Justin B was so helpful today. Attentive, checked multiples resources for my size and held my items while I checked merchandise in other floors. This 5th Ave store is beautiful, almost reminds me of being in an Apple store. The aesthetic and clean and bright and welcoming. I didn’t find a lot of kicks for my wife foot but the men in my life are happy with theirs.
Prices here are ridiculous. Unlike every other store on the planet, they don’t offer any sales, so you have to pay $200 for a thin sheet of fabric and rubber. They don’t have a good selection of sizes and the biggest sizes they have for men in the shoes I tried are 9 or 11.5.There are not enough employees so it takes a long time to be able to ask anyone for a size.Do not recommend.
I am a disabled customer who visited this location with my mobile device I waited online but to my surprise their was a second line so I went to the security who then went to the supervisor and I could see him through the glass and he said no excuse I had to join the second line. This situation is not an excuse, at the very least use some discretion
Was simply minding my business, store was empty. I wanted to see all floors to see if there was something i’d like. As I was walking to the bottom floor, unaware it was only kids, an employee yelled at me because I was about to turn around. Keep in mind there was no one there, I didn’t want to go on the kids floor, and I was not bothering anyone. No need for an Employee, who is supposed to be helpful and kind, to ruin my experience here. It is sad to see the company ruined from a poor choice of employees. Never coming back. I was extremely upset. Do better.
Amazing store and extremely helpful and friendly staff! They are everywhere and willing to assist and answer questions. It was such a wonderful shopping experience. When we left is when it got bad. We are tourists and I stopped near the exit to check my gps to know what direction to walk. A security guard walked over and said “I’m not going to tell you again, get in or get out.” I told him that he never told us a first time. He insisted that he had told us. I don’t mind being told not to stand somewhere, but don’t yell and don’t treat me as a repeat offender when I am not.
The staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the amount of people in the store but post-Covid, who isn’t! I had to return something, I was redirected to a less busy floor and even if the cashier spend the entire transaction speaking to her coworker instead of acknowledging me, I was grateful for the quick and easy transaction.
Poor customer service. When I wanted to try on shoe, manager had to break up a group of employees talking to get someone to help me. When I wanted to purchase, my sales associate disappeared, so I had to go to the circle of employees talking and ask someone to ring me up.
Great store and great dependents. However the security at the gate was a complete jerk.July 19th.It started to rain and he told my 17 year daughter not to block the door. 10 seconds later he repeated it again and I asked him if he was referring to us, since the lobby was crowed and nobody knew who he was talking to. In a threatening plan, he looked at me, pointing his finger at me and repeating in a very unpleasant tone, you, you, you!Nobody understood anything.I am a big fan of the Nike brand and I think that people who work in their stores should have a more polite and helpful behavior. For my part, I will never go back to that store and I hope I never see that “person” again.
We love love love Nike. But we’re all hyped up and let down by the lack of basketball clothing and shoes. Better shoe selections elsewhere in NYC. I will say the staff was super helpful and the store seemed fun, just not close to what we experienced in other Nike stores around the country
Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes to even try a shoe and all the salesperson said was “I ordered twice and shrugged”. I didn’t even receive it at the end. You’re not making food! Improve your customer experience and train your staff on the importance of the client experience.
Meh… Ive gone here 4 times. None of the shoes are worth opening my eyes up for. They have the same old shoes you bough before in different variations of bland black and white. If you want clothes with the Nike logo spread across your chest then its great. Meh! I come to the Nike store for shoes first.
The store is perfect in terms customer service, shoes availability, I always visit this store once a month and never had any issues until now, It has all departments on each level according to your need, it has Nike Expert level too, the infrastructure inside and design is just too good. 5/5 ⭐️
Customer service do not exist on the top floor. Out of 3 associates that I spoke with 2 never came back with items requested even though I saw them later on the floor. Customer service on register is not better. It was my first and last time in this store. Perhaps my last purchase of that brand.
This place is always very busy. But for it to be on 5th Ave you would expect their elevators to be working. It’s been weeks and still no elevator. This nike store has over 4 flights. I also waited about 30 minutes just for a pair of sweatpants in a medium because it was on a different floor.
