I already recommended a friend to Mr. DONELL. He was excellent. I told him what I wanted and in 3 hrs, he made it happened. The next I went to get my 2022 Nissan Rogue Platinum baby....very pleased with everything on how they cared for me. Him and the finance guy was a team. That was my biggest request. Thank you all.
I like coming here because everyone is very nice and it’s convenient from start to finish. You can book online and even accept or decline services by text. That would be my only complaint- I feel that every time I come done unnecessary “recommendation” that costs a fortune is advised. I know all places do this but I wish they’d stop - I have a car with 18,000 miles on it and the recommended work was not necessary at all especially since I’m leasing. They got me last time because I was naive but I’ll never make that mistake again. So if you keep that in mind- it’s a great place otherwise.
I already had an idea of the vehicle I wanted before coming in. As soon as I got here got greeted by the host and sat me down, which then I had the pleasure of meeting Errol Reid. He took me to his station and worked with me throughout the process. Quite sad I couldn’t get the car I desired but was willing to settle for the other one, but catch was someone was also buying the same car. My luck. So I told him if things go south give me a call, which he did an hour later. I came in a heart beat and he accompanied through everything like the first time and made things smooth as possible. Would recommend to anyone to see Errol for a smooth transaction and hospitality.
Had a GREAT experience here at the Nissan of new Rochelle with Errol Reid. This is the most seamless car buying process I’ve ever had and he helped make it so. I advise EVERYONE come to Nissan of new Rochelle and have Errol assist you in purchasing a car. Thank you Errol!
Great service and sales personnel, but Incomplete work repairs. I did two recalls on my car, both times their repairs were incomplete and cost me $$, while the recalls were free of charge. Nissan refused to replace faulty springs, before Ill to pay $1.5k for new shock absorbers. New Rochelle Nissan Service center replaced recalled airbags, but then red warning light came on and I had been asked to pay to fix it, etc., great service!
I am a Regular at Nissan of New Rochelle. The Manager/Employee Don is Terrible for the business. I can tell from the looks on the employees faces he clearly does not care about their time and efficiency. Not to mention I was treated like an unwanted customer even though there was an hour and a half left before closing. It’s unfortunate because I love the area of new Rochelle but this place has lost my trust which may cause me to reconsider my decision to continue service with Nissan.P.S Absolutely unprofessional Manager/Employee DonI only gave a star because Jose and Mini did his job for him 😔
I wasn’t confident of leaving with a car until the auto sales representative “Donell” assured me that I have nothing to worry about. He was so welcoming, assertive and he build my confidence. I leave with more than just a car, I leave with my dream car and a great experience.
Lamar and Don are stars, hands down. Lamar got my car into service swiftly, as always, and gave me updates about the work in progress. I complained of a whistling noise that happens when I use my Bluetooth for phone calls and Don informed me that there was in issue in my year, make, and model that causes it- straight from memory and hearing me from across the room! Those two are seriously a dream team snd always take care of me. Knowing that they would be part of my service team weighed into my decision to purchase my vehicle at Nissan New Rochelle.
First of all Nicole is AMAZING! Thank you! I went in to return my Nissan Rogue 2016 lease. I originally leased my car in NJ and I didn’t want to travel so far away this time around. I almost went to Teddy Nissan but for some reason decided to take the ride up to New Rochelle instead and I’m so glad that I did. The entire process was seamless. Everyone was nice and straight forward with no gimmicks. I explained to Nicole what I was looking for and explained my budget which was basically broke 🤣 and she was able to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. I left a few hours later in my new 2020 Pathfinder and couldn’t be happier with my experience at Nissan of New Rochelle. See you in 36 months. Thanks again.
Went there because my 2018 Sentra was making a weird noise. It was kinda expensive but at least they found where the sound was coming from and also found other issues with my car. after i take my car all over NYC they was the only one that can fix it. Probably going back.
This place is a joke! My son went there for a car and didn’t know about sales, they tried to sell him a full car wash for the vehicle for $1000 and also told him that they looked over the car that he was purchasing and inspected it and tried to charge him $2000 for that. Place is a total rip off! Do not shop here there are plenty of other Nissan dealers in Westchester.
Went there for a oil change and they were trying to sell me a filters for the vehicle. they told me it was dirty, my husband change the filter the day before I was not pleased that they were trying to sell some that I did not need. most likely I won’t be turned back agin. For change.
The customer service here is something I’ve never experienced before. I came into Nissan of New Rochelle to get my vehicle appraised because I put my info on KBB. When I arrived I was told I had to wait for the appraiser. After I waited for about 20 mins and greeted by some woman name Yomi I was already weary. She came out and looked at my car and said my car wasn’t worth more than $1 and stated it was in horrible condition. Not sure why I even bothered to come in for the appraiser manager to insult me. As per another dealership I was able to sell my car at the price I was looking for. Don’t come here if ur looking to sell your car. Seems like bait and switch
Theyre very nice to you while theyre trying to sell you a car, but afterwards, forget it. I wanted to buy out my lease and they told me they charge a $1,595 fee for the privilege, even though it is not allowed by my lease. Their people are incredibly snooty, particularly, Yovi. Their attitude is that they can do whatever they want. Contracts dont matter. I bought (leased) two cars there last year and Ill never go back.
Worst customer service ever. I turned in an old lease and was looking forward to getting a new lease as this place was recommended to me. The deal I was given was botched and when trying to fix it they had me go through multiple people. I was also told the remaining payments on my old lease would paid and it was a hassle. 2 payments later and I am STILL calling trying to ensure those payments were paid. The sales person Donell was extremely rude. Anytime I asked questions that he was unable to comprehend he would get frustrated. Do not come here, I would hate for anyone to have the experience I had. If I could give zero stars I would.***one month later update AND THE PAYMENT STILL IS NOT PAID. No one seems to know why it is not paid although that was part of me taking the deal.
I just took my son to get a car there. First, the sales team was warm and friendly. I mean all of them. Once you decide to get a car from them it’s like your family. Then, the deals they provided my son. Moreover, who ever says a finance manager is nice?? Well I am. He was the nicest and easiest finance manager my entire family has ever experienced. I am telling you as a customer this is a real genuine, honest and friendly dealership. The car is great, my son is happy and so is the checkbook. Great job Nissan of New Rochelle. Great job!!
