presently enveloping my feet. Thank you so much. It is good to see that certain retail institutions hire people with great customer service skills.
You should fire the manager that was on the first cash to your left on Sunday June 10 last customer. My wife is pregnant and she refused to assist in a emergency situation when she needed the bathroom and was in pain and even disgusted other employees by her decision. I will do a follow up with corporate . Next time be nice to the customers especially if they’re pregnant
Love the store. The employees there were nice and helpful. They werent judgemental on the way I looked there at all with myself wearing sweatpants and a hoodie. They answered all of my questions and the place was clean and spotless. Bought some items and the cashier was friendly and courteous. I will shop there again. Thanks Nike Factory.
I dont know how this store has good reviews maybe because the womens and kids floor is decent and just slightly decent at that. The selection is horrible, very limited and the discounts are definitely not worth a trip. Maybe if you live in the area and are bored you should go just to say you went. Only reason Im writing this review is with the long shot of hope that someone at Nike will see this and step up the inventory. I mean this is NYC, Ive seen better selection in other states, hows that possible? Definitely a waste of my time
I think its really nice to have a NIKE Store in Brooklyn & not have to trek into Manhattan... i found out recently that they dont carry the latest foot wear, which is find by me, but what they do have are really great prices on all their apparel.i once brought sneaks online & though i got my size, they did not fit right all. never again. i enjoy going to Nike for new footwear where i can admire, feel, & most importantly, try them on before buying.this store is very well located in an area of Brooklyn where everyone who loves the Swoosh, can commute to & enjoy all that they have...
I will start by saying for Brooklyn there is amazing parking, they also have a bathroom!! I got a spot right out front. This is one of the best Nike Factory Stores I have ever been to, the merchandise is only a half season behind and some items are even current. They have awesome prices and deals on Tee Shirts like2 for $25.Tonya, was one of the girls who helped me and she was very friendly and knowledgable and took the time to speak with me.I will be back and I recommend this store to anyone thinking of coming to check it out!
I literally spent 45 mins walking around the store gathering my items. Their website says they accept Apple Pay, but to my dismay after ringing up my items and the cashier put through my transaction, then he says to me...”We don’t accept any type of mobile payments.” Really!!!! But my transaction went through and I had to have him cancel it because the payment came out of my account. When asked why they don’t accept that form of payment, he said because of the area and high fraud. Lol...stay woke folks. They come into our communities and already have an interpretation of us. Sorry Nike, it will be stripes over checks for me.
I went to the store today Spend 700 dollars on New Years gifts. When I got home I realized I was one hoodie short for a family member. Called the store and asked what time they closed the repressive at the store said 6. I live about 45 min away from the store and rushed there. Got to the store 20 min earlier and the security guard would not let me and my husband in said they made a decision to close early. I told him that all I need is one hoodie and I know exactly where it is but he still did not let us in.
I went there last week and i bought a pair of running shoes for $30 from the quantity shelves.I went again yesterday to buy another pair and the price went up to $50. I made a 36 minute travel for nothing. I also asked for the price of one of the shoes they place on the sale wall where they rip off the tops. it didnt have a mark down sticker, it only had the nike retail price and I was told that that was the price(the retail one) It may have been true, but found it odd since there were several other different shoes that were on that wall, where they had about 5 or more sizes of the same style, some had mark down sticker and others did not. Anyways, i wonder why they were retail priced, if its supposed to be an outlet style store. It was my first time there so Im not sure if they do in fact sell retail price shoes. Not sure if i will be returning.
Kiwi view: great place. Two floors of great variety and good prices. Some genuine savings here compared to other places to get Nike stuff. They have s good range of new stuff (some discounted a little bit) and a good range of slightly older stuff (limited sizes). Its a bit off the beaten track, not in a mall or high street full of shops, but only a short walk from the subway. Has rest rooms and bubbler for water refills. Great kids section upstairs.
Me and my girlfriend went shopping, an Plain clothes LP just stood behind us while shopping looking real obvious that he watching. We return downstairs and the employees are running laps around the shoe section watching us. Extremely uncomfortable they bearly had anything nice my size. The cashier was nice after I told her what her co-workers was doing to us.
Great Nike experience for me. Being a really huge sneaker head in that I own the largest Michael Jordan Museum! I saw lots of great prices in the Nike factory and the selection of sneakers blew me away I had to cop a couple pairs! I speaks return to see the latest arrivals!
Bad business , “1” If your gonna open a business in a black community expect black shoppers , once you step in the first thing all the employees and security guard is doing is profiling you instead of saying hello its annoying , stop hiring people that act tuff and strong headed at work it defeats the whole purpose of business, Don’t open businesses In the black community if you feel every black male that walks through your door can be a potential thief it’s annoying now , it’s like I was rob and profiled , Don’t shop here I highly recommend “ Sky view mall Nike clearance store “ more peaceful and good vibes
The Nike factory was a satisfactory experience my family and I did find some great deals on some clothing in the store just a tip look at the clothes before you buys them cause when I say they got good prices THEY GOT GOOD PRICES😂😂 Although the people are also really kind.
2 stars Because. I bought sneakers on Nike website Receipt says items can be returned at any Nike store. However at this store I was told I could not get a cash refund b/c I used PayPal. so I would have to mail the sneakers back, probably thought that would be an inconvenience..or I could exchange for something in the store..quite sure thats what they wanted.

2022-04-28I wanted a few pair of sneakers and being a big fan of Models they had closed their stores I thought of buying shoes online is not appealing to me as I wear a size 9 or 9 and a half depending on the cut so I prefer to go try it on right there. Not knowing where to go as Models was right in the neighborhood I felt strange so my friend told me there was a Nike store on Nostrand near target parking entrance I took a chance and went the staff are friendly and willing to help you, they also give you a little breathing space not walking up and down behind you like your going to steal things I really like that comfortable feeling when am shopping but they are still close if I need them. Shoes and clothing are neatly displayed along with available sizes. I did Check online and saw one but they did not have that particular one but I still ended up getting 3 pairs of sneakers for less than $204.00 including a 15 % discount when you download their app. Which being a shopper that watches wallet that was a good price considering they will be used for at least 5 years each. Thank you Chris for helping me with app I appreciate you helping me be able to get that discount.

2021-12-17They had a FULL SZ RUN of Shadow 1s a few years back, including Kids..Other than that overpriced and all the employees get first dibs at good stuff.. youll find leftover scraps here..Parking is terrible in this neighborhood. You get hungry browsing the aisles of this outlet store... makes you wanna go to Applebees across the street.

2021-07-03Great location in da Bush. Lovely layout, good sales, great staff. Sometimes, there have been lines to get in, sometimes they close earlier than posted times. Security, although polite, can be a little intense.

2022-03-30Very nice clean store. With some very handsome workers, that are very knowledgeable about their job and they are very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely be going back soon.

2022-05-08Helpful staff. Store is clean on the inside but they should do a better job at maintaining the exterior of the store. Also decorate windows. Overall this is a much better store than the Gateway location.

2022-07-05This was my 1st time stopping in after passing this location many times. Upon entering it is pretty large and everything appeared very neat and in order. An associate did ask if they could help me but I was just browsing. First floor is Mens sneakers and clothing. They have a wide semi-glass staircase leading to the 2nd floor. There is also an elevator and restrooms at the back of the store. The second floor is womens and kids, also clean with decent selections. The store had quite a few people in it but didnt feel overcrowded. I would up finding a pair of Bordeaux Huraches I wanted that happened to be on clearance and I used my Nike Pass so the price was great. The line for checkout was long (it was closing time) but moved pretty swiftly.I would definitely suggest stopping in and finding a good deal.