Security guard is rude mannered and started yelling, rather than helping customer walk in, his inside knocking on the door saying which door to use. Not a service expecting from such NIKE store. Hopefully they make the service better next time. NIKE, please fix your service and I am not the only reviewer gave bad review because of security guard, please check other reviewers and make proper adjustments to your store service, specially security guard.
The clerks were terrible. Especially one black women. I should have known her name. I tried to get exchange items. Since I bought it from NJ, they said it’a impossible to exchange unless I pay tax. Okay I got that. I just asked it nicely.. But did you have be angry at me to explain that? I went to get help. Not to fight. I have never insisted that u guys have to exchange . No nothing like that. I guess she thought she was a God in that store. That the way she behaved. I said not to angry at me. But she never apologize. I can’t believe how that type of person can work at the store? I felt she had so much anger in.
The Public never get a chance at getting any popular releases. Managers and district managers only cater to the resellers because they getting paid in the back end . It’s Always the same kids getting all the hot releases and camp out hours ahead like they know what’s going down. When there’s kids don’t get their way they create fights ect
Tourist trap. Shop online save yourself time. Tried to find running shoes and there were no employees available or sections dedicated to running. 3rd floor is Men’s. Just apparel which is not noted until you get there. I miss a real sneaker store. Nike has ruined a retail experience by creating more than you could want in a store and lost touch with customer service.
This store might have high tech and robotic arms, but also the worst customer attention. I wanted to buy a pair of Alphaflys, and the seller gave me the wrong price. I told them, the price had to be updated, he didnt care until he saw it in the device he uses. I also mentioned I wanted to try two different sizes, he didnt care, making a general statement and leaving me for another customer. I dont understand, its ok to be wrong sometimes, and Ive never been rude or impolite. I wont wear this brand anymore, as if this is the best service they offer in their flagship store, then its better for me to run bare foot.
First time at the Nike flagship store on 5th Avenue. Five floors of Nike gear for men, women and kids. The 4th floor has all sneakers and the line of people stretched down to the 2nd floor to get to the sneaker section. The line moved pretty quickly. I ended up buying Nike Vapormax Flyknit 2021 in Black for my lady. Great place and excellent service. If they dont have your size, it can be ordered for you. Highly recommended. 👍
This store is awesome! If you are not already a Nike fan, you will be after a visit here. Staff are real friendly and the added experience when shopping with your app and profile is a clear plus. There were some issues with what showed as in stock and what was actually in stock, which caused a wrong delivery to our hotel (yes, they do have complimentary hotel delivery) - Also the app only works on certain items. We will go there on future NYC visits. Store changes on a regular basis!
Very nice, huge store on 5th Avenue NYC. The only I could not find Mens sport pants that would be not sooo thigh at the bottom. Only thight or very slim sport pants in deffent variations or if wider, then in very heavy material. ... Maybe its popular, but not what I was looking/expecting.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came for a pickup which I got successfully. Had a creepy guy start following me in the line and I alerted staff and instantly they helped me leave the store safely and made sure I felt safe. Thank you so much for the guys that helped me get my shoes and keep me safe ❤️
Beautiful store, but staff is not really service oriented. We requested a pair of sneakers to try on, after 20 minutes waiting... At least the staff people seemed to have fun in the meantime chatting together. Sorry Nike, but this is not what can be expected when visiting the newest flagship store in NYC.
Didn’t have to wait on a line walked right in was greeted not on the main floor but on the floor I was directed to for exchange/purchase. Right away Emmanie greeted me😊 4th floor shout out !!! She helped me briefly and was so adorable. I went to look around so that I can exchange what I purchased online. Kirk Kirk Kirk!Because of him I purchased an additional sneaker. his patience and attention was a delight. No pressure! Kirk thank you 😊 Emmanie thank you😊Can’t wait to wear them. Can’t have enough crisp white sneakers😬
This was my first visit after they relocated from 57th Street. I like the layout of the store. You have the option of taking the elevator up with Covid restrictions. Or the steep stairs. I walked up and visited 4 floors. That was enough exercise after a day of walking in the park. The store was not crowded at all. There was plenty of staff there to assist my Nike shoe search. The new Nike maternity line was not available in stores yet I was told. I was able to find the sneakers that I was looking for. Nike is showing their appreciation to the US service women and men by offering a 20% discount online and in store. So that includes all active, reservist, veteran, and retired US military personnel and the spouses and dependents of active personnel. Nike, thank you very much. So in NYC that’s a greater savings with it being tax free.