Best staff I’ve ever met, the person taking care of me definitely deserves a raise. He took care of me from start to finish gave me a breakdown and explained everything. He made sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of and he even checked up on me while car was being serviced and let me know roughly how much time was left to be completed. He understands his job and does a amazing job at explaining everything and as a customer I definitely left the dealership feeling confident and know my car was taken care of and I’ll have no issues with it.
So me and my mom came in to get her a car but ended up walking away with two at a very great price and a good deal. Donell Vancleave was very helpful from the moment we walked in until we was finish. If you ever come to Nissan of New Rochelle be sure to talk to Donell. He’s honest and a great sales guy. I guarantee he will help you to the best of his abilities.
I went to service my 2018 Nissan Rogue to receive an oil change. I had a 7:45am appt, and was in within 10 minutes. Lamar, he was my service advisor was very professional, courteous and met all my expectations. I was in no longer than 30 minutes. This appt was a good one. Thank you.
Be careful with this dealer. Advertised “lower” price on a used car is only if you agree to finance so they can get paid by the financing company. Cash price will be higher. $5000 in my case. Additionally, advertised price does not include multiple commissions and other fees. These added another $5000 onto the price of the car and that’s before tax and tags. Don’t bother offering to trade in your car either. They will offer you well below fair market trade in value. I compared with other dealers and their offer was more than $4000 below other offers for my car. Salesperson expressed zero flexibility on price and told me that “everything costs more these days”This dealership is a joke. I’ve bought and sold a lot of cars. This was by far a uniquely bad experience
So if you think that by leasing two vehicles in 6 years will result in this dealer treating you as a loyal customer, you are sadly mistaken. I went in to buy my lease out and they wanted to charge me 1600 dollars as a fee. when I asked what this was for and if they could show me an itemized breakdown, the salesman said Quote the cost of doing business . So that was the first problem it got progressively worse when I suggested maybe they could throw in the warranty. He calls the mgr over who was most rude and abrasive mentioning something to the effect if I purchased all the cars on the lot. The mgrs attitude was most unpleasant and I got up and left. I completed the buy out at another dealer and it worked out much better . Understand when you lease a vehicle from nissan you can buy it out at the end of the lease at any nissan dealer. Nissan New Rochelle lost any further business from me . I will say this the loyalty MGR Adolfo was respectful it was the mgr that lost them my business.
I was shopping for a new car and had decided on a Nissan Rogue. Jackson helped my husband and I through the whole process from looking at different trims to the test drive to signing on the line. He had such a great energy and he made the whole experience personable. There was even a feature we had a question about, but we had to leave due to time constraints. When we came back for the test drive, Jackson had remembered what we asked about and had researched all the details to show us how to do it. Hes done that for multiple things and I would refer any friend or relative to him! He made us feel like family.
I went to Nissan of New Rochelle looking to buy a new car. Joel introduced himself to me very professionally. He asked me what I was looking for and what I was interested in. He took me to test drive a 2017 Nissan Maxima And he also took me to test drive a 2017 Nissan Altima. Joel asked me many questions regarding my interest and what I liked about the cars. He pointed out all the features that came with the cars and he had very profound knowledge of everything in the car. After the test drive he took me to his office and help me decide which car was better for me financially. I ended up choosing the 2017 Nissan Maxima which I fell in love with. Joel was very professional very knowledgeable and I recommend Him to anyone interested in buying a new car. My overall experience at Nissan of New Rochelle was amazing. Not only was Joel very helpful but also the staff that helped him with helping me was great as well. Everyone was kind and professional and I definitely will return in the future and recommend many people to buy at Nissan of New Rochelle.Thank you very much to Joel and the entire staff at Nissan of New Rochelle.Edward Kelly
My Nissan Rogue 2017 went in today for check engine light. Mr. Wayne was very warm and professional. He painstakingly explained the report of the scanner and ensured my vehicle was fixed expeditiously without paying a dime. He was kind enough to inform me that the cost was covered by warranty. YOU ARE THE BEST.
It was the worst experience I ever had here at this Nissan dealership. I purchased 2 cars from there and was going to purchase another. I will take me business some where else. The way the service people talk and treat people there is bad for business. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. Spoke to the Service Manager and he was no helpFor 2 days they couldnt tell what the hanging wire was from so they came up with the roden problem but couldnt show me the wires that were chewed through. So was it the roden chewing wires or the remote start the caused the hazard lights not to work. I was told to go out and purchase a remote start and they would charge me half price to put it in. Why should I do that when my car came with one. So now I have to pay the bill and purchase a remote start. No thank you.
Horrible experience. Multiple promises that weren’t completed. Errol as a salesman is just a like any typical salesman. Tells you what you want to hear to make a paycheck. When it comes down to actually completing his end, it just becomes a game of hide and seek. When dealing with them be sure to make sure everything you request has paperwork and a signature. Whether it’s the littlest thing because if not they will throw you off to the side. Horrible dealship
My wife and I leased a new 2021 Nissan Rogue from this dealership and were extremely pleased with the service of salesman Errol Reid and his manager (Jeff). They were willing to negotiate a deal with us that left all parties involved happy. When we were unhappy with their original offer, they had no problem negotiating a better deal that worked for us.I would have no problem recommending this dealership to my friends and family. They made this experience a very enjoyable one!!SincerelyJack Lyons n Wanda Torres
Extremely slow. First the guy tells me I needed new brakes on one visit. Then he tells me I don’t need brakes. I told the guy I’ll come back. He made me wait over hour before I got my car. Three hours to check brakes and tires. Changing tires doesn’t take three hours. Completely not satisfied.
The entire team went all out to help me get a car. Theyre fantastic. More people should know about this great dealership. Thats my reason for writing this. Go to Nissan of New Rochelle. Theyre top notch for all situations.Errol is a great salesman. He helped me get the car I wanted. Cant say enough about the guy. Finance Dept are honestly good people, and also get the job done, the right way.The general manager is easily the best one Ive met and worked with- and Ive worked at a dealership in the past. I know an excellent one when I see one. There are alot of dealerships around these parts. They dont care about their customers the way Nissan of New Rochelle does. I will be coming back in the future to do business with them again for sure, wouldnt dream of anything else.If you want to get into a great car, and get quality service- go to Nissan of New Rochelle, period!