Always a great time picking up my sneakers from Nike NYC flagship store! I love the new building and all the work that went into it. I Went to the unveiling event they had and got too see in depth the new building when they first opened up. If your visiting Nyc i would definitely check this place out. Checks Over Stripes!!
Bit of a disappointment to honest. The store is cool, the employees seem nice. Their newer styles are pretty ugly in my opinion. If you want the newest and most fashionable gear, you’ll prob like it. If you have eyes and want to look halfway decent you won’t like it. Was looking at a zip up top, but they didn’t have any mediums, which is a bit weird. The sneaker floor was overrun, and once again not a fan of their new sneakers. Sucks because we went in to buy at least 2 pairs.
I love Nike as a brand and quality. The store is great but they need more people helping customers. They still have a lot of restrictions for capacity. I love my new sneaker buy it took me 2.5hr to buy them and it has a little stain, but it was the last pair so I take it
On magnificent 5th Ave this 6 story store is easily seen and instantly marvels you. Truly incredible from the outside, and truly incredible from the inside. There is a half a basketball court to try shoes out, and whole floors dedicated to shoes, men’s clothes, women’s clothes, and the expert floor. The expert floor is where you meet with a Nike expert to see what you would want which is very, very cool. Incredible Modern Nike Store!
I am a fan of nike sport shoes when ever I travel internationally I love to visit there store and buy the shoes which touch my hearts 🤣 seriously. however, I am not satisfied about the latest and newest model because I bought Nike metcon 6 form this branch supposed to be the latest model after a few days I found a newer version of what I bought above in my country in online shopping .I think this store should be unique by providing the latest model or what make this store special. Beside I have to admit that the showroom has is impressive and the shopping experience is great .But please consider my valuable comment from an old fan of your product so no other customer will get my bad experience. Still I didn’t talk about the price .Your loyal customer.
I used to look forward to coming to the store as of today I will never visit it again. The staff are not welcoming there’s a line to go upstairs to shop for Sneakers and nobody is willing to help. Now I know why people go online and shop as the stores have no chance for the future. Horrible experience I’ll never be back
👟🏀🏃Recommendation: Go to the top floor. Its an experience. You can have your own personal shopper, so you skip all the lines. They even have a private room for events.Only cons are that the plants are all fake and as for customization, you are pretty limited to what you can do in store. You will have more options if you customize online.
The staff member will intentionally ignore you if you are not white. Ive seen black staff members only eager to serves white blond women and they intentionally avoid my eye contact and even lied to about different color availability. I was a trouts and I was hugely disappointed in their service to the tourists. people literally gives you an attitude and act like they didnt hear you when they intentionally cut you off while you are asking question to them directly. it was ridiculous and I know I should have said something but they made it seems like it wants intentional. I was disgusted and offended. im going to report them. PEOPLE WERE RUDE AF.
Cool store, safety precautions very much observed. Tons of sports gear. The latest Olympics wear that our own athletes are wearing. Cheapest t shirt ist $30, Olympics wear is gorgeous, authentic and starts at $90 for tank tops and goes to at least $160 per clothing item. All the latest technology in shoes, undergarments, breathable fabrics. Its a fun store with 4 floors and showy, flashy displays. Spacious, with lines on the floor to follow a complete circle walk. Just bring plenty of money and enjoy the most modern athletic wear!
This is a very, very cool store. I think it had 5-6 floors, and all the employees were so happy to offer help. Selection is pretty great because of the amount of stock. I wish I could remember his name, but one of the employees even recommended a sick dinner spot right down the street from Nike called Mastros. I really appreciate him taking the time to recommend it, since I was here on business and not from NYC.
I have not been here myself. I would never go near NYC, but I just saw a video, where your employees, seem to think they have some sort of power over other hums beings. Well you dont. You are just gullible, low IQ TROGLODYTES, following.the crowd. We know who you would have been in Germany 1930s. Take off the face diapers, and learn some facts.
Only the patient survive. Went to cop some sneakers on New Years Day 2018. I found 2 pair of sneakers in 3 minutes on the 2nd floor (I believe or 3rd?) I just remember the elevator! However I waited 15 minutes to try them on at the 5th Avenue-The Flagship location. So hyphy!!!!NOTE: There are runners to retrieve your shoes to allow the sales staff to keep selling. Good business! So glad I found my pair because I got the last size and someone had already requested the 1/2 size smaller.Anywho, dope experience for any sneakerhead! You can custom your own on the 1st floor and honestly just enjoy the scenic view of the hussle and bussle. I did. I am keeping my large white bag...its rather exclusive 😎
Bought $120.00 pair of shoes here and 2 weeks and 3 days later the shoe is falling apart. I live in Austin and purchased while visiting NYC. I called to see if there was anything Nike could do to stand by their product and they said unfortunately not. I would need to take it back to the store. Disappointed in their product.
Huge place with tons of empty spaces, The shoes are on the Highest floor, and it is the main attraction of this place. When I was there there was a long line through all the stairs connecting between the floor of the shoes and the floor below. When it was finally my turn the floor was chaotic customers everywhere workers trying to assist with not a lot of luck. Took forever to get someone’s attention and at the end of the line to pay was horrible as well. I would strongly recommend looking for a less crowded store or just buy online.
Always worth the effort to see the Christmas tree at the Roc. Staff and police have it very well organized. Fortunately it wasnt a heavy tourist day and weather held. Stick around for light show on Saks 5th. It comes around every 15 minutes or so. Theres a virtual snowflake clock on the wall that counts down.
Its near Christmas and Its before listed closing time and they wouldnt let me in..Note to the store manager:Near Christmas in NYC you stay open later aka make more money. Not close your doors to the public 30min before stated closing time..Stupid move. You are the reason brick & mortor stores are closing like crazy.Ill shop elsewhere.
This is the second time i shopped at this location and the staff is always helpful. however this time, we dealt with ROMELLO and he really went out of his way!!!! Great sales guy, very friendly, quick and EFFICIENT!!! A different sales associate informed us a woman size 8 sneaker was sold out, & Romello was able to find it IN STORES!!! in an 8, and 8.5 !!!! ( the first sales associate only checked the computer) while ROMELLO went to the back and checked for himself!! and came out with 2 sizes!!!! .. if Romello was not working that day we would have left the store thinking its sold out! Romello should really be an example for other staff members. they should all try to help find a sneaker!
Visually it was a stunning store. I was very disappointed in their selection of merchandise. I would expect a flagship store of that magnitude to have rare items and a better selection of shoes. It was a tourist trap. When I go into a Nike store. I expect to spend money. I did not have that take my money vibe
They do not have Air Jordan series 1 , they are always out of stock and I see the reason, behind such a demand, create an artificial demand and make people wait, so you are getting ready to play with their emotions. If they feel the demand is too high, they have the capacity to fulfill it within very short period of time, but they want to be in the game
The Nike soho store has amazing vibes... the managers, the staff, everyone is happy and that puts the customer in a good mood. Unfortunately, everytime Ive been to thos one on 5th avenue Ive regretted it. The manager acts like an army general running a military camp. And it reflects on his staffs attitudes and the whole vibe of the store. He is wayyy too serious. The managers of this store generally are. Its probably the go to store for tourists wholl only visit once. Otherwise, I see why most locals stick to the Nike soho store. Even the security guards at the Nike soho store are super nice! It feels like the ones on 5th avenue are under the impression its a top notch club with limited entry! Customer service is everything!!!
Very nice and friendly staff. They dont have their cheaper sneakers like Downshifter here. Make sure you install their app and register before going; you may get a discount by scanning your QR code at the checkout. Also theres currently a capacity limit due to covid19 and people have to wait outside in a line to get in, but it was quick and took less than 3 minutes when I visited.