The experience was absolutely flawless! The whole team went above and beyond to make my car dreams a reality. Anthony and Joe were incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’m confident I got a great value for a stellar vehicle. I would certainly recommend Nissan of New Rochelle to any of my friends or family.
I had a confirmed service scheduled for 7:30am Saturday for over a week in advance. They called me 5:00pm Friday to tell me they probably wouldnt be able to perform diagnostics because they would be doing oil changes. When I asked them to verify that they are able to do a smoke test they were extremely rude and said they dont do work on someone elses diagnostics. They would not confirm that they even can do a smoke test so I had to cancel. The very next Nissan dealer I called was able to verify that they do perform smoke tests.*Edit after followup call*The service manager Don verified that they do perform smoke tests. He seemed genuinely apologetic for the level of service I recieved and wanted to reschedule an appointment for me.
I went in to lease a car. I was really clear about the fact I wanted a more affordable car, and the car salesman tries to push one of the most expensive cars they have on me, the Altima Platinum. He said nothing about the different tiers of the Altima which I learned about going to a different Nissan dealership in Westchester. I felt I had to negotiate tooth and nail with him to get a lower rate, which I found out ended up being way higher than necessary. Rather than trying to meet my needs he made it sound like this was my only option. He also tried using the scarcity tactic that if I didnt act right away they would sell out of Altimas, but right on their website it shows they have a significant stock of Altimas.I also would like to add I had an appointment scheduled with him and he took me about 40 minutes late. I was willing to overlook this, but he continued to make me wait to go assist others. When I walked up to the manager, his bosss desk, he immediately got up and came over to me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone when there are multiple Nissan dealerships in Westchester that will try harder to suit your needs.
Right out of this show roomHere is why I would buy a Toyota see photo plus in 1 yr my battery went, my negative battery cable caused a ground short cd player stopped working, no signal from obd2 port, the short burned out light bulbs. Being an automotive engineer this is what we found before our computer went and the Pcm module. The photos show cable installed at factory.
From the moment I entered the sales person Dominic was mannerly, patient, professional and extremely attentive! He took his time explaining everything about the car I was interested in. Dominic also made the process stress free. The Manager Jeff sales and Joe in finance assured me that all would be well and it was! I would like to thank Dominic, Jeff and Joe for sealing the deal!
We came in knowing that we wanted to lease a car because our transmission was giving out. This was the first time to lease for us and our representative Chris was extremely helpful and courteous. We had visited 2 other Nissan dealers before but Chris was able to show us the best possible deal and spent time showing us the features of the car. We would come back and work with him again or recommend our friends.
My experience was horrible. I was told TWICE by SOMEONE at Nissan of New Rochelle that there was a recall on my brakes and I needed to get the brake fluids flushed... TWICE I was told it would be FREE because it was a recall. When I got there, they TRIED to charge me $159.00. Obviously, I complained because of the incompetency of their workers. Wont be going there.
I was treated terrible at this location... was not helped upon arriving instead told to have a seat by a man who barely looked up at me to greet me then a man who arrived after me was helped before me n i still waited with no explanation as to why i wasnt being helped until my man came a few minutes later... he met me there because i was leaving my car to have work done . The man immediately jumped to attention to help him in regards to my vehicle. I left in tears because i felt that if i had been a white man or even just a man or a white person i would not have been treated so poorly i will never again spend a dime in this place!
Dominic was an excellent sales guy. He was thorough during the entire process. He explained each step and made the process seamless. He has a great personality and you are lucky to have him aboard. My 2013 GMC Acadia Denali was in excellent condition and I was very pleased. My gripe is with the hour or so we spent waiting for the finance guy. That was ridiculous. Then I find out apparently you only leave with half a tank of gas, they dont even fill it. Must be you have to buy a new car to get a full tank of gas. Unbelievable. This morning I found the rain guard to my driver side rear door in my cargo area. They couldnt have repaired that before we drove it home. Luckily my husband can repair it but thats not the point. It should have been taken care of. It seems the business ethics are just not there.
Donell and Mo were very professional. They understood my needs and helped me out big time to get my first car. Wayne and Jovi were very helpful as well. The whole crew even Erroll sitting next to Donell was helpful as my car was getting prepped. Thank youn Nissan Family!!!
My service advisors Wayne and Mike really made my experience seamless. They helped me every step of the way and kept me updated during the whole process to get my 2015 Nissan Sentra working again. I would definitely recommend this Nissan Center to family and friends in the future.
We recently just purchased a used 2016 Nissan Rogue and needed some basic service for it. I called the local Nissan by my home in Rye and they were unable to take me for two weeks, so I called your dealership and Lamar and Wayne were more than willing to service my car and they were a pleasure to deal with. Im not in the market for a new car right now so I cant speak on what your prices are like but as far as the service was concerned Im more than happy. You have two good guys working in that department. I hope I got their names right
Didn’t buy my Nissan here but I’ve been going here to get my car serviced and they’ve always done a great job. My car is always running great leaving this place and you’re never waiting too long for your car to be serviced. One thing I have noticed the last few times I’ve gone here is that the woman who handles the payments is not very friendly or patient. Once your car is finished, you receive paperwork that you’re to bring to this woman and every time I try to look through the paperwork she rushes me and tells me to just hand it all over. Sorry for wanting to look through the paperwork regarding the service of my car. I don’t even receive half of it back once I make the payment.***Update: changed rating from four to five stars. They were absolutely excellent today from start to finish. They consistently checked in with me to make sure I was taken care of. There was a new woman cashier and she was very pleasant. One of the employees walked me to my car as another one pulled the car out for me. This place is great!
The sales person Donell was amazing he was very helpful and patient with what I really was looking for In a vehicle He took his time and dedication in helping me find the right vehicle I am very happy with my new purchase I look forward to sharing my wonderful experience with others I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that may be looking to purchase a vehicle overall the entire place was a great place to be in the staff was courteous, professional, and most of all very clean and organized I look forward to servicing my vehicle in order to be able to see everyone again I highly recommend this place to others
My most recent I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I was in the there for the most a hour and thirty minutes but it could’ve been shorter maybe even a hour I love the fact fact that you get updates as to where your car is at in services and if anything they you didn’t know needs to be taking care of . They car for your stuff and give it the attentions it needs without any worries. I always go to Wayne .