Living in NYC is has kept me close to a store and brand that I love. The brand is NIKE and the store is NIKE NYC. This store is amazing. Its a Nike fans dream come true. When you enter the premises you are immediately fascinated by how much beautiful clothing, sneakers and sports gear Nike has to offer. The store is very large and comfortable. The floors are super shiny. You feel like you are walking on mirrors. The have Nike sneakers and clothing for the entire family. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly and professional. They also have fitting areas where you can try on the footwear before making a purchase. I highly recommend a visit. You will leave very happy I guarantee it.
A five floor store with a wide array of offerings. The store seemed impeccably clean and the employees were courteous, professional, mindful and Covid compliant. Our attendant Dontae was incredibly knowledgeable for my partners specific needs. It was immediately obvious that Dontae was a footwear expert and a shrewd salesman by giving my partner the exact shoe according to her physical and aesthetic and something similar to compare it to. Above and beyond that he was able to easily accommodate a payment situation that involved a customer service discount code and a gift card. Our experience was quick and pleasant. Highly recommend.
Everyone in the store was super helpful & nice. When I got there, I went to the 4th floor first, & everyone was super helpful. Then I went to the second floor. There was a young lady there (with a unique name) who was exceptionally nice & helpful. She went above the call of duty. Then I got to the -1 floor. And they ruined the whole experience for me. They were awful. Not helpful at all.. And kind of rude. I went there on Friday (10/2/20). Theyre the reason why I gave the store 4☆ & not 5☆. But I wont allow a few spoiled apples to ruin my opportunity to return. That bunch should be retrained though. And I love the design of the store. Its absolutely beautiful.
1. No public bathrooms even after waiting in line. Maybe thats normal for New York, but maybe thats why you see people pissing where they shouldnt. Sorry if you saw me. Other than that, store was huge! However, no good shoes for resale unless I missed them which was possible in a store that size and needing to rush to try and find someplace to pee.
Its a good Concept store and fantastic design. There is at least 20 mins wait.. COVID 19 safety boards are everywhere but people were all over, NO social distancing followed. The staff were all in groups chatting up and not bothering if anyone needed help. only1-3 people were attending to customers ..it was a weird experience.. I wish the staff was a bit more helpful. Usually they help you find a good shoes for your requirement, here it was more like Find your own i will just check the availability.. I walked out and bought my Nike else where, NIke Soho or Nike UES is much better and has good service.
Terrible customer service. Surreal experience at this Nike store: (1) I returned a pair of shoes because defective (fell apart after quarantine use inside the apartment), (2) the store forced me to use the credit right away instead of giving a gift card, (3) the new shoes I ordered at the store never arrived (first blaming the delay on covid, then saying the item is out of stock when it’s still available online), (4) nobody at the store is able to fix the issue, it’s been 4 weeks and I’m still waiting for my money back. I would def not return. Highly recommend buying products on amazon, makes no sense to go to the store and deal with their inefficiencies.
Staff seem more interested to chat with each other than help customers, lazy and unprofessional. I recommend if you shop online, unless you want to wait 20 minutes at the cashier because there is only 1 staff there, or wait another 20 minutes to get your shoes in your size. If you want to go for photos this is the place, many colorful screens and sounds/visuals, limited and pathetic selection of items. Dont waste your time.
Saw a pair of shoes online, decided to go in person to purchase them. Went to the 4th floor it was fairly empty. The associates were having conversations with each other while I was standing there about 4 of them, went up to an associate interrupted his conversation and showed him a picture of what I was looking for. Basically told me they didn’t have it or anything like it, he just didn’t want to assist me. I was upset didn’t want to make a scene so I left. Told the associate what happened on the main level and walked 3 blocks to adidas. Where I received amazing customer service and 30% off plus I won a mystery prize and a feee face mask. I will never go to this store again!
GREAT multi-level store In the heart of the 5th avenue shopping district. They have an amazing selection of clothes and shoes for men. The women and childrens selections arent as good in comparison, but there are still lots of choices. The sales associates are all very nice and very helpful and there arent any lines, as any sales associate can check you out using a mobile device.