Firstly, the sales person I worked with was EXCELLENT and doesn’t have anything to do with how the dealer is operated but I’m not reviewing him I’m reviewing the dealership. The price that’s listed is NOT even close to the price you will pay (even with taxes, fees and dealership charges). On autotrader and their website it was listen for 12,135$- a great deal for a 2013 VW tiguan with 60k miles. It’s the last day of the month and just listed i felt like they just wanted to get it off the lot. On their website it says 14,995 with 3,000$ “carCASHian” savings. Come to find out, the price of 12,135$ is only if you finance (not including the FIVE THOUSAND dollars of fees they add-1/2 being taxes and fees and the other half being outrageous dealership charges). So 1. why is it called “carCASHIan” savings if that’s only the price for financing?? And 2. I offered to pay cash for the listed price of 12,135$ Asking to include taxes and fees in that price and I was prepared to negotiate. Come to find out they bring me a paper saying that if I want to pay cash the car is 20,000$!!!! And if I want to finance the car is 17,000 with taxes, fees and dealership charges. Mind you this is for a 2013 car??? The car had two tires with tares in them, severely scratched hub caps, brakes were iffy and scratches and dings everywhere. I was even wondering if the car was worth the asking price with all the scratches/chips and dings and damage to the tires/hub caps. They were asking me to pay 2000$ for the inspection alone (which why am I paying to inspect the car that YOU originally bought and are selling to customers?), 600$ for commission and administration?! So I’m paying 600$ for you to put paperwork together that you can put together in 10 minutes? Absolutely crazy. I understand how dealerships works and they have their fees but nobody in their right mind looking to pay 12-13k on a car is going to agree to pay 17-20k. They are wasting their time and the customers time. The manager comes out to tell me that A. “they don’t just put random numbers together when they price the car”.. well really? Kind of seems like you do when you have a listing for 5k less than whats online and B. He says they need to price competitively to get customers in the door especially because of online car shopping. How is this competitive pricing? I can go on carvana and buy a 2016/2017 model for the same price delivered to my DOOR.! I traveled 2 hours to get there. I guess I should’ve known. Absolutely RIDICULOUS and I’m never going to a dealership again.
I had a really good experience at New Rochelle Nissan. Dominic, a sales consultant there made sure that I got the right car for a great price. He helped me thru the hole process and made it easy for me to buy my first car. After I Bought the car, he followed up to make sure everything was good with the car and that I still loved it.
Im updating my review based on the efforts made by the dealership to resolve the issues I was experiencing with my car. I was contacted by Wayne Innis to discuss what the problems were and to schedule an appointment. When I arrived at the appointment, they accommodated me earlier than the scheduled time and we went over everything that needed to be done. Lamar and Shaquan tested the airbag issue and found that the sensor was in fact working and it was a misunderstanding on my part. My other concerns were also resolved as promised and everything was completed in under 2 hours. Overall, the experience was good and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you to Wayne, Shaquan and Lamar for your assistance!
The staff is friendly, atmosphere was good, but it fell apart after 2+ hours when the vehicle that I just test-drove was not available after spending time at the dealership, leaving a deposit on the vehicle, and sitting down with the finance person. It felt like a bait and switch but was probably poor communication between departments. In fairness, they tried to find me a similar vehicle but after 3 days with no results locally, I decided to shop elsewhere. The customers time should be taken into account for any dealership since I felt that it was 2.5 hours of wasted time and effort. The car was advertised as being available for an entire week and suddenly unavailable? This is NOT a good first impression to be sure.
I was shopping for a particular Nissan Leaf, Like most people I searched and searched on line until I found the one I wanted at a fair price. During my search I came across Nissan Of new Rochell. I contacted them by phone to let them know I would be interested in looking at the car the very next day. Upon arriving I could see the car was parked out front waiting for me to test drive. Donell was my sales person, he gave me the keys for the test drive. After driving the car I was convinced this was the one I wanted. The advertised price was fair so I did not have to haggle (which was great), however I know dealers try to plug in some crazy unnecessary dealer fees to pad their profit, but Donell made it easy, and was willing to wave most of those Dealer fees. Towards the end of the sale I noticed the car did not have a second key. Donell tried to locate it but could not. Being a professional he contacted his key maker to make another key. He said to bring in the car on a Thursday and he would have a key made for me on the spot. Well that was not possible for me I live in NJ over 60 miles away, so Donell contacted his key maker and met me in NJ near ware I live to make me a new key. This is fantastic service by a true sales professional I would definitely do business with Donell again.
Today I purchased my first car from Adolfo at Nissan of New Rochelle , this was my first experience so I brought along my mother, my aunt and boyfriend. The experience from beginning to end was amazing Adolfo is patient, experienced, informative and kind. When I arrived he sat us in the waiting area offered water ,coffee ,and popcorn. He had the information in the car I wanted waiting upon us sitting down, we ran into a slight problem and I called it slight because Adolfo was quickly adaptive and came up with an amazing solutionI originally came in for a 2019 used sentra, the model could not be sold from the years 2016-2019, I was crushed but we was able to find a new 2020 sentra for close to the same price , the monthly payments were all ideal and hit my exact monthly budget presented to him, i was allowed to test drive and we were able to drive freely which was also a plus, I would recommend this location to anyone and if you choose Nissan of New Rochelle please see Adolfo you will not regret it , I was very happy with my purchase today.
Excellent car buying experience. Special shout out to salesman Zuberi who was thoroughly professional, quick at handling paperwork and answering questions. Did not waste my time with standard sales tactics or bait-and-switch; he listened to what I needed for my next car and put me in one that matched. The manager (whose name I didn’t catch) was fair in negotiations and didn’t waste my time.Came in only looking to test drive, left with a new car and a huge smile on my face knowing I got a great deal on a great car.Highly recommend for hassle-free car buying experience.