I wasnt planning on going, as my brother in law had planned to take my son. However, we all ended up going in and what a place!I enjoyed the basketball court, and all of the shoes encased with how they are made etc.My son has a hard foot to fit, and was able to walk away with a phenomenal pair of light blue kicks and also a nice zip hoodie and matching sweat pants that I through in as an early Christmas gift. He was very happy!I could have easily found more to buy!!
The mangers wouldn’t give me my reserved sneakers yesterday as i was in nyc. The blue headed lady that works there started laughing in my face and said that you’re not getting them and to leave the store. I’m extremely dissatisfied with how i was treated and will take this case to the next level.
The store had interesting modern architecture. However it seemed a bit all over the place with merchandise display. I was looking to purchase waterproof boots that I saw on the online website. Unfortunately I was never approached by a sales associate after failing to find them in store. I left empty handed and underwhelmed.
Well I wanted to try a size only to wait 30 minutes before leaving. Store employee told me each time I was asking he was still waiting for it but tbh didn’t seem to care or to try again. I saw everyone that care after me in those 30 minutes getting their size in just minutes.Beside that store is nice, but when it comes to buying, looks like they don’t want us to.
This place probably has the most diverse portfolio of products of the Nike brand. The staff is very friendly and the purchasing process is extremely easy and fast. You have also the possibility of purchasing on line and pick up your order here.Definitely a place to visit.
I have visited many Nike shop but this store is most worst shop I have ever visited. First of all , the sales man (especially works in the 4th floor of T shirt section) was terrible. Nike. If you want to call your shop to “ House of innovation” How about change the customer service first?
The only thing good about the store is the looks. Immediately when you enter, you will see signs to download the Nike app and request your size to try out shoes. I downloaded the app, registered, scanned the items, requested the shoes and waited over 20 minutes. Then asked one of the employees and she said “nobody is looking for shoes, I can request them for you”. I said yes, waited another 10 minutes, the shoes didn’t fit and when I requested a new size they said that it may take another 20 minutes. People were just going to the store to take pictures, because that’s pretty much what 5 floors or prime NYC real estate is worth for. Do not waste your time if you really want to go there to buy some shoes.
I went in for a release date on a specific sneaker and the staff was not aware of the date. I can say that they get an A for effort bc they searched, however they were searching the nike app which i could do on my own, its the reason why i went to the store. The staff was friendly and the store was state of the art. My review is base on the product knowledge. 5 star for professional staff and 5 star for overall look of the store.
Spending 20 minutes here makes me so happy to be able to order online. The store is so ridiculously overcrowded, it’s uncomfortable to even walk, let alone look at merchandise. There are stairs and elevators — no escalators. I was never so happy to get out into the heavy rain as I was today.
Went to visit there the other day and it was extremely packed which I figured is a common occurrence. My gripe is with a few of the team members. Sure its busy, but a few of them offered little to no help and werent the friendliest people about it. Not all of them, but some. I was looking for a shirt and I was on the 4th floor looking for a specific size and I asked a team member and didnt even really look up from folding shirts he just said, no we dont have it. He didnt offer to check another floor or anything just immediately said no as if he was confident that no where in that store they had that shirt. As I walked away I heard the other team member tell him dang youre not even going to check. Lo and behold the bottom floor had the size I needed. There was one person who was extremely nice another time I went in and called other Nike stores to see if they had another item for me and I appreciated her time. Im not looking for above and beyond service, just at least make it look like you made an effort to help me out.
Mitch helped us to find right running shoes and shoes for outing as well. He was so patient to deal with, with good bedside manners and knowledge in what he is doing. Mitch also helped us to choose some sport apparel as well. He didn’t rush us, was very happy to assist us with all our needs, demands and went above and beyond to make our shopping experience very pleasant. We start our shopping with him and ended with him till we bought all what we were looking or dreaming of . Would love to see him as the best employee of the year with some company rewards include monetary as well.We even took a photo for our memories with him.Highly recommend to visit the store.Ps. Mitch, if you read this info, my mom still in love with all her shoes and other gear and sends you best regards. All her friends are “jealous “ on her fancy outfits and you are her hero of the Excellent Customer Service, she will definitely come again to shop, she hopes you will be promoted for higher position.