I purchased a car from the previous owners, premium nissan of new Rochelle, and was very happy.Bought a car here and was not. Salesman Jason was probably the least knowledgeable salesperson I have dealt with in my life. Could not answer basic questions about car specs. Left after we said we would take the car and did not wait until we closed the deal as every other car salesperson usually does.Took 3 months, a call to Nissan north America, the Better Business Bureau and Ny state consumer protection to even get a call back about getting my license plates. Not once has anyone but anyone but the receptionist picked up a call. Calls get forwarded to a voice mail which never gets returned or back to the receptionist. There is no email for a manager on the site.I am still trying to get my car documents 8 months later to get the car taken off CT tax grand list. Moe, the finance manager, was the only one there who seemed to know what he was doing and he left.Avoid. Youve been warned.
This review solely has to do with who ever was processing payments in the service department this evening. She was rude and unprofessional. She got on the phone with someone to assist her with the transaction and said something to the effect of: “As if I have nothing better to do right now...” (As if I couldn’t hear her standing a foot away through the plexiglass.) My father, brother, and myself have been customers at this Nissan for over a decade and I didn’t really appreciate that kind of attitude tonight.
I brought my 2006 Sentra in for a AirBag recall. An inspection was conducted in the vehicle as well, including a battery inspection. I’ve had to jump start my car twice since then. All of which could have been avoided if I was informed I need a new battery. I don’t know if associates were assuming or just wanted to get vehicles out the service center but I do believe Nissan New Rochelle is at fault and the reason why my car isn’t starting now.
I was shocked at the lack of mask wearing by the staff and other customers. There were signs all over the place that were ignored. No effort was made to correct this poor behavior.Chris was very nice and helpful. But I was dismayed that the sense of timing of the salesperson and sales manager was so far from reality, having me wait hours for the car to be detailed and delivered. The tax for using a credit card was also off-putting. I run a business, and the credit card fees are simply part of doing business. If they are truly paying 4% credit card rates, they should shop for a better deal.Love the car, dislike the dealership.
Samantha does not stop calling my phone to ask me if I’m interested in a 2020 Nissan Altima. It’s been 3 months and she does not stop leaving me voicemails even though the number is blocked and I already found a car somewhere else. Let’s see how far it keeps going! This person I’ve never met Leaves a blocked message in my inbox at least 3 times a week. Something isn’t right at this dealership if those are the kind of sale tactics that they employ.
I love Nissan of New Rochelle. This is the second time I have leased from them and I will continue to lease from them moving forward. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they truly break the stigma of the typical car salesman. Nissan of New Rochelle is not looking to make extra money off of you as a customer. They are looking to please you so that not only you come back in the future but they leave such a positive impression on you that you make sure your friends and family even come here. Donnell was my sales consultant however like he says, he is more of a moral supporter because the cars sell themselves. I had the pleasure of also dealing with the general manager Wayne who is a poster man of great customer service.I also get my car serviced at this location and I cannot brag enough About them. I tend to go early in the morning before work and they always make sure I am in and out , usually less than 45 minutes which is unheard of at other dealerships. Carlos is always there to great you when you pull up with a big smile. He will help you inside where they have a nice spacious waiting area with TVs, coffee and bagels.I highly recommend Nissan of New Rochelle!!!
Errol Reid was my sales consultant and was excellent. He gave me what I wanted and worked hard to do so. Unfortunately there was a mixup with a report card I have given him and it turned to be the opposite of what I intended. Please keep him Nissan!! He is your best Salesman. Period.
Very respectable staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist Marie. I wasn’t sure if I was interested in a new or used car, she told me that it was okay and not even is sure what they want at first, and that they would assist me on which ever vehicle I decided on, which put me to ease. It definitely helps your car buying experience when your staff is always smiling and super friendly. Thank you guys!
I recently went to get my serviced because I had a checked engine light. The car technician adviser named Bradley was not accommodating to my situation. He was vague with his explanations on what is wrong with the car and how long it would take. The car was fixed but unfortunately it was not fixed properly. The car had to be towed and taken to the car service garage 4 days later.Michael another person who worked in the car service office he is a manager was also unhelpful and lacked customer service. I am really disappointed in the service I received especially since the auto service did not properly fix my car. I would have expected more empathy for my situation and better customer service. Instead I was ignored and given attitude for expressing my concerns and opinion.
My wife’s experience here was horrific. This was her first time getting her car serviced at Nissan New Rochelle we called before and the only good experience was the service part representative he guided her on what part to buy we ordered it , it arrived at Nissan she went in for service and as soon as she walks in Wayne shouts not once but twice HOW CAN I HELP ? my wife said I’m here to replace my mirror and he shouts well did you order it where is it she said she ordered to the store and he goes well go get it my wife said this is my first time here I wasn’t aware of the process and he makes a snarky comment and says well how did you know how to order then while Wayne was eating his sandwich made it seem like he was upset my wife walked in while having lunch at his desk it was overall upsetting experience and she also told Wayne we wanted to add a service of getting her plates put on the service guy said absolutely leave the plates on the window shield just tell the advisor he never put it in once the car was ready we found the plates still on the window shield. Also had to wait to get our keys back because the service guy didn’t put it in the car overall this was the worst experience and I will never come back to this new Rochelle Wayne is the worst advisor his attitude is not appropriate he speaks to people as if they are dumb my wife felt belittled just because this was her first time and did not know the process of this everyone in this place minus the service part representative seem like they hate their job. You couldn’t pay me to come back here to get my car serviced.
I have been to many dealerships during my search for the lease deal that would make sense for me.Needless to say, it ended at nissan of new Rochelle. What a great experience so far. From my sales person Sheena to Joe the manager to Bruce the finance manager. They all are terrific. They take great pride in keeping their words and the entire staff makes your experience very personal. I seriously dont have enough words to express my gratitude.I definitely recommend anyone looking for a car whether a lease or a buy, must give this place a try. Do your research in the market but close the deal here. Its definitely worth it. They are definitely reasonable in their offers.Thank you guys.
Would not recommend! My lease was up so I called this dealership about the Pathfinder. They wouldn’t even give me a ballpark number for the monthly lease unless I came in to test drive the car. I told them it was difficult for me to find childcare but they insisted. I came down there at my appointment time at 9am and aside from the fact that they were doing other things, no one ever called me to discuss pricing even after I called Darnell multiple times.Go to Nissan City in Port Chester and ask for Andrew or Edgar. They assisted me so fast and were absolutely amazing!!