I was with my daughter buying some clothes, suddenly, I felt sick, I ask the Lady at the registet if there is á restroom or a place where I could check my blood sugar levels, she said no sorry, very rude! We hurried, bought out things and left... not going back to that store.
Went in looking for the flyknit air force ones. I only saw one color on display, but Philomena from the 1st floor was excellent. She checked & found the other color I was looking for while I was checking out. & when she saw me checking out one pair with a foul look she didnt hesitate to take it back & find me a pair that was perfect. The whole experience was great, very friendly staff & alot of them there to help!

2022-01-07This was my first time ever at a Nike store and I am completely blown away by the amazing customer service! Every detail was perfect.I was greeted by someone when I walked in the store. Then I had a personal sales associate, Jason. He was awesome! He helped me get the shoes I wanted. Told me about the Nike app, how to download it and walked me through the app. I appreciate that so much!He also helped me get the proper sizing and discussed other sneaker options. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed. When it was time to check out he told me to take it easy and he would bring over the credit card machine to help make my purchase easier. I had a stroller with me and two naughty kids so needless to say I appreciate Jason so much!! I’m so impressed by this Nike store and the amazing staff here!! Only coming here from now on to make any Nike purchase.

2022-03-20This is a really great store to visit if you are a fan of Nike shoes and clothing. The atmosphere is fun and there is so much to look at. There are multiple levels too. The Sneaker Lab was a really great experience and I actually found a pair of Air Max 90 SE in stock in my size. So it was a win. The employees in the Sneaker Lab were very helpful and answered all of our questions. It was very busy when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon. There was a 10-15 minute wait to get into the Sneaker Lab.

2021-12-20Had a really good experience, i had to get 2 air force one for 2 kids that are dear to me, AF1 were very hard to find everywhere, so i went to the Nike flagship store on 5 Ave , they found me one right away that was a lot cheaper than many of the stores and online places that i checked, they also helped me install the Nike app , and showed me how to get 15% off in-store purchase. The architecture of the store is beautiful inside out, the outside glass facade reflects lights and always look like a different artwork every time i pass by the store while inside to he store is like a Nike Museum of a sort where you can see exhibits of dissected sneakers to show their design concept and scores of sneakers and Nike sportswear. Big thank you for the friendly staff.

2022-08-16Amazing Nike store experience. If you are a Nike fan this is a must stop. It is a 4 levels store with kids, female, male, sneakers and custom made section. It is a great experience however it can be crowded and a bit overwhelming.

2022-05-17Popular Nike store with 4 levels of clothing and shoes. Wide variety of shoes, tops, socks Hoodies and more.the only thing the store could improve is the selection of basketball shoes. No Jordans, but they did have the Lebron’s

2022-02-23Disappointed in the selection. Not one pair of basketball sneakers. Not one pair of Jordon’s. On 2/22/22. Also, wanted to get a pair of sneakers that you can make. They don’t do that anymore. Very little selection of basketball shorts and tees. For five floors they had nothing. Staff was very pleasant and bathrooms very clean.

2022-05-30The store is always a must visit every time we come to NYC! However, our experience this time was exceptional because of Nyles! Our son had a custom T-shirt done and Nyles went above and beyond to treat us like royalty and we couldnt be happier! He needs a raise! 😃

2022-04-03Love this place and it’s concept. This time, 21st of March i asked for a t-shirt in my size that wasnt on the hangers, they informed me that it would take around thirty minutes just to get that for me… i don’t think anyone is willing to wait that long just to try something on. Luckily i could go there the next day and it was out on the hangers. The staff was very friendly during the checkout and i even got a 15% off because i scanned my NIKEID. A must visit if you’re in to sportswear or sports and visiting New York City.

2022-04-30The displays were really great! Inclusive, fashion forward and even edgy! Which I was surprised to see from this brand. The store was very clean! I was a little disappointed in how it was merchandised. And surprised that they didn’t have more advanced fabrications. Especially in the sport bra category. Color selection was on trend but limited and very safe. Overall cool store