Everyone of the Nissan of New Rochelle team are excellent. Service, Sales, Office, everyone is there to help you.Service and Sales are available at the time of this posting.Looking for a new car or service on your Nissan, stop by, see what they can do.If you dont youll always wonder.
We just bought a new Nissan Leaf from them. Nicole gave us great service and Adolfo really went the extra mile to get the deal done. I didnt think it was possible, but he got us what we wanted at the price we could afford. Buying a car is often a painful experience, but not in this case. There were no surprises and solid communication. If you want a great car at a great price, this is where you should head!
I really had bad experience with this dealership staff. I was there last week got a quote for a certified used car and left the place not buying.I come back after 5 days and the gentleman there mentioned me that the price has gone up and reminds me that its a new month so price has changed. I was like Woow a used car price goes up after a week surprising (I was in a impression that price goes down as the car ages). Before making my second trip to the dealership I was trying to reach the representative over the phone but he never responded and when I call the receptionist she always say that the sales person is busy and he dont have time to talk to me over the phone and she recommended me to come in person to talk to him. And when I go in person I had to have surprising increase in the price of the same car.I had interaction with 3 staff there I really had bad experience with 2 of them.I dont think they considered my recommendation but I would recommend them to atlest have treat a customer as a customer.
I previously leased/financed from Honda, (Accords) but because I needed to lower my payments, I started to look for other options. I could of stayed with Honda and downsized to a Civic, but I didnt care for this model/stats. I decided to look elsewhere and fell in love with the Altima. I could not afford a new Altima, so I decided to go with a pre owned. First, I wasnt told there was only one key fob at signing, I asked why is this and I was told, thats how it was turned in. Im then told that I have to spend $300+ for a second key fob that should have came with the car in the first place regardless if it was turned in or not. When I picked up the car I checked under the hood and of course the fluid levels were not topped off, so how was a vigorous 167 point inspection done??? Im now having to return to their service department because the brakes are squeaking and a burning smell is coming from under the hood. Havent had the car for a month yet and it only has 21,000 miles and I pulled off the lot at 20,500. As of right now I wouldnt refer a friend or family member to Nissan of New Rochelle. I get that I am buying a used car, but shouldnt my business be valued regardless of what I take off the lot?--One Unsatisfied Customer**UPDATE 12/12/20**Of course no one ever contacted me and Im still waiting for the second key that supposedly needed to be found at a dealership. Why even respond to my review?! I am very big on reviews and if you are looking for good service try Teddy Nissan, so far they have given much better service than here.
Decided to visit this location over my preferred dealership for the deal on breaks. Although the coupon clearly says break and rotor replacement I felt once I got there it was a bait and switch. I was told once there its up to the dealership discretion and that the coupon really meant resurface not replacement. Well if it meant resurface then it should have stated that. I decided to take my car back because it felt completely dishonest and I would never do business there again. I went back to my preferred dealership who squeezed me in and also advised me that the coupon was DEFINITELY for a replacement not a resurface. Never again.
Lance the sales representative was truly knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He was very professional and more than helpful. The atmosphere was inviting. The business manager, Bruce was also very helpful in getting us approved. He was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this Nissan dealership.
The customer service was exceptional. My sales representative was amazing he made everything stress free. He was so detailed, informative and honest through out this process. The finance representative was great as well. Answering all questions congratulating me on my purchase and assuring me if i hava any questions or concerns feel free to contact his team anytime.
Great customer service and it was quicker than I expected. shamar ( i hope I got his name right) who greeted me at the door and got me in and out . I love that type of service excellence . Ive been with Nisaan well over 10years years. This is my 4th car with the same dealership.
It was a good experience. Well, I was running late and I called to let them know; and was told the time period that I would have, and I was ok with it. That day was a blessing for me. I got a new battery. And my final free oil change. The service was very good and, I left out happy.Thank you very Wayne. 😊
Hi there, Wanted to take 2 minutes time to share my experience wit Nissan of New Rochelle.Be aware that you will find hidden fees here when buying a car.Aside of the sale price that you see on sticker or website, when checking out you will find questioning yourself why these additional fees appear in the bill.In every dealer you pay sales price, taxes, plates and registration fees, and at max its around dealer $75 fee. Here you will find sales agent fees about $500, and another 2 other name fees (that honestly hard to remember because is first time hearing) totaling at $2,750. So aside of price tax and taxes and plates, be prepared for another ~$3,200 on hidden fees that will show up only at check out. After spending all the time and energy here buying a car you get hit with surprises at closing, it is worth of giving a call to customer affairs to report this, because this is not what customers need when spending all the money on the car and taxes. I would very much share their quote here but they would not give that to the customer claiming its for internal use only. When you hit this problem here and come to see the reviews, share your thought here. and by the way, try to go and find these fees in their website anywhere when navigating and reading car conditions and features, they are no where to be found.I would not recommend buying here.
Do something about customers not wearing face masks properly to cover both their noses and mouths in the customer waiting area. Also, customers who intend to use the waiting area should not bring along relatives or friends to take up the limited number of seats now available due to the pandemic. I did not like the dealer adding a 4 % surcharge when I paid my servicing bill via a credit card. I would think twice before buying another Nissan product at this dealer because of this 4% surcharge for using a credit card to pay my servicing bill. When I was in the customer waiting area, I also did not like it when the dealer manager (or was it the sales manager) came out to see me unsolicited to try to get me to trade up to a later model vehicle. If I really wanted a later model vehicle, I would have sought a sales person on my own.
After 6 years of great service this most recent experience has been horrific. The service advisor Eugene Goldberg simply did not listen to my concerns. As a result I have wasted much time and money. I asked him to replace the brakes, it wasnt done. Now my brake light is on creating a dangerous situation for myself and my family. Brake light came on 2 days after leaving Nissan of new Rochelle service.
Dealer sold car to me with body damage, bad brakes and charged up prices. Spoke to a manager while on quarantine who said he would assist me in solving this is issue, to no avail. Repair man said they dnt assist with brakes. It not covered under warranty. Ive had the car literally three months and only drove 3,000 miles and the car is already an issue. This has been by far one of the worst experiences with a car Ive had. Repair man said he fixed the brake issue when I was in the shop a couple days ago and thats not true the car is still squeaking super loud when the brakes are used. The driver side turn indicator also went out, and the radio squeaks and cuts off whenever it wants. Horrible customer service by the dealer and the management team.
They were very helpful in helping me find the perfect vehicle for my family. The best part of the whole experience was my encounter with their receptionist Channel , she was so sweet and made me feel like they were looking for my best interest. HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
The car buying process was informative and I got a fair deal on my new car. Our salesman, Lance was an expert on our new vehicle and answered every question we had with ease. He was very professional and went above and beyond to welcome us to the Nissan of New Rochelle family.
Good people, business was straightforward and they were honest with their prices, what you see is what you get. Big shout out to Donell who went beyond to be helpful. Donell was very trustworthy and just generally a great person to do business with. Ask to work with him if you can. Would highly recommend this place!
My most recent experience was great everyone was nice and very helpful from the receptionist to the service from beginning to end. Lamar was able to help me last minute and also explain what other things I had to get fixed on my vehicle. I had a great experience over all.
Nicole and the whole team were fantastic! Everything was easy, no one tried to force us into a product that was outside our price range or upsell us services that we clearly didnt need. How refreshing! We left with a car that exceeded our expectations and feeling like we met new friends! They have a song that they ALL come together to sing when you complete your purchase. We loved it!
Everyone is scared of going directly to the dealer. I went to 3 different places before here and honestly THIS location should have been first! This team is amazing. They are professional and dont try to oversell you. Simply go in there honest and know your limits or budget. I am a 31 year old female who went in alone and with a plan and they didnt take advantage at all. My salesman Adolfo R. helped me so much and was so professional. What ever their inventory is on the website they actually have. They let you test drive as many cars as you need and they are patient. A very genuine feel with high energy runs around that place and it isnt because of the free coffee that they have set up. Its because they are human and act like it.I tried 2 cars and didnt like them Adolfo suggested one and I liked it but had to come back 2 days later. When I came back he washed and serviced the one he felt like Id like. I wasnt set just yet. I told him why and he suggested one more car. I loved it. Did the deal right there. Of course do your research whether you want to lease or finance and dont run your credit until you know. But they work with you... they really do. I left there making a 2 thousand dollar down payment with the insurance and the care note both under 300 keep in mind I have no loan or installment history. They set everything up for you. The insurance, dmv things like plate and registration and they literally answer every question you have. You leave with the car that day.I can honestly say that I recommend this place 100% and that Im likely never going to another dealership again. Nissan New Rochelle will have my business until the day I die. Last they better never let Adolfo leave lol. His salesmanship is too good!
This is my 2nd vehicle purchased at Nissan New Rochelle. The staff at this Nissan works very hard to close a deal while remaining within your budget and not applying pressure. Nicole, who was my salesperson, made me feel comfortable by listening and understanding my standards for either financing my lease or getting a new vehicle. She understood that I was very adamant about what I wanted and didn’t waste her time trying to convince me to get something else just to close the deal. Every person who I spoke to, (Joe, Ray, Jason, Anthony[manager], and Mo), did their job as a salesman and tried to work out deals with me although I had already rejected the first deal. Again, they did not make me feel pressured into a new deal that I didn’t want. On the contrary they ALL worked deliberately to meet my expectations and assured that I walked out with a new vehicle. Much negotiating occurred but what’s business without negotiation? Once I made a decision and the paperwork process got rolling, I was out of there in no time. Overall, my experience here was great mostly because the customer service was great. All the members on the team showed interest in assuring that I closed out on a deal that was right for me. I even made plans to return in 2022 for a new deal lol.
This Nissan seemingly takes zero accountability for their actions and instead spews unverifiable claims and information to remove themselves from the equation leaving you helpless. My EV was taken into service at this location on 8/26. Their EV technician has a dubious schedule and is rarely in shop so I was not given an estimate for planning purposes as to when my vehicle would be seen. I was also told by their service department that they do not do loaner/rental vehicles by an individual who had a whiteboard behind him that listed all of the vehicles currently being used for loan/rent, while also seeing that their online search result indicates they offer rental vehicles. After several days of waiting and making phone calls to my insurance for Nissan, I was told on 9/9 that the part needed was on backorder with no further indication, again for planning purposes, of when this part would become available. Amazingly, however, on 9/10 I was told there was this same part (used) available from another vehicle of an individual who was willing to wait for this part to become available. Finally, I received my car back on 9/11.My car was returned to me with 20 more miles than I brought it in with, which matches the round trip that it would take to get to the McDonalds on the receipt they left dated 9/10 (Soundview), with crumbs, in my vehicle. I also received my vehicle back with 40% less battery than I brought it in with. Note** that there is a charging station at this dealership. After this initial repair my vehicle broke down a second time, two days later on 9/13. When approached about the situation the service department insisted that the fast charging stations in the area are damaging vehicles. I waited hours in the service department while their EV technician was there; Lucky hes coming in today, I was told, but only ever communicated with who seems to be their service manager and never actually communicated with this technician.Resigned to spending my entire day at this dealership waiting for assistance and service on a part they already repaired and were paid for, I left without resolution.I contacted the manufacturer and customer service of the charging stations they are recklessly blaming, EVGo, and was told that they have not received incident reports or claims regarding these charging stations. Further, there is no official statement from Nissan USA, Nissan of New Rochelle or the city of New Rochelle that these charging stations will damage your vehicle. No one has verified or substantiated this claim. It goes without saying I do not recommend doing business here.
I had a Great experience Dealing with them. Donell Vancleave was my Sales consultant, and he was explaining every detail, and even worked on a Loan cheaper then the one that I got From the Bank, in order to have a better rate .I would recommend everyone to step in and Get their car Their
I had the best experience with the purchase of my new vehicle. I had a vehicle that I wanted to get out of and trade up to a newer model and Donnell and Bruce made that happen. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I had the most warming experience! Thank you all for courtesy and your professionalism.P.S. The congratulations serenade was the BEST!!! ;-)Thanks,Lisa
My experience here at Nissan of New Rochelle was better than most dealerships I have been too. The salesman, Lance assisted me and my family with finding the car that suited all of us and the Finance Director Bruce G. put in his best efforts to ensure we got a price that was acceptable. They both made sure we left the lot pleased. When returning the next day to pick up something I left, Bruce greeting me with a smile and an engaging attitude. Not only did he assist me with getting what I went to get, but he also addressed a new key I inquired about, told me when it could be resolved, and offered methods of transportation while my car would be getting synced.Everyone at Nissan of New Rochelle made the visit worth while; my bfs mother is already considering them for her next car :)
Service is kinda rude, apathetic towards their customer service. I don’t think they realize it but, It’s better to keep contact at a minimum as I’ve never seen anyone smile ever. I don’t expect a hug and a happy meal when I get service, but a “hello how we can help you today” wouldn’t hurt. White Plains Nissan is worth the drive if you don’t want “whatever” attitude in dealing with your service reps. Its almost like they have enough business already so whatever. I gave them two stars because they’re open and I trust the work, but they act like they’re doing you a favor and if you don’t like it then somewhere else. So I will going forward.
These guys are awesome! They have been great to me and my family for a while now over the course of several cars. My father recently leased a car from them and they gave him an incredible deal. The deal was so good, I wanted one myself. So we gave Mike and Joe a call on Saturday at noon. I drove out of the dealership at 3pm with my brand new car and the exact same deal they gave my father. I will be back with these guys once my new lease is up. 5 stars, top notch service! They will take good care of you.
Great staff (front desk and sales rep) and fast check ups. Not too pleased with their appointment schedules however. I made an appointment thru the 1800 Nissan after trying to get an appointment with this dealer through the phone and their mechanic refused to talk to me and I heard him said I dont want to talk when the receptionist asked., they just took me as a walk-in when I showed up anyways so the 1800 appointment was irrelevant. Waited for 2hrs for a engine light check which to me isnt terrible considering I was a walk-in and had another 7 cars ahead of me. They are extremely busy however, so expect to be without a car for at least a week if you need something done to your car here. I was given 7 days for them to just look into whats wrong with it, not counting the time to fix the issue/issues.

2022-05-19First Time Car Buyer. I came all the way from NJ across the pond to get an electric car and this dealership did NOT disappoint. I worked with JULIUS on getting the right car for my needs and it was a pleasant buying experience from start to finish. He and the sales manager JOE were highly informative, extremely respectful, and they both have the upmost priority in putting you in a car you are satisfied with. I couldn’t have asked for a better dealership experience. If you need a Nissan, this is the place to go.

2022-02-26I came to refinance my car and was a bit nervous as I’ve never done this before. I was assisted by Errol Reid who was such an excellent help. He took his time and explained every step to me. Answered all my questions and made sure I received a great rate for my car. If you want a smooth transaction, ask to speak to Mr. Reid, you won’t regret it. To Mr. Reid you can be assured that I will certainly recommend your services to all my friends and family. Thank you for a great experience.

2022-01-16I brought my car in for general service and to have the brakes assessed. Service and oil change was quick and efficient and rear brake rotor and pad replacement completed as well within about a 2 hour time frame. Staff were nice and helpful. Definitely would come back in the future.

2022-02-22This place has truly been my saving grace. The first time I ever was serviced here I was going through a tough car experience and when I called I got connected to Lamar and he made me feel as though my issue was his direct concern. As soon as I arrived I knew I was in good hands and ever since I have been loyal to this place and this place ONLY. I moved to Pennsylvania and I have been back twice just to get serviced here from the best maintenance guy ever Carlos!!!

2022-01-14Great service advice from John who has been helping me out tremendously. Had a huge problem with chewed engine wires from a rodent who caused thousands of dollars of damage. John suggested calling my insurance agent and they will cover the cost of the repair through my comprehensive policy coverage. I will just be responsible for my deductible which is a huge relief financially. This is all due to John making the suggestion to call the insurance company!

2021-11-13EV quick charger placement poor, and after I parked and initiated a (paid) charge, I was told that my perfect parking was no good. There is no good way to park while charging here. In front of the quick charger is sidewalk. The guy suggested I park on the sidewalk! Big 👎

2022-04-08Re: End-of-LeaseGiven the current car shortage, I decided to purchase my Kicks. When I stopped by Nissan of New Rochelle, I was met with a $1,700 fee (ON TOP OF the standard $300 Nissan end-of-lease fee). When I asked for an explanation, I was met with the same response that other posters have noted—its just the cost of doing business. To make matters more annoying, they wouldnt let me take a picture of their price breakdown for my bank. On this document, it listed the $12k for the car, the $1,700 dealership fee, the $300 Nissan fee, and taxes all separately. Instead, they came to me with a second document that listed the sale price of my car as $13,700 (the cost of the car + the dealership fee). This infuriated me, so I left. When I got home, I called Nissan Finance (aka corporate) to complain, and they requested I go back to the dealership again. So, when I went back, they tried negotiating with me. I again and again explained that I am NOT paying an additional fee just for fun because youve decided to extort me.I again left and immediately called back Nissan Finance. They were SO KIND and allowed me to buy my car DIRECTLY from them, since the sales reps. and managers of Nissan of New Rochelle was being shady extortionists.SO, in short, dont settle for their dumb cost of doing business fee. Just walk out, call Nissan Finance, and be prepared to repeat once more. : )

2022-02-26Julius is a rising star in that Nissan dealership. I got my first car with Julius and Joe’s help. They are extremely patient. Even when I got upset. I got a nice black start up car. My car looks amazing and they even give you a lot of gas. Can’t wait to see my upgrade with them. We family now.

2022-05-09I was there to get my recalls addressed and to get an oil change and tire rotation. Because Teddy Nissan does such a poor job I assumed that my wait time would be hours. To my surprise and pleasure that was not the case. They take photos of your car and send it to you, they provide you info on what was done on your car and ask permission before doing any additional work. This is my new dealership for all of my Nissan needs. I’ve driven Nissans since about 1995 so I’m a loyal Nissan customer and Nissan of New Rochelle will ALWAYS get my business & recommendation.
